We open to an ominous location. The sky around the area is deep red and the ground is patched with black pools with Grimm rising out of them. Emerald and Mercury stare in fear.

Olteca: Such an impressive display. Though Lord Giff still dwarves these... Creatures.

Emerald and Mercury walk over to Cinder's side and Olteca takes his own seat.

A man with a moustache smiles.

?????: Yes... Please control your... Posse.

?????: You hear that? Silence. I should thank the girl that humiliated you.

Olteca: I agree.

A man sitting next to Cinder chuckles.

??????: I say you find her and... Well, she took your eye didn't she?

The doors to the room open and a figure walks in. She wears a black dress with red lining, has chalk white skin, and her eyes are almost all black except for a pair of burning red irises. She takes her seat at the head of the table and looks at the moustached man.

????? 2: Watts, why do you harass Cinder?

The man, now named Watts, straightens his tie.

Watts: Forgive me, ma'am. I'm just not very fond of failure.

The woman calmly looks at him.

?????: Then I see no reason to torment her. Cinder destroyed Beacon, became our Fall Maiden, and most importantly... She killed Ozpin.

Olteca: Though it did cost her an arm and an eye.

Cinder glares at Olteca and the pale woman simply looks at the two.

?????: It is true that the Maiden powers are great. However, they come with a weakness. Remember that. For now, let us discuss our next step. Tyrian, you are to continue the hunt for the Spring Maiden.

The man who was chuckling grins insanely.

Tyrian: Of course.

?????: Hazel...

She turns to a much larger man who looks at here.

?????: You're to meet with the leader of the White Fang. Adam Taurus still proves useful. Make sure things stay that way.

Hazel: As you wish.

?????: Watts, Olteca, the two of you will meet with our informant in Mistral.

Watts: It will be done.

Olteca: Sure.

Cinder mutters in Emerald's ear.

?????: Speak, child.

Emerald: She... Wants to know about the girl.

Watts: The one with the Silver Eyes.

Hazel: Yes... We've faced their kind before.

Olteca: I say it's Cinder's mess to clean up.

Cinder gets up as if ready to attack the young man but the pale woman raises her hand once more.

?????: Tyrian... Spring can wait. Find the girl who did this to Cinder...

Tyrian starts to laugh.

?????: And bring her to me. Alive.

Olteca: My associate here will lend a hand.

He pats the Chameleon Deadman's shoulder.

Tyrian frowns at the "Alive" part but shrugs. He then looks at Cinder and points at his own eye.

Tyrian: Eye for an eye.

He starts laughing like an insane hyena and we suddenly cut to a calm forest. Where you sit with the remaining members of Team JNPR.

Nora: I'm just saying there's more people from our team. So we should call ourselves Team JNRR.

Ren: That isn't even a color.

Nora: Look. There's three of us. That's more than one.

Ren: But we're helping Ruby. Wouldn't that make her leader?

Vice: I feel ignored!

Y/N: I'm not even getting involved...

Jaune: Guys, focus... Besides, JNRR sounds way cooler.

Vice: No it doesn't!

Ruby dashes into the clearing where you wait as a Grimm possessing a mass of rocks lumbers in.

Y/N: Let's do this!

Rex!

Come on! R-R-R-Rex!
Come on! R-R-R-Rex!

Y/N: Henshin!

Buddy Up! Kamen Rider! Revi! Vice! Revice!

You and Vice transform and you ready your Ohinbuster. Ruby crashes down a tree but lands on the ground on her feet.

Ruby: Y/N!

Revi: Right!

You dash at the Grimm and dodge an attack from one of its rocky arms before countering with a slash at its face, which it quickly evades.

Vice: Damn it's quick.

Revi: Then let's fight speed with speed!

Ptera!

Buddy Up! Ptera! Flying By! Complete!

You transform into Ptera Genome and dash at the Grimm, dodging attack after attack before you're right on top of it.

Revi: Now for...

Kong!

Buddy Up! Narase! Kong! Drumming kitaa!

You change from Ptera to Kong and punch, obliterating the Grimm's rock arm.

Vice: Alright!

This only slows the monster down as it replaces its lost limb with a dead tree.

Jaune: Its arm's a tree! Its arm's a tree!

Ruby: Big mistake!

You see Ruby change ammo and you realize what she's about to do.

Revi: Ruby, wai-

Too late, Ruby fires a flaming bullet at the tree arm and all this accomplishes is giving a Grimm a way to fry everyone.

Jaune: Big mistake!

Revi: Damn it! Vice and I will keep it busy! You four look for a weakness!

Eagle!

Buddy Up! Eagle! (Eagle!)

You transform once more and fly around the Grimm to force its attention on you. You manage to extinguish the fire on its tree arm but this lets it smack you into the dirt.

Revi: Ow...

Nora: Ready!

Nora and Ruby dash with Ruby's Semblance and smash into the Grimm, destroying its body. The true Grimm flies out of the rock body and Ruby shoots it in the head.

Revi: That could've been easier...

You de-transform and sigh.

Jaune: Another victory for Team JNRR! ... Okay, Ren. You were onto something. It just doesn't sound as cool.

Vice: We should call ourselves Team VICE!

Your Thoughts: How do you get Vice from our initials?

You return to the village that the Grimm was causing trouble for and meet with the blacksmith.

Blacksmith: Here ya go.

He sets new armor out for Jaune.

Blacksmith: This should help next time you're up against a pair of claws.

Jaune: Thanks.

Blacksmith: I'll get the rest.

He goes to the back of his shop while Jaune takes off his old armor.

Jaune: Guess I kinda outgrew it.

Ren: A sign of progress.

Jaune: Yeah, you're right.

He turns and Ruby holds back a laugh.

Vice: Oh my god...

Ruby: What is that?!

She points to the bunny logo on Jaune's hoodie.

Jaune: I've always had this.

Ruby giggles a bit and you hear Vice hold back a laugh.

Ruby: It's got a cute little bunny rabbit!

Jaune: It's Pumpkin Pete. From the cereal.

Ruby: What, did you turn in a box top for a prize?

Jaune: Yeah. Fifty.

Ruby laughs and falls over. You pat Jaune's shoulder.

Y/N: Where it with pride, man.

Blacksmith: Here we are.

The blacksmith brings Jaune's upgraded shield and sword out and unfolds the shield.

Blacksmith: Mighty fine metal ya brought me. Where'd you get it?

You look at the new gold accents on the shield and clench your fist.

Jaune: ... From a friend...

Meanwhile... Weiss is sitting in her room in the Schnee family manor. She stares at a picture of her team and then a picture of you and her. There is a knock at her door.

?????: Miss Weiss. You have guests.

Weiss: Come in.

The door opens to reveal August and Daniel joined by an older man.

Weiss: Thank you, Klein.

Klein: I'll leave you to talk.

He leaves and closes the door behind him.

Weiss: I'm glad the two of you are alright. August, how are your parents?

August: They're still a bit upset about leaving Vale but they've been managing.

Weiss: And Daniel, I see you've gotten a promotion.

Your indigo haired teammate brushes off his Fenix Commander uniform.

Daniel: Yes, well... No matter my position in Fenix, I'm still a member of Team JADE first and foremost.

Weiss: Speaking of... Have you heard from Emily or Y/N?

The three stand in silence for a moment.

August: Unfortunately, with the destruction of Beacon's comms tower, even Fenix has issue reaching anyone in or around Vale. But I did get this letter from Y/N. It arrived yesterday.

He unfolds the letter and hands it two Weiss.

August,

I'm glad to hear from you. Ruby and I are going to be travelling to Mistral to dig up any info we can about Cinder's group. We'll be travelling with Jaune, Ren, and Nora as well. Emily stayed in Patch to be by Yang's side and help her with anything she needs. Hopefully once we get the info we can, we'll get to the bottom of Cinder's actions and keep her from repeating them.

Daniel coughs into his hand to get the heiress's attention.

Daniel: I can imagine how much it hurts to be away from someone you love. Have you been alright?

Weiss: I-I'm fine. You have family in Argus right?

Daniel: Indeed. My mother... And my fiance.

This catches August and Weiss off guard.

Weiss: Fiance?

August: You're engaged?

Daniel: Did I never mention that?

August and Weiss: No.

Weiss: What's she like?

Daniel: Well...

He swoons as August just stares.

Daniel: The two of us are childhood sweethearts. Not only that but we both have a strong sense of justice, which lead to the two of us joining Fenix's recruitment program. My Chiaki...

Weiss: Well the two of you sound perfect for each other.

Daniel: Well... We can't stay too long. We need to speak with Fenix's director. We'll see you around.

Weiss: Klein will show you out.

The butler leads the two out and Weiss sits on her bed.

Weiss's Thoughts: Fiance, huh?

She briefly imagines you in a tux but quickly shakes the thought out of her head.

Weiss's Thoughts: Slow down. Y/N's all the way across Remnant right now.

She lays back and stares at her ceiling.

Weiss: ... Y/N... I know you'll keep your promise...

Meanwhile later that night, you can't sleep so you look through your photos of Teams RWBY, JNPR, and JADE.

Your Thoughts: ...

Vice pops up beside you and sits by your side... At least as well as he can in his ghostly form.

Vice: Hey... I noticed your reaction to Jaune's new upgrade. You're beating yourself up about Pyrrha.

Y/N: ... How can I not? If I went with Ruby, we could have made it.

Vice: I know it sucks... We lost friends during the fall of Beacon. Penny... Pyrrha... But... We need to keep on moving. For those who can't anymore.

Y/N: Wow... That was weirdly philosophical coming from you.

Vice: What's that supposed to mean?!

You smile.

Y/N: But I get it. Even though they're no longer here physically, we can still keep their memories alive and remember them. Thanks, Vice.

You finally lay down and go to sleep but Vice stares at you.

Vice: Remember... Right...
