Cara's POV

I didn't know how the words escaped my mouth. How did i even let myself to-

No, i should've not - no

I covered my mouth with my hand as i immediately ran away, ignoring the shocked look on Katherine's face, ignoring as she called my name as i entered the bathroom and slammed the door behind.

With my shaking hand i locked it.

I pressed my back against the door as the tears kept their flow.

The tightness over my chest increased, my lungs contracted painfully, it felt so painful to even breath.

My body shook uncontrollably, i clutched on the knob trying to keep my balance when every cell in my body lost control.

With my other hand i clutched my chest, someone was saying something from the other side of the door but I couldn't hear it, it's like i stopped hearing properly, it's like i can just hear my heart pumping in my ear, so fast, too hard.

I dug my nails into my palm, flashes crossed my mind. His voice, how can i - How can i hear his voice now ?

"You think you can escape from me, love?" He hissed as he pushed me inside the room.

My head was spinning, no the room was spinning, my vision getting blurry, i closed my eyes as i pressed my back against the door.

"I was going gentle with you, it's time for you to pay." He said beside my ear as he pressed my front harder against the wall.

I couldn't breath.

"Come here Lucas." He ordered one his men, he walked forward toward me, Nikolas pushed me toward the guy making me collide with his chest. He titled his head, the monster now looking at me as he said to the guy, "I brought you dessert for today."

"No, no, no-" i said, it felt as if i am living it again. I felt a hand wrap around my throat but there was nothing. I felt myself drowning, struggling to take a normal breath.

I opened my eyes as I frantically rubbed my neck.

"Hello little kitty." The guy named Lucas said as he ran his finger along my jaw, i shut my eyes at the contact, "I have a feeling i am going to enjoy this." He said as his hand traveled down and fumbled with my pants.

Terror coursed in my veins. I wanted to tear at my skin.

"When i come back home everyday, i want you to be here -- like this, waiting for me." His voice was low as he trailed his finger along my bare stomach. "And if not -" his lips beside my ear, his voice threatening, "You'll pay the price."

My stomach churned at the thought of his hand trailing down my body. His poisoned touch, his taunting wicked smile, i am seeing it, i am - i am feeling it, H-how ?

I want to throw up. I can't - no what's happening ?

My mind tortured me more, the voice in my head whispering what my ears wont handle to hear - What if he came back ?

What if he captured me again, what if he stole me again ?

My chest tightened more.

Calm down. You're overthinking. You're safe.

You're strong.

But my breaths were short, or i was breathing too fast, at the moment I didn't know. I couldn't think straight again. I couldn't make sense - nothing made sense.

"Cara please open the door !" A voice, i heard it.

I wanted to say something, shout for help, tell them I can't breath, i am suffocating here but i simply - couldn't.

With my shaking hand i fumbled with the lock trying to open it but - but why I can't -

Tears were flooding down my face, i was crying ? Am i sobbing ? I can't hear my own voice.

I backed away from the door, i lost control completely, i felt my knees giving up, but before i was about to hit the ground i clutched into something making me slowly drop down.

I sat there. Trapped. I am trapped in this nightmare. Shaking, trembling, terrified, and scared.

I rocked myself back and forth. I have to calm down. I have to deal with this. This is all on me. It is all my fault, i deserve it.

"Kneel." He ordered and i simply obeyed, because if I didn't i know the consequences after.

"STOP !"

I said that.

I heard my voice.  My throat is hurting, did i shout more ?

I can do this. Breath Cara, breath.

You overcame this before, you survived. You can do it again.

But who said i want to survive this time ? Who said i want to continue from here ? I have nothing left.

I just want to die.

I want his child to die.

I want him to die.

Alex's POV

A Loud voice coming from outside the room pulled me out of my thoughts. I cleared my throat and shook whatever happened away as i made my way out to check it.

I stepped outside, my eyes searching for the voice's source till they landed on Katherine, she was knocking on the bathroom's door, "Please open the door !" She said, her voice loud, pleading whoever is on the other side.

My eyebrows pulled together as i walked toward her, i titled my head, "What's wrong ?"

She turned around at my voice, tears streaming down her face, she immediately came toward me, "Alex please open the door - Cara is inside, she - she is not okay," She shook her head, her words confusing me, "Please-" she said between her tears.

I didn't need another word as I marched forward, curling my hand in a fist i knocked on the door, "Cara ?"

I just heard her low sobs coming from inside, I heard her low voice as she mumbled something.

"I ca- can't-" her voice was so weak, she sounded almost out of breath. What the fuck is happening.

"Cara !" I snapped as i slammed my hand over the door. "Open the door-" i knocked again, "Please."

Fuck she is not listening. "Back away." I said to Katherine making her take few steps backward as with all my force i tried to push the door. I tore it open making it slam on the other side before I directly stepped in.

My eyes widened as i saw her sitting on the ground, her knees pulled up, her arms wrapped around them as she cried hysterically.

My chest tightened, I immediately found myself crouching in front of her, whatever happened between us moments ago is now long forgotten.

The moment my hand touched her arm, she flinched and pulled away, "No-" she said, she's breathing heavily, she pushed herself backward away from me, she looked so small and frightened, she looked so broken and it killed me. Tears streaming down her strained cheeks as she brokenly said, "No.. do- don't hurt me."

My eyebrows pulled together at her words, i shook my head. My voice came low as if i am talking to myself rather than to her, "I'd never hurt you."

But you did.

You have hurt her. Since the day she came, that's all you've done.

My jaw tightened as i inched closer, my hand went to her cheek, she tried to pull again, the back of her head pressed against the wall, she shook it as she mumbled another thing but I couldn't comprehend her words, her voice is so low, her sobs overcoming everything.

Her hand came toward mine trying to remove it away from her, I didn't know what was happening, heck, I don't know what is wrong with her, i just need to comfort her, i have to.

"Go- g-go away !" She snapped as she tried to push me again, she closed her eyes and shook her head, she pressed her palms against her ears, more tears scrolling down her red cheek.

"Cara please listen to me." I said as i removed her hands away from her ears, one of her hands was shaking uncontrollably, what is happening to her, she is scaring the shit out of me.

I cupped her face in my hand, "It's me, look here -" i pleaded, "It's Alex, Cara please look at me, i'll never hurt you."

Her breath hitched at my voice before she slowly opened her eyes and met mine. It was in her eyes, it's always just in the eyes. They looked so vulnerable, they reflected how shattered she is.

I did this to her ?

Did i go this far ?

In them i saw her heart, her injured wounded heart. And god, if it didn't kill me more.

She didn't fight, her sobs started to cease but her breathing is still heavy, as if it is taking all of her energy just to exhale and inhale. Her chest raising and falling, her eyes connected with mine.

She gazed at me. She stayed quite, but her eyes weren't quite at all.

What did we do to ourselves ? What happened to us ?

Our eyes that now can't break this gaze, they're the same. Our skin that's in contact, it is still the same.

But is it really us ? Are we still the same ?

She suddenly shook her head, her mouth opened but nothing came out, she gasped for a breath, "I - can't-" she stuttered, her hands pressed over mine, "-breath."

My eyes widened at her words, "Goddammit." I hissed, one of my arms directly went under her knees, the other behind her back as i pulled her up in my arms.

I stood up and turned to Katherine, "Open the window." I ordered, she directly nodded and rushed away. Cara's hand wrapped around my shirt as she pressed herself further inside my embrace, I exited the bathroom and went beside the window, i sat down on its edge, allowing her to breath some fresh air.

She still looked having trouble to breath, her body still so tensed, my hand went to her cheek, "Come on Cupcakes, breath please. In and out, come on." I said as i looked her in the eye, "Lilly was asking about you, do you want her to see you like this." I tried to busy her mind with something else to calm her down a bit.

I saw her swallow before her breathing started to even, i nodded and gave her a small smile, "Good job, come on."

She let out a shaky breath, her body slowly relaxed in my arms. Then she let the rest tears escape freely, she broke the gaze and buried her face in my chest, she mumbled something in my chest but I didn't quit hear it. She mumbled again, "I am disgusting." I heard it this time.

My eyebrows pulled together. What the fuck is she talking about ?

I pulled her up in my arms, my arm tightened around her back, my lips beside her ear as I whispered , "Shush don't say that." I felt her shake her head but she still held into me, "Yes i am." She hiccuped a sob.

My jaw tightened, "Cara, stop saying that !" I hissed, "Calm down now, it's okay, you're okay, nothing will happen to you, i promise."

I lifted my head up and looked at Katherine, she had her eyes on Cara, she brought her hand and covered her mouth as more tears left her eyes.

She looked at me, i mouthed to her, "What happened ?" She just shook her head in return.

I sighed before i looked at Cara in my arms, she still didn't meet my eyes, "Let me take you to bed." I said but she said nothing in return.

I stood up and walked her to the bedroom, i placed her over the bed and she still tried her best to not look at me.

She removed her hand from my shirt as i laid her down, she curled her body and shut her eyes.

I removed the hair from over her face away, "Do you need anything ?" I asked to which she just shook her head.

I sighed before i turned around, I directly walked toward Katherine who was standing by the door and pulled her away with me.

Once we were outside the room, "What the fuck just happened ?" I asked.

She just shook her head again and more tears left her eyes, "I am such a bad friend."

My eyebrows pulled together at her words, "Katherine tell me, what happened ?" I swallowed hard, "Was it because of me ? Did you two fight ? What ? I never saw Cara go through a panic attack before."

"What we did added to her, but we are not the main reason." She sniffled, "It probably all piled up and exploded now, i should've know, I should've, i am so bad -"

"Known what ?" She is driving me crazy i swear.

She shook her head and wiped her cheek, "It is not my place to tell."

Oh fuck.

"I have to go and talk with her, i have to." She said, she was about to turn around but stopped herself and faced me again.

"Alex please you two stop doing this to yourselves, can't you see how bad you have hurt each other, please fix this Alex, she is as broken as you are, that's if not more." As she talked, her tears came back again, "We all blamed her, we didn't even wait to hear her out, I can't believe she went through all this and none of us noticed-"

Went through what ? For god's sake Katherine make me understand.

She sniffled and tried to wipe her tears, "Just please try and fix it, you both don't deserve all of this."

With that she walked to Cara's room while i stood there trying to make sense of what happened.

She's broken as you are. It's true, i saw that now in her eyes.

I don't understand. What happened ? Did - did that bastard hurt her ?

My jaw tightened at the thought.

I need answers, i have to figure out what happened, and if my thoughts turns out to be right.

Someone will pay the price.

I will kill him. I swear i will.

Katherine's POV

I tried to wipe my tears as i closed the door behind me. I took in a deep breath before i turned around and walked toward the bed.

She was laying down, her body curled up like a little girl, her arms limply beside her, her eyes looking down, empty and lifeless.

I swallowed hard as i sat beside her on the bed, she still didn't look at my side, as if she didn't notice my presence at all. It hurt me to see her like this, so broken.

My hand went and tucked her hair behind her ear, "I am sorry." I said, i shook my head, "I am so sorry Cara."

She didn't move, she didn't even say anything, "Please look at me. I am sorry , i know i am so bad, I can't believe i said those things to you, i - out of everyone I should've known, i-" my voice broke and I couldn't hold the low sob that escaped, "Please forgive me please."

I saw the lone tear that went down her eye into the bed, i still couldn't believe that she went through that, she didn't tell anyone, she didn't even show it, she was keeping it inside.

And then Alex and I just added salt to her wound. None of us tried to listen to her, none of us asked, are you okay ?

When i was at my worst, she was always there but now when she needed me the most i simply turned my back and blamed her.

"I know you are mad at me." I said with a nod, "I deserve it, but please talk to me, shout, say anything just don't do this Cara please."

At my words this time, she lifted her eyes and met mine, she lightly shook her head as she lowly said, "I am not mad at you."

That was enough to break my heart more. She should be, i didn't act like her friend.

I was just so angry at how both of them keep doing this to each other when they both can't live without the other one.

I wanted to slap them both at the moment.

But i simply just released all my anger at her. And i regret it.

"I am sorry." I said again, she shook her head, her voice so low and tired as she said, "Don't be. I deserved it."

"No no you didn't, Cara I can't believe that you went through all of this, I can't believe how none of us cared to ask, i - I don't even know what to say, it's killing me i swear." I said causing more tears to fall from my eyes and hers.

She got up from her laying position, she inched closer and wrapped her arms around me, i did the same and hugged her back, she buried her face in my shoulder and i tightened my hold over her.

"No matter what, you can't go back to that man." I said as i tried to regain control, i should be strong for her, "We have to be careful, we can't let him find you again."

She pulled away and sniffed, "I am scared." She said, fear evident in her eyes.

I tried to wipe the tears from over her cheeks, i shook my head, "Don't be." I said, "We are all on your side, we will try our best, that man should pay." I gritted my teeth, "He should for what he did to you."

She shook her head, "I just want him out of my life, I don't care about anything else."

I nodded, "Nothing will happen to you, he can't hurt you again, we won't let him." I assured her, "Alex won't let him."

At my words her eyes widened a bit, "You told Alex ?"

I immediately shook my head, "No no I didn't."

She let out a relieved sigh, "Don't tell him please."

I nodded, "Of course, I won't." I understand why she doesn't want him to know, if i was in her place i wouldn't want either.

She laid her back on the headboard and i did the same as i sat beside her.

"Did you decide what to do with - with the baby ?" I asked hesitantly. I now understand why she would want to end it, but it still pains a little, ending an innocent life. But it's her choice, i just hope she doesn't regret it.

She closed her eyes and laid her head on the headboard, she shook it, "I don't know."

She turned her head toward me, "Can you stay with me tonight ?" She said, she looked so scared, "I don't want to sleep alone."

I immediately nodded my head, i gave her a smile, "Of course." I said as i placed my hand around her and pulled her closer, she placed her head in my lap and laid down.

I closed my eyes and laid the back of my head against the headboard as i ran my hand in her hair. My mind couldn't help but think it all through.

I wonder how hard those two years have been on her.

But i am not going to push her, whenever she feels like it, she'll tell me on her own.

That Nikolas, I can't believe he have hurt her this bad - he must pay.

No not just pay -

He must die.

Alex's POV

When midnight came and Katherine was still in the room I couldn't help but go in to check on them.

I slightly knocked on the door, when i heard nothing i opened it and peeked inside.

Katherine was sitting on the bed, her eyes closed, her head titled a bit, Cara was laying down, her head in her lap, sleeping as well.

I couldn't help my smile as i walked toward them. I admire their friendship, i love the way they care about each other. It's so hard to find such a friend these days.

I placed my hand over Katherine's shoulder, "Katherine." I said with a low voice as i lightly shook her.

"Hmm." She sleepily muttered as she opened her eyes. A yawn escaped her lips, she covered it with her hand as she looked at me then around. I smiled, "Go sleep in your room." I said.

She shook her head, "No i have to stay wi-"

"It's okay, i will stay with her." I said interrupting her.

She nodded her head, before she carefully tried to get up without waking Cara up.

"Goodnight." I told her, she yawned and nodded her head, "Goodnight." She said sleepily before she walked out of the room and closed the door behind her.

I sighed and turned my gaze to Cara, she was peacefully sleeping, her face relaxed opposite to how it was from before.

My hand acted on its own and went to her cheek but when my skin made contact with hers my eyebrows pulled together.

Her skin is so hot. I checked her forehead with my hand to find it hot as well. God, she is burning.

I directly removed the blanket from over her, i tried to wake her up, "Cara." I said as I lightly squeezed her arm.

Her forehead creased and she let a low breath but she didn't open her eyes.

"Cara wake up." I said again, I didn't know what should i do, she have a fever, and she is pregnant for god's sake.

"Hmm." She mumbled as she opened her eyes half way.

"Your skin is burning, come let's wash your face." I said as i tried to make her sit down.

She moaned and closed her eyes again, she pushed my hands away and laid down again.

I shook my head, "Why do i even bother and tell you." I said before i placed one arm under her leg, the other under her back and held her bridal style.

She opened her eyes, they looked so tired as she gave me a questioning look, "What ?"

"You have a fever." I said again.

Her eyebrows furrowed, she pursed her lips, "Put me down." She whined like a kid.

I raised an eyebrow as I walked her to the bathroom, "I am pretty sure the fever hit your brain."

She let another tired breath as she wrapped her arms around my neck. I ignored the way my body reacted when she was this close.

I sat her down at the bathtub's edge as i turned the cold water on, i placed water in my hand and rubbed her face.

She brought her fist and rubbed her eyes, her cheeks so red from the fever, her eyes sleepy and tired, she looked like a little girl, i smiled, Lilly does look so much like her.

I removed her hair from around her neck, i placed water in my hand again and gently rubbed her neck.

My movement paused when my eyes connected with a red mark at the side of her neck. My eyebrows furrowed as I lightly brushed my finger over it, "What's this ?"

I looked back at Cara, my hand still over her neck, beside that mark, "What's this on your neck ?" I asked again.

She blinked at me, she frowned, "Stupid Nikolas."

My eyes widened at her words, so he really did - he really did hurt her.

"He hurt you." It was more of a statement than a question.

She nodded her head sadly. My jaw tightened, i closed my eyes for a brief second trying to compose myself and not lose it in front of her.

I swallowed hard, "What did he do ?" I asked.

She brought her hand and lightly wrapped it around my neck, "Like this-" she said sadly, "And he pressed so so so hard."

I removed my hand from over her neck, i balled it into a fist before i slammed it against the bathtub, anger taking over me as i snapped, "I will fucking kill him !"

He had hurt her. That bastard - his death will be on my hand, and i mean it.

Cara's hand rested over my cheek, she turned my head so i can face her, she shook her head, "No, he will hurt you."

"I know the monster he can be." She added.

I gritted my teeth, "And i know the bigger monster i can be when he touches what's mine !"

Her eyes softened, she pulled her hand back and shook her head, "But you said - you said i am not yours."

"Shut up of course you're mine." I said as i shot her a glare, "Do you take everything i say seriously !"

A smile came to her lips, her smile was able to turn off the flame in my chest, her smile alone soothed me in ways I couldn't comprehend, "You'd kill for me ?"

I nodded my head. Of course i will.

Doesn't she know that i'd still do anything for her, that i would set the whole world on fire to clear her path and make sure not even one flame would touch her.

"Not just that-" i swallowed , "I'd die for you Cara."

And i meant it.

She suddenly inched closer and wrapped her arms around my neck, she buried her face in my shoulder, "I am so sorry." She whispered.

I closed my eyes and wrapped my arms around her as well, i was slowly trying to let go of the past, "It's okay, come we should decrease your temperature now."

I took her in my arms again and made my way to the room.

Her fingers rested over my cheek slowly turning my face toward hers, i met her dazed eyes, "I still fit in your arms ?" She asked, her low soft voice did something to me.

Her voice alone fucked me.

I felt my hand tightening around her, my eyes still connected with hers unable to look away, this girl got a spell on me, a one i'll never be able to break, "You always do." I simply answered.

On the next day i woke up to something poking my face, my forehead creased as i opened my eyes to meet those specific big brown ones looking at me.

She broke into a smile when she saw i was awake. I couldn't help my smile as well, this little bug is getting used to me with each passing day and I couldn't be happier. She was standing beside the bed, she placed her finger over her mouth, "Shh." She said, "Mommy sleep." She whispered.

I turned my head and saw Cara laying down beside me, her back facing me.

A yawn escaped past my lips, I don't even remember how i fell asleep.

I looked back at Lilly and raised an eyebrow, "So you always make me wake up but you keep your mother sleeping." I exclaimed to which she just nodded her head.

I chuckled and shook my head, she smiled and said, "Play."

"But i just woke up." I said, she gave me her puppy eyes, "Pwease."

I nodded my head, she knows how to get to me to say yes, "Give me a kiss first." I said.

Her smile dropped and she shot me a glare. Here we go again.

"Come on just one kiss, and when i get up, i will come and play with you." I said trying to convince her.

She looked as if she is thinking it through, this girl is unbelievable I swear.

She then inched her face closer and gave a kiss on my cheek. My heart melted and I couldn't hide my smile. When i am around this girl, I don't know why my heart keeps beating this fast.

She pulled away, "Play." She said again.

I chuckled lowly and nodded, "Okay you go, i will follow you."

She broke into a smile before she ran out of the room.

I sighed and turned around to Cara, i inched closer and pressed my palm against her forehead. I got more relieved when i noticed her fever had totally dropped down.

I backed away, ready to get up but my movement paused when my eyes connected with something.

The back of Cara's shirt was slightly pulled up exposing a small portion of her back. My heartbeat fastened at what my eyes saw, i slowly brought my hand to the hem of her shirt and ever so carefully i pulled it up.

My eyes widened more, her back was bruised everywhere, red, purple, and blue bruises coloring her pale skin, fuck it was all over her back.

I lost my mind as i took in them, I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing, I couldn't believe that this - Fuck he did this to her.

I didn't know it was this much. He went this far.

I - don't even know what to fucking think.

When Cara rolled to my side, i involuntary pulled my hand back, she sighed before she slowly opened her eyes.

I swallowed hard, the blood rushed faster in my veins, my hand shook so i curled it into a fist, I didn't know what i felt, was it anger or pain.

I was so selfish - fuck i cared just about myself and totally forgot about her.

She gave me a questioning look, my face probably revealed it all.

"What's that on your back ?" I couldn't help but throw the question out.

Her eyes widened and she directly sat down, her hand came to the hem of her shirt, she pulled it down as she said, "Nothing."

"Cara !" I said with a warning tone.

She did her best to not meet my eyes as she got up from the bed, "It's - it's nothing." She said, the shakiness in her voice couldn't be missed.

I gritted my teeth before i stood up as well and walked to her side.

Her eyes widened more when she saw me walking toward her, she swallowed hard as she immediately tried to walk away, escape from me.

But i am not letting this go this time.

I pressed my palm against the wall stopping her, she tried to go from the other side but i trapped her.

With my other hand i tugged on the hem of her shirt, she directly placed her hand over mine stopping me, "Alex !" She said.

But that didn't stop me. I wanted to rip this shirt off. I don't want her to hide her body from me, i want to know what the fuck happened.

"Please." She said, her voice weak.

I hated the weakness in her voice.

My anger grew more as i tugged harder making the shirt rip at the side.

She gasped, her hand went toward where it is ripped trying to cover it.

"Cara !" I warned.

Her eyes widened more.

I slid my hand on the exposed skin, my hand traveled to her back.

I felt her body tense, i saw her bottom lip trembling, she bit it to stop herself.

What happened to you Cara ? What the fuck he did to you ?

My hand went to her lower back then with a swift movement i pulled her closer pinning her against my chest.

Her gaze dropped down not meeting my eyes on purpose.

I lowered my head beside her ear, "Show me." I said. She knew what i was referring to.

She just shook her head. Her hand went toward mine above her skin. She tried to remove it. Her hand shaking.

But my hold was so possessive. I am not letting her go.

"Alex please." She added, her voice begging me.

I clenched my jaw, "Show me Cara." I demanded.

"Why ?" She said, her voice raised, i can feel her tears starting to fall. "Why you want to see it !"

The way her voice broke made my heart break more.

I closed my eyes trying to hold myself but I couldn't as what i saw before blurred my vision. The thought of everything happened to her- to my girl made me lose myself at the moment.

I placed my hand over her chin, lifting it up so i can see her eyes, "I want to see how many times you needed me and I wasn't there for you." I whispered as i felt my inside slowly falling apart again, it ached, everything in me ached, but this time,

It ached for her.

She looked shocked at my words, she shook her head.

"Did he hurt you ?" I asked, i knew the answer, i just wanted to hear it, to fuel my anger more, so i can be ready to lash out once i have him.

She shook her head, "No."

"He broke me."

That was enough to cut the last thread of sanity i had left.

I nodded my head and let her go. I backed away, without muttering a word, i exited the room.

I know what to do now.

Maybe it's wrong. But it's the only way.

I changed my clothes, I didn't waste a second, i have to start as soon as possible, I have to get rid of him.

I took the car keys and walked out, i saw Ashton on my way, he gave me a questioning look, i stopped, "Look i will go to the city, i may not come back today, maybe tomorrow morning. Just tell me if anything happens."

He looked even more confused, "Why you are going ?"

I raised an eyebrow, "Who are you ? My wife ?" I said with an annoyed tone.

His lips curled up in annoyance, "Okay whatever go."

I sighed, my eyes traveled to the door of her room. My chest tightened more, i have to do this. For her, i am ready to do everything.

Then i hopped inside the car and drove away.

It took me almost two hours to arrive.

I parked the car and went down. I fixed the collar of my shirt as i walked toward the main gate.

Two security guys were standing, one of them eyed me before he said, "Your ID please."

I resisted the urge to roll my eyes, ID, seriously.

I placed my hand in my back pocket and took my wallet, i was about to get my ID when the man talked again, "Oh sir sorry, you may enter." He said confusing me at first.

But then my eyes traveled to the upper top of the gate and noticed the camera there. Yeah, of course.

I nodded my head and placed my wallet back in its place. The security guy pressed a button on the remote he is holding making the gate open.

I stepped inside and made my way to the main door. My eyes couldn't help but roam around, things looks somehow different, of course they do.

I shook my head when i reached the door, an old man was standing there, he slightly bowed his head in respect, he then looked at me and smiled, "You may come in."

I returned the smile and stepped inside, "Follow me please." The man said as he started walking, i did as he said and i followed him.

He turned to a room behind the staircase, he opened the big wooden door and stepped aside giving me space to enter.

My eyes looked around the room before i stepped in. I walked further inside, my eyes wandering around till they landed on him.

He was behind his desk, when his eyes met mine, I couldn't miss the shocked look before he stood up, "Alexander." He said in surprise.

I rolled my eyes, "It's Alex." I said with a bored tone. Ugh how much i hate my full name.

"You're here." He said, still looking shocked.

I pressed my lips in a thin line, "Obviously." Gosh i just hate when people states facts. Like yes i am here or how else you are seeing me ?

He blinked, he titled his head, amusement filled his eyes as he carefully said, "What brought you here ?"

Yup you didn't expect me did you ?

I didn't expect myself to do this either.

I swallowed hard and scratched my neck, i looked away, "I need your help."

I looked back at him to see his eyes widening, i sighed, yeah, life is a bitch.

"What do you need from me ?" He asked, but I couldn't help but sense the happiness behind his words.

Stupid motherfuc-

Alex shut up.

"The Viarchi's family, you know them ?" I asked as i shoved my hands in my front pocket. His eyebrows pulled together in confusion before he nodded his head. His fingers tapping on the wooden desk in front of him.

I licked my lips, "Their leader, Nikolas, do you know him ?"

He looked as if he is thinking it through before he nodded his head again.

"Great." I said with a nod.

"I don't understand, how can I help you ? What do you want from him ?" He asked as he warily eyed me.

"I want him dead." I casually said, "And you gonna help me kill him."

The confused expression faded and it was replaced by a shocked one but in the midst of that I couldn't miss the almost proud look in his eyes.

Huh- of course.

But i know for sure, he wants something back.

"And in return -" i swallowed hard, "I will give you what you always wanted from me."

Here i said it.

Fuck - but i am desperate, with him on my side, i will be able to get rid of Nikolas in no time and that's all i freaking care about right now.

I saw the smile that made its way to his lips. Of course, what he always wanted, is now presented to him on a silver plate.

I cleared my throat, "So will you help me ?" I said, my eyebrow raised, "Father dearest."

His smile grew wider before he nodded, "Of course." He said, "Of course son."

For those who read the previous story, you remember when Katherine asked about Alex's father, Ashton told her that Alex doesn't know him. Well, looks like he does, weird ha ? *smirks*

Oh and as i was writing the chapter, i suddenly felt like i miss the old Alex and Cara so I went to book 1 and read how they met and i wanted to cry ahh ! What have i done to them what *shoots myself*

You do realize at the end of each POV, they all said Nik must die lmao.

In about 2 to 3 Chapters, shit and drama will strike again, well, yeah, you still love me i know. *runs away*
