A whole week had passed, and the training period for most students was over and from today, the patrols would start.

Right now, Kaminari was running on a treadmill, focusing on what he was told.

It was the second day, and Steve had called Kaminari and Momo in the gym, even though it was their study time.

"So, you both are here for one reason. I've discovered some stuff about Kaminari's power, some stuff I had been suspecting, and a big reason for me to select him to intern with me, other than similar story and background and stuff," said Steve as Kaminari nodded.

"So... you've got your quirk description wrong," said Steve as Kaminari looked at him confused.

"So basically what your quirk is that it amplifies your body's electricity and uses that. Instead of short-circuiting your brain, which mind you is an irreversible process since it would burn neurons, and except under special circumstances they can't heal. What it basically does is deplete your brain's neurons from even the minimum amount of electricity needed to function, causing it to go into a shutdown mode with only a little bit of your cognitive functions working. That basically means that you get discharged," said Steve as Kaminari nodded in understanding.

"Also, your body is EXTREMELY conductive, and you can actually amplify foreign electricity," said Steve as Kaminari looked at him confused.

"What do you mean?" he asked as Steve smiled.

"Make your outer body extremely positive and inner body extremely negatively charged," said Steve as Kaminari, confused tried to do as told.

'Move the electrons ins- AAAAAH!' thought Kaminari as he did that and received a lot of electric shocks, visible electric bolts hitting him from stuff like battery and ground and just random non-electrical things. 

"Holy shit! WHY IS EVERYTHING SO SLOW!" yelled Kaminari as Momo just heard a second-long noise, confusing her.

"In case you're wondering why we're so slow, you're actually perceiving things at inhuman rates. Your body's electrochemical synapses have turned into completely electrical due to a large amount of electricity in your body causing the communication and transfer of impulse of your neurons to become EXTREMELY fast," said Steve as Kaminari felt like Steve was talking for minutes or even hours.

"So... okay, I'm too fast. What should I d- AAH!" yelled Kaminari as he tried to move his arm only to feel it snap.

"AAAH!" yelled Kaminari releasing a large amount of electricity absorbed by the Lightning rod Steve had prepared just in case.

Kaminari fell to the ground in pain as Steve rushed to him and started healing him.

"You tried to move your body as fast as your perception! You must understand that your body can't handle that much strain. You need to train for years to get to that speed. For now, we'll limit your speed after you get healed and rested," said Steve as Momo looked at them in horror.

"Don't worry Yaoyorozu, I'm fine," said Kaminari as Momo nodded, still concerned.

"You are not. That may be a hairline fracture, but you need to heal. Also, try to charge some electricity to the area around the fracture, since your body is conductive it might just hugely boost your healing factor," said Steve as Kaminari nodded and did as told.

Steve's speculation came to fruition as Kaminari's hand healed almost instantly.

"Alright, rest for the day. Tomorrow, we'll train further, and if you're lucky, by the end of the internship you'd have one of my special moves in your arsenal," said Steve with a grin as Kaminari's eyes shined like an excited kid and Momo giggled.

As for Momo, she had... well she discovered that due to her quirk she had already had an EXTREMELY fast metabolism, allowing her to digest and process food almost instantly. That also extended to other metabolic processes as she gained a lot of strength and a good amount of muscles in just a week. 

Kaminari already had a lot of muscles and he just needed to properly train to unlock his potential. Adding the fact that since that day, he practiced the special mode by staying almost the whole day in it causing his metabolism to shoot through the roof, due to which he was eating A LOT!

Let's move to Deku. He was... a little too strong. In the week, he found a way to use One for All constantly by comparing himself to a... Takoyaki -_- Whatever, it was effective. And since then, Nighteye and Gran Torino together were having trouble keeping him down.

'He'd reach the pro level too soon,' thought Gran Torino as Nighteye started to see why All Might chose him.

'Each time I increase the difficulty of his training, he just breaks through his limits. It's like the 'PLUS ULTRA' incarnated into a human form,' thought Nighteye as Sukuna from inside wiped proud tears.

"My son," he said dramatically as other vestiges sweatdropped.

"I think we both should train together," said Mirio with a grin as Izuku nodded excitedly.

Now, we cut to Ochako Uraraka. Another person wit- I'm tired of writing this again and again, just know that everyone improved greatly.

So the author is tired. So weak.

Shut up Sukuna, so as I was saying, Ochako had improved greatly in terms of fighting skills.

Shoto's overall control over his fire and Ice had increased, especially after being trained by both Endeavor and Dabi.

Right now, we cut to Izuku in Hosu general Hospital, talking to Tensei Iida.

"So you're Tenya's classmate," said Tensei as he sat on his bed with a smile.

"Yes, he's a great friend of mine," said Izuku with a smile as Tensei nodded.

"That's great to hear. I just... Midoriya, I've seen it in Tenya's eyes, he's out for revenge. I just want to ask you, please stop him from doing anything stupid," said Tensei as Izuku's gaze hardened.

"I will do everything I can," said Izuku as he gripped his notebook.

"Thanks, I feel that I can count on you more than anyone," said Tensei as Izuku nodded.

"So... are your legs... I heard you had paralysis..." said Izuku softly as Tensei chuckled.

"Yeah, that's true. No more hero work for me," he said with a sad smile as Izuku looked at the ground.

"Yeah, but that doesn't mean that you aren't a hero anymore," he said as Tensei looked at him, confused.

"You may not be a hero by profession, but you'll still be a hero. You're a hero to everyone that you've saved, and that will never change. You've instilled hope in many, I'm pretty sure your sidekicks agree. Even now, you've sacrificed everything to stop Stain. You'll be a hero to me, to Tenya, and thousands of others who slept soundly knowing you were working your ass off to protect them," said Izuku as Tensei's eyes widened, tears forming in them.

"You know, you're great with your words. I'm pretty sure you'll be a superb hero, heck, you are a great hero," said Tensei as Izuku smiled.

"Really?"

"Yep. After all, a hero doesn't only save a person's body, he saves his soul, and you don't know how greatly your words have affected me."
