Anxiety's POV

I heard a knock at the door, my thoughts coming to an abrupt stop. "It's open." I called from my bed. The door cracked open to what seemed like Patton. "Hey, Kiddo, we need you out here." He called. I set aside my laptop and got up out of my bed. I follow Patton out into the living room. "Now, what was all this fighting about?" Patton asked. I plopped myself on the couch next to Roman and Logan. "ehh...he was just being an overprotective boyfriend." I said while leaning back on the couch. "Awww!" Patton squealed. "Wha-Anxiety!" Roman was flustered. "What? I'm not lying." I said with a smirk. "You're a brat..." He pouted. "Save the lovey-dovey stuff for when you two are alone." Logan peeped up from his book. "Well, now that we've all made up, wanna play some games?" Patton seemed overjoyed. It was childlike. It was pure. "I've got nothing better to do, so okay." I muttered. "I suppose I could partake in this activity." Logan said. "I love game nights!" Roman exclaimed. Well...no backing out now...

Patton rushed out of the room and came back with a stack of games. From Twister to Chutes And Ladders. I'm surprised he could carry it all without-...never mind, he fell. We all rushed over to help him, but by the time we got there, he had stood himself up. "Are you hurt?" Logan asked quickly, "Pfft, I'm fine." He chuckled. "You sure?" Roman added. He nodded once more. "Now, c'mon, what'll we play first?" He asked. "Drug Bust. Obviously." I pointed to an old board game Thomas made in grade school for a project. "Aww, I remember that!" Roman reminisced. "That was...not appropriate to say the least." Logan added. "Come on, guys. If there were drugs in here..." Patton paused. "DON'T." Logan said sternly. "We'd know." He said. "Oh, god." Roman held back a laugh as I did the same. "Patton, that was oddly inappropriate." Logan said, a small smirk creeping up on his lips. "What? What was?" He was clueless to his joke. "Patton...just, nothing, it's nothing." I said. He's too innocent and pure.

"Well, I'll go get some snacks. We're gonna get hungry if we plan to play all these games once." I excused myself from the conversation and made my way over to the kitchen. I got a plate of chocolate-chip cookies and a bag of chips. I set them down on the coffee table next to the stacks of games. I sit back down in my spot on the couch. I look back at the group, noticing that they hadn't yet decided on a game. "Is Monopoly okay?" I spoke up from my spot. They all gave each other a look, and gave me a nod. We started setting up the game and grabbed a cookie. They were delicious, obviously. I've always loved spending time with them. They consider me family, and I consider them family, which is weird, if you think about it...God. I need to stop thinking about this. It's too...it's too much. I noticed that I've been staring at the floor, just doing nothing. I also noticed that they've got it all set up. Huh. I suppose I should get to it.

"How are you winning every game?!" Roman was furious. It was so cute..."I don't know...but I like it." Logan said with a smirk. "Oh, calm down, Pretty Boy." I said from afar. "Shut it, EdgyMcMyChemicalRomance!" It was hilarious. "Awww, nicknames!" Patton squealed. I could feel my cheek heat up slightly. "Let's just move onto the next game so I can win again." Logan said. "As if! I'm gonna win!" Roman said with confidence. "Doubt it." Logan said with a smirk. We got out one of the last ten games from the stack: Uno. I've always been a master at this. For some reason, I get all the good cards. I really hope I win. One, so I can get a win for once today. And Two, so I can see Roman get furious. Again. It's just so adorable. Patton passes out the cards and starts the game. He slaps down a yellow five. Then it was Logan's turn. Then mine. Then Roman's. Soon enough, I had laid down a +4 card and was just about to lay down another one. "I thought you loved me!" He whined. "Tough love, boy." I said with a smirk. As soon as I realized it, he placed down a reverse card. I placed down a skip, and Logan didn't seem to happy about it. The game continued and it was escalating quickly. "UNO!" I shouted. Scared glares surrounding me. It was going well. Logan, Patton, and Roman all stuck to the color. Big mistake. I let out a small chuckle before placing my final card.

"How!?" Roman was furious. "What can I say? My luck never runs out in this game~" I said with a smirk. "You...I hate you!" Roman said. "Love you too." I said with a chuckle. "You two are adorable!" Patton said. "You and Logan are cute, too, y'know." I said while cleaning up the cards. "What next?" I asked. "Roman, I'll spare you this time, you're pick." I leaned back into the couch. "How about...Scrabble?" He questioned. "I'm fine with that." I grabbed a handful of the Salt And Vinegar chips. "I love word association games!!" Patton squealed. "That was a good song and you know it!" "I suppose I will play a couple more games...Okay, fine." Logan gave in. I'm not the best at this game, but I'm still gonna win.

"Hah!" Patton cried in victory. "How have I not won any yet?!" Roman was confused at this point. I gave him a loving hug, basically telling him to calm down. "Gosh darn it..." Roman pouted. "My luck really has run out..." He's adorable when he's mad. He just is. "Well, I think we should play Uno again!" Patton said. "We played that like five times, Patton. And, it's getting late. I have work I should be doing, as well." Logan stated. "Awww..." He pouted. "We can continue playing, if you'd like." Roman suggested.
