This story takes place in the same world as Rieka, Drakaina, and The whisperer Of The Dead. In fact, The Dark Side Of The Moon is very much related to Rieka. I won't spoil anything but it gets explained later on in the story. 

Don't worry, you can read this without reading any of the others, but some characters from the other stories are gonna make an appearance at some point or another.
