All heads look towards the where the cry of help came from. I know that voice but I can't place it yet. I look at Thomas. He has the same look.

Then we hear another cry for help. The voice sounded like Newt. Thomas has the same look of realization on his face. And at the same time we bolt for the door, not looking to see if any of the others are following.

When we step out we see two people running towards us being chased by these mutt type animals. There were two mutts but they were huge.

I spot Newt, trying to run with his heavy limp. Fear clearly on his face. The other guy looked the same. But he had blonde hair and a strong build."PEETA!!"cried Katniss.

She shoots an arrow at the mutt. It hits one in the neck. I hear the cry from the mutt but it keeps on running after them.

I take off towards them with Thomas right next to me. Our daggers out. We run past them headed for the mutts. We tackle one of them.

Thomas and I wrestle till we pin it down. it takes all the strength Thomas has to keep it held down while I position my dagger over its heart.

I plunge it deep into the mutts heart. blood spurts out of the wound. the creatures spasms and twitches as I drive it in deeper.

Then finally the much body goes limp and I pull my dagger out. It's blade coated with blood. I'm breathing heavy but look at Thomas his shirt is stained in a couple spots with the mutts blood.

I look and see that Four has killed the other mutt with his bare hands by breaking it's neck.

Thomas and I get up and head back for the stone building. The others do the same. We walk in. I can see Newt and Peeta talking to the others. Then Newt turns his head and spots us.

A smile creeps across his face. He limps over."Well I'm glad your not dead."says Newt.

I smile."Glad to see your not dead too."I say. Thomas is smiling.

We sit and chat. Catching up on everything that's happened from the time we woke to now."Wow I must have been out a while. Because I never heard the starting cannon."says Newt.

"Must have."I say. Then I stand up.

"OK I need two people to come with me to search the maze again. Thomas u stay here this time."I say. He nods.

Gale walks up."I'll go with you."says Gale.

"As will I."says Four.

I nod."Good get ready we leave in five minutes."I say.

I look at Newt and hand him one of my daggers."Only use it if any of those mutts show up. Protect them with it or at least help."I say.

He nods."Good that."says Newt.

I look and see Tris stand on her tiptoes to kiss Four bye.

Then he turns and walks towards me. I look and see Gale talking to Peeta and Katniss."Come on Gale let's get moving."I say.

He hugs Katniss bye and throws his cross bow over his shoulder and starts towards us.

I turn and walk out the door, not checking to see if their following.
