Weiss, Ruby, and Sapphire all run out of a portal created by Dominic to the courtyard where Weiss thanks Dominic greatly before running as fast as her heels would carry her.

Dominic: You know if you guys keep on asking me to do this for you, I'm just gonna start asking you to pay me for my services!

Sapphire tosses about 5 lien in Dominic's face before following the two girls.

Dominic:*exasperated sigh* Thank you...

Ruby: Weiss, what is the big deal? Who is it? Who is she?

Weiss: Winter!

Sapphire: She's come back.

Weiss: Yes! But...why are you here?

Sapphire: I sort of...promised her something.

Ruby: Like what?

Sapphire: It's best not to get into it right now. Let's just go greet her.

The trio stand in front of the landing pad where many Atlas androids and soldiers all stepped out before Winter came down the catwalk. Weiss shouts out to her sister who turns to see the three running up to her.

Weiss: Winter! I'm so happy to see you!

Sapphire: Dial it back a little bit Weiss.

Weiss: Oh, your presence honors us.

Weiss bows respectfully to her older sister while Ruby stands there unsure of what to do.

Winter: Beacon, it's been a long time. The air feels....different.

Ruby: I mean it is fall so it's probably colder.

Weiss punches her leader on the arm and Sapphire holds in his laughter.

Sapphire: Pft!

Weiss: So, what are you doing here?

Winter: Classified.

Sapphire: As usual, Atlas keeping secrets.

Winter: Sapphire. Ever so courteous with your words.

Sapphire: It's good to see you too Snowflake.

Winter:*glaring* It's Specialist Winter to you Sapphire.

Sapphire: I'm not under your orders anymore Winter. I can call you whatever I want.

Weiss: Sapphire! Please excuse him! He has a habit of not thinking before he speaks!

Weiss scowls at Sapphire before clearing her throat and gets back into a proper posture.

Weiss: So, how long will you be staying?

Winter: Classified.

Weiss: Of course.

The silence unnerves Ruby and she decides to speak up

Ruby: Well, this is nice.....I think.

Weiss: You're going to love it here! I know you travel a lot, but so much of Beacon is different from Atlas! Vale, too. The government and school are completely separate! Can you believe it? I—

Winter: I'm more than familiar with how this kingdom handles it's...."bureaucracy". That is not why I came.

Sapphire leans over to Ruby and whispers something to her.

Sapphire: And I thought Dominic was the master at giving a sibling the cold shoulder.

Ruby:*snickering*

Weiss: Right! I'm sorry...

Winter: Nor did I come to watch my own blood fail so miserably in battle. But it appears I have no choice in the matter.

Weiss: But...we won!

Winter: Only a novice would refer to that as a victory. I counted at least three strikes missed.

Weiss closes her eyes and holds her head down in shame from the feeling that she had disappointed her big sister.

Winter: Leave us.

The androids guarding Winter back off and she sighs before putting a smile on her face for her sister.

Winter: How have you been?

Weiss: Oh, splendid! Thank you for asking. I'm actually one of those at the very top ranking of our sparring class.

Winter: "One of"?

Sapphire: It usually flips around between me, the twins, Pyrrha Nikos, her, and Obito.

Winter: Ah. I see. How are the uh..brothers? Is Dominic okay after the..mission incident?

Sapphire: You mean the torture?

Weiss/Ruby: TORTURE?!

Sapphire: Oh right. The mission was classified. Sorry~

Winter:*sigh* Gosh darn you Sapphire...

Weiss: I'm sorry, but torture? What happened on that mission?!

Sapphire: Well, Dominic was tortured for information after he got captured by terrorists.

Weiss: You mean the White Fang?

Sapphire: No I mean terrorists. There's more threats out there than the White Fang, Weiss. But he's fine.

Ruby: Why did you tell us?! Why didn't he tell us?!

Sapphire: Well the threat of Grimm, Metal Gear Rex, Yang punching him, the giant tower that came out of the ground. It's kinda hard to tell people about stuff that happened when everything went to shit in one day-

Winter slaps Sapphire upside the head

Winter: Silence, you boob! If you're going to speak about the mission, then do it behind closed doors. Now Weiss, I did not ask you about your rank. How are your eating habits? Do you have any hobbies? Are you making new friends?

Weiss: Well, there's Ruby.

Ruby snickers and pokes in the bump that had grown on top of Sapphires head after Winter had slapped him.

Ruby: Boop~

Winter: I see. So this is the leader you've written about. How appropriately....underwhelming.

Ruby: Uhhh, thank you.

Sapphire: That wasn't a compliment Ruby.

Winter: Greetings Ruby Rose. I wish to thank you for taking an interest in my sister.

Sapphire:*whisper* She's not the only one~

Ruby: Oh, yes, of course! The honor is in my.....court.

Ruby salutes Winter before bowing to her in a proper manner but she loses her footing and nearly falls but she saves herself from any further embarrassment and just giggles it off.

Sapphire: Smooth like pudding ain't she?

Winter: Yes. I have business with the General and your headmaster.

Sapphire: Oh he's here too? Great. That's just fan-tucking-fastic.

Winter goes in for another slap, but Sapphire grabs her wrist and her guards immediately point their guns at Sapphire.

Sapphire: Don't. Do that.

Sapphire lets his grip free of Winters wrist and she orders her men to stand down before she sighs and turns her attention back to Weiss.

Winter: Seeing as I'm early, why don't you show me to your quarters?

Weiss:*excited* Really~?

Winter: Yes. I wish to inspect them and make sure they're up to my personal standards.

Sapphire: Better pray you got every crease in your bed Weiss~

Winter: Quiet! Although he is not wrong. I expect my sisters sleeping arrangements to be perfect at all times.

The two sisters walk off with an entourage of androids while they talked about Weiss' sleeping situation.

Weiss: Of course. But just to clarify, the bunk beds only look unstable.

Winter: Bunk...beds?

Ruby waves goodbye to the sisters and Sapphire stands there with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face.

Ruby: I'll catch up—wait, uh..I mean, I will...reconvene with you at a later...juncture! At a juncture. Yeah. Was that the right use of that word?

Sapphire: Well you used it in a sentence so...A for effort~!

Ruby smiles at Sapphire's words.

Weiss and Winter both walk through the courtyard outside of Beacon talking to each other until they heard the sound of robots being broken down for spare parts and they turn around to see a man with black hair and tattered clothes holding a headless robot in his hand.

???: Hey! Yeah, I'm talking to you Ice Queen.

He tosses away the destroyed robot and Winter let's go of her weapon and orders her robots to halt as Weiss walks up to the man assuming he was talking to her.

Weiss: Excuse me, do you have any idea who you're talking to?

The man puts a hand on Weiss' head and shushes her

???: Ssssh~ Not you.

He looks past her to Winter and pushes Weiss aside and walks over to Winter who's brow furrowed as the robots guarding her aimed their weapons at him.

???: You.

A crow caws and flies away as the man and Winter stood opposite to each other in a standoff

???: Saw that gaudy ship of yours in town. Guess you're here too.

Winter: I'm standing right before you.

The man squints and nods his head. Obviously he was drunk off his ass.

???: So it seems.

Winter: You realize you just destroyed Atlas military property?

???: Ohhh, I'm sorry. See, I mistook this for some sort of... sentient garbage.

Winter: I don't have time for your immature games, Qrow.

Weiss: Wait, you two know each other?

Qrow: Geez, you Atlas specialists think you're so special, don't you?

Winter: It's in the title.

Qrow: Well, you know what you really are? A buncha sellouts. Just like your boss.

Winter: I'm not sure what you think you're implying, but I've heard enough.

Qrow: Oh, I heard too. I heard ol' Ironwood finally turned his back on Ozpin.

Weiss: Ozpin?

Winter: Weiss, it's time for you to go.

Weiss: What?

Qrow: Listen to big sister, Weiss. She'll protect you. Just like how Atlas is gonna protect all of us, huh?

A crowd had gathered around the group as Qrow spouts on words that begin to anger Winter.

Qrow: I mean, when that tower sprung out of the ground Atlas turned tail and ran away. Heh. Wonder who fixed that mess for you.

Winter: If you won't hold your tongue, then I will gladly remove it for you!

Winter draws out her sword and points it towards Qrow who was unfazed by her threats while many of the students who had gathered around were oooh-ing in surprise.

Qrow: Alright, then.

Qrow slicks his hair back and looks at Winter with a cocky smirk.

Qrow: Come take it.

In the blink of an eye, Winter appears in front of Qrow and tries to attack him with her sword but the drunken man just dodges her advances and even styles on her by bowing down under her sword. Winter then goes to swing at his back but she hits his weapon and Qrow smirks as he presses the trigger on the weapon to transform it into a very large and long sword that he wields with one arm.

Both huntsmen hold their weapons at each other in a dueling stance as the crowd starts to get excited about the fight that's definitely gonna happen. Qrow taps his sword against Winter's and the two do a little back and forth before Qrow takes the first swing and begins to push Winter back with repeated spinning slashes.

Ruby and Sapphire push through the crowd to get to Weiss where Ruby asks Weiss what was going on while Sapphire was watching the fight between Winter and Qrow.

Ruby: What's going on?!

Weiss: Some crazy guy just started attacking my sister!

Ruby: Oh no! Who would do such a th-aaaaat is my uncle!!

Weiss: What?!

Sapphire: What?!

Ruby: Kick her but, uncle Qrow!!

Weiss: Uhh, teach him respect, Winter!

Sapphire: Uhh, go....somebody!

In the crowd, Mercury walks through and catches the sight of Qrow and Winter fighting at such high speeds that the two were in one place for a single second before appearing somewhere else another second. He turns tail and runs away as the fight goes on.

Winter hits Qrow in the face with the back end of her weapon but the drunk showed no sign of being hurt and smirks at Winter before he brings his sword up to slash her. The specialist then forms a glyph below her and uses it to jump away from Qrow as he slams his sword on the ground, destroying it and putting a noticeably sized hole in the ground.

Winter smirks at Qrow from above and she lands just in time to see him charging at her. She jumps away just as he slices a lamp pole in half.

The fight takes the two up and around the entire courtyard causing almost Dante levels of collateral damage with their brawl with Winter running across the tops of a stone structure while Qrow tries to shoot her down. Qrow then jumps up on the opposite side of the structure where Winter covers herself in a thick white mist, confusing Qrow until she pops out of it and flies at him with her sword pointed at him. Qrow smirks and gets ready to block her strike as Winter presses a switch on her weapon and a compartment opens on it and a second sword separates from her main one. Now duel wielding, Winter slams both of her swords into Qrows and the two crash through the structure and cause even MORE collateral damage.

Winter slashes Qrow and it causes him to fly across the floor until he stabs his sword into the ground to slow and eventually stop his momentum. Qrow takes a stand and Winter stabs her sword into ground, creating a large glyph that creates a flock of birds that circle around her until they fly at Qrow as he guards himself from the birds.

A small smirk is on Winters face, confident she will win this fight until Qrow throws a wind dust infused slash at Winter and it gets her to jump off her glyph.

The two look at each other with ice cold looks and Winter begins to start her final attack as a glyph forms behind her. Qrow does the same and the blade of his sword comes apart and was about to change forms but, he stops and looks at something behind Winter that makes her smirk and he puts his weapon away which makes the students groan in disappointment at him giving up. But Qrow being himself, taunts Winter to give it her best shot and she growls before charging at him with extreme prejudice until she hears someone shout out her name. Someone who she recognized.

???: Schnee!

Winter immediately stops right as the tip of her blade was mere centimeters from Qrows throat. She turns around seeing Ironwood standing behind her with his arms behind his back and Penny stood behind him. Winter stands at attention of her General while Qrow just stands there looking like he wanted another drink.

Winter: General Ironwood, sir!

Ironwood begins walking up to Winter and Qrow while Penny stays where she was with a nervous look on her face.

Ironwood: What in the world do you think you're doing?

Winter: He started to altercation, sir.

Qrow peaks out from behind Winter with his hands behind his head

Qrow: That's actually not true, she attacked me first.

Ironwood: Is that right?

Winter was about to protest but ultimately stops herself and just shuts her eyes and grits her teeth. The general looks around at the students who were silently watching what was going on. He then leans over to look at Qrow.

Ironwood: And you.

Qrow realizes Ironwood was talking to him and points at himself as he walks over to Qrow and asks him something in a hushed tone.

Ironwood: What are you doing here?

Qrow: I could be asking you the same thing.

Ironwood: I—

???: Now, now everyone.

Ozpin and Glynda walk in between the crowd towards the group of huntsmen as everyone whispered to each other about the fight and how Ozpin was here.

Ozpin: There's a sanctioned fight happening just around the corner at the colosseum that I can assure you has better seats. And popcorn~

Glynda: Break it up, everyone! We will take care of this mess.

Glynda directs her anger towards Ironwood and the other two huntsmen as the students begin to disperse while she cleans up the mess of the courtyard Qrow and Winter made.

Ironwood:*fixes his collar* Let's go.

Ironwood, Winter, and Penny all leave with their robot soldiers as Ruby, Weiss and Sapphire push through the crowd. Penny turns and waves at Ruby with a big smile on her face before turning back around and follows Ironwood.

Ruby waves goodbye to her friend before running up to her uncle and wraps her entire body around his arm.

Ruby: Uncle Qrow~!! Hi.

Qrow lifts Ruby with his arm and looks at her with a smile as he was happy to see his niece.

Ruby: Ahhh, it's so good to see you~!! Did you miss me? Did you miss me?!

Qrow:*smirk* Nope~

Qrow gives Ruby a pat on the head and hears Ozpin calls out his name. Which prompts him to drop Ruby.

Ozpin: A word, please.

Qrow:*whispers to Ruby* I think I'm in trouble.

Ruby: You did kinda tear up our courtyard.

Qrow: Yeah, I did.

Qrow and Ruby fist bump before he leaves to follow Ozpin and Glynda.

Qrow: Catch ya later, kid.

As Qrow leaves, Weiss and Sapphire go up to Ruby who was still smiling after seeing her uncle again.

Weiss: And suddenly your recklessness makes sense.

Ruby: You're just mad cause he whooped butt~

Weiss: That was a draw at best.

Sapphire: Not from what I saw. It looked like he was about to win if he didn't notice Ironwood.

Weiss:*scoff* Who's side are you on, anyways?!

Sapphire: Mine. I'm gonna go catch that sparring match Yang and Dom are having.

Ruby: Ohh! I'm coming to!

Weiss:*sigh* Sure, why not?

Yang: Haaa!

Yang brings her fist down on the floor in front of Dominic who jumps away from her and then uses multiple Judgement Cuts to attack her from a distance. She yelps and uses the recoil from her gauntlets to close the distance between the two of them quickly and she clocks him in the face with a heavy punch that sends him back a couple of feet.

Yang: Heh, ready to give up?

Dominic laughs at her question and attaches his sword to his side and swaps over to Beowulf. The gauntlets and greaves appeared in a flash of light and amazed Yang until she saw Dominic appear in front of her knelt down with a smile on his face.

Yang: Oh sh-!

The feeling of Dominic's fist connecting with her jaw felt like an eternity to Yang who was sent flying upwards.

Dominic: There is no escape!

Dominic teleports above Yang and slams the heel of his foot on her back which sent her crashing down to the floor but before she could impact the ground, Dominic teleports beneath her where he hits her in the gut with a delayed punch that sends Yang tumbling across the ground.

Yang groans and gets up from the floor as Dominic rolls his shoulders around.

Domino: What's wrong? Can't keep up?

Yang: Uhh..Alright, devil boy! It's time to get serious!

Yang reloads her gauntlets by wrapping a row of shotgun shells around the empty spaces that held them.

Dominic: Hm, okay. Show me that fire inside of you Yang~

The two friends rush at each other and each throw a punch that connects with the other's fist, creating a shockwave that blows back their clothes and hair.

As the two friends fought, Sapphire, Weiss, and Ruby arrived at the training hall where Dante, Obito, and Blake were sat down watching the sparring match between the two fighters. Obito looks back and waves at his friends as they walk down the steps towards them.

Obito: Hey!

Ruby:*waves excitedly*

Dante: Come join us. We got the best seats in the house and I found five bucks underneath one of them. Everything is coming up Dante today!

Sapphire: Well I'd hate to ruin your good mood, wait....no I don't. I'd love to do that! You missed Winter fighting someone.

Dante: What?!

Dante turns his body around to look at Sapphire with a shocked look on his face.

Dante: Who?!

Sapphire: Ruby and Yangs uncle.

Blake: Their uncle Qrow?

Ruby: Yeah! He kicked her butt around the courtyard!

Weiss: He most certainly did not!

Sapphire: It looked that way from where I was standing.

Yang: Huh? Ruby?

Since she was distracted, Yang didn't see Dominic's fist coming straight for her and it connected with her face.

Yang: OW!

Dominic: Oh goodness! I am SO sorry Yang!

Yang:*holding her nose* Uhh! It's fine..! It's fine.

Dominic: Let me see.

Yang: No no no! I'm okay.

Dominic: Come on, please?

Yang: Fine.

Yang let's Dominic look at her nose and thankfully nothing was damaged, nor was she bleeding. Sighing, Dominic puts his hands onto Yangs face and gives her a reassuring smile.

Dominic: Thank goodness. I was afraid I had damaged your beautiful face.

These words cause Yang to blush a noticeable shade of red which was only further enhanced by the small smile Dominic had on his face. A genuine look of relief that he hadn't harmed her.

Yang: Y-Yeah...You should...be careful..next time...

Dante: Oh shit, is it about to happen?

Everyone leans forward in their seats as they were waiting for Yang and Dominic to FINALLY seal the deal but they were cut short by someone clearing their throat and ruining the mood, making everyone groan in disappointment as Yang looks up and sees her uncle Qrow standing there in the doorway behind everyone.

Yang: Uncle Qrow!

Dominic: Qrow?

Qrow: Hey, kid. You uh..having fun down there?

Yangs face went red and she pulls away from Dominic to quell any ideas that her uncle could have about her and Dominic.

Yang: Ahem-! Y-Yeah..! Just training~! Hehe~

Sapphire:*rolls his eyes and does air quotes*

Obito/Ruby:*snickering*

Qrow walks down the stairs and hops down from the balcony to where Yang and Dominic were. As he got closer, Dominic felt uneasy about what he would do or say once Qrow got to them. The last time he saw Qrow was nearly a decade ago. What would he say to him? What was Qrow think about him?

Qrow: It's been a long time, kid.

He said before extending a hand out to Dominic. Wary at first, Yang puts a hand on his back and nodded to reassure him that it was okay and Dominic shakes Qrow's hand.

Dominic: It has...

Sapphire: It seems to be going well between them.

Blake: Looks can be deceiving.

Qrow then pulls Dominic into a headbutt that sends him back a couple of steps away.

Yang: Uncle Qrow what the heck?!

Qrow:*rubbing his forehead* Sorry kid. Had to get that out of my system.

Yang: You're gonna get killed if you pissed him off!

Dominic gets up with a bloody nose and a death stare in his eyes as he walks up to Qrow. Yang gets in front of him to stop Dominic from doing anything stupid.

Dominic:*wipes his nose* I'll let that slide old man. Just this once.

Dante: Ooh~ Careful. I think the old Dom is coming back.

Dominic: Oh shut up!

Dominic flips Dante the bird before jumping up to the balcony to take his coat and throws it over his shoulder.

Dominic: I'm out of here.

Ruby: Aww! But we just got here!

Yang: He's just scared he'll lose.

Dominic: Ha ha ha~ That's not gonna work on me.

Yang: My uncle knocks you on your butt and all of a sudden you're done? Psh! Lame~!

Dominic: Oh so the super cool half demon is lame all of a sudden?

Qrow: With your fashion sense? Yeah.

Everyone laughs at Qrow's comment while Dominic's face went a bright shade of red that rivaled Dante's coat.

Dante:*looks at his scroll* Ah Christ..! Alright, enough making fun of Dom.

Sapphire: Never!

Obito: Ohh man! Do we have a job? Come on! We just finished our match!

Qrow: Job? Heh, what? Ozpin got you going into town to get his coffee?

Dante: Ha! I wish! Old man better pay us this time.

Sapphire: The only reason he doesn't pay us, is because you're a humanoid typhoon that causes thousands of lien in property damage!!

Qrow: Ha! Nice!

Obito:*sigh* Well as long as we're in time for Karate Kid in a real school.

Dominic: I'm still surprised both kids were not bullied for doing karate.

Dante: Yeah, karate's for chumps. Now capoeira, that's a real martial art!

Qrow: Cap-huh?

Yang: It's..hard to understand them sometimes.

Once team ODDS leave the training room, Dominic gets a text on his scroll and scoffs at the number.

Dominic: God dammit. Not again.

Sapphire: Your ex blowing you up again?

Dominic: Yes. Ugh, can you three do this one without me?

Sapphire: Yeah you should probably make it clear you and her are over. Yang is the gal for you.

Dominic: Yeah—ah! W-Wait! No!

Dante/Obito/Sapphire: Ha ha ha ha ha!

Dominic: You guys are assholes..

Obito: Uh huh. Go ahead lover boy! And don't worry, we won't tell Yang~

Sapphire: I will.

Dominic: Uuugh!!

Dominic walks into an abandoned warehouse at the pier where he finds an empty room with a table and candles that stood at the center of it. He walks over to the table cautiously and sits down leaving Yamato at his side.

A set of heels click across the stone floor and Cinder comes into view and she sits down with a smile on her face. Her eyes seemed to glow with the light of the candles on the table in between them.

Cinder: I didn't think you would show up this time, my love~

Dominic: You wouldn't stop pestering me.

Cinder: In any case, thank you for seeing me. I....have missed your touch, Dominic.

Dominic:*sigh* What do you want Cinder? I'm done working with you. My life has turned over a new leaf.

Cinder let's out a hearty laugh at Dominic's statement and she wipes a tear from her eye.

Cinder: Ahh~ You expect me to believe that you've turned into some goodie two shoes with your little team doing business with Ozpin?

Dominic: We're Devil May Cry.

Cinder: No one calls you that.

Dominic: Well Ozpin does. Though, he did tell Dante multiple times to take down that sign in front of our door. Apparently it's been keeping the other students up at night.

Cinder:*giggle* How is...being lumped together with those fools at Beacon when a being such as yourself is meant for so much more? We're one and the same.

Dominic: We're nothing alike, Cinder.

Cinder: But we are! We both want power~ And I know where we can get more. I just need your help.

Dominic: No. This...whatever this is, ends now. I won't tell anyone about you or your friends. But you're going to stay away from my friends. My family.

Cinder: Family? We are the only family that we need my love. And that family...will grow~

Dominic: You're spouting nonsense.

Cinder: I'm spouting an offer to you. Join me again. And together, we'll do great things in the name of my master. Don't you want ultimate power? To show everyone the power of Sparda?

Dominic: My fathers power flows throughout my body. And to flaunt that power is not what he, or I, would want. This is my final warning to you Cinder Fall. Stay away from me and my friends. Or I will put you down. And then, I will hunt your master to the ends of the world.

Cinder clenches her hands into fists underneath the table as her eyes began to glow a fiery orange with her anger rising quickly.

Cinder: I invite you to join me once again after you abandoned us. Abandoned me....And you come here...to threaten me?!

Dominic: To reach a conclusion to our relationship.

Cinder roars and flips the table over to Dominic who cuts it in half and dashes up to Cinder and holds Yamatos edge at her throat.

Dominic: Normally this is where I'd kill you. But that was the old me. I'm not some mindless devil who kills others because no one could stop him. I never was. And it took the kindness of a woman to make me realize the man I truly am.

Cinder: You....don't know...what I have to tell you..

Dominic: Keep it to yourself. Whatever it is, I don't want to hear it.

Dominic lifts his blade away from Cinders throat and sheathes it

Dominic: Whatever you're planning, I don't care. It will ultimately fail. And I'll be there, standing along side my friends and family.

Cinder: You. Have. No. Family.

Dominic: That's where you're wrong, I do have a family. And they'll be there for me. What say you?

Dominic turns and walks out of the warehouse leaving Cinder alone in the darkness.

Cinder: RRRAAAAAAAHHH!!!

Cinders anger explodes in a wave of flames that sets the warehouse on fire. She falls to her knees and begins to cry and she places a hand on her stomach.

Cinder: It's okay....I'm not gonna leave you. I will never leave you my darling child~ Daddy is just...confused! Once he sees you, he'll know that he belongs with me. With us~

Is that so?

The flames around the room rise higher and higher before they die out and the smoke left by them gathers around into the center of the room and take the form of Blair who looks down at Cinder with a sultry grin on her beautiful face.

Cinder: Who...are you?

Blair: Someone who knows what you're feeling right now. And I can help you and your passenger get what you want~

She stands up and walks over to Blair, a new fire blazing in her eyes as she sticks a hand out to her.

Cinder: What do I have to do?
