I'm Ashlyn, but please, call me Ash. I am 18 years old. My birthday is the 4th of August. I have brown hair, pale skin and blue color eyes with a dark blue ring on the outside and brown going into my pupil. I am not a normal Wolf, I am a White-Wolf. Here, in Canada, they call White-Wolves 'Magnifiquement Gifted Loup', which means 'Beautifully Gifted Wolf'. I am meant to have powers, but I haven't found it, yet, but I do have a power, it's the same as every other white wolf. It's a knockout power. If I wanted to knock someone out, I would look into their eyes and just say 'Dehors', which means 'Out'.

I have woken up, pissed off by Chris' cell-phone alarm which was going off... right now... on a Saturday!

''Chris!'' I whisper, tapping the heavy, tattooed arm that was around my waist. ''Chris!'' I stirred a bit, again while he didn't move out of the spoon he had me in. ''I'm Awake!'' Chris whispered into my ear, very raspily. I turned around in his comforting shell and looked him dead in his emerald, green eyes. He hugged me tighter and innocently kissed my lips, quickly.

''Hey, Chris'' I pulled my arm out of my hoodie pockets and laid my hand on his cheek and stroked his face. He pulls our his other hand and reaches for my ass and rests it on there and uses his other hand to stroke a piece of hair behind my ear. Chris is my Mate, my one and only, my other half, the most important life support I could have.

''Ash, I don't have to go to work today. Wanna stay in, invite Noemi around, and maybe watch some scary movies?'' ''Yep! I'll call her now. You go get Insidious, Sinister, Human Centipede, Poltergeist and Ouija'' We have seen all of these before, not scary... At all!

*FLASHBACK*

TV: (Screams literal bloody murder)

ME: AHHH (Screams like there's no tomorrow)

CHRIS: Ash, Babe, its okay!

NOEMI: I told her not to walk in the closet.

TV: (Screams again)

ME: Yep- AHHHHHHHHH!

Noemi and Chris hug me really hard.

NOEMI: Aww, poor Babes, you scared? It's okay

*20 Minutes Later*

''Yeah, I completely understand... I miss him too... I'm sorry, it's my fault... Thanks, Noemi... Okay... mhmm... Chris and I will come around later, yeah?... Okay... Bye.''

''Hey'' Chris startles me from the doorway and I jump turning around. ''Jackass!'' i shout ''But, I made you bacon and eggs?'' Chris says with a pout, ''Okay! You're not a jackass anymore.'' ''Uhuh.'' The sarcasm dripping from his mouth made me growl playfully at him. ''you know I hate it when you use that cocky sarcasm with me'' ''Hmmm? Well, I know what you hate even more,'' Ohh no! Ohh no! He's going to tickle me! Wait? Nope, he's not. Chris puts the plates on the table and uses his power, speed to run over to me. Chris is also a White-Wolf and has already found his power, speed, his power is speed. Lucky bastard.
He gets to me and picks me up, bridal style. "How do you make me love you so much, babe?" "I dunno? Probably because I'm your Mate!" "Oh yeah?" Chris says in a dumb tone. Suddenly, something pops into my mind and makes me wince "Chris?" He nods vigorously and sits on the bed and places me on his lap. "Where do you think my brother went?" And with that, a tear falls down my cheek. My brother, Carter, went missing a few weeks ago, protecting me, my mother, and his Mate, Noemi, who also is my best friend. "Babe-" "It was my fault, I should have listened to him, I should have stayed with all of the seniors and infants like Carter told me to. Instead, I just ignored him and went to fight. Now Noemi's sick because he's gone, he's been gone for weeks and Noemi can't take it. I made my best friend sick." To shut me up, Chris crashed his lips on to mine. I instantly reacted and wrapped my arms around his neck. Chris rubbed my hips under my shirt and I removed my arms from his neck and placed my hands on his chest. 

We broke for air and Chris ran his fingers through my brown hair. ''It's not your fault, Ash. You just wanted to help him.'' I buried my face into Chris' neck and he does the same into mine. ''Chris I-'' ''No! your tired and hungry! Now, eat.'' Chris grabs the plates and places them on the bed. ''I love you, Chris'' ''I love you too, Ash''

*20 Minutes Later*

'Carter! No dont go!'

'Ash... Wake up... Wake up!'

''Ahhhh!'' I woke up a screaming, crying mess with Chris violently shaking me to wake up from the dream that I wish lasted. I saw Carter, he could have told me where he was.

''Chris!'' I shout, cuddling into him and burying my head into his chest.

''Shh... It was just a dream.'' he whispers into my ear. ''I know, I wish it had lasted.'' I nodded and startead crying again. ''Why, Babe?''

''I saw Carter.''
