I haven't talked to you bout Marylin. Since the day that she was born it is as blessing to us. The cuteness came out of Maggie. And I gave half of my I think it was something good out of me that passed on to Marylin.

I barely realize that Marylin has some small freckles under her eyes. Yeah she is my daughter. She has brown with dark lights, wavy straight hair like her dad, the eyes light brown like Maggie, hey she got cheekbones after all, nose narrowed like me, and her lips like Maggie, a pink soft lip color. She has the mix of us after all.

I wonder every night how my princess will grow up. Never mind cause that comes boy drama and being an overprotective dad. That's what I'm afraid and should ask Chance for advice.

One morning I woke up early. I heard Marylin. "I'm coming Marylin." I walk to her room and I see her jumping up and down inside of her crib "good morning princess. How did you sleep? You wanna wake up mommy" I carry her to our room. I went to our bed and turned on the tv. Marylin started to crawl to Maggie. She gives a good stare to her then she said it "M-mama"
"What did you say Marylin" I look at her surprised.
"Hmm. What just happened? Was I dreaming that Marylin said something"
"I think she did" then she started to point out me with her little finger and said "D-dada"
We both look at each other. "Oh baby. You said first words" Maggie said
"I can't believe it." I kiss her forehead. "Good morning Mags"
"Morning G. Hey Marylin" she kisses me then Marylin.

We got up and ready for the day. Then James came to chill for a while. "Morning familia Gillum" said with a weird Spanish accent.
"James never say that" I said that while cooking breakfast. While Maggie was feeding Marylin. "Your almost finished your food."
"How old is she"
"Almost nine months this little sucker has. And her birthday is coming up." She said
"Yeah she getting older but soon I'm be like your dad." I joked around "but I'm serious. I don't want any guy to use my daughter"
"Relax Gerald" James said calmly
"Baby relax" Maggie said "your turning into my dad"
"Why shouldn't I worry"
"Wait until she's in high school now she's just a baby" James said
"James!! Why did you continue giving him the flow if he had forgotten" they were bickering just like we were like then suddenly Marylin said "mama! dada!"
"Coming Marylin!" I went to her and got her out from the baby chair.
"She talked"
"Yes she did" we both said proudly
"Oh so she did master her walking yet"
"She starts to crawl then she gets up into her legs then starts to walk towards me or Maggie" we hear the door knock "coming!" Maggie yelled. She open the door. It was Christoph.
"Hey G"
"What's up Chris. What a lovely surprise that you came to my house"
"Gerald we need to talk in private"
"Why not here in front of everyone"
"It's something private" I turned around and looked to Maggie
"Tell me"
"I got you a gig"
"Where?"
"New Orleans"
"I heard of that place. Beautiful place to party and drink. So what's the problem"
"The gig isn't until in two days so you have to leave now or tonight" Maggie came closer to me "Go. I'll be fine with Marylin."
"No. Wait. I have to leave today or tonight"
"Yeah because your doing Dive Bar Tour for Bud light"
"Shit I forgot"
"Well I need to know now" Maggie tells me "go and do your gig"
"Alright I'm going but Maggie is coming with me tonight"
"G there no room"
"She's coming with me or I'm not going"
"Okay I'll get an extra ticket for Maggie" Christoph leaves the house "Gerald why"
"Your welcome"
"What do you mean 'your welcome' I told you to go"
"But I want us to go together to New Orleans. Come baby please." I give her the puppy eyes. She can't resist me doing the eyes
"Alright I'll go with you but who's taking care of Marylin?"
"I will" James said.
"Okay but my parents need to know and your mom also that I'm leaving last minute"
"Just did. They said they'll take care of Marylin while we're gone to New Orleans"
"Ugh G I hate you sometimes"
"But you love me" she come close to me and kiss me
"Is this your answer"
"Yup"
"Well I'm go pack up"
"Okay I'm be there" I stare at James "what?"
"What just happened"
"Shut up. Well my princess, me and mommy have to leave out again but we'll be back soon, but you need to be good for Uncle J, and also your grandparents okay" she nods her head "love you Marylin. Take care of my princess"
"Okay I will go start packing for tonight" I went upstairs with Maggie to pack up. "Ready baby?"
"Yeah but I'm miss Marylin"
"Me too but will be back here soon okay"
"Okay"
"Remember wherever I go" she cuts me off
"I go" I smile to her
"I love you so much Mags Gillum"
"I love you so so so much Gerald Gillum" we finished packing and said our goodbyes to our daughter Marylin and our families. We finally arrived to the airport and board the plane to New Orleans.
