[Mick Pov]

I was currently on a Private Jet heading to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I had extended my company there and I have received some damning reports, The crime rate there was 55%, heroes are almost non-existent there and police are overrun and outgunned, I already have my company building in the city near city hall and then, there was the military base at 599 Franklin Mills Cir, Philadelphia, PA 19154, or where the old Franklin Mill Mall used to be, before I bought it out and build up my base there. 

As the plane was making it landing, I was looking through my phone to get update at the Union Dawn Branch, I have Ruby Rose, Cinder Fall, Emerald Sustrai, and Rossweisse working within the Corp, it seems they are now former villains from Salem's faction, which is a surprise and good thing, Rossweisse wasn't part of Salem's faction, but is COO of my company branch in Union along with Shiki Reika as CEO of Union. 

I looked out the window as I see that we have landed in Philadelphia Airport, The Private Section of the airport under my name, anyway, we see three Black Chevy SUV's driving up to the plane as I get up and fix my suit, I grabbed the brief case and walked out of the plane, and on the sides of the SUV's are the Symbols of the Dawn.

Security Detail: Good evening sir, we are to escort you to City Hall.

Mick: Good, Let's get going.

Security Detail: very well sir. 

As I get into the middle SUV as the rest of the Security Detail got into the cars as we began to move as we drove out of the airport's grounds and onto the I-95 towards the city of Philadelphia, as I was looking at the sights, it seems much worse than I expected, it seems like this city was curling with villains and many buildings were abandoned. 

As we arrived at the city hall, with the streets not being crowded with cars and buses, it seems almost like a God Damn Ghost town, as I exit the car and head into the city hall, where I see the mayor of Philadelphia.

Mayor: Mr. Cluster, I am Philadelphia Mayor, Camryn Guerrero.

Mick: hello Miss. Mayor, I believe we should talk business.

Camryn: agreed, allow me to begin.

Mick: Of course.

Camryn: currently, the Crime rate here in the city has risen to 55% and counting, our police forces are undertrained, outnumbered and outgunned, most of the villains they can handle are rank.

Mick: so, like criminals with weak power to no powers at all.

Camryn: exactly, because of this, our city has become a symbol for other villains to come, thinking they own the place.

Mick: what about the heroes, there should be some or others from other cities or towns?

Camryn: we thought that to, but no heroes from other cities comes to our aid, nor do we have the supply to make our own heroes, only a few are around and most of them are arrested as Vigilantes due to the law.

Mick: I see, I can help you with your police forces, but I would like to ask you something about these Vigilantes.

Camryn: Sure, what is it?

Mick: what does these Vigilantes fight for?

Camryn: They fight to defend our city, they wouldn't stay by and watch their city burn, so they take matters into their own hands.

Mick: so, they fighting for others that need help, not for themselves.

Camryn: Yes.

Mick: what are you going to do with them? 

Camryn: we don't want to send them to jail, we were hoping to get support from someone for help, until you came, so what should we do?

Mick: well, I think releasing the Vigilantes should be our first step and have them fight alongside the police force.

Camryn: I see, ok, I'll order all of the vigilantes we have and have them partner with the police forces.

Mick: Next, I'll need a place to store up the weapons and supplies your police will need near the city.

Camryn: we have some abandoned lots to build up what you'll need nearby.

Mick: Great, as you know, I turned the abandoned lot that used to be Franklin Mills mall and turned into a Base of Operations, right?

Camryn: of course, I do, and I would like to thank you for keeping the name close to us.

Mick: of course, it might be my base, but it's still a part of your state.

Camryn: thank you, anything else?

Mick: Nothing else, I'll head to the lots to see about building a storage site for your police forces.

Camryn: Thank you. 

[3 Month Time-Skip]

It's been 3 whole months since I have arrived and helping Camryn, The Mayor of Philadelphia retake control of the city, as promised, I turned the old abandoned sites of Home Depo and Walmart at 1651 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, into merged storage and supply centers, and I even turned the old Coast guard site into a Training center for police and heroes.

Speaking of heroes, the vigilantes were released from the jail cell that they were being held and partnered with the police forces, they were then seems as heroes as the crime rate was going down, currently, the crime rate is about 30% now, it will still take time to shorten it, but it will happen.

I was also sending funds to family and companies that was impacted the most by the villains' attacks, my company it was also helping as much as they can with food, resources, funding and security, as more and more people started to come out and help restore Philly, I was called by Camryn to come speak with her in private with some of her friends, I was driven to the hotel that I was going to be meeting Camryn, which was a spot that was owned by Camryn before I repaired, and upgraded it to better condition as we arrived and I exited the car, I walked into the lobby as I was met with the Lobbyist.

Lobbyist: Good Evening sir, Mayor Camryn is waiting for you in the penthouse on the fifth floor.

Mick: Thank you.

As I went towards the elevator as I pressed up, within a few seconds, the elevator door opened up and I pressed the top floor as the doors was closing, other women ran at the door and tried to stop it from closing, I open it and help her in.

???: Thank you, sir.

Mick: of course.

As the doors closed and started to go up, I was leaning against the wall while thinking about what does Camryn want to talk to me about and who was her friends, as I was looking at this strange girl in the elevator with me, her outfit was a strange one, but I can't judge.

She has blue eyes and mid-thigh length black hair tied into two twin tails which reach down to her mid-thighs. Her hair is tied with hair accessories that feature blue and white petals along with bell-shaped ornaments. She was wearing a white mini dress with a blue ribbon around her neck and one tied under her breasts around her arms, and a pair of white gloves with a pair of white flip-flops.

I pulled out my phone and went to the apps, I went into the Omni Mode as a text was ready for me.

As I finished off what I wanted on my phone as I see a new app appeared on my phone, named, Harem App, I wasn't going to use it yet, maybe to play pranks or tricks on union later, as we reached the top floor, the penthouse floor, I let the woman walk out first before me and that was when I see Camryn.

Camryn: Oh Mr. Cluster, I see you met one of my friends.

???: hello, my name is Hestia and I am a Goddess of the Hestia Familia.

Mick: Hestia Familia, wait, as in the Hestia Familia with a single member and debts to pay?

Hestia(blush): Y-Yep, that me.

Camryn: she is working with me to repay all the debts so don't worry about, what should be worried is my other friends.

???: Yea, as he should. I am Loki, The Goddess of my Loki Familia.

Mick: The Loki Familia, I heard everything about you, and your Familia.

Loki: Cool, it'll be nice to see you again.

???: my turn, I am Freya, Goddess of the Freya Familia~.

Mick: Freya, I see. *DG, I wish for immunity against all charm magic and/or powers*

DG: *Way ahead of you partner* 

Freya: I see that you know my abilities, and I can sense that power inside of you~.

Mick: Thanks, I guess.

Camryn: anyway, we would like to talk to you about something important. Have a sit.

Mick: sure.

As I sat down on the couch, as Hestia sat down on my right side of me, pulling my arm into her breasts as Freya was sitting on the other side of me, pulling my other arm into her, I was blushing as I only just met them and they already doing this.

Camryn: Now, on to the meeting, now, we know more about you, we know you're the run away from Union Academy, we know that you Possess a powerful sacred gear and many other powers because of it and used it for others as well as yourselves.

Mick: all true, why are we talking about this?

Hestia: well, the other gods were watching you since you have fled Union and seen what you have become, they can't do anything due to the laws of gods can't interfere with mortal unless you're a Familia God or Goddess.

Freya: they all support you for fighting and standing against Union, I even heard them say that they'll allow you to do anything you want to them as long as citizens aren't harmed.

Mick: I wouldn't hurt citizens; I would be no different from Union if I did that.

Loki: Good answer, I would be the first to let you know that my Familia will help you when you need us.

Freya: as will mine, they hate Union for what they have become.

Hestia: Hey Mick.

Mick: yea Goddess Hestia?

Hestia: Please, call me Hestia.

Mick: Ok Hestia, what do you need?

Hestia: is it ok if I(blush)Stay with you?

Camryn: Yea, I was thinking about she goes with you back to your continent once you leave.

Mick: sure, I don't mind.

Hestia: Thank you Mick. 

Camryn: anyway, if you want, you can have a place down here to have as your home.

Mick: I know this is going to be a strange request but, do you have any abandoned casinos?

Camryn: we do have the old Rivers Sugarhouse Casino, why?

Mick: I want to make that my please, I'll take care of the place.

Camryn: Ok then, the place is yours now.

Mick: Thank you.
