Evillustrator: Part Two

I have not read any of these chapters over, so please let me know if you find any mistakes.

Adrien pulled Marinette onto the dance floor with the mindset that one might have if they didn’t care about the fact that there were people watching with envy.

“Come, on. Even the organizer of the ball should get to dance,” he reasoned with her with a smirk.

Marinette looked at the smiling boy with a wide grin across her blushing red face.

Little did the two know, a certain red-head was doing his best not to grow upset with the scene. He continued to sketch the pig-inspired heroine angrily as he mumbled to himself, “It’s not fair.” Why did the blonde model get all the girls? When would Nathaniel be good enough for the only girl he actually liked?

Marc could see the jealousy on his partner’s face, and he thought it better to walk away sulkily.

____________

The author then proceeded to smack her head against her computer out of frustration that she had to write about how much a character like(d/s) Marinette, who is only slightly better than Lie la.

Hey! So, since I’ve gotten your attention…

THIS IS THE FINAL CHAPTER IN THIS STORY. PREPARE FOR THE FIRST CHAPTER OF “In Our Eyes” TO BE PUBLISHED ON HALLOWEEN! I WILL DO MY BEST TO FIGURE OUT A TIME WHEN IT IS HALLOWEEN IN ALL PARTS OF THE WORLD, BUT FORGIVE ME IF IT DOESN’T END UP WORKING OUT.

___________

I sat down next to the author and pulled out my phone to search for something. “Very original, blaming it on femine problems. You upset that Nath doesn’t feel the same way about you?”

Marc blushed a bright red and looked away from me. “I, I don’t know what you mean. I don’t f-feel anything-”

I gave him THE look, and he let out a sigh. “He doesn’t like me, and I know that. He, he likes someone else. But, then why does it hurt?” I was surprised at how much he had just opened up. I put my arm around his neck and pulled him into a side hug.

“Sometimes, people just aren’t made for each other-”

I saw Marc hugging a red-head.

I had completely lost my train of thought, and I was about to begin again when a second vision entered:

I am hanging in the bathroom at the biggest party of the fall

I could stay right here, or disappear

And nobody’d even notice at all

I’m a creeper in a bathroom ‘cause my buddy kinda left me alone

But I’d rather fake pee

“S-Sam?”

Than stand awkwardly

Or pretend to check a text on my phone

I ignored Marc’s concern and began working my way into my phone. “I used to have a friend in the states - I still do. He loves musicals, and I used to tease him about it,” I winked at the author and turned my volume all the way up. “A few months ago, he basically forced me to listen to this one musical, just as he always did.” I remembered I had earbuds in my shoe and began removing them both to search for the technology. “Just,” I began detangling them. “As I will do,” I plugged the earbuds into my phone, “to you.” I put one earbud into my ear and offered the other to Marc.

By the end of the song,

_____________

The author interrupts this chapter to tell you that this song is “Michael in the Bathroom” from “Be More Chill: The Musical”, and I will be including the link to that specific song at the end of the chapter.

SORRY! Back to the organized random stuff…

By the end of the song, it was evident that Marc was trying to keep tears at bay; unnoticed.

We shared an awkward moment of silence until he pointed at my legs that seemed to be disappearing.

“Wh-What’s going on?” My voice sounded much too high, but I was too panicked to care that much.

____________

The next thing I knew, I was standing on the railing just above the bridge. Alya was next to me; apparently in the same situation as me. We made eye contact, and a mutual understanding was made: Akuma.

The railing suddenly began to erase, and I could hear the objections of Ladybug and Chat Noir.

“The authors of the hero’s blogs,” a rude voice came from behind us.

With purple hair and a buree, I quickly recognized who it was; So did Alya.

She turned her camera and stuck it in his face, her voice narrating. “Evillustrator? Do you have a message to the viewers?”

The victim smirked, then turned to face the heroes. “Do you think these people are willing to do what it takes to save their biggest fans?” He scribbled something with his pen, (which I assumed contained the akuma) and the railing suddenly fell beneath us, and I had a quick moment of panic as the wind swept past my ears.

Chat Noir ran towards us, his hand slipping off of Alya’s, but gripping on to mine as if his life depended on it. I saw the strain on the boy’s arm as he struggled to prevent me from falling into the water. I looked down at the water as I struggled to catch my breath, a mental vision attacking.

Daizzi was powering up into an aqua kwami.

I knew this was the only thing to be done. I looked directly into Chat’s eyes.

“Let go,” I pleaded.

He shook his head. “No, you’ll be fine.”

I let a smile show itself on my face. “Yes, I will. But you need to help-” I swallowed. “Your, lady.” I let my hand release, and his grip was slipping.

“I can help her, just let me save you!”

I wiped my shorter hair behind my ear and kicked the wall. I performed a flip as I dove into the freezing water. My pink kwami flew out and ate the small snack I handed to him. I was holding my breath, and I was beginning to run out. My ears popped.

“Aqua Daizzi, mud roll,” I shouted as quickly as possible.

Instead of my modest disguise, I had an outfit more suitable for water. There was a mask covering my nose and mouth, allowing me to breathe. I instantly felt re-energized, and I swam at amazing speed to the sinking body of Alya Ceseare.

I jumped out of the water, and landed in front of the Evillustrator with one knee bent. I tossed Alya to Ladybug and smirked at the victim, my head down.

“Howdy, partner.” I realized my hair was no longer dangling off my shoulders, but in a small braid. “Wanna dance?” The boy darted towards me, but I used my lasso to tie his arms to his waist. I grabbed the pen out of his hand and gave him a bow. “You can thank me later.” I threw the pen to an amazed Chat Noir.

“Anytime, lassie.” The student looked towards a stunned Ladybug. “Care to join us, Milady?” He tossed the pen to his partner, and she completed her routine.

“No more evil doing for you, akuma. Bye-bye, little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!”

“Pound it!”

____________

As I was running away, Chat grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer to him. “Cochon? Can, can we talk?” I knew exactly about what, and I didn’t want to deal with it.

I pulled my arm away and did my best to turn my head in an attempt to hide my tears.

“To tell you that I love you,” Adrien swooned. He was head over heels for Lady-

“There’s nothing to talk about. I really should get going.” I began running away - only pausing to listen to his compliment directed towards my alter-ego.

“I like your new hairdo.”

I fought a smile. “You don’t get to.”

Note from the Author:

Hola, Slythers and Huffies! Yeah, I know. This was pretty short. But I found it to be fun. I’m sorry Nathaniel/Evillustrator didn’t get much light, but I can always go back and edit. If you want to look at a visual of the outfits, I created a separate “book” for all my drawings.

I am working on all of my other stories, and I am almost done working on the cover for the sequel.
