All the elite soldiers had assembled, each one with their bags packed and ready, except for Raiden.

Tegan- Everyone ready to go??

Narrator- Everyone shouted, "Yeah!!"

Livon- Yeah!! Yeeeeah!! Yeahhhh!!

Tegan(to livon)- Calm down; its okay; we get that you are ready.

Eldon(with a smirk)- Hmph!!

Livon(to raiden)- Huh?? You aren't coming with us, raiden?? It will be an exciting trip!! We haven't visited an island before, so come on!!

Raiden(with a frightened look)- N-nah, I think I have to pass. I am not really interested in visiting an "unknown" island.

Livon- Ah, don't be like that!! Come on!! It will be fun!!

Raiden- Sorry, but no.

Ayumi(to livon)- I am surprised that even you are accompanying us, livon!! Considering your past experience with other world.....

Eldon- Aaaaah!! Its okay!! Livon is a strong boy!! He will manage!!

Livon(to eldon)- Call me papa, hmph!!

(to ayumi)- By the way, what were you saying, ayumi?? Other world... something??

Ayumi(to livon)- I was saying otherworldly......

Eldon(while looking at his watch)- Oh man, we are getting late!! We should have caught the boat by now!!

Noren- Yeah, you are right!! Lets leave!!

Itsumi(to mizumi)- You do know we are not going to a party or something??

Narrator- Apparently, Mizumi was impeccably dressed in a stunning black gown.

Mizumi(to itsumi)- Of course I know that!! I am dressed like this so my beloved Hinaka can get attracted to me!! (runs towards hinaka, but he ignores her)

Raiden(to livon)- I always knew that you were brave. I wish you all the very best on your journey. May God Dragon always be with you. (then left)

Livon(with a confused face)- Why do I have this sudden feeling of uneasiness??

Eldon(shouting while standing at the entrance)- Heyy, what's the deal, loser?? Aren't you coming with us??

Livon- Shut up, I am coming!!

Narrartor- With this, everyone first reached the port, and from there, they boarded a boat with no captain. Tegan took it upon himself to manage the proceedings.

Godforsaken Island is situated somewhere in the Enigma Ocean, between the Dragon and Crystal Countries.

Itsumi- So what's it like on the island?? Anyone have a clue??

Mizumi- The last I heard about it was when news broke of a tourist's body washing up on the beach in Crystal Country.

Noren- I also heard about that!! The incident probably took place a year ago. Since then, I don't think there has been other news, which could mean that either it's a safe place now or simply no one has dared to go over there since then.

Livon- "Dared to go??" What do you mean by that??

Eldon- Ah, he means nothing!! Nothing really!! Whatever it is, you will see once we reach there!!

Livon(to eldon)- You know, you have been inferring quite a lot whenever I ask anyone about the island. And I am not liking that!! So just keep quiet!!

Ayumi- I think I get what's going on here. Livon, the place we are going to right now, "The Godforsaken Island," has a reputation for being quite mysterious.

Livon- Yeah, mysterious!! That's not a big issue. So this is what you didn't want me to hear, eldon, hmph!! You are such a child!!

Ayumi- Wait, there is more to it. By mysterious, I mean, in the sense of horror, mysterious.

Livon(with a stunned face)- ...........

Ayumi- Stories about otherworldly creatures, such as the ghost lady, are associated with the island, with some even claiming that she resides there.

Narrator- Up until now, neither Livon nor Eldon had ever engaged in physical altercations or dared to touch each other, regardless of how badly things had gone. But now, for the first time, Livon had decided to change that. He stood up from his seat, grabbed Eldon's collar, and pushed him to the point where Eldon was on the verge of falling from the boat.

Livon(to eldon)- WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME?? WHY???!!! WHY???!!

Eldon(while pushing livon aside)- Hmph, I felt like it, that's why!! I wanted to see your scared face with my own two eyes!! Hahahahahaha!!

Livon(with a raging face)- FIRE .....

Ayumi (to livon)- STO....

Tegan(to ayumi)- DON'T DO THAT, AYUMI!!

(to livon)- Stop it, livon!! I understand that you are angry, but still. We can't take the risk of using our shakti this early, considering we haven't even reached the island till now!!

Livon(with a raging face)- Sheesh!!

Noren(to itsumi)- So livon really is sacred of ghosts.

Livon(while staring at noren)- .......

Tegan(to eldon)- And eldon, what you did isn't acceptable!! You are playing with people's emotions!! Everyone in this world fears something or another!! You can't just go around poking fun of them.

Eldon- I fear nothing.

Tegan- Bow down and apologize to livon right now!!

Eldon- Aah?? I won't do that!! I don't bow down to anyone!!

Tegan- Am I not your teacher?? Won't you do as I tell you to?!

Eldon- Hmph, you WERE my teacher!! I have no obligation to do anything you tell me now!!

Tegan(with a surprised face)- Eldon.......

Mizumi(to eldon)- Even if he is not our teacher anymore, he is still our senior!! We have to respect him!!

Hinaka(while yawning)- ........

Eldon- I never disrespected him; I simply spoke the truth. He should stop acting like he's the boss around here because we are all equal in this Dragon Parts mission. I just played a little prank on livon, nothing more, and it's not the first time we have pranked each other. There was never a need to make such a big fuss about it!!

Narrator- Tegan couldn't believe what he was hearing; he simply stood at one place for a minute before he again started paddling the boat quietly.

Mizumi(to eldon)- You should really know when you are supposed to shut up!! All the crap about being superior would mean nothing if you didn't even know how much you were supposed to say!!

Eldon(while staring at mizumi)- ......

Narrator- All of them sat quietly without uttering a word to one another until their journey ended and they reached the island.

(At the Godforsaken Island)

Noren- Ah, so we are on the island now. Not gonna lie, I kind of expected something spooky to happen to us by now. Something like not being able to locate an island and aimlessly wondering over the sea while hearing some weird noises in between.

Livon(while shivering)- .......

Narrator- Suddenly, a loud, weird sound came from deep within the island jungle.

Livon- HOLLLY HEELL!!

Noren- Now that's more like it!!

Ayumi- So what should be our next move??
Mizumi(to tegan)- Yeah, tell us about it, sir??

Tegan- Don't ask me about that. Do what you all think is right. I will follow that.

Itsumi- Heyy, don't say that!! You are ours, sir!! If you hadn't been present on this entire Dragon Parts mission, then we would have probably never been able to coexist.

Ayumi- Yeah, it's all thanks to you!! Remember, you were the one who organized that Kabaddi matchup?! You have been the one making most of the important decisions. We all accepted your decisions, not because you are our senior, but because you are the most suitable one of us to lead!!

Narrator- As everyone was busy chatting, Hinaka, meanwhile, began monitoring the nearby area on his own.

Tegan- I can't. I think what eldon said was right; I am forcing my decisions on you. And it's not like my decisions did us any favors up until recently. We were trailing behind gintto for a long time.

Mizumi- That may be true. But still, we want you to lead!!

Eldon- Hmph!! You don't need to force him!! If he doesn't want to lead, then let it be. I can be your new leader from now on!! Hmph, I am supposed to lead this entire world one day anyway!! So this will be a good place to start!!

Mizumi- Mann.... I am getting tired of you, eldon, like literally!! You are fricking repetitive!! Babbling about the same shit over and over again!! Really, no one gives a shit about you!! So stop thinking like you are some sort of bigshot, because you are not!!

Eldon- Repetitive?? I don't want to hear that word from someone whose entire character revolves around licking hinaka's ass!! (mizumi took out her escrima stick and then took her battle stance)

Noren- Speaking of hinaka, where did he go?? He was standing over here with all of us just a moment ago!!

Eldon- Mizumi will know where he is. Hmph, she is his dog after all!!

Mizumi- Bastard!!! Get ready to be my dog now!! EMBER STICK!!

(Hinaka enters the scene)

Hinaka(to mizumi)- Don't attack mizumi!! There won't ever be a coming back if you go ahead.

Mizumi(with a surprised face)- Hinaka.....

Noren(to hinaka)- Where did you wander off on your own??

Hinaka- I was searching for inhabitants of this island.

Noren- Then, did you find any??

Hinaka- Nah, from the looks of it, the island seems like a deserted one. But who knows?? There might be someone living inside some cave or something else.

Itsumi- I think hinaka can be our new leader!!

Hinaka(with a surprised face)- Huhhh???

Noren- That's a good choice. He is a sensible dude, and I think he can make it, at least until the time tegan decides to take the role again.

Eldon- What is this?! Here I am telling all of you that I want to be the new leader, but you just ignore that and decide to make hinaka the leader!! I am better than hinaka any day!! I can't believe what you guys are thinking!!

Ayumi- Why can't you believe?? I also think hinaka is a pretty good choice. He is calm and calculated- the exact kind of leader we need right now.

Mizumi(to eldon)- And don't forget, if we look at the rankings of the World Tournament, then hinaka would have the highest ranking among all of us. He is the finalist!! Hmph, he even defeated you in the semi-finals, so my hinaka leading the charge is the most logical decision!!

Hinaka- But..... I don't want to lead.

Mizumi(while holding hinaka's arm)- Please, sweetie pie!! Just for this once!!

Ayumi(to hinaka)- Come on, hinaka, show us your leadership skills!!

Hinaka- Fine, I suppose. But only for this mission. I don't want to take on the burden of leading a group often; it might start affecting my overall performance.

Narrator- Mizumi overjoyedly tried kissing Hinaka on his cheeks, but Hinaka pushed her away in time.

Noren(to hinaka)- I know you will do well in the role.

Eldon(with a frustrated face)- There is no respect for me in this group!! I am out!! I can find the dragon part on my own!! Sheesh, I work better when I am alone anyway!! (then leaves)

Mizumi- Hmph, I guess we are another member short now.

Itsumi(to hinaka)- You have any ideas as to how we are supposed to locate a dragon part on this island??

Hinaka- For now, let's explore the island. I know it's dark, but if we have to gain an upper hand against ginto, then we shouldn't be shy about taking steps that are even riskier.

Ayumi- You are right. We should utilize every single second of ours.

Hinaka- So kindly, everyone, turn on your mobile phones or torches; we will head out now!!

Narrator- Eldon, meanwhile, was preparing his tent on the other side.

Hinaka(to livon)- Will you be coming with us or... I will totally understand if you say no.

Livon(while shivering)- I will come. It's not like staying outside and seeing eldon's face would do any good.

Narrator- After everyone was done with the preparations, they all headed towards the jungle.

It was an ordinary jungle with nothing special. They all continued to walk, looking for anything unusual or a potential hint to finding the dragon part.

Livon- I think we should return to the beach area now. We haven't found any clue, so it will be better to rest the night and start monitoring the area tomorrow morning.

Hinaka- Do you all agree with livon, or do you still wish to continue??

Narrator- Everyone answered "Continue moving," so they kept on marching forward.

But suddenly another loud, weird sound came from somewhere. Everyone stopped for a moment, looked around with their torches, and upon seeing nothing, they again began walking.

Livon- Aren't you all not even the least suspicious or varied of the sound we just heard now??

Ayumi- Huh, what do you mean by that?? The sound probably came in from the Crystal Country or maybe from another nearby island, if it exists.

Livon- Another island?? First ghost story, and now this.

Ayumi- This is quite an unknown territory; not many humans have visited this place before. So there are bound to be some unwanted rumors surrounding it.

Itsumi(to livon)- If you want a piece of advice, then stories about ghosts and other creatures are nothing but false. They are just the product of human fear. The more we try to run from something, the more we will believe that the same thing is running after us.

Narrator- Livon didn't say anything back; instead, he just held his head down for a minute.

Livon(to itsumi)- You are right. I am just taking on too much stress. (slaps himself in the face) This won't be happening again!! Thanks for the advice.

Narrator- After that, the Elite Soldiers continued monitoring the forest for one more hour, and then they finally returned back to the beach, where they saw Eldon comfortably lying on his tent, watching his phone while eating chips.

Mizumi- Just look at him. Does he think he is on a picnic or something?!

Hinaka- We should also start preparing tents. It's already quite late.

Narrator- Everyone then began working on the tents; they erected two large tents. Following that, they lit a bonfire and gathered around it.

Itsumi took out a plastic box from her bag containing chocolate cookies. She took one cookie for herself and then passed the box to Noren, who did the same, continuing the sharing.

A lighthearted conversation stirred around the bonfire, where everyone participated except Tegan, who sat quietly, and Livon, who was busy with his phone.

Noren(to livon)- You feel better now, livon??

Livon- Mmm, yeah.

Itsumi(to livon)- What's the time right now??

Livon- It's 11:35 p.m.

Mizumi(to tegan)- How long do you plan on staying like this??

Tegan- ..........

Mizumi(to tegan)- You gotta move on. Don't show disrespect to the heart. Bastards like Eldon will always come and go. We can't take every one of them seriously.

Tegan- He was my student. Not just any random person. But you wouldn't understand my feelings because you aren't a teacher. (then stood up, went to the tent, and laid down)

Mizumi(with a confused face)- .......

Noren- Oeee, I really expected some spooky stuff to have taken place by now. I am so disappointed!! He, he, how about we discuss some of our real horror incidents?!

Ayumi- Sounds fun. I will start first.

Livon(with a tense face)- .......

Ayumi- The story takes place when I was 8 years old. I had finished my extracurricular activities, so I was returning home around 5 p.m., and it was raining unexpectedly. As a result, I didn't have an umbrella with me. The streets were empty, all the shops were closed, and there was no one around, at least that's what I assumed until I saw an old man trying to open the shutter of a closed shop a little ahead of me.

The old man repeatedly tried opening the shutter, but it wouldn't budge. Despite the odd situation, I decided not to help him and walked straight home, ignoring him in the process. As I walked past his shop, the old man surprisingly asked for my help. My first thought was, "Why is this old man asking for my help, and why does he want to open a shop in this heavy rain?!!"

As I was about to refuse, he suddenly grabbed my arm and said, "You can't deny helping me anymore. Helping old people is a must." Being an 8-year-old, I didn't have the guts to say anything back. Together, we used our strength to open the shutter, revealing a candy store. The old man promised to bring me a candy as a reward and asked me to wait for him.

After a few seconds, the rain stopped, and an unknown man approached me, asking, "What are you doing here, child?? Why did you open this abandoned shop?? Are you a thief??" Confused, I explained that an old man had asked for my assistance. The unknown man, who claimed to be nearby, said he saw no one but me opening the shutter. Perplexed, I told him the old man had gone inside to get a toffee for me. The unknown man quickly entered the shop, searched for the old man, but found no one. He then came back to me, held my hands, and politely asked if what I was saying about the old man was true. I affirmed, and when he further questioned me about the old man's appearance, I said he was a bald man in a white shirt and black pants. Upon hearing this, he became agitated.

Confused, I asked him what was wrong. He explained that the old man I described had died four years ago, and the shop had been closed since then. Stunned, I looked around the shop, but the old man was nowhere to be seen. During my search, I found a single candy on the ground. This incident was later reported to the Enforcers, and a few old men were investigated. Unfortunately, none of them matched the old man from that fateful day.

Later that day, news broke about an old man who had committed suicide in his own home. Strangely, he looked identical to the one I saw in the candy shop. To this day, it remains an unsolved mystery. While this may sound a bit unbelievable, every detail I've shared is the truth. I haven't twisted a single sentence.
