She stops her jogging and panting softly to herself.

"Ana?" A deceased Christy spoke telepathically in her best friend's mind.

Ana small smiles to herself. "Christy?"

Christy's Spirit appears on the sidewalk. She and Ana exchange small smiles at each other.

Ana slowly walks inside the upstairs study where Klaus and the others are.

"Aiyana?" Elijah said.

"Christy's here. Her Spirit." Ana told her fiance.

And then, Christy's Spirit appears next to Ana. "Hi, guys."

Klaus becomes overwhelmed by seeing the spirit of his deceased wife. "Christy?"

"Hi, Hon." Christy greeted her husband with a small smile and looks at the others. "Can you guys see me?"

"Yeah, we can see you." Rebekah said.

"Why wouldn't we be able to see you, Christy?" Freya asked, a bit confused.

"I mean, the witches can see me. You guys are able to see me because I'm connected to you guys through our relationships and friendships." Christy told them. "And also, I don't want anybody to think that you guys are coo-coo crazy." She added with a silly sense of humor.

Klaus chuckled softly at his wife's silliness. "Where's your dead body?"

"In the sarcophagus chamber." Christy told her husband. "Where's Luna and Trinity?"

"At the Camp Orasani." Klaus told her.

"I know you guys don't want to talk about it, but . . . how long have I been dead?" Christy asked.

"4 days." Ana replied.

"I miss you guys." Christy said.

"We miss you too, Christy." Rebekah said.

Later that day, in the upstairs of Klaus's and Christy's bedroom, Christy looks at the canvas painting of herself wearing her abstract long gown, wearing her hair in a low ponytail and her satin lavender headband with a beachside shore and waves for the background.

"I painted it when we returned back home that evening." Klaus said from the door frame.

Christy turns around to look at him with a small smile. "You're an amazing artist."

Klaus small smiles to himself and slowly walks over to his neatly stacked canvas paintings of Christy atop of his drawer.

"I sometimes admires my canvas paintings of you." Klaus said.

"You have a personal collection of my canvas paintings." Christy said. "How romantic of you."

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. She tries to gently hold his hand, but her hand fades through his.

Which makes both Klaus and Christy exchange glum looks at each other.

"I know this must be hard for you, Klaus. But even though, we can't hold hands, I can still be here." Christy said.

"I know." Klaus said. "And as much as I would love to kiss you, I'll save my affections for when you will be resurrected."

"Yeah." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"And another thing, as a spirit, can you do your magic?" Klaus asked.

"Just a little." Christy replied.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and she starts fading in and out.

"Christy?" Klaus said.

"Something's wrong." Christy said, as she starts flickering. "Klaus?"

Klaus and Christy exchange worried looks at each other.

"Christy?" Klaus said.

"I love you." Christy told him as she faded away.

Klaus becomes worried and walks out of the study, in the hallway and walks down the stairs and into the courtyard.

"Niklaus?" Elijah said.

"Christy's Spirit is gone. She's vanished." Klaus told his brother, worried.

Klaus and Elijah exchange worried looks at each other.

"Well, not actually." Marcalos spoke up.

Klaus and Elijah turns around to look at Marcalos, who sits at the table with his feet propped up on the table.

"Where's my wife?" Klaus asked.

"I stealthy stole her spirit from the Spirit World. Christiana's Spirit is in my Underworld Palace." Marcalos told Klaus. "I can sense Anubis searching for her right now."

"Release Christiana." Elijah told Marcalos.

Marcalos looks at both Klaus and Elijah like their crazy. "In case, it slipped your minds, I'm the Elder God of the Underworld. No one tells me what to do, not even my own mischievous wife, Persephone."

"I want Christy back." Klaus said.

Marcalos looks at Klaus, getting up to his feet and slowly walks up to the Original Hybrid.

"How bad do you want her back, Klaus?" Marcalos asked with a malicious expression on his face. "Are you willing to die for her?"

"Yes." Klaus told him with a serious expression on his face.

"How about a deal, eh?" Marcalos asked. "You kill 100 vampires within 24 hours, and I'll return your beloved Epic Love Soulmate, Christiana's Spirit, back to you. But if you do not, I will make her spirit suffer for all of your past monstrous misdeed sins."

Marcalos takes a step towards Klaus, so the two men are in each other's faces.

"So, Klaus Mikaelson? Do we have a deal?" Marcalos asked.

"You must think I'm a fool to ever accept a deal from you." Klaus said to Marcalos.

And then, Marcalos uses his dark powers to conjure up a folded scroll and gently puts it in Klaus's jacket pocket.

"Well, if you change your mind, Klaus, I'll be waiting." Marcalos said with a sly grin and vanishes into a flame.

"Please tell me you are not going to accept Marcalos's deal?" Elijah asked.

Klaus looks at Elijah. "Of course not."

Klaus and Elijah exchange looks at each other. Klaus takes out the scroll and tears it up.

That late afternoon, in a study, Klaus sits in an armchair, staring at the lit fireplace.

Christy's Spirit shows up in the study. "Klaus?"

Klaus looks up at his deceased wife. "Chris?" And slowly gets up to his feet and slowly walks up to her.

"Please, tell me you're not gonna take Marcalos's deal?" Christy asked, worried. "He's lying."

"I know and I'm not gonna take his deal." Klaus told her. "I tore up the scroll."

"Marcalos stole my spirit, and if he chooses to resurrect me, I'll have 24 hours before I flame out." Christy said.

"He's inflicting pain on you to hurt me more." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange worried looks at each other.

"Mom?" Trinity said.

Both Klaus and Christy looks at their daughters, Luna and Trinity, who are standing in the doorway of the study.

"You guys can see me, right?" Christy said.

Luna and Trinity both nodded.

"We can see you, Mom." Luna said.

Christy's Spirit gently sits down on the arm of the armchair. "I am so sorry that you two have to see me like this."

"It's okay." Luna said, and slowly walks up to her.

"At least, we can see you." Trinity said, and slowly walks up to their mother. "Even though, we can't touch you."

Christy, Luna and Trinity exchange small, yet, glum smiles at each other.

Christy looks at Klaus, and he looks at her.

"Take care of our daughters and yourself." Christy said.

"I will." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

And then, Anubis swirls up from the carpet floor in sand with his staff.

Klaus, Christy, Luna and Trinity looks at Anubis.

"Anubis?" Christy said.

"I have successfully retaken your spirit from Marcalos's Underworld clutches. I will escort you back to the Spirit World until further instructions from the Elder Gods and Goddess." Anubis informed Christy.

"Okay." Christy said.

That evening, the Mikaelsons, along with Mathias, Marcel, Max, Gia, Ana, Zenith, Thalia, Vincent are in the courtyard.

Anubis and Christy appears in the courtyard.

"Hey, you guys." Christy said to them with a small smile.

"I thought your spirit was with Marcalos?" Zenith said.

"It was, but Anubis got it back." Christy said. "You guys?"

"Don't say "goodbye" Christy, we'll see you again when you're resurrected." said Vincent.

"I love you guys." Christy said.

"Love you too." Gia said.

Anubis then, opens a portal to the Spirit World, with his staff. "It is time, Milady Christiana."

Christy slowly walks up next to Anubis. She turns around to look at Klaus. She and Klaus exchange small smiles at each other.

And with one final look at her family and best friends, Christy turns around to look at the portal again.

And Anubis and Christy's Spirit slowly walks inside the portal and it closes behind them. And the portal vanishes.
