It's been a month since the failed attack on the City of Frobury by The Imperial and the death of Captain Ogre, Union and His forces reported of Night Raid, and the Revolutionary Army involvement was cleared, however, the survivors of the attack, talked about another army appeared and assisted the Revolutionary evac Frobury.

The attack was mostly kept a secret from the public, only the heroes and military of Atlas, the Empire and outside heroes and governments knew about the attack, however, Japan was the only ones doing anything about, since it's there country.

Anyway, a secret meeting was about to start with the Avengers, Justice League, Director Nick Fury, General Ross, Mick Cluster, and his Grand Admiral, Thrawn.

Tony: now that we are all here, we can start the meeting about Union.

Nick: agree with you Stark, I think we should have Mr. Cluster explain.

Mick: Thank you Director Fury, as you all know, Union Academy was suppose to be a school training the best of the heroes, huntsmen and huntresses, however, as a former student of their school, they are far from heroes, they are power hungry, whose only wants fame, fortune, and power, they won't care about anything but themselves and even only do mission if they are paid.

Clark: You said you were a former student of Union, how badly were you treated?

Mick: good question superman, however, I need to ask, who are here is born powerless?

Tony/Steve/Clint/Natasha/Bruce/Oliver: (rise hand)

Mick: Great, because, I was powerless while attended Union, before I got my powers, I was the most hated student in the school, almost all students and staff hated powerless like me, they would bully me, abuse me, torture me, make me late, they would do lot of things to me while attended Union and same for other powerless students who disappeared from Union, they would even allow death threats or even close death experience.

Ross: Oh God.

Mick: it's fine, besides, because of them, I have my powers and I have been helping as many people as I can, making deals, building outpost.

Thrawn: however, it's seem that Union has become ever worst than ever before.

Mick: badly worse, One I think we need to prepare ourselves for if we decide what to do.

Thrawn: Yes, Firstly, Japan as given The Heroes of Union Government Level of Authority over the entire Country, letting the heroes of Union more free roam than before, and making new laws that are irredeemable.

Nick: what kinds of laws we're talking about?

Mick: laws that if a powerless being is found within Union Japan, they are be put into labor and treated poorly, slave like the Faunus, however, that's for the men, the women are given so much worse, a powerless women are put into the Societal Resources Restoration Law, apparently, some pervert bastards turn that fucking law into reality for Japan for powerless women, to become Toys for powerful men.

Natasha: Oh God, I think I'm going to be sick.

Nick: Discrimination... Mass Prostitution... Mass Enslavement... Mass Criminal Activity... we can't just stand here and allow this, we need to mobile a military response.

Ross: we need more evidence to prove all of this and we need the help of the people, there's no way anyone in Union Japan would stay silent about entire thing.

Mick: actually, I might have a way to convince the UN Council.

Mick: Dark Genie, I wish for you to create a hard drive for me, containing all of the crimes committed by Union Academy, Atlas Military and The Empire as well their Heroes and Heroes in Training.

DG: I see, consider it done.

As The Dark Genie snapped his fingers as a hard drive appeared in the middle of Mick's hand as The Dark Genie disappeared back into Mick, as Mick handed over to Tony, who uploaded all of the data into Friday as she displayed everything that was on the hard drive.

As images, videos and audios was beginning to put on onto view, The Avengers, Justice League, Director Nick Fury, General Ross and Mick Cluster was just watching all of the images, they were getting more and more angry, the crimes that Union, Atlas and The Empire Committed, it was far worse than anything the villain of Union has done.

As Tony, Steve, Bruce, Nick, Ross, Oliver, James, Bucky, Sam, Diana and Marc Spector were all clinching their fist in complete and udder anger, they couldn't believe all of the crimes that Union has allowed themselves to do.

While Wanda, Thor, Bruce, Loki, Peter, Clark, Kara, and other members of the super powered avengers and justice league, they had to contain their fueling up anger toward Union and wait for the chance to get Union.

But nothing in compare to what Mick was feeling about Union right now, he though the crimes would be enough to declare war, but with all of the crimes committed and was allowed to do because of their status as heroes, he was more than angry, more then furious, he was even beyond fucking pissed, he wanted nothing more but to destroy Union and it's fucking army.

Ross: Ok, This is more than enough evidence to declare war against Union, we could make sure Union could no longer be considered a fucking heroes institution ever again.

Nick: agreed, we should contact the UN council immanently.

Mick: wait a minute.

Tony: please don't tell me your second guessing this?!

Mick: hell no, I want to destroy Union after see all of that shit, but make sure to not add Japan into The UN Council, forbid them from ever knowing about the meeting. Because if they find out, Union will find out.

Ross: his right, we'll make sure Union and Japan isn't including in the UN Meeting, However, Mr. Cluster?

Mick: Yes?

Ross: Prepare your entire forces for war, make sure your entire force knows what we are fighting against.

Mick: Greatly.

Nick: then this meeting is dismissed.

After the meeting with the Avengers, Justice League, Director Nick Fury, and General Ross, Mick and Thrawn returned to Acadia and assembled all of his Military generals as well as Night Raid, Team CRE and other teams.

Mick: alright everyone, we're going to begin with the expansion of our military.

Ruby: why?

Mick: we are going to war against the Union Japan.

Akame: War against Union Japan, what did they do?

Mick: They have done so many crimes that makes Villains seems like the victims of Union.

Thrawn: Milord, You can go back to your throne room, I know you can't stand to see this again.

As Mick left the meeting room, he went to the throne room and sat down, he covered his face with his hands, I was rethinking about everything Union has done, he was so pissed off because of how Much has Union truly fallen, he wanted to make Union Suffer.

And then, as he was distracted, two groups were walking into the throne room as Mick was then alerted, he see both the Seven Heavenly Virtues, The Seven Deadly Sins, Tamanna Crusch, Safina Tani Crusch and Farasha Awar Crusch walked into his throne room before kneeing down to him.

Michael: Milord, you see, troubled, upset about something.

Mick: very upset, you should all know that me and other organizations across the global are preparing to declare war on Union japan, They are now_____________.

Lucifer: are you sir milord, there's no going back?

Mick: we can't go back, Union won't change, then we have no choice.

As everyone was beginning to walked out of the throne room except for Sariel, who was just smiling at her future messiah as she moved closer to the throne and kneels again.
