A week had passed and it was finally time for class.

Right now, Izuku and others were sitting in the class waiting for Aizawa.

"Hey Midobro, you were really manly back then," said Kirishima with a grin.

"Thanks, Kirishima," said Izuku with a smile.

"Yeah. And it's a good thing you had that dagger or whatever it was. Or we would have just all died," said Sero.

"Hey, don't talk like that. Even if Nightwatch didn't arrive, others would have come. Though they'd be pretty late and would be in a pinch against the Nomu," said Momo.

"Alright, now let's all get back to the seats, I am talking to you Kacchan," said Izuku as he glared at Katsuki who had his feet on Kirishima's table, as he stood there.

"DON'T ORDER ME DEKU!" yelled Bakugo as everyone else got back to their places.

Izuku, not in the mood to fight against him after being chased by a few reporters in the morning for a comment, just glared at him in such a creepy way that it sent a chill up everyone's spine.

"Katsuki Bakugo, I am pretty sure you will comply with my request to go back to your seat, won't you?" asked Izuku in a sickly sweet tone scaring everyone except Ochako who looked at him with a slight blush and a proud look.

"R-right Deku," said Bakugo, shook as he took his seat.

'Wtf! It's like when I broke his All Might figurine,' thought Bakugo, once again shivering at the thought.

'WTH! We need to not piss off Pres," thought everyone else.

"Alright Daddy Izuku you can come back to your se-" started Kaminari until Izuku's neck snapped in his direction.

"I. HATE. THAT. NAME." Izuku said in the same sickly sweet tone.

"R-right!" said Kaminari as he sank in his seat in fear.

"Alright then, let's wait for Aizawa sensei," said Izuku returning to his cheerful tone as he sat on his seat.

'WHAT THE FLIP! HIS PERSONALITY TOOK A TOTAL 180!'

"Aww, that was so cool.'

As they all settled down, Aizawa opened the door and entered.

"SENSEI!" yelled the whole class at once.

"You're back so soon!" 

"You're too much of a pro," said Kaminari with stars in his eyes, an action mirrored by Izuku.

Aizawa had a cast on his left hand which was decayed and a bandage around his head.

(Keep in mind that he didn't take too much damage unlike in anime due to the timely intervention of Izuku)

"Are you fine sensei?" asked Iida as Ochako noted that he couldn't really be called fine.

"My well-being doesn't matter. More importantly, the fight is not over," said Aizawa as he stood behind the teacher's desk.

"WHAT!" yelled half of the class, scared.

"Sports festival is coming," said Aizawa as Izuku, Kirishima, Bakugo, Ochako, and Kaminari cheered. Momo and Ichigo just sat there with a smile while Sero and others panicked.

"A NORMAL SCHOOL EVENT!" yelled the people who were cheering.

"Wait, Sensei, is it alright to hold such an event just after the attack?" Sero asked as he pinned Kaminari and Kirishima down using his tape.

"Yes. You see, before quirks awakened, the Olympics was a big deal all around the world. However, since quirks awakened and countries like Japan, the USA, United Kingdom, Russia, Israel, and others fell into chaos Olympics came to a standstill, and even when restarted, it did not have that big of a buzz. At that moment, the UA sports festival in Japan took its place. Like in the USA, NFL became big again, in India the IPL, and FIFA and Cricket World Cup recently gained their old Momentum. However, the Olympics is still not there. 

And I've been infected with the rambling habit of Problem Child, but as I was saying, this is really important. Not only because it's super big, but also because this will determine your offers for Internships. This sports festival is for you to show your grit, so better prepare.  Millions of people will watch you all amongst which there will be thousands of heroes. What you should aim for is the top," said Aizawa.

"If you aspire to be pros, you need to pull the biggest agencies. And thus this festival is a once-in-a-lifetime chance. Or more like thrice, but you get the point," said Aizawa as he glared at his class.

"Give your best, because others will."

Izuku was staring at his hand with determination as he stood up when the bell rang.

Iida and Kaminari joined him as Ochako grabbed his hand.

"Let's go Deku kun," Ochako said as she started to walk.

"So, why do you want to become a hero Iida?" asked Izuku out of nowhere.

"Well, I want to become a great hero like my parents and my brother," said Iida.

"That's nice," said Izuku as he turned to others.

"Well, I want to become one to save others and prove that your quirk doesn't matter," said Kaminari.

"What about you Midoriya?" asked Iida.

"Well, I want to save everyone within my reach like All Might," said Izuku as he stared in the distance.

"Oh, that's good," said Iida.

"What about you Ochako?" asked Izuku as he turned to her who giggled nervously.

"Well, my aim is not as nice as yours," said Ochako as she rubbed the back of her head.

"We won't judge," said Kaminari.

"Well... I want money. My parents are construction workers and we don't really make enough. I want to earn enough so that they can take it easy and enjoy their lives. And I always wanted to help others, so I thought this is the best job for me," said Ochako as Izuku looked at her with a look of admiration.

"That's great Ochako! You want to help your parents. That's what a hero does, help others. Don't think your reason isn't good," said Izuku as he hugged her.

"I agree," said Iida as Kaminari clapped.

"Wow, you guys are awesome," Ochako said with happy tears in her eyes.

"I AM HERE!" yelled All Might as he came out of a corridor with his lunch.

"Huh? All Might?" exclaimed Izuku.

"Want to have lunch with me?" he asked pointing at his bento.

Izuku looked at Ochako who nodded.

"Yeah," said Izuku with a grin.

"Wow, we don't even matter," said Kaminari with a point as he looked at him apologetically.

"I was joking, go ahead," said Kaminari with a chuckle as Iida gave him a thumbs up.

"Why do you think he called him?" asked Ochako.

"Maybe because their quirks are similar?" asked Iida as they failed to notice Shoto near them.

"Are you kidding me? I bet that it's to apologize for not coming on time as Izuku got injured. Remember the glare that he shot at All Might?" said Kaminari.

"So... young Midoriya, what is your plan for Sports Festival?" asked All Might.

"Well... if this was 10 months ago, or even a month ago, I'd say that I just want to be there to show what all I can do. But now... now that I've seen what's it like out there... I want to win. Scratch that, I will win. I can't satisfy with anything below the first place," said Izuku as he started to emit an aura of power that surprised All Might.

'It's like when Gran Torino used to get motivated back in the days,' All Might thought with a shiver.

"Good. Now I know you cannot use the full potential of One for All, but I take it that you've figured out a way to use it?" All Might asked.

"Yes. I use it in percentage. When I fought the Nomu, I remember that I used about 2% of the actual power of One for All. Now I don't know if it was the most I could use, since I was focused on the 2.5 times power increase of Black Flash," said Izuku.

"Well, I wish you the best Midoriya. I called you here to make sure you know that you are not the next All Might, you're the first Izuku Midoriya. You need to make a name for your own self, so go out there and tell the world that YOU ARE HERE!"

"RIGHT!" said Izuku as he stood up.

"But if you don't come first, don't be sad. Going after the first place is good, but its obsession can destroy you and the people around you. The thing that matters the most is that you give it your all, nothing more, nothing less."

"Right..." said Izuku as he remembered Steve's words.

'When you want to beat someone, you become powerful. However, when you want to beat yourself, you become better. There's a difference between being powerful and being good, remember that always.'
