Sir Nighteye and Gran Torino were looking at Izuku with concerned faces as he was in the gym. For the past one and a half hours, they watched as Izuku worked out with weights over 150 KG evenly distributed across his torso using some special harness. They had seen him do 200 pull-ups, 100 pushups, squats, do multiple exercises, and take a 15 KM RUN in HALF A FUCKING HOUR!

"... I am now getting concerned. He trains like a maniac," said Nighteye, unable to believe his eyes.

"I don't know anyone who works out that much at such a young age!" Gran Torino replied.

Momo and Kaminari were concerned. Steve had been in the gym for over 2 hours. Wearing 300 FUCKING KG! DOING DEADLIFTS OF 1 TON! HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A QUIRKLESS GUY BUT THIS WAS INSANE!

"... I am now feeling extremely weak," said Kaminari as Momo nervously nodded.

"Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you guys to do this. I've got Chakra that has enhanced my muscle structure since I was a kid. You guys can also gain inhuman strength, just not right away. Anyways, let's get started," said Steve as he took them to a giant room.

Inside, there was an artificial waterfall that was falling under a lot of pressure.

"First step of body and mind training. You need to sit on those rocks beneath the waterfall," said Steve as both of his student's eyes widened.

"WHAT!" they both yelled at once, scared.

"Yes. For the starting part, the pressure will be low. But as time goes, it will increase exponentially," said Steve as both of them paled.

"W-why are we doing an activity straight out of anime?" asked Kaminari, a little scared.

"Because it's not out of anime. I did it. You need to do this," said Steve as they both hesitated a little, and then complied.

Two hours later, both of them were struggling to get up.

"H-how can water exert so much pressure..." muttered Kaminari as he massaged his shoulders.

"I don't know, but are we supposed to feel so... Flexible?" Asked Momo confused as even with the soreness, her muscles felt weirdly relaxed.

" I... This is weird," said Kaminari as he felt much lighter than before.

"That's because the waterfall kinda massaged your body," Steve said walking in.

"... Wut?"

"Think of it, the pressure is applied in a pattern, constantly across your muscles. While painful and tiring to maintain posture under that pressure, it also helps you focus even under great pressure... Literally," Steve said with a chuckle as the interns just nodded.

"Alright, I've got patrol back in India, I'll be back in two hours. You can go to the library, studies are important. And Kaminari, I heard you took Computer Science in the optional subject paper?" Asked Steve as he remembered seeing Kaminari's average score in other subjects but 100/100 in computer science. And it was NOT easy.

The other people to take that and score 90+ were Ichigo and Izuku, while the rest who took nearly failed.

"Y-yeah," muttered Kaminari as he looked nervously at him.

"Awesome! I heard you've been working on that AI project with Izuku. I suggest you hit the advanced python and complex algebra, it will help with the codes," said Steve cheerfully.

"And Yaoyorozu, help him with Maths and other subjects. Kaminari, I think you can trust her with... You know what. When I get back, we'll get on with combat training, i.e., martial arts and weapon training. And then Yaoyorozu you'll memorize blueprints of some stuff I give you, and Kaminari we'll deal with the therapy part," said Steve as Momo looked at Kaminari with a confused expression.

"What is he talking about Kaminari kun?" Asked Momo as Kaminari looked at the ground.

"Yeah... I might be dyslexic and suffering from ADHD," said Kaminari as Momo's eyes widened.

Izuku just had a break from the back-breaking training of Gran Torino and he was currently running searches across the Quirk Registration database.

'Why is Decay so hard to find?' Thought Izuku taking a sip of his coffee.

"Alright Midoriya, you are coming with me," said Nighteye as Midoriya got up and nodded. Following him, Midoriya found himself in Nighteye's office as he looked around confused.

"I am here to train you on how to become a professional hero. So, I want you to learn how to handle paperwork, a crucial part of the hero work," said Nighteye as Izuku nodded.

"Now while many other... Not so-smart heroes write a new form or a new whatever they need from the scratch every time, I have a format of the basic files and forms on my computer and I'll share that with you. We need to work smart with this because it's a tedious process if not managed properly. So you will learn the Paperwork from Mirio," said Nighteye as Izuku nodded.

"Good. I expect this pile to be done by today," said Nighteye as he walked outside and Mirio walked in.

"So... I am not going to tell you pretty lies, we are in for hell."

"Come on, it's just some reading and writing, how bad can it be?"

Well, that turned out to be VERY bad. By the time Izuku was done, he was clawing his hair out in frustration as Mirio sweatdropped.

"You know for a coder you are pretty irritated with this stuff," said Mirio as Izuku glared at him.

"Code writing is fun because everything there makes sense. THIS DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE!" yelled Izuku as Nighteye smirked seeing them both.

"Now now, we don't need to start a fight. So Midoriya, since you're very sharp and smart..." started Nighteye as he looked at him with a challenging smirk causing Izuku to grin.

"It's all thanks to Principal Nezu's amazing guidance. His personal lessons are really helping my political and mental abilities, great results in just a month," Izuku said unnerving both Nighteye and Mirio.

'He's getting classes from the Rat God! The last person to get those classes was the third-year student when I/Mirio was the first year, and that guy went insane in a week! To think that even after about 1 month Midoriya is sane...' both thought at once paling a little as Nighteye composed himself.

"Y-yes, so I have a case about Yakuza which I would like to investigate with you. And also, there's the Hero Killer case, I want you to look into that too. The investigation only," said Nighteye as Izuku nodded.

"Okay, so let's start with the hero killer case..." muttered Izuku remembering where Iida chose his internship to be at.
