The second battle between the twins commences and Dante begins with a Stinger that Dominic parry's and counters with a heavy kick upwards that send Dante back but he stops himself from sliding back and charges in at his brother again

Dominic: Bludgeon ran away like a coward before I could test these out. But you'll suffice as my punching bag dear brother.

Dante: Oh how thoughtful!

Dante swings his sword downward and it was blocked by Dominic raising his foot up to block it. He grunts and continues swinging his sword at Dominic who kept blocking each swing

Dominic: Is that all? Don't tell me you came all this way just to give me a disappointing fight.

Dante: Nope! As a matter of fact, I acquired some new toys to try out on you too!

Dante pulls out Agni&Rudra and swings the scimitar around, creating a tornado of flames that he throws at his brother who jumps out of the way only to be met with Dante slashing through him with Rebellion and spilling his brothers blood onto the floor

Yang: Stop! Please! You're gonna kill each other!!

Dante: Stay out of this!

Dominic: This doesn't concern any of you!!

Dominic hits Dante with a flying kick that sends Dante back and Dominic jump onto his brother and starts hitting him with heavy right and left punches until Dante catches his fist and transforms into his demon form and roars at Dominic, sending a blast of energy from his mouth that makes him back away from Dante.

Dante jumps to his feet and takes out Rebellion to use as he starts to speed around the room using teleportation in combination with his Stinger attack which hits Dominic a few times, spilling more of his blood onto the floor

Blake: Dante stop!

Blake gets in front of Dominic and stops Dante from doing another attack and takes him out of his demon form

Blake:*panting* I know you don't want to do this. So just stop!

Dominic: How cute. You think words will get through to either of us.

Dominic jumps into the air and crashes down on Dante who blocks his foot with Rebellion

Dante: Gh! Come on Dominic! Let's end this!

Dominic hums and teleports to the center of the room where a dome of energy surrounded him as wind began to circle around his body

Dominic: You will not forget this devils power.

Dante shoots at Dominic but the bullets bounce off the orb and everyone present watches as Dominic transforms into his demon form

DT Dominic: You're not worthy as my opponent.

Dominic teleports in front of Dante and hits him with a punch to the gut that sends him airborne. Dominic then appears above Dante and delivers an axe kick that sends him crashing back down to the floor

DT Dominic: You think just because you've awakened the devil inside of you that you're on equal footing with me? Don't make me laugh.

Dominic exits his demon form and crosses his arms smirking while looking at Dante struggle to get up

Dominic: Get up! If I have to drain you until you're nothing but beef jerky then I will!

Yang: Dominic that's enough!

Yang walks over to Dominic and steps in front of him

Yang: This isn't you. I know who you really are. You care about your friends. And I...I care about you.

Dominic: Then you are a fool.

Dominic runs around Yang and shouts as he throws a punch towards Dante who teleports out of the way and pulls out Cerberus

Dante: You ready?! Haaaaa!!

Dante spins Cerberus on his arm as he charges at Dominic and slams the ice nunchuck's on the floor and sends a wave of ice at Dominic who jumps over it but Dante smirks as his brother had just fallen for his trap and pulls out Nevan and plays a loud riff that sends multiple volleys of lightning infused bats that juggle Dominic in the air

Dante: Let's rock!!

Before Dominic could hit the floor, Dante plays a note that sends Dominic flying away into the wall across from him

Dominic:*grunt* This...reminds me of how we used to fight..! Yes. Nobody could ever make me feel this way but you Dante! The way my heart pounds in my chest, how I could feel my blood pumping through my body. Only you could make me feel so alive!

The twins both transform into their demon forms and fly at each other and throw a punch that connects with the others face and sends a shockwave upon impact. Their demons forms fade away and they start to try and overpower the other with their base strength to which Dante comes out on top and he throws Dominic over towards team RWBY

Dominic: Aaaahh!

Dominic impacts the wall and lands on the floor coughing blood. Dante shouts and runs at Dominic who gets up and creates a staff in his hands that he spins around his body before hitting Dante in the face with it

Dante: Uh! Argh! Ah! Ah! Ah!

Dante starts backing up from Dominic who begins closing the gap between them while swinging the staff at him. He then thrusts his weapon forward to skewer Dante with it but the younger twin jumps up and runs on the staff and hits Dominic with a devastating kick to the face that stuns him long enough for Dante to pick him up and slam him on his knee, snapping something in the process

Dominic: GAAAAAAHH!!

Dante:*panting heavily*

Dominic: I can't...feel my legs! You..hahaha..you cheeky bastard! You snapped my spin in half. Is this your solution to drag me back home?

Dante: Something...like that!

Dante grabs his brothers leg and begins slamming his body on the hard floor multiple times before throwing him away

Dominic:*coughs* Now...that's the Dante I used to know.

Dante:*panting* We're not finished yet brother! You and I know this won't stop until one of us is dead.

Dominic: You really...have to admit-*cough* we really went at it! I'm glad..your powers awoke today Dante. Now I can go all out against you. You know, I've enjoyed every second of our fights together.

Dante:*chuckle* Yeah. It's weird but I've felt the same way you feel. Battling you...there's nothing else like it. But I hope whoever survives this will live on in the others memory!

Dominic: Hahahaha!

Dominic stands up to his feet and puts a hand on Yamato

Dominic: Well you were right about one thing dear brother and that's you will not survive this day and that means that I will gain our fathers power and become the strongest being in the universe!

Weiss: To rule it?

Dominic: What? No! Ruling is for sycophants who believe their own power is unrivaled! I want power to show anything lurking in the dark that I am not to be trifled with!

Dante calls Rebellion to his hand and the two brothers run at each other and slam their swords against each other

Dominic: With that power...I won't be able to be hurt again! And I can finally live as a man. Not as a thing!

Obito: That's why you did all this? It's not for some selfish reason?

Blake: I think I get it. Dominic!

Dominic turn his head slightly to look at Blake

Blake: You're blinded by your own trauma that you don't understand why you're doing this!

Dominic: Of course I do!

The twins duel each other while Blake begins to explain the situation to everyone

Blake: No you don't! You think doing this will make you feel better but it won't work! Locking away your feelings and not letting someone into your heart will only lead to more pain!

Dominic: Stop talking like you understand me!!

Yang: Then let us understand you! Blair didn't take away who you are, but letting her keep haunting you will lead you down a path you can't come back from!

Dominic: Stop it!!

Dominic slams Yamato down on the Rebellion and the twins began radiating demonic energy

Dominic: This is the path I've chosen! To walk alone and carry the burdens I've gained through my life! If I die along this path, then so be it!

A loud sound grabbed the attentions of the twins and they both turned around and sliced a rocket that had been shot at them by Lady who stood there with her launcher smoking while Sapphire stood with her

Weiss: Sapphire!

Sapphire: Miss me?

Dante: Sorry, but this is no place for little girls. So beat it!

Lady: Shut up!

The twins and Lady began to have a three way battle with Lady running into the clash and using her rocket launcher as a blunt object

They all clash weapons with one another until Dominic kicks Dante away and slams Yamato down on Lady's weapon

Lady: You forced him into this!

Dominic: Is that what you think? Foolish girl.

Dante comes in for another attack that Dominic parry's and the twins resume fighting each other with Lady trying to get a clear shot in but Dominic's words stuck with her and she lowered her gun as the twins sliced each other, drawing blood.

The two brothers looked at each other exhausted and everyone waits for their next moves when the sound of clapping grabs everyone's attention

Jester: Bravo, bravo! I never dreamed that things would go so smoothly. Well done everyone. Well done!

Dante:*pants* You!

Lady turns to stab the jester but he sidesteps her attack and flicks his tongue at her and whispers to her

Jester: Don't be a bad girl, Mary!

Jester tosses Lady away and puts her weapon over his shoulder while he taunts her

Jester: Or you could expect a spanking from daddy later! Jesters gonna spank your butt~ Spank you on the butt~!

Dominic: Insane buffoon! I don't know where you came from, but you don't belong here. Now leave!!

Dominic charges in at Jester and swings his sword downwards but the clown demon catches it in his hands shocking everyone there

Dominic: H-huh?

Jester: Zowie, that was close! But you've taken quite a trouncing today, haven't you, Dominic? You could have chopped me into confetti right now if you were in tip top condition.

Dominic: Damn you!

Jester then speaks in a voice that shocks Dominic considering he stabbed and killed him not too long ago

Jester: You have lost..

Jester then kicks Dominic away and he looks up to see Arkham standing where Jester was once at alive and well

Arkham: ...because you underestimated humans.

Lady looked back at her father in disbelief

Lady: What's going on?!

Arkham: Good girl, pure and innocent...just like your mother.

Lady: You bastard!

Lady angrily pulls out a gun on Arkham but he had disappeared and Jester appears and grabbed her by the head

Jester: It's time for your spanking, my dear!

Jester slams Lady's face into the ground and Sapphire runs over to attack Jester who smirks and strikes Sapphire in the throat making him fall to the floor gasping for air

Jester: You want to know why the spell didn't break, hmm Dominic~? You have the two amulets and Sparda's blood. You had everything you needed to unleash the evil!

Dante: I told you before, I don't like anybody that has a bigger mouth than mine!

Dante starts shooting at Jester who laughs and zips around the room dodging the bullets while taunting the weakened Dante

Jester: You are wounded and weak! Even I can do..

Jester appears above Dante and lands on his face, throwing his arms up in triumph

Jester: This to you!

Blake: Dante!

Dominic: Get..off of him!

Dominic weakly swings his sword at Jester who dodges it and laughs at Dominic who falls to his knees in fatigue

Jester: Even after all this bloodshed you still care for you bwother~ Aww~

Jesters laughs begin to die down and Arkham appears walking up to Lady

Arkham: Two amulets...a set of Sparda's blood. Now all I need is one more key.

Arkham goes over to Lady's rocket launcher but Yang steps on it and throws a punch at Arkham that he dodges and the man spins around before uppercutting the girl and sends her flying to the ceiling and crashing down with a thud

Ruby: Yang!!

Ruby takes out her scythe and goes to fight Arkham who grabs her weapon and throws her away and uses it to fight off Blake and Weiss whom he defeats by dashing forward and clotheslines the two

Obito: No!!

Obito runs in and fight Arkham hand to hand but the man was too fast and twisted Obito's arm and grabbed him by the face, looking into his eyes

Arkham: These demon eyes...they can see through almost everything. But one day, darkness will cloud your sight and you will end up like the rest of your clan. Dead..

Arkham slams Obito into the floor, shattering his goggles. With everyone out of the way, Arkham picks up Lady's rocket launcher and walks over to her

Arkham: Sparda sacrificed two things in order to suppress the tremendous force of this tower: His own devils blood and a mortal priestess.

Arkham raised the weapon and slams the bayonet down on his daughters leg making her gasp in pain as her blood began to flow in the outlines of the floor

Arkham: I needed you, in whose body flows the same blood as the sacrificed woman. His spell cannot be undone without your blood!

Arkham transforms into Jester and explains his plan to the weakened group of Huntresses and Huntsmen

Jester: It was quite a ride you know? If any of you three had died before getting here, our little plan would have gone to waste! Therefor, my job was to make you battle each other in order to weaken you. But at the same time, I had to guide you here and make sure that you were kept alive.

Lady clenched her teeth and her fist shook as the tears she cried over her father meant nothing to him as she and her mother were just a means to an end for him.

The twins both clenched their fists in anger that they were used as pawns in Arkhams schemes

Jester: I even went so far as to dress up like a complete idiot! Hahahaha!!

Jester looks down at the weakened Lady

Jester: It's time for bed Mary. You can visit your dear mother.

Jester begins to laugh which gave Lady the chance to break free from under her father and kick her weapon out of his hands and into hers

Jester: Whoa.

Lady: Try me.

Suddenly everyone who was put out of commission were standing around Jester with their weapons drawn and pointed right at him

Dominic: It's time for the clown to bow out, Arkham.

Yang: We're done fooling around with the clown.

Weiss: We're not gonna sit and watch you destroy the world.

Dante: Dude, the show's over!

Blake: Give up now!

Ruby: You're going to prison for what you've done!

Sapphire: But we can bring you in cold if you prefer.

Obito: I prefer warm. Very...very warm.

Jester turns back into Arkham and he looks around at his current situation

Arkham: Impressive. I expected nothing less from the Devils descendants, a reaper, an Uchiha, a Schnee, and the one who posses the silver eyes. But aren't you forgetting something Dominic?

Blake: What's he talking about?

Arkham: The spell is broke. What do you think will happen next.

The circle on the floor began to rise up with the combined blood of the three and Arkham smirks as his plan was coming together

Arkham: Let's welcome chaos~

The tower began to shake violently which tripped up the ground and gave Arkham the opportunity to knock everyone off their feet and slam them into one another before throwing them off the platform as it began to rise up to the top of the tower

Arkham walks over to the edge and looks down at the group and shouts in victory

Arkham: Just sit and wait! Wait for the birth of a new God! I will take over the power of Sparda! AAHAHAHAHA!!

The ground underneath Dominic began to crumble and his unconscious body was about to fall when Ruby sped over and catches him by the arm but the ground caved in under her and the two fall to the depths of the tower

Yang: RUBY!!

Lady takes a step back and the ground under her foot broke and she would have fallen too if not for Sapphire catching her and pulling her back up

At Beacon, Ozpin watches as the tower grows taller and he closes his eyes as a wave of despair loomed over Vale

Lady looked up the tower with Dante following her as everyone else comforts Yang who was panicking about Ruby's safety

Dante: Are you gonna go?

Lady: Yes. I'm going to finish him off.

Dante: Well you might as well forget it. Cuz you're no match for him.

Lady: Regardless, I must go. I had a chance to stop him before, but I couldn't. I'm responsible for this mess.

Dante: Responsible? Does it bother you that much?

Lady: He's my father! Besides, who else can undo what he's done?

Lady puts her rocket launcher on her shoulder and fires the bayonet and it grapples onto a high point on the tower and she looks at Dante

Lady: A demon like you wouldn't understand....

She presses a button and began to zip up the tower leaving everyone behind

Dante: Father and family, huh? Then I'll go too. But you better hurry if you don't want me to take all the credit!

Dante sighs and goes to find a way up the tower to stop Arkham

Blake: Dante!

Dante turns around as Blake runs up to him

Blake: Are you really going up there?

Dante: Of course. I kinda have to. How's Yang doing?

Blake: She's worried about Ruby. We're thinking about going down to go look for her.

Dante: Go ahead. Find her and get out of here.

Blake: Wait.

She grabs his arm and looks at him

Blake: I...I need to tell you that-

Dante puts a finger on her lips and smiles at her

Dante: I know...

Dante turns around and waves goodbye to Blake and continues on his journey to the top of the tower, picking up an orb of light that turns into the Beowulf gauntlet and greaves

Dante: Nice~

Dominic wakes up in free fall with Ruby clutching his chest while waiting to either die on impact or for him to wake up. He wraps his arms around the scared Ruby and moves his body in the air and jumps off a piece of debris that was falling with them and they both land on a broken bridge out of harms way

Dominic: Ngh...!

Ruby: Oh Dom! You're okay!

Ruby hugs her friend who sits up grunting before she gets off of him and looks up to see how far they've fallen down the tower

Ruby: Oh man! We're so far away! How are we gonna get back up? Any ideas? Dom?

The girl looks over to see her friend sitting beside the wall with his eyes closed. She walked up to him and knelt down and asked him what was wrong

Ruby: Dominic? What's wrong?

Dominic: All my work...all I've done...it was all due to that man playing me like a damn fiddle. Yet again I was used for my power. Again I am not seen as a person, but as a thing to be used and discarded by everyone.

Ruby goes over to Dominic and stands in front of him with her bangs hiding her eyes. He looks up at the girl only for her to slap him in the face and then embrace him in a hug

Dominic: Wh-what?

Ruby: It's not your fault your house was attacked! It's not your fault you ran away! Nothing about this is your fault!

Dominic puts his hands on Ruby's shoulders and pushes the girl off of him and he stands up

Dominic: Why are you trying to make me feel better? Why do you even care about the one who took away your mother from you? Why? Why do you care?

Ruby: Because I'm your friend! We all care about you!

Dominic: Why?! Why would you associate yourselves with what I am! I'm a monster and a murderer!

Ruby: Because we love you okay!!!

Dominic: What...?

Ruby: We love you for who you are Dominic! Sure you're a little mean but you're also compassionate towards others. I don't know how many times you and your team have helped us when you didn't even have to be asked! Obito told me how much you've helped him this year. You're not a bad person because of a mistake you made in the past. You care so much about everyone but you hide it behind this..mask! Take off the mask Dom. Let it out...I'll be right here with you.

Dominic looked down and he bit his lip as he stood up and turns away from Ruby holding himself

Dominic: I..am not worthy of your kindness. All that I am is just a thing. But when I gain my fathers power I will finally be something. That's what all of this is for. Please...understand that I did not mean for any of you to get involved. I do care for you. But you shouldn't care about something like me.

Dominic walks down the hallway

Ruby: But I do care! We all do! If we didn't...then why are we here then?!

Dominic: You're on a fool errand to save someone who doesn't want to be saved. All I want is to be granted my fathers power and to finally rest. And Dante will help me rest....I'm sorry.

Ruby runs after Dominic who kept his distance from the girl

Ruby: I just want to help you.

Dominic: I don't need help.

Ruby: Then why did you need baldy to help you open the portal?

Dominic looks at Ruby with a big frown before continuing to walk through the depths of the tower

Dante runs up and finds Lady's motorcycle perched up on a rock and he gets a Dante level idea and he jumps for it as it falls off its perch and he grapples onto it with Cerberus and uses the bike to ride all the way to the top of the tower dodging debris on the way up

A large section of the tower begins to fall off and Dante jumps up, riding up the section of the tower and backflips off of it cheering as three demons jump up at him but he uses the bike as a weapon and smacks the demons away and any more that showed up before finishing off the last three and lands with the motorcycle sparking and soon it exploded but Dante was left unharmed even though he was at the epicenter of the explosion

Obito: Wooh!!

Dante looks at the sound of Obito cheering him on and sees the remnants of team RWBY and ODDS

Dante: How the hell did you get up here before me?!

Sapphire: We took the elevator.

Dante: There's an elevator? So I did all that for nothing?

Blake: Well..it was still impressive.

Dante scoffs and throws the handlebars of the bike over his shoulder

At the very top of the tower, Arkham begins to recite a poem as the portal to the Demon World begins to open

Arkham: He plucks the threads that make us dance, finger and toe! We surrender in joy is the lowest of the foul and rank: we submerge through darkness, rancid filth. Hour by hour, we move downward, ever so closer to Hell, in a slow, steady guilt. Now, let the world resonate! Sloth! Gluttony! Greed! Envy! Lust! Wrath! Pride! A bell of Chaos that tolls human desires! After two thousand long years, the once sealed gate to the Demonic World will open!

The clouds began to circle around the tower and the portal to the Demon World was finally open

Arkham: Destruction! Carnage and Despair! Let your instincts drive you! Entrap this world in fear! As its very name Temen-ni-gru strikes terror into the heart of mankind! Then I...will become the ultimate ruler of this wasteland engulfed with pandemonium!

The sky became blood red as the forces of the Demon World leaked into the Human World and Arkham smiled at his work as he began to float up into the portal

Arkham: The demonic power that Sparda once imprisoned...will be mine!!

Arkham laughed as his goal was just in arms reach with him and he could finally become what he had always wanted. A true demon of Hell

In a library at the top of the tower stood Lady who was knelt by a bookshelf panting as Dante walked up to her with team RWBY, minus Ruby,and Obito and Sapphire

Dante: What's wrong, you tired? Then stand back. I'll take care of this.

Lady: No, YOU stand back!

Dante grabs a hold of Lady's hand and points her gun at his gut and she shoots him but he doesn't even react to the bullet

Dante: I told you, you can't do it. Don't you get it?

Yang: Stop!

Yang pushes apart Dante and Lady

Yang: Please, have you seen my sister? She fell and I don't know if she's even alive..!

Lady: I..I'm sorry but I haven't seen her.

Yang: Oh god!

Yang falls to her knees and puts her head in her hands as she begun to cry

Yang: My baby sister is in some devil tower and I can't find her! I'm a horrible sister!

Sapphire: Yang. Yang look at me.

Sapphire kneels down to Yangs level and puts a hand on her shoulder

Sapphire: She's a tough girl. She'll make it up here.

Obito: Yeah and besides, she's with Dom! She couldn't be any more safe!

Lady: Ugh, she's with the other demon? She's already dead then.

Weiss: How do you know that! You don't know him!

Lady: What's there to know? He'll do anything to get the power this place holds!

Obito: It's not like that!

Lady: Then what is it? Do you actually believe that he's your friend?

Sapphire: Though today has..."tested" our relationship with him. If it not for Yang, then we might have come here anyways. And have you noticed he hasn't tried to harm any of us? Even you?

Lady: Pff! He was weakened just like the rest of you.

Blake: You haven't seen him at full strength. He would have killed you and yet he didn't. All he wants is whatever is through that portal and that's it.

Lady: So you're going to just let him get away with this?!

Weiss: We didn't say that. We'll just...give him a stern talking to when we get back home. So just stand down and let Dante handle this. This isn't a job for a human to handle.

Lady: You just don't get it do you?! This has nothing to do with me being a human and him being a demon! This is about my inability to forgive him! My soul is screaming, demanding me to kill him! That's enough motivation to keep me going...

Lady pulls her rocket launcher over her shoulder and walks away from the group

Lady: Besides, this is my family matter. You should stay out of it.

Dante: Okay Lady, I get the picture.

She turns around and looks at Dante with an eyebrow raised while putting a hand on her hip

Dante: But I can't just sit back and watch either. I'm pretty pissed at him too, ya know?

Dante pulls out Ebony and Ivory and points them at Lady

Blake: Dante!

Dante: Now get out of my way, or there'll be consequences.

Lady: Fair enough.

Lady pulls out her rocket launcher and points it at Dante

Sapphire: We should all take cover. In the next room.

Weiss: Smartest idea anyone has had all night!

The rest of the group exits the room, leaving the two at their stand-off

Lady: I wasn't planning on letting any demons live anyways. Not even one!

She fires a rocket at Dante who backflips over a bookcase to dodge it and Lady uses the distraction to grapple on the roof and swing away

Back with Dominic and Ruby, the two were taking a break after clearing out a room of demons. The two sit on a piece of rubble that sat atop a flight of stairs.

Ruby: Phew! How much longer until we get up there?

Dominic: It shouldn't be long. We should take a break for now.

Ruby: Thank..goodness! My feet are killing me!

Dominic: I could carry you.

Ruby:*blush* R-really?

Dominic: Yes...

Dominic leaned back and slid his hand into his coat and pulled out his book and began to read through it. A small growl caught him off guard and he went to reach for his sword but Ruby cleared her throat and rubbed her stomach in embarrassment

Ruby: S-sorry. I'm a little hungry~

Dominic rolls his eyes and reaches into his coat and hands Ruby a bar of chocolate

Ruby:*gasp* For me?!

Dominic: Do you want it or not?

Ruby: Yes!!

Ruby swipes the chocolate bar out of his hands and happily eats it while kicking her feet while Dominic continues reading

Ruby: Hey Dom, I got a question.

Dominic: What is it?

Ruby: Were...were you the boy who saved me and Yang a long time ago?

Dominic: Yes. Why do you ask that? You want to give me your gratitude?

Ruby: That and I wanted to ask you this: Why did you run away when my uncle Qrow showed up? You...could have been apart of our family. You could've been my big brother. Maybe then all this wouldn't be happening.

Dominic closed his book and sighed, tapping his forehead with the spine of the book

Dominic: If I joined your family, then I'd live hiding the secret of your mothers death for years. And if I did tell them, would they even accept me? And what of my demonic heritage? What would they think?

Ruby: We would accept you.

Dominic laughed at Ruby's naivety which confused her greatly

Dominic: Oh sweet stupid Ruby! You believe in the good in people so much so that you think they'd accept what I and Dante are!

Ruby: Well my family would!

Dominic: People barely accept Faunus these days hahaha! If people knew what we were they'd hang us and parade our corpses through the streets.

Ruby: Wh-what?

Dominic: Look, I don't like bursting your bubble since I see you in high regard, but I'm going to do it anyway. This world is full of pain. It holds more pain than you and I could ever imagine. But there are some aspects of it that bring joy.

Ruby: Like—like what?

Dominic: Well....there's love. In fact, all of you have found someone to love. Then there's your comrades. Friendship is a light in this dim world. Ugh, look we're getting off track. Let's go.

Dominic stood up and went to walk with Ruby at his side

Ruby: When we get back, I'm gonna introduce you to my dad. I'll show you that we'll accept you.

Dominic: If Ruby. If I get back.

Ruby: Y-you mean "we" right?

Dominic: .....of course.

Lady ran across a row of book cases shooting at Dante who shot the bullets out of the air and summersaulted around Lady and kicked her in the back and sent her flying across the floor. Getting up, Lady turns around and backs up against a book case while shooting at Dante but she missed every bullet as Dante hums while walking towards her

Dante: And I said heeeeyaaa~ heeeeeyaa~ I said hey~

Even when she was out of bullets, she kept pulling the trigger only to stop when Dante put a hand on the bookcase behind her and leaned up to her

Dante: I'll take care of him. Okay?

Dante leans in but back away and laugh's slightly

Dante: Sike. Why would I kiss you when I got a hot cat girl in the next room?

Lady: Cat girl?

Dante: Shit! Me and my big mouth...Look, it's nothing!

Lady: Ugh! Whatever. Why do you even care so much about this? About me and my father?

Dante: Well, this whole business started with my father sealing the entrance between the two worlds. And now my brothers trying to break the seal for some kind of power pops left behind. Though in the process he's turning everything into demonville. So this is my family matter too.

Lady: ......

Dante: Quite frankly at first, I didn't give a damn. I just wanted to kick my brothers ass for stabbing me. But because of you and some convincing from my friends back there, I know what's important. I know what I need to do.

Dante turns to leave but Lady tells him to wait and he turns around

Dante: Trust me, I'll make everything right. That's what my soul is telling me to do.

Lady takes her rocket launcher off her back and hands it over to Dante. The words "Katalina Anne" etched into the side of it

Lady: Use this.

Dante: How much is it gonna cost me?

Lady: You could give me your name.

Dante: Dante.

Lady: Huh. Like the Divine Comedy Dante?

Dante takes the rocket launcher and goes to leave

Dante: Yeah. Catch ya on the flip side.

Lady: Dante. Please...free my father.

Dante: I will, Lady.

Finally, Dante leaves the library which leaves Lady alone to wait for Dante to succeed or fail in his mission

The teens peeked their heads out of a doorway and looked around at the destroyed room

Weiss: Is it over?

Sapphire: Sure seems like it. Man, what a waste of ancient literature.

Blake:*sniffle* It's horrible!

In Hell, Arkham walked up a rocky cliff where a sword laid embedded in a stone. He held up both amulets and moved them towards the sword and they were absorbed into it. This was it. This was the power Sparda had left behind. His power taken form as a sword dubbed "Force Edge". Arkham could feel the power emanating from the sword and he almost didn't grab it. But when he did, he felt the power of a god in his hands and he lifted the sword in triumph as the ground around him shifted to his whim and he laughed in victory

Dante walks into a lit room with lights on every wall. He turns around and sees his shadow begin to rise up from the floor and take shape as a physical being with it being a mirror image of himself

Dante: Oh I see what this is. You're here to ask me some questions. Well too bad. I already answered them myself. I don't need you anymore.

Dante's shadow drew its sword and Dante just blew it off and motions for it to come at him

Dante: Come on you poser.

Dante and the shadow began to fight with them being on equal footing but Dante was no fool and he used context clues to figure out that he had to make the room light up by hitting the switches on the walls to turn on the lights which weakened the shadow demon and allowed him to get in a few good hits until the lights went out. Rinse and repeat the process over and over until the foe was defeated.

The shadow demon evaporates and Dante's shadow returns to its original place

Dante: Huh, thought I lost my shadow there for a second.

Dante felt a surge of power hit him and he turns around to see a mirror image of himself standing before him. He goes to punch the illusion but it meets his punch and the two clash fists with one another. The two began to fight each other with both copying each others moves perfectly. Dante stops fighting his doppelganger and accepts it into his arsenal of new weapons and abilities and shrugs off this weird encounter and he makes his way up to the top of the tower and gazes up at the portal to the Demon World

Dante: Well then, let's wrap up this crazy party, shall we?

Dante began to get sucked up through the portal and looked up with determination at his goal

Dante: I gotta clean up my fathers mess.

Back in Hell, Arkham marveled at the power he held in his hands and he tests it out by swinging the sword at the air and every slice sent a wave of sharp wind that sliced the rocks that surrounded him. Arkham then looked up as his eyes glowed and his body began to take on a new shape: the shape of the legendary Dark Knight Sparda

Returning to the library, the group were sat down waiting for Dante to win while trying to distract themselves by either reading or just sitting in silence. The door on the opposite side of the opens and the group looks around and sees Dominic walking with Ruby beside him to which Yang immediately goes and tackles her sister in a hug

Yang: YOU'RE OKAY!!

Ruby:*grunts* Y-yeah! I'm okay!! Ow..!

She assaults her sister with kisses before going up to Dominic and hugs him

Yang: Thank you! Thank you so much for protecting her!!

Yang cries into Dominic chest while he gave her a small pat on the head

Obito: Dominic...thank you.

Dominic said nothing and nodded to his friend before breaking away from Yang and walking over to the door leading outside, passing Lady who looks at him.

Ruby: Wait!

Dominic stops in his tracks and turns around to his friend who was standing in front of her

Ruby: Where are you going?

Dominic:*sigh* Dante will...take care of this.

Weiss: You mean "Dante and I" right?

Dominic reaches into his coat and pulls out his book, tossing it to Ruby who looked at it and then realized what this meant and shook her head as tears began to swell in her eyes

Dominic: This is my way of atoning for taking Summers life. Goodbye.

Yang: No!

Yang ran over to Dominic and grabbed his hands and pulled him towards her

Yang: You can't! You can't go! Not before I..before...!

Dominic: It's okay Yang...I know.

Dominic breaks free from her grip and walks through the door leaving her to fall to her knees and start crying with Ruby dropping the book which Sapphire picks up and looks at it

Sapphire: You son of a bitch..! Dammit! You're too cowardly to do it yourself so you're gonna have your brother do it for you!

Obito: What..do you mean?

Sapphire: He's going there to kill himself! Bastard!

Blake: What?!

Obito: We have to stop him!

Sapphire: I know! Come on!

Yang: B-but-!

Sapphire: Do you want to see the one you love die?!

Yang: N-no!

Sapphire: Then come on!! If you really love him, then you'll go to hell and back for the guy! Right?

Ruby: We will!

Obito: I'm going too!

Blake: As will I.

Weiss: I'm not staying here!

Sapphire: What about you? You coming?

Lady: No. I'll...hold down the fort for you. Just in case something tries to get through.

Sapphire: Fine. Let's go!

Sapphire pockets the book and leads the group upstairs and they all fly through the portal to hell
