Thrawn and Ezra were just waking up from their late sleep. "Another night we survived." Bridger commented as he got up. His shirt covered in dirt blood and grime with chunks of the orange shirt missing from the time on the planet. "Bridger we've seen what this planet has to challenge us mentality and..." Thrawn replied with just as a massive shuttle flew over head but the engines on fire followed by a loud explosion sending debris everywhere. The two hit anywhere with enough cover followed by the ground shaking. Black smoke came from the craft, "we better go help." Ezra said as he got up , "Ezra before you do that you don't know what you're doing, or who was on board... you've been eating the wrong plants or something Jedi." Thrawn very frustratingly to the middle aged Jedi. The two made their way through the forest quickly but once on a ridge it was obvious who crash landed.
Both dropped to the ground covered by the heavy brush. A familiar sound soon filled the air, the screaming sound of imperial TIE fighters. "Seems your rebellion was crushed." Thrawn told Ezra which Thrawn turned to see Ezra actually deeply saddened , the thought of his efforts for lothal were pointless. Just then a sleek black transport landed near by followed by two grey ships. Dozens of stormtroopers poured out and surrounded the area followed by the landing ramp lowering from the shuttle.
A black robed figure walked down the ramp.

The survivors were put on their knees in front of the black figure. "The new republic will defeat your first order." One of the prisoners yelled, "your republic is weak!" The black figure answered with followed by igniting his lightsaber and hacked off the prisoners head. Birds flew away in swarms in the area and even Thrawn was little surprised. "That isn't the empire I served." Thrawn muttered.
Just then a twig cracked behind the two of them and both slowly turned to face what it was. "Get up" a first order trooper demanded, both got up slowly but the original plan of resistance was scrapped when a squad of troopers surrounded them. With muzzles to their backs they were brought down in the clearing. "What happened to the empire?" Ezra asked that's when he was put in front of the black rob figure , behind him was a Black suited officer and chrome trooper. "The old empire fell for being to weak due to your rebellion but the first order is stronger." The robed figured said as he got down eye level with Ezra. "Take these two in... kill the pirates these two are more valuable!" The robed figure yelled followed by blaster shots. "Kylo how are they more important?" General Hux asked, "you don't realize who we just captured, grand admiral Thrawn, and Ezra Bridger the first voice for lothal and the rebellion." Kylo responded with. Thrawn and Ezra locked eyes and honestly was surprised but Thrawn usually with no emotion.
