"Attaching.." Said Fontaine while attaching the tracer onto the lead whale.

"Let's go in for a closer look!" Ant practically shouted with excitement, shaking my arms. Fontaine and I sigh.

"Mom?" I ask into the com link channel.

"I- I guess that's alright. Just be careful."

"Yes!" Ant yelled as the rover slowly moved in closer. Something giant and purple flashed by the rover, hitting the whale as it cried out.

"It- it's a colossal squid!" The whale swam off while the squid abruptly faced towards us. Two of its giant tentacles held the arms of the rover and started pulling us under.

"It's pulling us under!" Fontaine screeched. I stood frozen staring directly at the squid. As if I could see it's purpose- well that's dumb- the only purpose a squid has is to pull people into the abyss 'cause it's scared of lights- lights!

"Ant, Fontaine the lights!" I turned on the lights on my side while, frantically Ant and Fontaine turned on theirs. The second we were lose I zoomed up to the Arronax before getting tipped over and thrown into the Arronax.

Ant fell on Fontained face again but something wasn't right. We hopped out of the rover.

"If I need plastic surgery, you're paying." Fontaine growled. Ant giggled childishly.

"Mom! Dad!" I screamed before being pulled under into the moon pool. So lucky I had a rebreather on me. So unlucky that I'm being pulled into the abyss.

With widened eyes and a frightened soul I frantically swam to the Arronax's front window and held on while my family was quickly making a plan.

Minutes later dad was out in the water with the MagKnight. Pulling me away from the squid my rebreather was forced off me and into the bottom of the dark, dark abyss.

I tried speaking, telling my dad I was okay, something.

Like a movie, I saw dad trying to get air into my lungs by doing CPR. I don't care that it was dad, if it was Ant I would have screamed.

My eyes shot open making me yell in pain to my burning lungs. I protested against my lung seizure but I guess my body had other ideas.

I'm so sorry! I don't really know what to write and I'm thinking about discontinuing this story.. also have you seen my new story "Fearless {A Mark Dohner fanfic}"? I think it's pretty good
