Phoenix

After helping Will i decided to go back to my Cabin and work on my new invention .

Even since i learned i was the Daughter of Hephaestus, my love for inventing grew. 

I sat on a work bench sketching a design for my new invention, It was going to be something like Fetuses but even better. 

 As i erased the sketch of a wing  i messed up i could feel someone hands cup my shoulders as a voice said 

"Boo !"

With my  demigod reflexes i turned fast and punched what ever scared me as i turned and saw Leo on the ground holding his noses, blood on his hand and groaning.  

"Ow !" he said as i unclenched my fist and smacked my lips.

"Leo ! Don't you ever do that again !" i shouted as i helped him up. 

"You punched me in the nose !" He said.

"That tells you no to do that again!" as i grabbed a wet cloth and cleaned his nose. 

"Thanks" he said as he wiped his nose.

I sat back down in my seat as i grabbed my pencil and began to sketch again. 

He glanced around at my work space seeing crumbled pieces of paper all over, with soda cans of energy drinks all over as he saw my eyes were droopy as he asked 

"Hey have u been up all night ?"he asked.

"Maybe" i said as i chugged down a soda can of energy drink. 

"Anyway what u working on ?" he asked.

I blenched and gave him the paper i was working on.

"Wow, is this like a fly Phoenix" he said 

"Yea. I've been working on it since yesterday" as i rubbed my eyes. 

"You got all the parts ?"

"Yea we- i gave another blenched as i took the paper back and cracked my knuckles.  

"I only came here to get you because ever one is in a meeting at the Big House. And we were waiting on you" he said. 

"Ok. I'm coming" i said as i put down my pencil and put my sketch inside my work folder. 

"Ok. Just come to the big house when your done" he said as he wiped his nose and walked back outside.

Leo

After getting punched in the nose by Phoenix, i walk over to the Big House where our meeting  was being held.

I open the door to find the others they were sitting at the table as i sat down next to Priscilla, who was wrapped a curl around her finger. 

"Phoenix ?" Zoe asked.

"She coming. Found her working on a new invention. She was up all night" I said.

"All night. Jeez" Jason said.

Phoenix came through the doors, she wore red and blue stripped shirt, blue jeans pants, some boots and a bandanna that held up her hair.  

"Hi P" Percy said as she gave a short wave and sat between Zoe and Priscilla. 

"So what's this about" She asked twirling a screwdriver in her hand. 

"It's about the prophecy i spoke, and wondering if there going to be a quest ?" Zoe said. 

"There may be. You never knew" Piper said.

"Phoenix, has your invention never work ?" I asked her. 

"Well yeah. Many times" she said as she put down the screwdriver.

"Well there been a quest " Percy wonder.

"Maybe ?" Zoe said as she glanced at Phoenix who was snoring on the the table.

"Let me guess, No sleep" Piper asked Leo.

"None. Her bloodstream is basically running on Red Bull" Leo said as he carried Phoenix to the couch and put her a blanket over her. 

"She been working on something big" Leo said.

"She always working hard" Zoe said.

"So, if there is a quest, who wants to go ?" Will said.

"Well of course Zoe and Priscilla should go" Nico said.

"Of course we should go" Zoe said as Priscilla sighed.

"It doesn't  matter who we think should go, it the prophecy" Annabeth acknowledge. 

"Well Z, you remember the prophecy" Priscilla asked.

She drew in a long breath as her eyes faded into a dark black as she spoke in the same voice when she said the prophecy as she repeated it again :  

"Demigods of Four, Well be join together with sorceress of eldest time, To ride the fiery beast, Daughter of Zeus well be taken over by darkness, Daughter of Poseidon well become powerless during the fight, Two demigods well arrive during the night".    

Her chest rose and fell with rapid breaths.

"Zoe" Priscilla said calming her down.

"Thanks" she croaked.

"So, Demigods of Four" Nico said.

"Zoe and Priscilla. You two must go"  Annabeth said.

"It says Daughter of Zeus and Poseidon" Piper added.

"Fine. Well go. what about the other two ?" Priscilla asked.

I rose up and said

"It has to be me and Phoenix"  

"What no. Phoenix can't go she only 14" Zoe said. 

"But she has to Zoe, the fiery beast has to be-

"No !" Zoe yelled as she rose as Lighting flashed as I yiped.

"Zoe, your temper" Priscilla singed in perfect harmony as Zoe sighed as she sat back down  

"Anyway, what about the line "Well be join together with sorceress of eldest time" Piper asked.

"We well be joined by Calypso" I said.

"And Calypso is ?" Priscilla asked.

"Calypso is one of our friends, she the daughter of the Titan Atlas" Annabeth told.

"Ok then. Leo get her here. The Quest well be hard, but when we get ride of the cruse everything well be over" Zoe said.

"And the fiery beast ?" Jason asked.

"I think i can help with that" they heard as they turned and saw Phoenix up and ready screwdriver in hand.

"But, i'm gonna need your help Leo" She said as a ruthless smirk grew on my face.
