Flash back.

"Where did I end up this time?" I questioned the brightening sky. I sat up and looked around. I was in a forest just out side of a castle.
"Glade I can still use my magic here and for that matter I don't have to hide my gold dragon eyes." I mutter taking out my brown contacts and putting them in my bag. I stand up and look at how I look like in this world.
"Interesting maybe I do have to hid my eyes just for a week." I said putting blue contacts in. I walked to the castle. When I got to the gate I had to use my shadow magic and move from shadow to shadow till I was in the castle and in the kitchen.
"Oh you must be the new girl here put these on and you'll be helping princess Yona." One of the maids said once I stepped out of the shadows.
"Alright thank you." I said taking the maid clothes she handed me. I was walking away when the maid called out to me.
"Whats your name newbie!?" She called after me. I froze I didn't even think about what I should be called in this world normally I would say Flame or Fire but I didn't feel like it.
"My name is May." I said turning and smiling at her.
"Alright see you around." She said going about her duties. I nodded and went to change then went to find Yona. When I had found her she was throwing things at Hak. I snickered and they turned to look at me.
"Who are you?" Hak and the King asked me.
"Ah I'm May a new servant." I stammered bowing.
"So you came to assist my daughter." King Il said leaving.
"Yes." I bowed and moved off to the side so he could leave the room. Hak just kept staring at me.
"General?" I asked doing the anime tear drop on the side of my head.
"You have knives on you don't you?" He asked holding his weapon point at me. I held my hands up in defeat.
"Yes I do but I only keep them on me for self defense so don't expect me to do anything against the King or the Princess." I said defeated.
"Oh how strong are you?" Hak asked as Yona ran out of the room.
"Well in my home town I'm one of the strongest there.......but of corse I could use my magic there but I'm still pretty good with any weapon now." I said thinking the last part.
"Do you mind if I see your skills so I could have you help me protect Princess Yona?" He asked. I was shocked he wasn't suspicious about anything I said.
"Of corse General." I said bowing. He lead me out to the training ground.
"Can you hit those targets." He said pointing at some targets at the end of the area. He handed me a bow and I smirked I loaded up the arrow and shot hitting a target dead center, I did that four more times.
"Impressive for a girl." He sighed. I took out five daggers I had hid in my dress.
"What are you going to do with those?" He asked raising his eyebrow. I smirked and through one, the dagger hit the arrow splintering it. I hit the rest of the arrows doing the same thing to each. I looked over at Hak and he had his mouth open in shock.
"Aham." I coughed.
"How?" He asked.
"Years of practice." I said rubbing the back of my head.
"How long have you been training?" He wondered.
"All my life I've mastered all kinds of weapons and fighting styles." I muttered.
"All right that's it." He exclaimed.
"Nani?" I asked backing up,
"Your not going to be some average servant your going to be Yona's personal guard when I'm not there or in ear shot." He said grinning.
"Thank you General." I said bowing.
"Hak." He said walking away.
"Nani?" I said fallowing him.
"Call me Hak now go find something you can fight in." He said as I stopped. I nodded and raced off to my room to change into what I was wearing when I first came to this world.
"Wow on my first day here." I said walking out of the servants rooms.
"What are you doing May?" The servant who had greeted me asked.
"General Hak asked me to help him in protecting the Princess." I said. When I had said that she came over and gave me a hug. "Why are you giving me a hug?" I asked from the embrace she had me in.
"Because something like that's never happened before and I'm happy for you." She said now starting to cry.
"Hey don't cry Mrs. I'll see you around the castle." I said comforting her. She release the grip she had me in and said "of corse dear now keep the Princess safe."
"You have my word." I said rushing off to find Hak. When I had found him he was shooting arrows with lord Suwon in the training area. I went to the watching area to find the King and the Princess.
"Oh I'm sorry," I said bowing "I thought no one was up here."
"That's quite alright May. Now I heard from General Hak that you will be assisting him in protecting Yona is that correct?" King Il asked.
"Yes King Il." I said.
"For a girl your age and even for a girl you must be really strong with weapons and fighting to have a recommendation from one of the best Generals I have." King Il said leaving with Yona. I nodded and bowed as they left. I sighed and thought one of the best Generals he has of corse Hak would be considered the best. I may not be from this world but I still know more about this place then King Il and even Suwon. I left the watching area and went to help Hak just as he said I should and would do.
