This is not going to be a reader insert. Sorry if that's what you were hoping but I'm working on those right now so yeah. Now the characters are all my own because I for some don't get enough a lot of support when it comes to having you submit ocs. So here they are.

Name: Nathen (surprise surprise)

Age: 18

Look: short cobalt blue hair, lightish tanned skin, medium build, and silver blue eyes.

Armor: heavy dawnguard armor and the shield.

Weapons: crossbow with regular bolts, the sword that legolus uses from lord of the ring, and the knife that aragon uses from lord of the rings.

Power: turns into a werewolf (because that's what my character is on skyrim)

Magic: none

Skills: invests heavily in one handed attacks, heavy armor, and archery.

Personality: Funny, protective, needs to be serious when necessary, prefers to avoid a fight, and calm.

Backstory: Nathen was 9 when his family was attacked by vampires. It was around midnight when he heard screaming coming from his parents room. He ran in their room to find his mother headless and a man with his head in his father's neck. His father told him to run. He ran as fast as he could but didn't get further than 3 steps from the front door when Nathen was picked up by the throat and saw the man's face stained with blood and a murderous grin before the vampire got an arrow right in his forehead. Nathen was dropped as the companions guild came in and saw him. He left with them as he saw his house in flames. He was with them long enough to be turned into a werewolf after sneaking into The circles secret underforge. He was 12 when he left after he learned of the Dawnguard. Ever since then he has been apart of the companions and dawnguard as a soldier.

Name: Mask is what he wants to be called.

Age: 17

Looks: has dark grey skin, yellow eyes, and a small build like a theif.

Armor: what he's wearing.

Weapons: a sword that can go from 1 to 2 depending on desired force and spell being used.

Powers: he's a vampire but can't go full like a vampire lord. He was turned.

Magic: fire, lighting, lifesteal(I think it drains the health from your opponent), and frost.

Skills: invest in destruction, one handed, light armor, and sneak.

Personality: he is secretive since he doesn't want people to know he's a vampire, quiet, secluded, and a loner.

Backstory: mask was 15 when he was in Whiterun at night stumbling to the nearest inn drunk off his ass when a man grabbed him and sank his fangs into masks neck. It took a month for him to turn. In that time he created his armor to protect against direct sunlight but never takes it off unless bathing. He has never shown anyone what he is and was recuited by the dawnguard after mask was seen killing other evil vampires.

Name: Jesse

Age: 19

Look: black hair swept to one side, white skin, light build, and has brown eyes.

Armor: seen with what she's wearing

Weapons: Isilduers sword from lord of the rings which is 2 handed.

Powers: nothing special.

Magic: summons a familiar to fight for her.

Skills: invest in two handed, blocking, and conjuration.

Personality: happy, excited, ready to fight, and expressive.

Backstory: Jesse is a girl who was never afraid of the night and is ready to fight. She heard about the Dawnguard and decided to join them to help protect people.

Name: Legoliana

Age: 18

Look: above

Armor: above

Weapons: a ebony bow, and a elf dagger.

Powers: none for now

Magic: healing, healing hands, and ward.

Skills: invest in archery, resteration, and sneak.

Personality: helpful, likes to strike from a distance, and stays to the shadows.

Backstory: Legoliana was abandoned as a child at 7 years old and was on her own ever since until some vampires tried to kill her. Luckily the leader of the dawnguard was nearby to protect Legoliana. Ever since then she has tried to help the dawnguard as best as she can.
