Rules for the Contestants

1. All contestants must add the tag #TDSAE2024 to the books you enter.

2. Contestants will need to tag their username in every comment they make on the entry forms.
If there is sexual and/or LGBTQ+ content you should mention it next to your username.

3. LGBTQ+ books are accepted in any category, provided you have indicated this on your form. They are not a category of their own, for obvious reasons.

4. You can participate as many times as you want, but your books must be entered under different categories. It is forbidden to have more than 1 book of yours in the same category.

5. Each book should consist of at least 9 chapters (with the exception of aesthetics, introductions and summaries). If you intend to add funds as time goes on, ie until the forms close, then you are welcome to participate! (no problem if the books are not complete)

6. Regarding short stories/one shots, but also the Poetry category, there should be clarification from the contestant's side: whether a short story/one shot consists of only one chapter or contains more than one should be mentioned. Also, if you have collected your short stories/one shots in a book (as far as wattpad is concerned) you will need to refer to this book and also mention the title of your short story/one shot so that we know which one you stated .

7. Contestants can also become judges if they wish. No problem if they are in their self-selected categories, obviously I won't assign them their own book.

8. Each category has a specific number of entries.

9. If a category does not manage to collect the necessary number of entries then it will not be valid for judging.
