Alex

After Zoe and Priscilla took a dip in the water, we parked the van and decide to rest up for the night.

We were all fast asleep snoring and drooling as the heavy winds hit the van's window along with the slashing rain and the thunder and lighting which seemed to help us all sleep even better.

Before I tell you guys the rest, let me say something Demigod Dreams Suck !

Dreams usual have a meaning to us demigods. Either having to do with something important or indicting a message from someone else or what could happen in the future.

My case was the third one.

I was fast asleep on the bunk bed which I share with Henry, him sleeping on the bottom bunk with his long sleeve black shirt on as Priscilla and Zoe were asleep on their bunk, as Phoenix and Leona were asleep as well as Nico and Thalia.

I tossed and turned in my sleep as I was sweating heavy as I breathe heavy as I pulled the covers over myself.

I've never been so scared in my whole life. I was back in my family mansion. Or The Santiago Mansion. It was a big modern style building covered around 8,000 square feet. It was like a castle by large it was. It was cover in grassy areas and had statues all over the place along with the garden which I hang out in most of my time when ever I was able to get away from my mother.

I of course was home school with the tutor my mother hired for me, who would teach me basic math and English, It was weird not being surrounded by other kids, just myself.

I was allowed to take break which I was use to either making my mother's jewels, check on Henry, or be in the garden.

I was separated from all the other normal kids, who I would see running around the park as I watch from the gate that had the giant S on it.

I was miserable their which is why I was glad I ran away and basically raised myself and Henry.

Me and Henry also have a habit of talking fancy and doing proper things since it was how we were raised. Like how we use words like "absurd" or "peckish" , even if If know I kinda lost my royal way since we dress emo as heck and since I say every word in the swear book.

Anyway, I was back inside my mother's mansion. It was like how I remember it when I ran away and the night of me and my mother's fight. The giant chandelier was tilted sideways as the table was broken as glass was broken on the floor and their was blood spear on the walls.

I looked the same as well. I was in the same dress I was when five, expect it was longer and it was a off the shoulder pink tulle dress with puffy sleeves with white heels as my hair was a put into bun as it was frizzy as my lipstick was ruined and blood was on my dress as my mascara was down my cheeks.

"No, I can't be here again." I mumbled as I looked around and her my mother wild voice from upstairs only to be followed with the sounds of a baby wailing.

"Henry !" I shouted as I rushed upstairs.

I never felt so munch fear all at once. First I was nervous because I didn't know how I got back here and second because I had to go through all of this again. Fear so bad it made my stomach hurt and my head ache.

I open a door only noticing it was pitch black as my eyes went wide as I heard my mother's voice again as I heard Henry's crying getting louder and louder.

"Henry I'm coming !" I yelled as I picked my dress up and opened two more doors but Henry's baby room was no where in sight.

"Mom ! Don't you dare hurt him." I shouted to her hearing the sounds of broken glass as I ran towards the single door that had a blue sign on it with white words that read "Henry."

I sighed in relief as I opened the door to see my mother no where in sight but Henry was crying. His room was painted blue, with his white crib in the middle of the room with his music book which was playing a soothing lullaby for him.

I smiled and looked down seeing Henry. Once he saw me he stopped crying and stared at me.

"Henry. You were a cute baby." as I tried to pick him up but my hands went through him like shadows as I looked down confused as I tried many times to pick him up but he just kept looking up at me.

I started to cry even more as I was sobbing and shouted "No ! Let me pick him up, NO !" and then I fell through the floor into a endless darkness as I screamed and wailed my arms around as I could hear Henry's wailing from upstairs as they started to sound like his actual screaming.

"HENRY !" I shouted as I kept falling...

I screamed loud causing the lights in the van to burst and all the others jolted awake by my screaming.

Zoe felled out of the bed onto the floor as Priscilla removed her sleeping mask as the others got up.

I was covered in cold sweat which made my eberjey gisele black pajamas feel sticky, my heart was pounding, and I was shaking with fear as my brown eyes glowed red {which was new}.

My stomach hurt as the others turned to me as Zoe said "What the {she says h word} !" as they saw me taking uneven breathes.

"Al, what's wrong ?" Henry asked me as she put her hair behind her ear.

"Is thy ok ?" she asked me as I twirled my family crest ring which was sliver and had a lion around it with the letter "S." on it along with my name on the bottom in bold.

"Why were you screaming ?" Nico asked me as I let out harsh breaths and rubbed the nightmare away from my eyes.

I turned to the others and said "I had a nightmare."

Zoe

"Okay, everyone has nightmare, but not where to the point their screaming their hearts out !" I shouted sounding very upset that Alex woke me especially at 4:30 in the morning.

"Z!" Priscilla told her as I sighed and gazed up and saw Henry comforting Alex as she sighed and put on a fake smile and said

"I mean, our dear lovely Alex. What has got you awake from your slumber ?" as I turned to Priscilla who rolled her eyes as Phoenix yawned and asked

"What was Frankenstein chasing you and saying "Fire." as she mocked how Frankenstein talked as I laughed as Priscilla punched both of us in our shoulders as she said shocked and disappointing at the same time and scolded

"You two are terrible ! Can't you two see that she's scared ?!"

"Yeah, but it's kinda surprising at the same time because Alex is the emo, goth, fearless one, not the scared pee my pants one."

Alex looked up at me and said "{she says f word} you." as I grinned at her.

"But seriously what happen was one of your old butler mad at you ?" as Phoenix chuckled and nudge me in the shoulder.

Alex's gave the two of us a look as she turned to me and said "I really wish you drown in that water." as she turned to Phoenix and said "And I really thought you were suppose to be my friend." as she got up from her spot and opened the back door and sat down knees brought to her chest

"What ?!" me and Phoenix said as Henry sighed and said "Can't you to see she's not jokey around. She was really scared. Aren't you two supposed to be friends Phi ? And I thought after what just happened between you and Priscilla Zoe you would be more carefully about what words come out of you mouth." as he went back to check on Alex as I sighed and said to him

"You know I was joking right ?" as he turned to me and rolled his eyes and faced Alex and put her head on his shoulder.

I sighed as Thalia said "Let's give them their time. Decides it's late and we need to go to sleep."

I nodded and walked up the stairs and fell right asleep.

Hours later, when it was around afternoon, Alex had gotten back to driving. She kept her eyes on the road and a cup of coffee to the side of her as she took sips time to time to make sure she didn't fall asleep. Henry was playing a good round of UNO with Priscilla while I was chanting with Nico while Phoenix and Leona were cooking dinners in the microwave.

"So Yeah." I said to him as I gazed at Alex in the rear view mirror trying to make sure didn't fall asleep. Her eyes going in and out ever few seconds.

"I'll be right back." I told him as he nodded as I sat down in the passenger seat next to her once she notice me she turned her head away in disgust.

"Come on don't be like that. You know you love me." as I smiled at her as she rolled her eyes and turned the wheel.

We sat in silence as I spoke up and said "Look I know Me and Phoenix were jerks last night, I'm sorry. But really what's wrong ?" as she turned to me with a weird look and rose her brow.

"And why are you so happy ?" She asked me ignoring the question.

"What, I'm not normally in a good mode ?"

"No, not as this weeks been."

"Well, consider that Zoe, gone and now I'm the new Zoe." as I reached over for her coffee and drank a sip as I licked my lips and said "Aw, Dark Coffee. What is that what the Hades's kids prefer ?"

Alex looked at me as her mouth twitched in a smile as she laughed at me.{Which made me feel good because I got her to smile and laugh}

"Oh my gosh. She's laughs !" I smiled with a silly voice with crossed eyes as Alex dyed in laughter as the others looked our ways and smiled.

"Shut up !" she said to me and punched my shoulder as she cut herself off with another laugh as I began to stick out my tongue as I put my hands on my ears as I crossed my eyes as Alex laughed harder even causing a few flowers to bloom {which I didn't know was possible for Hades's Kid, must have had something to do with Persephone, who doesn't hate me so munch}

I continued to make funny faces and make jokes and made the Daughter of Hades laugh as I glanced at Henry who smile bright and mouthed to me "Thank You." as I grinned and mouthed "Your welcome."

Spencer

It was a scorching hot Friday afternoon and me along with the rest of my cabin was getting ready to play Capture The Flag.

I rarely played Capture The Flag only because I was so anti-social. Chiron said I could play whenever I wanted to when I was six because I so shy.

Now fifteen, I decide to play. I played only five times, but I needed to get my stress out and decides I had a good feeling that we were going to win, I just didn't know why.

I know that the games would be so short since most of the main campers like Zoe and Priscilla were out on a quest. But I also know that wasn't going to stop us from playing.

The Red team consisted of the Athena Cabin, The Demeter Cabin, The Hecate Cabin, The Poseidon Cabin, The Hermes Cabin, The Apollo Cabin, and The Hephaestus Cabin, The Athena Cabin was also the leader.

The Blue Team was The Ares Cabin, The Zeus Cabin, The Dionysus Cabin, The Aphrodite Cabin, The Hades Cabin, The Nike Cabin, and The Iris Cabin, while the leaders were the Ares Cabin.

I had to say we had most of the strong ones on our team, with Zoe being gone in all we only had Jason who said he gladly represent the Zeus Cabin and then their was Percy who would represent Poseidon like always.

"Ok, so hears the plan." Annabeth said to all as we all were around the base as I crossed my arms dressed in my camp shirt on and heavy black leather armor and ocean pants and black boots as my hair was blocking one of my eyes since it was in a ponytail.

"You think this could win us the game ?" Reed asked Percy dressed in his gold armor.

"Pretty munch. I know I want to have the Nike Cabin on defense along with Hephaestus Cabin, and Hermes Cabin."

"Apollo Cabin is on Offensive along with Poseidon, Hecate,Demeter, and Athena." as Lou Ellen said.

"I have no problem with The Hecate Cabin being on defense but some of the little ones should stay on offense. It's to dangerous for them."

"That's reasonable. It's to dangerous out their for them, so the little ones can stay."

"Someone should watch them." Sam said with her golden armor glistening as Reed added "It should be someone from the Hecate Cabin."

"That's good. One of our older kids." Lou Ellen said as Cordelia step up dressed in sliver armor as her hair was in a fresh braid and said

"Probably should be the one who's temper is brutal." referring to me as I leaned back looking away and said

"Aw trying to hurt my feelings Allard ?" as she grin and said "Maybe ?" as I chuckled and said

"I always laugh when people try to hurt my feelings. As if I have any."

"That was makes us different. I'm not going to be the one sitting alone in darkness. Unlike you I'm going to have people who care about me like my sister, my half siblings and my family. Doesn't seem like your to high in the family department are you ?" she said with a smile.

"It feels bad not having a mom to hold you while your scared or have a father call you his little princess all the time, having friends to make you laugh. It sucks doesn't it ?"

My chest fell rapidly as my breathes grew heavy as my eyes faded into my demon eyes. Lou Ellen notice along with Will as Will rushed over and hid my face in his chest and said to Annabeth with a smile

"Let's let Lou Ellen decide who it is." as he turned to me and said in my ear "Calm Down. Don't get angry." as I took in a breath as my eyes faded as he uncovered my face and said "It's ok. Block it out."

I couldn't say how thankful I was for Solace. He really does care about me.

I cleared my throat as I removed myself from Will and said "Yeah, it's best. And for your information honey, when your lonely you don't have to worry about people's feelings." as I grin as she rolled her eyes.

"You know what. I'm pretty sure our siblings would love to learn more about their older half-sister." as she looked at me as I rose a brow and said "Spencer. Will take care of it." as I gave a disgusted look and said

"The {she says h word} I will ! There's no way I'm watching does rugrats."

"Call it your last punishment for disobeying my rules."

I gave a sarcastic laugh and asked "So were still on the Black Magic thing ?"

"Pretty munch." she told me as I rolled my eyes and gave a loud groan and said "Fine. I'll watch the little fledglings." as Lou Ellen smiled as Annabeth said "It's settled. Were going to start the game. We have five minutes. So get hydrate and get into positions ! Spencer make sure they don't get hurt."

"Sure." I said with sarcasm as the younger kids came towards me as I said "Come on you little brats." as Reed said "Be more nicer."

I turned to him and said "Be happy you all were able to make me do this, I'm doing this my way."

"You mean the reckless way ?" Cordelia asked me as I laughed and said "No the good way. Peachy." as I pointed my twin blades towards the hide out and said "Go on Little ankle-bitters." as Lou Ellen sighed as the others went towards the creek as me and the urchins followed the Hephaestus Cabin.

Leo led us to the other side of the Forest, the west side. The Young People followed behind. Their little legs struggled to keep up.

I was walking with my twin blades in my hands ready to slice whatever I had to, to keep the kiddies safe.

I then felt a tug on my arm and a soft voice asked "Where Do I Go ?" as I looked down to see a girl with big bouncy blonde hair and green eyes as she was wearing a small black leather plate with flowers tights on and a sun t-shirt with sneakers.

"And who shall you be out of the mini musketeers ?" as she said "I'm Lily Spellbound. Your Spencer right ?"

"Pretty sure that's what my mother named me." as she started to asked me questions "Is it true you mastered levitation when you were five ?"

"Yeah why ?"

"I knew it ! Cordelia said it's impossible."

"Of course she said that." I said with sass as Leo turned to me and said "Get them some where safe." as I nodded as I turned back to her and said

"Defense, and don't you even think about playing any tricks on me. Got it ?"

She looked around as I was talking to her which made me think she was giving a {she says s word} about what words were coming out my mouth.

"Lily !" I yelled as she jumped and whimpered and look at me with a titled head "Yes ?" she said so soft and innocent.

"Were you listening to me ?"

"Yes but-"

"Good, then you know where you need to be. Stay safe and be careful. The games are about to start." as I walked off without saying another word towards my position.

I promise to the gods if that girl doesn't listen to me, she will be so sorry she meet me. {I know I sound harsh, but even through my cold black heart, I want her to be safe.}

"Did you tell Lily and the rest where they should be ?" as I turned my head only to notice Leo as I nodded and said

"Yeah. There all good."

"Let's hope she listens. She is one of the reckless type. Kinda reminds me of a mini you."

"Aw thanks Tool Boy for making me feel better." as he laughed and said "You welcome Magic Girl." as the whistle went off as the game began.

"Let's win this !" as he raised his fist in order for me to bump it as I rose my brow and sighed and bump it away.

Lily

Ugh ! Defense is so boring !

I only know about one person their which were Leo, who was to busy defending the flag to care about what I was doing along with my siblings who were taking the game just as serious.

I wonder... "No !" I screamed to myself in my position with my tiny dagger in my hand. Spencer told me to stay on defense so I could stay safe which was weird since I never had a real conversation with her other than a few minutes ago. Along with the fact that if I tried anything Spencer would kill me.

I honestly didn't hear anything she said, I just act liked I did because she yelled at me which made me a little scared. I was standing in my position as I noticed a group of strangers were protecting the flag. Maybe If I won the game for the Red Team Spencer who be so proud of me and not be angry.

I went away from my position as I climbed a tree noticing a small opening from me to the flag.

I hoped down quietly making sure Spencer or no one else could see me as I ran for it.

"Over here !" Percy yelled to me as he was running with me, my chest rising and falling with ever breathe.

I grabbed the flag and started running back to base. I saw a trap laid on the ground as I jumped over it. I had now had a bloody cut on my forehead which was leaking blood and I had cut my tights but I was to worried about losing the flag.

"Shoot !" I heard Clarisse yell along with adding "she was suppose to fall for the trap !"

A metal arrow went near my ear cutting my cheek, but I continued to run. I notice a Blue Team member shoot a spear near me, I scream yelling a spell "Vodux" as the spear stop in mid air as I was a little happy that one of the spell Lou Ellen and the others taught me I got, back I quickly ignored it and went back to running.

I noticed our territory line coming closer as I noticed the blue team was in-closed it.

"Run Faster !" Reed shouted to me firing off arrows to hold back the others.

I felt like my lungs were going to give out any minute as I kept running as I notice a Nike Girl tripe me causing my face to fall into the dirt but it was to late I won the game for everybody.

The whistle blew meaning the game was done as Chiron announced "The Game is over ! The Blue Team is victories !"

"Yes !"

"Yeah !"

"Man !"

"Aw !"

I heard a lot of replies from the crowd but I block them all out. I had won the game ! and better yet mastered a hard spell ! I'm so happy !

The crowd got silent when Chiron came and said "All hail Lily Spellbound ! Daughter of Hecate for winning the game !"

Man, winning is awesome !

Leo

We won the game !

I was happy very happy. I raised my hand in victory but I was surprised at the same time because I learn one of the younger kids from the Hecate Cabin won for us. I know her name was Lily.

While everybody was cleaning up I walked over towards the seven along with Reed, Lou Ellen and the rest of the Hecate Cabin.

"Good job Lily !" Reed said to her with a smile as she giggled and said "Thank you !"

"You really did it !" Percy told her. "How ?" Piper asked her as she smiled and said "I saw a chance and took it." as Sam said "Your a good kid."

Will then noticed her injury and said "Those injures look bad, let me get you to the Apollo Cabin."

Her smile disappeared when she saw Reed as she asked "Aren't you Priscilla's boyfriend ?"

Reed's cheeks went hot as Sam spoke up and said "Aren't you a little to know what a boyfriend is ?"

"All I know is a boyfriend is someone who you do the kisses with."

"She doesn't have that part wrong." Annabeth said referring to Percy who smile at her.

"Is it nice being a boyfriend ?" she asked Reed as she crouched down and said "It is when your really in love with the person you are. Because they make you feel good when on your worst day and make you laugh when sad. Even if your girlfriend is on a quest and won't be back till next Friday."

"Someone sounds like he miss Priscilla." I said to him as he sighed and said "Yeah. I miss my mermaid."

"Like the time when you and your mermaid got caught making out in the infirmary, yeah I heard about that. We were all on break and their you and Priscilla were all top of one another."

"Sam we do have a kid in front of us !" Will told his arrogant half sister as Sam joked and said

"Did your mermaid rock your world ?" as Reed rolled his eyes as she laughed and Lou Ellen said

"Guys ! she's to young to know about that !"

"Ew !" Lily said disgusted.

"Oh your going to do it when your older." Sam said to her as I chuckled.

That's when something changed, an angered more than normal Spencer came running our way. By the time it was only me and 7 everyone had cleared out at this point.

"Oh no," Lily whimpered as she turned to us and said "Hide me !" as she tried to hide behind Lou Ellen.

"Lily ? What did you do ?" Will asked with a stern voice noticing the angry daughter of Hecate coming closer along with the fact that the Daughter of Hecate had a long history of anger issues.

"Well-before she could finish Spencer grabbed Lily by the hand and pulled her away.

"Spencer I'm-that was the last two words I could make out before she was no longer in our sign of hearing.

"Anybody know what that's about ?" Will asked us.

Everybody shook their heads.

"I don't know but I got a bad feeling." Piper said.

"Believe me Spencer the worst person to be around, especially when she's angry." as she turned to us and said "I'm going to check it out, you guys can start cleaning up and you guys make sure the campers didn't kill each other."

"Got it !" I said as Will said to Lou Ellen "Make sure she doesn't, you know."

"I will. That's what's I'm hoping won't happen." as she turned around and started walking {more like rushing} towards the Hecate Cabin.

While picking up a fallen sword I thought to myself {What could Lily possible done to make Spencer furious ?}

Lily

I was talking to the older kids learning more about them and chilling when Spencer pulled me away from them. I also noticed them being very concern for me since Spencer had anger issues.

I was trying to explain myself to Spencer because she was so angry. More than usual.

"Spencer, I'm sorry." I said, but she didn't say anything back to me but only grabbed my arm more tighter causing me to wince as she pulled harder and faster. We were heading back towards the Hecate Cabin, I believed.

"Spencer." I said wincing under her grip and said "You're hurting me, OW !" I shouted.

My shouting caused her to loosen her grip on me {only by a little}. She was muttering things to herself though I was able to make out a few words like "unbelievable." and "ridiculous." but many words I wasn't allowed to say.

Once we got inside my other siblings looked at me with concern and fear as they watched me get drag away as Spencer took us to the back where her room was.

She kicked open the door violently, as I started to shake with fear but she didn't notice and put me down on her bed as she went back down to her door and slammed it shut causing vases in her room to shake.

"I can't believe you," she started off clam as she turned back to me and went off. "I TOLD YOU TO STAY ON OFFENSE AND DON'T DO ANYTHING !" {By this time my body was shaking more and more}

"BUT NO WHAT DO YOU DO ?!" she waited for me to reply as I mumbled "I went for the flag."

"YOU WENT FOR THE {she says f word} FLAG !"

Tears were coming down my cheeks, I couldn't hold them back anymore. I was so scared. Because I waited for what was coming next. She was shouting by now as I was pretty sure our siblings could hear us.

"When I tell you things your suppose to listen to them," she said going back down as her voice quickly rose again and shouted "Your lucky your not dead ! Your lucky you only came out there with starches !"

"I only did-" I grumbled as she got into my face and shouted "YOU ONLY DID IT WHY ?!"

I started to sob and couldn't get my words out. "THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT !"

"I SWEAR TO GOD YOUR LUCKY YOUR NOT MY AGE BECAUSE YOU WOULD BE BLEEDING RIGHT NOW !"

"Spencer." I cried as she took in uneven breathes as she threw a book across the room almost hitting me causing me to jump in fear as I went off to focus my attention on something else than her.{trying my hardest to avoid eye contact}

I noticed a picture of Spencer and her mother and her father. She seemed really pretty she was holding Spencer in her hands when she looked around my age along with her father who was admiring her.

"Spencer's looks so happy." I thought to myself as Spencer noticed I wasn't listening to her.

"SEE ! and here you are not paying attention to me AGAIN !" she roared as she snatched a spell book from her bed and flung it over my head as I just started at her, I didn't think she would do it, but Spencer was so angry at me, I didn't know what she would do.

I wailed which is when Lou Ellen, the seven, Reed, Sam, Cordelia busted inside as Lou Ellen look at me than looked at Spencer and screeched her name "SPENCER !"

She said "Ah Sha Lana" causing Spencer to drop the book and hold her head in pain as she bellowed in agony as I backed away from her as Cordelia gestured for me to come over towards her as I rushed over and hugged her in relief.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING ?!" Percy shouted to her as Spencer grew more paler than usual and gritted through her teeth.

"I was lecturing, tell you all came and interrupt !" as Annabeth said to her firmly "You were about to hit her !"

Tears were still coming down my face as Spencer looked at me which is when I broke eye contact.

"What ?! Why in Hades Name would I Hit Her ?!"

"Because Spencer your out of control ! Honestly I don't know what your capable of !"

"Good for the element of surprise." a she grinned.

"Spencer. She's little. You were scaring her." Reed told her as she rose a brow and then realized what she did.

"Oh gods." she whispered to herself as she look back to the book which was sitting on the bed and then towards me.

"Okay ! I was angry but never in my life would I hit her, heck she not even my age. I guess I lost my temper."

"Again ?" Sam asked as she narrowed her eyes.

"This is what Cordelia was talking about. Your going to push away the people who care about you me, Will, the seven, Zoe, Priscilla. You need to gain control of your temper, before someone get's hurt."

Spencer took in a deep breathe as she gazed at the broken vase on her floor as her eyes fell.

"Fine." she croaked. I noticed she also mean't it. There was no sarcasm or no comment just sadness and being sorry.

She started to come over towards me, when I backed away slowly. Which brought a look of pain in her eyes. Which made me want to trust her again.

"Look Kiddo. I'm really sorry. You, Grace and the rest of the cabin's right. When I lose my temper and I get angry and it's true I'm really scary." Her words made me slowly let go of Cordelia's legs.

"I would never hit you. No matter how mad you make me. I will never do that to you, I won't lose my cool on you like that again."

I sniffled and said "promise ?" as I stuck out my pinky as Spencer rose her eyes at me and sighed and said "I promise, never again." as she locked her with mine then shook it gently.

I then embraced her in a tight hug as she slowly hugged me back. I felt her cold hands touch my back as I began to hear sobbing.

I looked up and saw tears coming down Spencer's face. I didn't know why she was crying. But I rubbed her tears away and said "Don't cry. Please." as she grasped my tiny hand and said "I'm trying hard not to." as she chuckled at the end.

The others than walked over and sat me down on Spencer's bed as Lou Ellen embrace me in a hug.

"What did she even do in the first place ?" Leo asked Spencer who sighed as I began to play with my fingers.

"Well, while we were getting ready to play Capture The Flag, I told her to stay on defense with everybody else, but she went ahead and wanted to be the hero and disobeyed me. That's why I was {she says p word}"

The others grimaced as I slowly looked up at them.
