Crimson POV

I was called to Ozpin's office for god knows what reason and I complied with it. I was sitting there for at least an hour until the elevator arrived.

Ozpin: sorry I took so long something important came and I had to take care of it
Crimson: what seems to be the problem?

Ozpin then looked at me and then activated a hologram. He started looking through the files with a concern look on his face.

Crimson: what ever it was...it wasn't me
Ozpin: no is not that, one of my spies told me that the enemy might be in Beacon's soil...I just wanted to hear your opinion...here it is

He then showed me the files of a braking that occurred during the party.

Ozpin: this happened while you were away, but the thing is that the leader...Ruby Rose which I'm sure your Familiar with told us something about a camp outside of Vale
Crimson: you want me why?
Ozpin: i want you cause your one of the best, and I think you can pull this off
Crimson: that's a lot of faith to have in one person...so, do you wanna do this solo or a team of professional trained Hunters?
Ozpin: you can take your men, I don't care the methods as long as you can assure the safety of my kingdom

He then emailed me the instructions. It was a missing to the Southeast of the kingdom.

Crimson: is this all?
Ozpin: I'm afraid yes...now if you excuse me, I have a speech to do

He then got out of his chair and walked away. I was left with an important task to do. And I was not gonna disappoint. So I gave Alex a little call.

Crimson: Hey Alex, how do you feel about doing a small job?

Time skip docks

I was waiting for my carrier ship to arrive and I saw team RWBY, JNPR and Willow walking towards me.

Ruby: oh my god Barren!!! We have a mission!!!
Crimson: you do?
Weiss: yes, we are heading towards the Southeast as we speak

Interesting, so he has send them there too, I need to start keeping an eye on Oz.

Then my ship arrived and Alex came off of it with 3 clone commando and 5 death troopers. As soon as Blake saw them she froze. I walked towards her and she didn't notice me. I snapped my fingers and nothing. Strange.

Crimson: what's her deal?
Yang: I don't know

Alex: sir I have brought the finest man in my Corp, Jack is gonna be in charge of the death troopers
Crimson: good, now let's go

I then saw the teams waiving at me and then we got out of there.

Weiss POV

Ruby: where is he going Willow?
Willow: I don't know
Weiss: what? He's your master and you don't know?
Willow: look, he does stuff like this all the time

Pyrrha then sigh out loud and spoke;

Pyrrha: that's Crimson alright

But then Blake made a question that surprised all of us.

Blake: Willow, how well do you know Barren?

Willow: super
Blake: those black guys-
Willow: the Death Troopers?
Ruby: why are they called like that?
Willow: black ops and stuff like that, I'm not sure myself of what they do exactly
Blake: does Crimson work for someone
Willow: Oz or someone who can afford him
Blake: so he's a man for hire?
Willow: you can say that, it's more complicated but yea, when he was under his previous master he got undercover, destruction, and extermination missions and he was the best at what he did

Blake then looks to the sky and says;

Blake: I guess I was wrong then

Crimson POV

We were arriving at our destination. It was a destroyed city. I was looking to see what it was. And after sometime of analyzing and seeing what was happening I decided to make my move.

Alex: what's the plan my lord?
Crimson: there's a lot of negative presence here, not from the Grimm...it's organic
Alex: understand...militia or something? The white fang perhaps?
Crimson: I don't know...call the ship and tell them to fire on the surface
Alex: on it

Ozpin POV

I was sipping my coffee while I was in a meeting with Qrow, Glynda and Ironwood.

Ironwood: that's why you should use the Atlas security team, we can provide more protection than what that Barren guy!!!
Qrow: as much as I hate to admit it, Jimmy does have a point, plus we can save more annually on Atlas than on what Barren offers, I've followed him, and let me tell you, he is not that great, I still don't know how he killed all does White fang and your men James
Ironwood: HE HAD A DAMN LASER!!! Yes he has tech and I'll admit it but I have more men and more fire power
Ozpin: I don't know...his clones are better , one clone is almost the equal of 10 Huntsmen
Glynda: that's wrong, no person should play Go-

We then felt an earthquake, we all got to the ground and then looked at one another.

Qrow: dear Oum what was that? It was to strong to be an earthquake
Ironwood: I don't know, Oz make your decision by the end of the day

Crimson POV

We were flying by what is now the remaining of the city. Most of the buildings are destroyed now. It looked like a battle field took place here.

Alex: do we go down now?
Crimson: affirmative

We then signaled the pilot to go down. Some Grimm started to gather around but Andrew took the gun and started cutting down every Grimm that showed its ugly face. Andrew was having the time of his life.

Andrew: holy shit!!! It's like shooting zombies but way more easy!!!

Alex: boys will be boys

After a minute of no sign of any other Grimm we landed the ship and looked around. Then we started talking while we walk to kill the boredom. But not even that was helping. But then as we walk we saw a small wolf.

Fabian: cute
Crimson: I'll handle it

I then walked towards it. It looked interested in me. I then pat his head and got up. I turned around and looked at my men.

Alex: well captain?

Crimson: let's kill it

Everyone: NOOO!!!
Crimson: fine

I then took the pup and give it to one of the trooper.

Crimson: here
Trooper: sure thing sir

He then put his blaster away and took the pup. While we walk he was petting the dog.

Time skip 5 minuets

I was walking through the remains of the city until I felt a hard pat on my head. I then took my lightsaber and point it to Fabian's neck.

Fabian: WAIT!!! It wasn't me!!!
Crimson: bullshit your Fabian
Fabian: look at your head

I then approached my hand to my head and felt something hop on it. I then brought it down and saw it was a small bird.

Crimson: * mute * what da fack
Alex: it seems this little fella also likes you sir

It then flapped it's wing and flew to my shoulder.

Crimson: like a pirate...nice

But then a snake appeared, followed by some other Grimm.

Crimson: oh hell no, we're going back

Time skip Beacon

We were walking towards Ozpin office and having the Grimm with us was causing a commotion. I kept walking ignoring the people around us. The small nevermore was sitting in my head and people were amazed and others scared. We took the elevator to Ozpin's office. But once it opened we saw Ironwood and Ozpin.

Oz: hello...Barren
Crimson: afternoon

They were both surprised for what we brought.

Ironwood: h-how is that even posible?
Crimson: funny story...they came to me...well the pup we took it the bird is the one who followed me...a few more tried but I was like no thank you
Oz: amazing, have they attacked or done something of their nature?
Crimson: nope
Ironwood: amazing, we most take them as experimental subjects!!!

The pup jumped out of the troopers arm and ran behind me followed by the pigeon.

Crimson: I don't think so
Ironwood: hand them over no-
Crimson: * finger snap *

All my clones pointed their guns towards Ironwood and he stoped right there. I proceeded to walk towards and put my hand over his shoulder.

Crimson: it seems you haven't learned James, there's no force on this planet that can make me follow orders from you, not you, not Ozpin and not even the gods can make me follow your orders

Ozpin then looked at me and said;

Oz: careful with what you say there mr Barren, or you might end up regretting that

Crimson: Oz, whats a god than nothing more than a being of power, now, I'm not a god but I do have my cards under my sleeve

He then looked at me and nodded.

Crimson: and for you Ironwood, try and do something like that one more time and I will kill you, Atlas May try and get me but it will go through hell, waste their resources, money and time and end up failing at the end

I then snapped my finger again and my clones lowered their guns.

Crimson: I think this is getting old, you and me always threatening each other
Oz: I think we're 2 on that ship
Ironwood: Oz...you better

Ironwood then started walking towards the elevator and then went on his way. I then took a seat and the pigeon came flying to my head. Follow by the wolf. Ozpin looked amazed by this.

Oz: so...can you explain what happened?
Crimson: of course

Time skip Crimson punching Aria and Xenon betting money on who will win

Oz: so there's a crime syndicate?
Crimson: most likely, if team Ruby is going let them be the bate, I'll have a task organized for anything that could happen

Ozpin looked puzzled, thinking everything that could happen. But let's be honest, I bet he's thinking of his secretary.

Ozpin: yes, that could be done...I believe we have to be on alert
Crimson: ok, Alex you heard the man, get me a battalion on stand by
Oz: Wait...I believe a small group of your fine men will be more than enough
Crimson: what do you say General

Alex then started thinking. He took a holopad and started going through some data.

Alex: I believe that could work, 40 men fending off until a group of hunters arrive and take it from there and minimizing the casualties of our troops sounds like the best action around

Ozpin was yet amazed by the response gave by him.

Oz: tell me, how does this clone business work?
Crimson: not for sale
Oz: shame...I guess we'll have to keep relying on humans
Crimson: I guess you'll have

I then stand up and began to walk away, but as I was waiting for my ride Ozpin asked;

Oz: now what mr Barren?
Barren: We Wait mr Oz

Time skip nigh
Ruby POV

I was keeping guard as the rest of my team rest. It was boring. I wish I had something else to do. I wish Barren was here, even if will be only to hear me out, I didn't care that much, only to be with.

Out of tiredness my leg fell asleep so I started walking around. But then it showed to be fatal as I hear a voice.

Blake: do you think he's trust wordy?
Yang: I guess...why do you ask?
Blake: those Death Troopers...they were the one who killed all those men back then, I can't forgive them for that
Yang: you heard her, they get paid for that, more specifically from Ozpin at the moment
Blake: that doesn't excuse his actions it's like saying he get permission to blow this city up cause no one lives around
Yang: you got point

( Xenon: little do they know, he already had)

Ruby:* I need to say something, defend him*

But as I was about to intervene I heard her.

Weiss: how dare you talk about him like that? He's one of the best strategic master mind I've seen and he's also a gentleman
Yang: but you need to se-
Weiss: shut it Yang, I'm not gonna allow you to drag his name down the dirt like a rag doll

I walked off happy knowing I'm not the only caring for him.

Time skip morning
Barren POV

I haven't slept, I've been on high alert all night expecting for something to happen. I've also station all my men in the middle of the city just in case. At the moment nothing has happened but as soon as something pops up...The Dead shall dance and Hell shall sing.

I was walking around my men, making sure they were ready.

Crimson: Alex...hows the preparation going?
Alex: great my Lord, all of us are prepared and awaiting for you command
Crimson: stay sharp...I have a feeling something big will happen

Alex then started thinking and then asked;

Alex: what makes you so sure my Lord?
Crimson: for some reason Team RWBY always find themselves in the middle of action...and if Oz gave them the same mission as us then that means something is going down for sure
Alex: Sir...their Kids, what's the worst that can happen?

One minute later

Trooper: SIR!!! The Kingdom is under attack!!!!

I then turned around and looked at him right to the face and say;

Crimson: you were saying?
