"Can I come with you Daddy?" Iron asks as I grab my bags, Aang and I plan to go over to the where the Fire Bending was born. "I don't know Buddy." I tell him, "If Aang says it's okay then can I?" he then asks. "Sure." I rub the top of his head before he runs off.

Iroh did end up coming with us and learning from the dragons as well. Turns out there are still two around. "You know," Katara says behind me "I can't get out of my mind what Kishi had said about Iroh being only Fire Nation by blood."

"They were born outside of the Fire Nation, what else could it mean?" I ask, "Where exactly?" she asks in response. "I don't know, I wasn't there for the birth. The last I saw their mother, she was maybe eight or nine months along when we went our separate ways and I don't remember where she was heading other than away from the war." I mean yeah, she was in the South Pole but she could've just got there and gave birth to the twins somewhere else. "You care about them?" she asks. "Of course! You saw how I was when I found out that Iroh was sick. They are the only real connection I have left with their mother. She was the only one outside of my family that saw me as me, not as a prince destined to be the next Firelord." why wouldn't I care about them?

"Ready?" Sokka ask as I walk out of my room, I give a nod. We head over to my airship before heading out to the Boiling Rock.
