Part 9:Dying Coma

Dull.

Her eyes were so dilated in a dull chocolate colour that it was nearly impossible to see her pupils. Her face was so horribly pale her face became a wreck. Nobody could recognise her like this.

"Clausia...?" Misa slowly waved a hand over her face. Nothing happened. She remained in her stone expression with her unblinking dull eyes, her body still and unmoving. Sweat trickled down Miza's cold neck as she bit her lip.

Just like her brother.

"Bring her to the nearest hospital immediately," she mumbled, and they swiftly did as told.

The second time she had seen this tragedy with her eyes already.
"Miss Clausia is under a very heavy coma," the doctor softly explained. "She may never be able to wake up again, although we can try... either ways, if she doesn't wake up in a month's or so time..."

He coughed.

"We can just comfirm her dead."
Miza didn't believe her very own ears. She didn't get it.

"Her brain looks like it had maybe a major internal injury or something like that. It's weird-- some parts are slightly swollen and some parts have slightly shrunk. I have never seen it before. In order to survive, she will have to wake up, though the chances are narrowly slim. If she wakes up, the brain will go back to active mode again, making the cells work doubly hard to recover."

Miza punched the white walls of Clausia's hospital room once she entered inside it. She glanced at her. Her eyes remained open, clouded with dull brown and showing nothing but the colour inside.

"We have to save her." Came Kize behind her.

"We can't. We can't do anythin-"

"She saved my life." The sharp voice continued, before going soft. "She doesn't deserve this."

Miza lowered her gaze. She saved her brother from being in a life full of havoc, and in return she is going to have a meaningless death. He's right. Clausia doesn't deserve this. It wasn't her fault to begin with. She just wanted to prove her loyalty as a friend to Uni, and give a helping hand to her band. If this is fate or destiny, it is all twisted up.

"That's right," Miza breathed."She doesn't. That's why... I will change this. I will make things right."

Kize smiled."That's right, way to go." His smile creased to a frown. "But how?"

Miza smirked.

"Wait till you see my true potential."
