Izuku climbs out of the rubble and trys to get out, but, he saw all the heroes are fighting off Vill. They can't keep this up.

Izuku(thinking): how am i going to stop him!? i can't transform into the Mastered forms because it was my first time using them! wait a minute, i Mastered the All for One, which means i have access to all the quirks Vill stolen over the years, even in my normal state!

Izuku put his arm up and aims at Vill and gets ready to use the air-cannon.

Izuku: i sure hope this works!!

A giant gust of wind fires off of izuku's arm and makes a direct hit on Vill.

Vill: who did that?!

Izuku: right here, bastard!!

Sero: yes!!! izuku is still in the game!!!

Kaminari: for a second there, i thought he was a goner.

All Might: it would seem izuku has acquired all the quirks he stole from Vill, now izuku can take him on.

Izuku begins to fly in the air and he got surprise of it, but now, he's got the hang of it.

Izuku: whoa, whoa, whoa!! okay....i need to get used to this.

Vill: you little pest!!!

Izuku: come at me, no-eye fucker!!!

Izuku and Vill begins fighting again and all heroes stand by and watch the fight.

Shoji: i don't get it...how is izuku manage to get himself back up?

All Might: he has all of the quirks that Vill has stolen, remember? he also has that quirk called "near-death" Vill already explain it.

Kirishima: so....izuku has gotten stronger?!

All Might:*nod*

Vill: damnit, kid!!!! i didn't know you can access all the quirks and you can copy others by looking at them.

Izuku: yeah, it's crazy, but it's not that bad, i can also use this quirk to hurt you real bad!

Izuku lift his hand and point it to Vill, then a big explosion came out and blast Vill to a nearby building.

All Might: it can't be......that's....

Bakugo: that's my quirk!

Sato: he must of copy bakugo's quirk by looking at him!

Kamui Woods: maybe he can actually win this.

Vill: why, you!!!!!

Izuku: heh, i can see why bakugo likes this. All right, Vill; let's test out the quirks.

Izuku put his palm of his hand up and a small speaker came out, then, an aux cord came out of his ear and plugs with the speaker and makes a powerful sound wave.

Momo: that's my creation quirk!

Jiro: and that's my earphone jack quirk!

All Might: looks like he made a combo attack.

Izuku: heh, not bad. Their quirks are amazing, let's see what this one do.

Izuku's whole body turn invisible and the others in a surprise.

Toru: wow!!! that's my invisible quirk!!

All Might: he can turn invisible at will, impressive.

Vill looks around to find him, but he felt two hands on his shoulders and gets shocked.

Vill: AAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!!!!

Kaminari: whoa!!!! my Electric quirk!!! awesome!!!

Izuku reappears and Vill was about to strike him, but when izuku gets hit in the head, his face becomes harden and he hits Vill with some acid on his arm.

Vill: GRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kirishima: WHOA!!!!!! he used my quirk!!! so manly when he's doing it!!

Mina: awesome!!!! he uses mines too!!

Vill: how did you know that's my weak spot?!

Izuku: i also acquired a quirk called "Search". you stole that quirk from Ragdoll, right? when this is over, i will return her quirk back!!(charges at Vill)

Vill: you won't get to do that, once i kill you!!!!!!

Izuku lifts his elbow and tape came out of it, then it grabs Vill and izuku pulls him and grows a extra arm to punch him to the ground.

Sero: my tape quirk!!

Shoji: he used my Dupli-Arms quirk.

Then, izuku launches a fire ball at him and a blizzard of ice after that.

Vill: Y-you....!!!

Todoroki: that's my quirk.

All Might: yes!!! Vill is down! izuku must finish him off!!

Izuku walks over to Vill and looks down on him.

Izuku: i can't.

All Might: WHAT!!?

Izuku: i said, i can't. listen, All Might i am a hero in training and i can't kill him, remember; "heroes don't kill"!!

All Might looks down in shame and lifts his head up to izuku.

All Might: alright.....fine, he can be lock up away for good and everything will be fine, i promise.

Izuku: good.

When izuku was walking away, Vill rise up quickly and shoots a air-cannon at izuku, but when the blast hit and the smoke clears, izuku was not hurt, but on the ground, it was someone who stop the attack.

Izuku: what happen? wait...is that?

Stain: hey.........kid...

Izuku: STAIN!!!! what did you do that!?

Stain: heh, you see....when i first met you, i saw a great pain that i felt when i was young, but you.....you learn how to use this pain to save others and gain their trust, that's why i want to form a alliance with you, so i can help you become a real hero and i thought you can defeat me instead of All Might, but......it's crazy, me, "the hero killer stain" sacrifice himself to save the future number one hero.....heh, i somehow enjoy this, good luck izuku and try now to screw this up and finish it already.

Stain's eyes slowly closed and silence fills the place and Vill started to laugh.

Vill: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! what a fool!!!!

Izuku's head was look down and he slowly rises up and Vill points his hand to him.

Vill: heh, you lost.....izuku midoriya.

Vill fires at izuku and he's just standing there, everyone watch in horror and believing that he will die.

Everyone(and the city): IZUKU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But then, an powerful black and blue aura explodes and knocking Vill to a pile of rocks. Then, izuku started to rise to the air and all the clouds gather up and make a giant hole, then lightning started to flash and the wind begins to blow, but, everyone is looking at izuku as (1:27)he started to shed tears from his eyes but with a serious face on, then, the black and blue aura are going to him and his hair stands up and turn black, but two small hairs turn blue and grows big into a V shape and then, he flys back down to the ground with his eyes closed.

Bakugo: what....just happen?

Todoroki: look at his hair, it's different

Kaminari: and look at that blue V shape on it, it's just like All Might's!

Kirishima: yeah, but it's a little bigger than his black hair.

All Might: wait......that's......no.....it can't be......!!

Vill: impossible, impossible, that form!! how did he learn to do that!?!?!?!??

Tenya: All Might!!!! please explain, what happen to izuku!!?! why are you and Vill are so scared and nervous!?!

Sero: yeah!!! we've never seen you scared before! so that means something big happen to him, right!?

Endeavor: come on, All Might! explain! do you know what happen!?

All Might:(points at izuku) T-t-t-t-that form is the combination of the All for one and the One for All.....this form has surpass the.....the....the.......gods.

Everyone stood there shock and eyes are wided as he said that.

All Might&Vill: THAT FORM IS CALLED THE........

Izuku opens his eyes and it shows his eyes are black and his eye color is blue.
