I jumped over a fallen tree branch as I ran fast. My breathing was labored by the cold bitter air, my legs tired and weak as the wind tortured my eyes as I looked back behind me making sure the creature wasn't close to me. Blood ran down my lip as I wiped away several tears as my heart as the wind whipped my hair back from my face as I tripped and fell as I looked up seeing the creature above me as he lunged down as I closed my eyes shut...

Wait, let me slow down, I'm getting way to ahead of myself. Let me start off from the beginning of this crazy journey.

It all started when I kissed someone special...

Alex

It was pleasant Tuesday Afternoon getting really close to nighttime, The Birds were chirping, The sun dimly shinning, and I was stuck in the back panting.

Yes people, I'm a emo girl who loves rock music, black, journaling and panting.

I wouldn't considered myself Picasso or anything but I wasn't worst.

My mother even called "the best painter in century." I didn't know if she was serious or she was lying to my face.

I mean when hasn't she lied to me.

I liked art, I guess. It wasn't my favorite out of all my hobbies but I actually started when I was young around the age of four.

My mom wanted me to be very experienced in many things so she hired a women to teach all kinds of things, her name was Selene and she taught me art, baking, pottery, tennis, cooking, crochet, knitting, embroidery, scarp booking, swimming, badminton, yoga, sculpting, sewing,  gardening, piano, chess, woodworking, origami, guitar, archery, hunting, scuba diving, rock climbing, bonsai, acting, gymnastics, jazz dance, tap dancing, horseback riding, karate and violin.

Yeah, I learned a lot from her, even though there was some things I wanted to do like basketball, skateboarding, electric guitar or even graffiti but my mother saw all of those as boy hobbies and their not" lady like."

Well look now mom ! I'm doing all of those things. One thing I hated the most was ballet. I hated wearing those pretty pink stupid tutu and those feet aching shoes. I asked my mother If I could drop out of it and do something else, she responded to that by slapping me in my face and yelling at me in a stern voice that if I did that she was grounded me for six months and how she would make me make  her ruby's tell my fingers fell off.

I wished I was fight back at her, but I was only four and wasn't strong enough, but I did fight back at my mom sometimes and most of the time it left me with busies and her with my four year old teeth marks.

Yeah, her and me didn't even get along even when I was four, she hated me and I hated her.

But let's get back to the story and enough of my rambling.

I was sitting in the back on one of the stools panting on my canvas with my black beats on my ears blasting my rock music, while Thalia drive. Though she wasn't the best and she did crash Apollo's chariot, I thought we were going to be in good hands.

Decides, I need a break from driving, and I wanted to focus on something else to relive myself from my thoughts.

If you were wondering, Yes, Henry also liked art, though he wasn't into panting, he was more of the drawer, he like using pencils, and ink. Most of his drawing were ink images. I gazed down seeing him drawing a picture of  what looked like a Chinese Mountain as he sighed and asked

"Sis, can I use the water colors ?" as I removed one of my earbuds and said "Go ahead." as he got up black socks on as he went to my canvas and grabbed some grey watercolors and went back to drawing on his bunk which was above mine.

"So we got two young artists ?" Zoe joked up front as she glanced at me and Henry.

"I wouldn't call myself a Leonardo da Vinci, but I guess I'm good." as he began to paint over the ink.

"Yeah and your sister is enjoying herself to." as they watched me bump my head to the beat as I dipped my paintbrush in orange paint and went back to panting.

"I know, she's so at peace." Thalia added as Nico was on his phone texting Will in the passenger seat.

"I think, she's a great artist." Priscilla said as she was doing Phoenix's hair.

"Yeah." Nico said.

"Done Phi !" Priscilla said very excited as she unplugged the hair iron and gave Phoenix's a mirror as she smiled.

"Hey, I look nice." Phoenix said causing Alex to remove one of her headphones and stare at her.

Phoenix's hair was now straight and Priscilla even put bangs on her as Phoenix picked up her new straight hair as Zoe said "Looks nice."

"Yeah, and it took three hours. I swear you Hispanic have so munch hair." as Phoenix chuckled and said "I know, it's ridiculous huh."

Henry rose his eyes and said "Yeah, you look good Phi." as Phoenix smiled and said "Thank you Henry, your such a gentlemen"

"You look lovely Daughter of Hephaestus." Leona said as Phoenix smiled and then turned to see me noticing I didn't say anything about her new do.

"Ally." she said making her way towards me and laid down on my back as I put my headphones on my neck and said "Huh ?"

"Don't you noticed anything a bit different ?" as she played around in her hair as I put my headphone back on and said "Yeah, new hairstyle." sounding very uncaring which I didn't mean to come off as.

Phoenix rose from my back as she turned to me and frown as she gazed at my panting and asked "So does it look nice ?" as she played with her fingers waiting for my option. 

"Mmm." I said mixing my colors as Phoenix groaned and a said "Come on something more than a "Mmm" how about you look nice Phoenix or it look amazing."

I sighed in annoyance and took my headphone off and turned around as I looked up her up and down and said "Fine, you look pleasurable." as I put my headphone back on and went back to panting.

"I'm busy, so can we not right now ?" as Phoenix rose a brow and said "Really ?" as she folded her arms.

She then looked back at my panting and then snatched it from my canvas as I quickly got up and took my headphones off as I said "Hey !" as I tried to get the panting back from her.

"Come on give it back !" as I wrestled with it for her as Thalia said "Guys !" as Phoenix asked "What's so important about it anyway ?"

"Because it's something I don't want you to see !" as Phoenix blocked my face from grabbing the panting as she gazed down at it as my heart sank as I quickly put my hoodie back on and pulled my strings as I groaned.

Phoenix smiled and laughed which caused me to lift my hood down and gazed at her smiling at my panting.

"It's me." as she grinned causing everyone to turned to her.

I had drawn Phoenix. Yes, I did. She was like a piece of art to me. So I painted her. I got every part of her right. Her nose, Her big bouncy hair, Her smile, Her warm milk chocolate eyes, and most of all her magnificent beauty.

She smiled at me as she said "Ally ! This is amazing. It look just like me." as I mutter "It does ?"

"Of course. It's so cool." as I blushed and said "It's not that good."

"Are you kidding ?! It's freaking awesome !" as I grinned and said "It's just something I thought of."

"So I was on your mind ?" she asked me in a girly voice as my cheeks turned hot as I snatched the panting from her and said in a yell "What ! No ! Give me my panting !" as the others laughed as I put it back on my easel.

Phoenix was about to walk away when I said "By the way, your hair looks ravishing, stunning really." as Phoenix turned around to me and gave a bright smile as I turned around to her and chuckled and smile back at her.

Spencer

There were a lot of mixed feeling when I revealed myself to the others. Their was fear and shock. But mostly there was support. And that's what I really needed right about now.

They even invited me to seat with them at their table, which I enjoyed. It was only two more days till the Eclipse. And I had to say The Hecate Cabin was prepared. Nothing could possibly go wrong could it ?

But maybe I forgot I'm half demigod, when doesn't anything go wrong for me ?

I was brushing my teeth inside my bathroom, my hair wet from my shower as I was dressed in my Harry Potter white shirt {Yes, I like Harry Potter and I'm Slytherin} along with my purple tights as I yawned and rubbed my eyes.

I spit the toothpaste from my mouth as I noticed I couldn't see myself because of the fog covering it as I wiped the mirror only to see my reflection giving me a wicked smile.

I jolted in fear drooping my toothbrush on the ground as I made sure what I was seeing was really in front of me.

Didn't Will take her away ?! Isn't she suppose to be gone ?! UGH !

"Sup {she says b word}" she told me as I said "Go away." as she chuckled and said "That's not going to happen. I'm you. Every single part you hate about yourself."

"Shut up." I mutter as she added "The anger. The sadness. The hatred."

"Shut up." I said a little bit louder.

"The demon." she hissed as my eyes faded into my demon eyes as I yelled "SHUT UP !" as I punched my mirror along with causing my lights to cut off.

I then looked back up at my cracked mirror, as I sighed and gazed down at my bleeding fist, the wound all opened with glass shatters sticking out as I groaned "{she says s word}." 

I removed my fist and moaned as I clenched it as I sighed as I knew where I had to go.

Slowly and with munch pain, {and possible some tears because that hurt a lot} I put on my purple uggs and grabbed my purple over sized cardigan as I turned off my lights and looked around making sure I wasn't being followed.

Because even if I love Lou Ellen {even if I don't tell her a lot} she could be very nosy plus I didn't want Lily to see me.

I quietly closed my cabin's door as I began to walk.

Gods, why do I always have to break something when I get mad ?! And why does it always have to be a freaking mirror ?! I know I have centuries of bad luck on me.

I tapped on the cabin door as I knocked a couple of times as it opened to revel a sleepy looking Will wearing his grey shirt and blue shorts as he yawned and asked

" Spencer It's 7:30 are you-" as he looked up to see tears forming in my eyes and running down my cheeks as he looked down to see my bleeding fist dripping blood onto the pouch as he turned to concern Will rather than sleepy Will.

"Spencer ?! What happened ?!" as I groaned and muttered "I did it again. I punched my mirror. And for some freaking reason my healing isn't working." as I noticed Reed, Sam, Kayla and Austin woke up from Will's voice.

"Come on inside !" he told as he brought me inside as Reed used his phone to call the others as they led me to the infirmary.

"So, What happened ?" Leo asked me sitting on one of the stool as they watched as Will took tiny pieces of glass out of my fist and onto a small tray.

"And where was I during this ?!" Lou Ellen asked me with concerned, hair tied into a messy bun with her purple nightgown on.

"I don't wanna talk about it." I groaned as Lou Ellen told me "It's not up for debate !" as I turned to her and said "It is, and it's over. It's my business."

"Spencer, your bleeding, it make it all our concern." Percy told me with Annabeth right next to him, half asleep, half awake.

Everybody was here. Percy, Annabeth, Piper, Will, Reed, Jason, Leo, Lou Ellen, Sam, Austin, and Kayla.

"What in Hades name, possible make my business any of our all concern ?!" as my eyes went back to their demon ones.

"Us being your friends." my breathes grew steady as my eyes faded as they dropped and rose back at them as I said "I don't have friends."

"Then what are we to you ?" Jason asked me as I rolled my eyes and said "People who for some god snaking reason love to care about me."

"That what friends are." Piper told me as Annabeth nodded as I added "You all are just like Grace! Ready to risk your lives to save the people you love, ready to put everything on the line for them, ready to die for them, even if that means you never open your eyes again."

"Your right. We are. We are like Zoe. Zoe will do anything for the people she loves, because that's what makes her a hero. That's what makes her Zoe."

"And believe it or not Spencer, Zoe does love you. Even if you can't see that just yet."

My breathes grew as I rolled my eyes and said "I know, I know she does. I just never tell her how munch she means to me. But she'll always care for me, no matter what I do. And you know what that what makes her freaking amazing. I do love Zoe. You all better not ever tell her I said that."

The others chuckled as Jason said "Who doesn't love Zoe. Under all that sarcasm, and sassiness. She's really a good person."

"Even if she tends to blurt things out without thinking, and she has a bit of a temper and-"

"Leo !" Piper told him punching him in his arm as she added "And if Zoe was here, you wouldn't be saying all that."

"Of course not, she'd probably punch me in my nose." as we all laughed. 

"Anyways going back to you what happened ?" Will asked me cleaning my wound with a cloth.

"My demon. She was talking to me."

"She was ?" Percy asked me as I nodded.

"Wait ?! Demon's can do that ?!" Leo asked surprisingly now full of energy.

"Yeah, isn't that kinda impossible ? Though there are no facts about it maybe if-"

"Annabeth, please don't go on ranting about facts." Percy begged his girlfriend.

"So you don't like it when I talk about architecture ?!" as she crossed her arms as Percy said

"I do but really, it's 7:35 and I'm sleepy."

"Fine." she said gazing at him.

I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"Anyway, now that we put Zaha Hadid to rest please tell us how your talking to your inner demon ?" Leo joked as Annabeth growled at him and punched him in his shoulder.

"She's basically me. But she feed on negatived. Like negative thinking, negative feelings, even negative actions. She's like a ghost, I call her my "Soul Self." She like pure energy, who I can physically project from my body. She can also psychical interact with those and objects around her."

"She feed on negatived. So many emotions like eny, guilt, doubt, jealousy, sadness, fear and-"

"Angry." Reed finished.

"Also negative thinking so I guess any thinking about your parents may put salt in the wound."

"Your telling me." I grumbled fiddling with my crescent necklace.

"Don't forgot actions, like hurting people or worst-"

"Killing." Austin said.

I sighed and groaned and ran my hands in my fists in frustration as I got up from my seat and began to make my way towards the door. I thought Will got rid of her, But she's still here. Why can't I catch a break around here ?!

"Hey, don't get angry-"

"Don't tell me not to get angry ! This is frustration as {she says s word}, I'm tired of being hunted by my freaking darkness ! My anger, My doubt, MY FREAKING SADNESS !"

Me shouting caused things to start shaking as the others tried to clam me down.

"Spencer, no negative emotions." Jason told me as my eyes faded into my demon ones as I began to hear a horrible ringing in my ears as I clenched them.

"Get rid of it ! Let it go ! RELEASE YOUR RAGE !" my demon keep telling me which is when Lou Ellen called my name and said "Spencer ! Fight Her. Your always be stronger than her !"

"I can't ! she's stronger than me ! She know ever emotions I hate, I CAN'T FIGHT HER !" I shouted to the others as they rose their eyes at me.

Swirls of darkness began to surrounded me shaking the either Apollo Cabin causing them all to wake up and rush to the source of the noise which would be me, which is also when Chiron came and just stared at me.

I began to levitate as my voice darker as I said "It's like boiling rage.. Endless furry...and I like it !"

I rose my eyes at her as they noticed my skin had grow paler than usual, and there was dark cracks on my completely black eyes which weren't my usual blue and black demon eyes.

"Spencer !" Will shouted trying to reach me as I shouted "I CAN'T WAIT TO RIP YOU ALL TO PIECES !" as I said "So munch power... It's AMAZING ! This fury flashing through my blood it's remarkable." as I gave a evil laugh and said

"I WILL KILL YOU ALL AND ENJOY IT, SAVORING EVERY DROP OF BLOOD THAT SPLATTERS !" as I opened my jaw which is when my teeth grew pointed and my jaw wide as the others and pretty munch the either Apollo Cabin wailed in fear until Chiron shouted my name.

"SPENCER !" I stopped and turned to see him as my voice began to go back to normal along my eyes as I mutter "Chiron."

I fell back to the ground covered in blood looking like I just walked out of Carrie as my head fell as Chiron said

"I believe there's something you would love to tell me." as I gulped as the others stared at me and Chiron, Chiron in the middle of the room as my head was down as I only thought one thing in my head.

"Crap."

Henry

I was covered in paint, so I decided to take a quick shower before we landed at our next location. I showed the others my panting and they said I did good and I'm a really good artist, Zoe even told me it was beautiful which caused me to blush though I hid it.

After brushing through my dark black hair as I was whipping the nail polish from my nails.

Alex was about to get back to driving, but she wanted to refill her black and gray ombre bottle as she sipped water from it as she opened the fridge door only to see Medusa's head sitting their with it's eyes closed as she spit the water from her mouth and slammed the door shut.

Her chest fell with many breathes as we all looked at her in confusing as Leona asked "Is everything ok ?!"

"No ! Why in Hades's name is Medusa's Head sitting in the fridge like some kind of water pitcher !" as she open the fridge.

"You kept her head ?!" Priscilla asked Zoe who was on her phone probably texting Jason as she said "Yeah, It's like a token of victory."

"It's a token of freaking disgustingness." as I looked down and noticed it dripping green blood as I said "It's dripping." as we all looked down as Alex gagged and put her hand over her mouth in disgusted.

"That's why there's a towel, down there."

"That's freaking nasty." Phoenix said as Nico added "Get rid of it." as she turned to The Son of Hades and whined in a baby voice

"But Nickie ! It's my token of victory." as she pouted to the Son of Hades.

Apparently, Nico and Zoe had know each other for more than I've know. Nico's know Zoe even before she was born, or freaking walking. Nico would even visit April's apartment and feel Zoe's kicks. Their bond was even more strong when Zoe was born. From what Jason told me, Zoe loved being around Nico as a baby, she would love to pull on his short black hair and be held by him. Nico of course loved it because he was a huge baby person even if he doesn't act like it. Since Zoe couldn't pronounce his name she called him Nickie and the nickname stuck for him.

"Don't Nickie me, we can't have it just lying around, it's dangerous."

"Please ?" as Nico rolled his eyes and said "You know doing the puppy dogs eyes only worked when you were little, I'm stronger now."

"But, you still love me." as she put her chin on The Son of Hades knees as he sighed and said

"I do, but your not a baby anymore and we can't have this thing lying around."

Zoe whined like a baby and sighed knowing she was defeated as she got up from Nico's knees and made her way towards the fridge as  she grabbed Medusa's head by it's hair and turned to us and asked "Ok ? What do I do with it ?"

"I don't know, just get rid of it or send it somewhere." Priscilla recommend.

Zoe then grew a mischievous smirk as Phoenix added "That smile isn't up to no good." as I nodded as Zoe grabbed a brown box that was lying around and put Medusa's head inside.

"Your not." Thalia asked as she nodded and said "Oh I am."

"A little gift for the gods from me." as she took a permanent marker from Alex's canvas as she undid the top as we circled around her as Priscilla said

"There not going to like it." as Zoe added "They'll think of it as a gift."

"That's a strange gift." Leona said as Phoenix nodded.

"You don't know the gods Z." Priscilla told her as she continued to write and said "Clam down Kelpe, it's my gift not yours."

"Then why are you signing my name with yours ?!" as Zoe smiled and said "A little gift for Poseidon from his Little Girl." as I said "That was bold." as Nico said "Don't do it." as Zoe smiled as I glanced at the box.

"You are going to get us in so munch trouble." Priscilla told Zoe who smiled and got out the drachma and flipped it as it disappeared as she folded her arms over her chest, leather jacket shinning as she said

"A gift."

"Our death sentence." Priscilla corrected as Zoe smirked and threw away the towel and poured herself some milk and said "They'll be fine."

"Your terrible." Thalia said from the front as Zoe smirked and sipped her milk.

Phoenix on the other hand was sitting on her knees screwing light bulbs due to the fact my sister broke them when she screamed during her nightmare.

Alex sighed and grabbed one of the chocolate chip cookies on the counter as she put her cup down and said

"Here. Call it a apologize for breaking the lights." as Phoenix smiled and said "Aw it's nothing, you had a nightmare and sometimes it set off our powers, decides why would I ever be mad at you ?"

Alex gave a clueless look as it turned into a smile as Phoenix smiled back and said "What was your nightmare about anyway ?" as she took a bite of the cookie.

My sister sigh and ran her fingers threw her dark auburn hair and said "Nothing really important."

Phoenix grabbed my sister hand and sat her down as she gazed at her and said "It has to be important if you were so shook up, so what happened ?"

Alex's eyes dropped as Phoenix cupped her hands on Alex's cheek's and said "Ally. Friend to Friend. Please talk to me about it ?"

Alex leaned her head on Phoenix's hand and said "Mmm...You're so warm."

Phoenix smiled and said "I get that offend. You know with the fire powers and everything, I'm always warm." as she let go of Alex's cheek's and shook her hands causing fire to appear.

"Your powers are cool." Alex said as Phoenix sighed and said "Fire is cool, but it can also be dangerous, that's why I try not to lose control of my temper."

"You have a temper ?" I said shock and confused.

"I know it's kinda hard to believe it. Phoenix Carson having a temper." Zoe said chiming in on their conversation.

"At least my temper isn't as bad as yours Sparks." as Priscilla added "Zoe is short tempered, but I have to give it to her for calming down after a couple of months. Kinda proud of her." as Zoe turned to The Daughter of Poseidon and said

"Your proud of me ?, that's a shock." as Priscilla rolled her eyes and told her "Don't make me punch you in the nose again." as Zoe narrowed her eyes and said "You wouldn't punch me in the nose again."

"And why is that ?" Priscilla said putting her book down as Zoe smiled and said "You don't have the guts."

"Zoe, I'm a Daughter of Poseidon, who know how to use a sword very well and plus my anger is like lava. I think I have the guts to punch you again."

"You can't because you love me..." as Priscilla grin and said "That doesn't mean I won't punch you again."

Zoe laid on her legs as Priscilla looked down at her and smiled. Really Zoe and Priscilla relationship was very strong, even punching each other couldn't break it.

"Kelpe."

"Mmm ?" Priscilla said as Zoe smiled and said "You mean everything to me really and I can't stop thinking about you. Can I hold your hand if you don't mind ?" as Priscilla glanced down at her and extended her teal painted hand to Zoe as Zoe reached for it and clenched it with her beige painted fingernails as Priscilla said

"You're adorable." as Zoe chuckled and said "And you're cute." as Priscilla chuckled as she looked at the book Priscilla was reading noticing it said "DMV Test Practice Driving Questions"

"You're already getting ready for your driving test." as Priscilla sighed and said "Yeah, decides I'm about to turn 17 in a couple of days so I gotta be ready."

"Oh yeah, I forgot your turning 17 soon." Phoenix said as she smiled and said "Yep, almost close to being 18."

"And here I am still 16."

"You'll turn 17 soon, Z."

"I doubt it." as they both laughed at each other as she said "Are you going to do throw a party ?"

"Duh, have you meet me ?" as we all laughed as Alex said "True."

"I'm going to have a huge cake, it's going to be a fairy tale theme, I'm going to be a princess, I'm going to wear a sparkly dress, all my friends are going to be there and Reed's going to be my knight in shinning armor."

"Reed in armor sounds pretty cool." as Priscilla smiled and said "My boyfriend hot in a tux, even if I always tell him that."

"Cool." Nico said as Thalia said from the front "This is our next stop people as she parked the van to the side.

"And you didn't crash this time." I told her as Thalia narrowed her eyes and said "Yeah, I didn't surprisingly." as I grinned at her.

We all got out of the back as I closed the door and saw we have come across a old abandoned forest.

There were dark tree trunks, shadows overhanging limbs across the broken path, clumps of brushes barely visible black trails snaking through the undergrowth as the moon shinning through a lattice of leaves, patchy sky and stars seen in glimpses through tree breaks, tall shadowed pines stretching up like arrows into the sky. There were sounds of wolves howling and creaking tree trunks as the smell of rotting leaves filled all our noses as I looked above and saw the sign that read "Riverfront Park."

"Old abandoned park how cool." Alex joked arms crossed as Zoe turned to Nico and asked "What are we doing here ?"

His eyes faded black as he said "It's the second Trail."

"We all know the first one was Honesty." Henry said.

"What's this one ?" Priscilla asked him as he sighed and said "Fear."

"Great." Phoenix said as Leona asked "What can you tell us about this place ?" Zoe asked.

"Well it uses to be a park where people could come and play at, but it's been abandoned for  about four years now, some people call it a mystery about what happened here. Locals say the place is haunted. You can hear the screams and cry's of the kids. Nobody been inside. And made it out alive."

Phoenix gulped and said "Well, I guess we should get inside van." as she made her way towards the van until Zoe grabbed her arm and said

"Hold on Phi, I know it looks scary but we've come this far. I'm sure we can handled whatever inside there."

"You don't know that for sure. Didn't you just hear a word Nico said ? Screaming ! Haunted ! "

"Do you really believe in ghosts ?" Zoe asked her as Phoenix crossed her arms and said

"Well obviously if monsters existed, ghosts should to."  

"She has a point." I said as Zoe turned to me and gave me a gazed as she sighed and turned back to Phoenix and said

"Well be in and out in no time. Come on let's get going. Stay close because of how thick the fog is."

"Fine." Phoenix groaned as she went towards my sister as Alex turned to her as she said "If there anyone I trust into a haunted abandoned park it's you." as my sister blushed and smiled and cupped her hand and said "I feel the same." as she cupped my hand and said "Stay close to me."

I nodded as Zoe sighed and said "Well, let's head in." as she held Priscilla's hand as Thalia, Nico and Leona stood close as Phoenix grumbled "This is not going to end well."

And she couldn't have been more right...

Once we entered the forest, I was pretty sure we were goners.

I wasn't sure but I was pretty sure I was squeezing my sister hand to death and I was shocked she didn't say anything.

I looked around watching my surroundings carefully.

"I'm scared." I said to my sister as she turned to me and cupped my cheek and said "It's okay to be scared. Being scared means you're about to do something really, really brave."

I smiled and said "Thanks sis."

She grinned and kissed my forehead and said "It's no worry's. I'm right here. And I won't let anything hurt you."

My fear wen't away a little once my sister said that as I took in a breathe and noticed the fog was getting thicker.

"Is it just me our is the fog more thicker than usual ?" Phoenix asked us as Priscilla turned and said

"It is, that's weird."

"Your telling me." Leona said as she squinched her eyes trying her best to see.

"Phi, how about giving us some light ?" Zoe asked her as Phoenix smiled and said

"You've ask Sparkie and you receive." as she lifted up her other arm and lit her palm on fire as I stared and amazement.

"Cool." as Phoenix chuckled and said "Oh this is nothing." as my eyes glisten with excitement.

"Now's not the time to show off Phi." Thalia told her as Phoenix said "Oh come on his curious."

"Phi." Nico hissed through his teeth as her eyes dropped and said "Fine, Jeez didn't have to give me a death stare." as Nico rolled his eyes and turned back to walking.

I didn't know what was wrong with my younger half-brother but he seemed like he wasn't in the mood to deal with Phoenix.

"What's wrong Death Boy ?" Thalia asked jokely Nico who glanced up at her and said "It's nothing."

"Then what's with the mood change ?" Priscilla asked him as he sighed in annoyance and said "Nothing let's just keep walking."

"Alright if you say so." Alex said to him, my sister didn't let go of Phoenix's hand for a second, she kept it close to her and even leaned her head on Phoenix's shoulder which Phoenix's didn't have a problem with.

I smiled since I knew my sister was- never mind, decides that's my sis business not any of you readers out there.

"This Fog sucks." Priscilla said as Zoe nodded and said "Yeah, it's so hard to see even with your light Phi."

"I can turn up the heat." as she smirked as Alex rolled her eyes and said "Don't."

The winds were growing even more wild along with the smell of rich earth.

"The winds are getting even stronger." Zoe said as I added "Yeah your right. Like they don't want us to be here."

"Then we will gladly go." Phoenix said as I sighed and said "Yeah, what are we even looking for ?"

"Our next clue." Zoe told me as I said "Alright Princess." she glanced back at me and said "Don't."

"Why your highness ?" as she punched me hard in my shoulder.

"Ow !"

"You'll be fine." she assured me.

That's when we all heard a growl as we all turned around as Priscilla said "That doesn't sound very good."

"Your telling me." Henry said as we all backed up in a circle.

"What do we do Z ?!" Phoenix asked as Zoe took in a breath and said "How am I suppose to come up with a idea when I don't know what were fighting ?!"

"Well look closer !" Phoenix shouted to her as Zoe grunted and rolled her eyes as she noticed a face of a human, but with a lion's body and a long, scorpion like-tail, it also had one blue eye and one brown eye.

"Oh no." she mutter causing everyone to turn their eyes as they saw the creature lunging at them.

"Holy {she says s word} Alex shouted as Zoe panicked and shouted without thinking "Split up !"

"What ?!" they all replied.

"Have you ever watched a horror movie before ?! when the group split's up one of them ends up DEAD !" as Zoe turned around and said "Chill out ! He won't be able to  track all of us. So split up and get ready to fight ! Have your weapons on deck ! LET'S GO!

Through we all didn't agree on Zoe's reckless plan we all nodded to our leader as we all split up and went in different directions of the forest as the Manticore went straight which is were Alex was going...

That's where we left off folks so let's sum up what's going on, Medusa's head, Abandoned Forest and now we have a Manticore. Seems about right so let's jump back in from the beginning.

I pushed a big tree leaf out of my way as I jumped over a fallen tree branch as I ran fast. My breathing was labored by the cold bitter air, my legs tired and weak as the wind tortured my eyes as I looked back behind me making sure the creature wasn't close to me. My blade shook in my hand as I was desperately looking for the others. Blood ran down my lip as I wiped away several tears as my heart was pumping, a thin layer of sweat covered my neck as the wind whipped my hair back from my face as I tripped and fell as I looked up seeing the creature above me as he lunged down as I closed my eyes shut...

When I realized there was still breathe in my body, I open my eyes only to notice Phoenix's blocking the scorpion's tail with her burning Celeste Bronze Hammer as I looked up at her as she grunted and pushed the Manticore back with her strength.

She turned to me as I noticed her hair was beginning to frizz up again back to it's curly due to the sweat as she now had a nice bright cut on her forehead and her leg was scrapped.

"Ally !" she shouted to me as she pulled me into a tight hug as I hugged her back as she looked up at me noticing my condition.

"Oh gods he got you good." as she noticed blood pouring down my forehead like water as she stopped me and said in a yell "Stop moving you're going to make it worse !" as I did what I was told.

"How bad it is ?" I asked her as she chuckled and said "Let's just say your a orange and your being squeezed." as I grinned.

I limped on my ankle as I said "I think it's broken." as Phoenix looked back at me and said "You're hurt and you need attention."

Then there was a bellow as we both turned and noticed the Manticore push the branch out of it's way looking more angrier than before.

"Looks like we won't have enough time to decide." as she quickly turned to me and said "Let me carry you."

My heart skipped a beat as I said "Really ?!"

"Yeah, your injury and you can't run." as I said back "And so are you."

"I'll be fine, come on." as I looked back as the Manticore lunged at us as Phoenix didn't wait for my response as she cross her arms under my butt and ran with me in her arms as I looked back at the Manticore chasing us as I thought

"I have to do something." as I lifted up by hand as black swirl began to danced around it as I shot it at a tree blocking it's path causing me and Phoenix's to get our distance from him.

"Nice shot." she told me as I smiled at her and said "Thanks." as she slowed down once realizing the Manticore was no where in sight.

She sighed in relief as I crossed my legs around Phoenix's waist and rested my head on her shoulder and took in breathes. 

"You ok ?" she asked as I nodded and said "Not really." as she came across a boulder and slowly put me down as I said "You don't look so hot." as I groaned and tried to lift myself up but Phoenix's put me back down.

"You need rest."

"And how can I possible rest if there's a monsters out there ?"

"Don't worry, I'll make sure noting get's to us." as I rested by her words as she summoned her hammer about to go take watch before I grabbed her arm and said "Wait." as she kneed down and said "What ?"

"Thank you for helping me." as she smiled and said "Don't mention it, it's nothing."

"Do it." my inner thoughts kept telling me. She was right in front of me. This is my chance to tell her. About me.

"Phi ?" as she turned back to me and said "Yeah ?" as I sighed and said "My nightmare it was about when I ran away and it scared me, a lot." as she held my shoulder and said "It's ok. Some Nightmares Don't End When You Open Your Eyes."

"Your telling me." as we both chuckled.

I looked back up to see Phoenix brown eyes shinning as I swallowed past a lump in my throat and said "Tool Girl, Everything has been different when I meet you and I think... I think I love you."

"You love me ?" as she smiled and said "Of course I'm your friend."

"No Phi, Even though I've know you for only a couple of weeks, you've been amazing to me. Your perfect and-" I stopped myself and groaned into my palms. I was scared and I could sense Phoenix could know.

"There's nothing to be ashamed of Ally."

"Yes, there is." I grumbled.

"You've never cease to amaze me, Tool Girl." as she gave a goofy smile and said "I am very amazing."

"Phoenix, Truthfully I could talk about you all day and all night and I'd still have a millions more things to say. But to many words become meaningless, so I'll just leave it at this, you're the most wonderful person I've ever met, and I can't imagine not having you in my life."

Phoenix blushed and smiled and asked "Are you flirting with me ?"

I blushed and said "I don't know really."

"It's ok because I kinda like it." as I turned back to her and said "You do ?"

"Yeah. It's kinda cool." as she added "I didn't think it was possible to love someone as munch as I love you." as I blushed bright.

"Phoenix, I love you but, We can't be friends anymore... I will always see you as something else."

That caused Phoenix to freeze as my heart told me"Go for it." as I used the little of my strength to pick myself up as I leaned in as I smashed my lips onto her's as I closed my eyes shut along with Phoenix who was sliding her hand into my hair, It was like magic and I didn't want it to end as we both pulled away as I took in a breath and said "I'm so sorry Phi, I don't even know if your-"

She didn't say anything back but kissed me more as I smiled and held her by her back while I slowly massage her, I've could have stayed there forever, kissing her soft lips, looking into her warm brown eyes, first it was softly then more aggressively as we fell to the ground as Phoenix was on top of me as I thought "I've wanted this for so long, all this week even, I got my wish. I got my Tool Girl." 

I didn't even know Phoenix was like me, she surely didn't show it. She seemed into men, but never could I have imagine she was into girls, Phoenix smiled as she allowed me to get on top as I flipped her over and continued to kiss her, as she slid my jacket from my shoulder as I did the same to her.

Phoenix's wasn't the first girl I've kissed. When I was around four I kissed my next door neighbor Penny, she was beautiful and amazing, but she wasn't into me like that, she was into a boy who lived houses away, that made our relationship weird so we stopped hanging around each other. I'd wonder how she was doing and if she was as pretty as I'd remember.

We separated again as the first thing I'd wanted to see was Phoenix's face, I'd looked down to see she was confused and surprised as I'd let her go and got up as I'd fixed my black lace bra as I gave her one more kiss on her neck and made my way down as she mumbled "Wow."  as I got done kissing her back as she asked 

"So your..." as I nodded as she said "Ok." as I put my hair behind my ear and fixed my earring as Phoenix put her shirt back on, I had to say she looked good in her lace red bra.

"Um, we should get going, the others are probably looking for us." as she got up and she extended her hand to me as I hurried and put my shirt back on along with my jacket as I fixed my hair as she took my hand, we both blushed at one another as she took in a shaky breathe and rushed away from me as I grew a frown. "No, not again, She doesn't like me back..."

"Gods" I thought to myself  as I groaned and picked up my sword and rushed to catch up with her.

We both made our way back towards the park's entrance as we saw the others looking just bad bad as the two of us as Zoe said

"Thank Gods you two are ok, we were looking for you to." Thalia said to us as Zoe added

"We were worried sick." as I grinned and glanced back at Phoenix who broke eye contact with me, just not to show anything.

"Gods, what have I done ?" I said to myself as the others noticed how silent we were with each other.

" Are you guys ok?" Priscilla asked us both as Phoenix looked up at her with a fake smile and said "Yep, were both fine, not as if anything happened."  as she grinned at me as I gave a fake smile back as my eyes dropped at her as she took in a sigh and said

"What happened to the Manticore ?" as  Leona said "We were able to lose it, I was thankfully able to find the Son of Hades and we both escaped, then we found the others."

"So where are we off to next ?" I asked still very tense about me and Phoenix's kiss.

"Well seems like we off to Arizona."

"Perfect." I grumbled as I turned to Henry and asked "You ok ?"

"Yeah, I actually took on the Manticore !" as he smiled which is when I grew a concern look and said in a yell "YOU DID WHAT ?!" as he grew a blank face as Zoe turned to him and said

"Probably wasn't a good idea to mention the Manticore part." as she smiled as Henry rolled his eyes at her and said "Thanks for the reminder."

"You face against the Manticore !? ALONE !?" as Henry smiled nervously and made his way towards the van and said "Maybe we should hit the road, it is going to take a while to you know make it to Arizona. 35 hours." as he closed the back door with a smile to escape from his sister wrath.

I rolled my eyes and said "Christ help me deal with him." in Greek.

"Yeah, we should get going." as the others hopped into the van as Nico turned back and wonder if me and Phoenix were actually ok.

"Are you to sure you're ok ?" he asked as Phoenix gave a fake smile and said "Yep, no biggie. We're fine. Just need some space." as she speed walked into the van leaving me alone as she went through the back door.

I sighed as tears were welling in my eyes as Nico said "Seriously what's wrong ?" as I looked up and asked

"Nico, how did you come out ?..."
