Chapter 4

The next morning Lucy was awoke by shouting and bellowing coming from out side.

"Don't you dare talk about her in that way!!!!" Damien's voice carried through the ground.

As she got up she looked around and found she had spent the entire night in Damien's office.

"Shit!!" She mumbled as Damien walked in completely taken back at what he saw.

"Ummmm, I'm just leaving."He spoke and turned around so Lucy could put her top and shorts back on.

"It's okay you can stay, anyways I am dressed." Lucy assured him as he went to walk back to his desk.

"Are you okay you seem a little tense?" She asked a very frustrated Damien.

"No, do you know what they are saying about you?" He looked at her with puppy eyes which Lucy couldn't resist.

"What are they saying about me?" She questioned.

"That you only flirt with men to get in their beds and when your finished you leave them and never speak to them again." Damien looked at her but this time his eyes were full of hurt.

Lucy slightly giggled at the comment.

"Damien, I have never slept with anyone, I have been waiting for you. To be honest all the men that have tried it with me have either ended up in hospital or dead." She explained as she walked over to his desk.

"I know you haven't. It's just Tom and Alex making rumours." Damien explained .

"Is it possible that I could go home have a shower and change my clothes then come back?" Lucy asked.

Damien smiled and nodded.

"Of course I am going to do the same, would you like a lift home?" He offered.

"Sure okay." Lucy smiled and grabbed her jacket as Damien grabbed his belongings and held the door open for Lucy.

"Thank you." She said as Damien locked the door.

"Lucy!!!" Alex and Tom shouted.

"Boys." She replied in a cold tone.

"What's up?" They asked.

"You know damn well what is wrong with me!! Calling me a total slut when you damn well know Tom I haven't slept with anyone!!!" She yelled as Damien tried pulling her away.

"Come on Luce they aren't worth your time." Damien held her as he gave Tom an ice cold stare.

Lucy sighed as Damien took her to his car.

"Here let me." He opened the car door for her.

"Thank you Damien." She smiled and got in .

"You are welcome." He smiled and got into his side of the car.

Throughout their journey Lucy told Damien all about her past life and how she lost her parents also about what her mum had told her before she pasted but there was one thing Lucy wasn't going to tell him she couldn't how would he react? Would he make a run for it?

"Sounds like you have had a very interesting life Luce." Damien looked at her, his heart racing.

"You could say that." Lucy smiled as Damien pulled up in front of her apartment.

"Well this is my stop." She spoke and was about to get out of the car until Damien pulled her back.

"Don't leave me." He whispered.

"Damien, I am only going for a bath and a change of clothes, I be back at your set in say an hour and a half . I am sure you will survive." She smiled at him and got out but before she went in she went round to Damien's side of the car and tapped on the window.

"Thank you for looking out for me." She whispered and kissed him on the cheek.

"I would only do it for you." He whispered as Lucy went indoors.

Wow she is amazing, not half the girl I thought she would be, intelligent, beautiful, witty and let alone just perfect, she understands me like I understand her but why is she so distant I mean I know we have just met but there is something she is hiding.

Damien thoughts got the better of him as he went in to Lucy's apartment which now smelt of vanilla and strawberry to his surprise he found loads of books and a laptop, he decided to be a smart ass and read a book.

"Boring." He muttered and pick up a magazine.

"People actually read this rubbish." He threw the magazine.

Then his curiosity got the better of him, he nosed around on Lucy's laptop as to find her screen was a picture of herself and Keira.

"Meh. I might read another book." He walked up to her shelf and picked up a book that was simaller to what he had back in his mansion.

"The satanic book. Now this is some good reading material." He whispered as he heard the bathroom door open and the bedroom one closing.

"Right, what to wear." Lucy muttered to herself as she turned on some music unaware of Damien.

"Oh Satan what in hell?" Damien muttered when he heard Lucy's style of music.

"Ah." Lucy said as she pulled out a purple summer dress with a ribbon round the waist as she slipped in to it.

"I am sure Damien won't mind if I have a quick coffee, I said i would be an hour and a half, I have another hour to kill, had my bath, done my hair, no make up today next thing is coffee." She muttered as she walked out of the bedroom little did she know Damien was watching her from behind his book.

As Lucy made coffee, she was dancing around her kitchen like a ballerina, waiting for her kettle to boil, she started to sing which to Damien's surprise she sounded just like an angel.

"Mmmm, what to have with it? Muffin, cookies or toast." She asked herself as she looked in her pantry.

"Muffins." She replied to her own question as she made her way to the living room.

"Holy Satan!!" She cried when she found her living room in a mess and fund her magazines thrown everywhere.

"Well burglars have no taste, if they don't like my magazines." She placed her coffee down and started to clear up unaware Damien was hiding behind her sofa then she found her satanic book then made herself cosy on the sofa with her coffee, muffin and book.
