Hey , let's say , astraea is fun.

But I still had that gut feeling that I knew her from somewhere.

Like the moment I saw her standing with Annabeth I felt like I have seen her before.

Well , she did give me a scare when she started crying.

But overall i have this new protective feeling about her.

Like she's my little sister who i have to take care of.

So after i gave astraea a quick tour of the camp, which made us start a water fight, which i obviously won , i started showing her the cabins.

I showed her cabin 11 , and gave her a quick note about Travis & conner.

I waved her goodbye and went to find my beautiful girlfriend.

I saw that she was talking with Hazel and Piper.

"Hello wise girl" ,I hugged her from behind.

"You finished talking with her?"

"Yes , i also gave her a quick tour of the camp and cabin 11".

"Good , your finally being responsible" , Annabeth rolled her eyes.

"Ugh you guys are so sweet together that it's hurting my eyes" ,Piper groaned.

"I know right , you both have too much PDA" ,hazel agreed.

"I'm getting out of here before you both start kissing" ,Piper yelled before running off to find Jason.

"You git, don't leave me behind" , Hazel shouted to Piper before joining her.

Next to me Annabeth started chuckling .

Soon I also started laughing.

After  our laughter stopped the atmosphere suddenly became tense.

We both were thinking about the new prophecy.

"So another prophecy again huh?",I said heavily.

"Well this one is clearly not talking about much death , but still yes we  have to be part of another prophecy" , replied Annabeth. I could see that she was not taking this well , I mean all of us were not.

All we ever wanted was to have a normal life , but when you are a demigod that doesn't happen.

After the war with Gaia we lost all hope thinking that Leo died.

It only regained a little when Leo came back on festus with calypso.

Even after Leo was back , the camp was healing slowly.

The war with Gaia made us lose a lot even if we won against her.

And now this prophecy, if the campers know about it I'm sure they'll all be gloomy and sad.

"Percy? , Back to earth" , Annabeth called out.

I didn't realise I was zoning out.

"I'm sorry, I have been very much distracted recently".

"It's alright, you were about to tell me  what you spoke with astraea" , Annabeth raised a brow.

"It's not that type of talk" ,i rolled my eyes playfully before filling Annabeth with everything we talked.

"Oh , I feel so sad about her" , Annabeth had that sad look in her eyes now.

"I know" ,i replied hugging her.

"Please promise me that the dream she had about you won't turn true" , Annabeth whispered with tearful eyes.

"I can't be sure , I'm sorry" ,i hugged her more tightly, my eyes were also welling up with tears.

I knew it would eventually be true, my fatal weakness was loyalty so if I had to die in the war to save my friends, i would gladly do it.

"Let's talk about something else shall we?".

"Sure wise girl , let's talk about the brilliant plan you have for capture the flag" ,I smiled at her happy to be with her in this moment.

"So we'll team up with the Hermes cabin,Poseidon ,Hades ,Zeus ,Aphrodite and Apollo,the hunters will split themselves into two and join us , the Romans can choose their own team" , Annabeth explained."The Hermes cabin can make up some traps , you can control the water , hazel will be able to make some fake illusion with the mist so that the other team will think we have kept the flag on a particular position, the Apollo cabins healers will be divided and sent off so that we can heal people quickly, the archers of their cabin will go with Jason  and search for the other teams flag with the hunters and the Romans who chose to be in our team can disarm the other team, the Aphrodite cabin might be useless so they will do border patrol along with the Hermes cabin,but Piper will be a real treat using her charmspeak and making the other team hand over the flag while astrea will be tying the flag around her waist  and Nico will be guarding her , no one would suspect her to have the flag".

"That's a brilliant plan wise girl" ,i kissed the side of her head.

"No one would suspect a thing" ,I saw a mischievous look in her eyes that went missing after the war.

We both spend the evening having a date near the strawberry fields.

Soon we heard the horn , and went to find our team.

"So everyone listen up",with that Annabeth started explaining her plan to others.

"That's really brilliant Annabeth" , astraea exclaimed."But do you really think i should have the flag, I mean someone more experienced should have it".

"No, it's you who should have it , the other team won't expect it at all",Will answered." Also ,Don't overuse your powers Di Angelo".

"Ugh! Fine mom!!" , Nico groaned while the others chuckled.

Chiron then informed us that the other team was ready.

Both the teams got ready for the game.

With that Chiron blew the horn and the game started.

When the horn blew , everyone went to attend their duties, Jason and his team headed off to find flag while hazel created a fake illusion. The Hermes and Aphrodite kids were doing the border patrol around the fake illusion.

I dragged astraea deep into the forest.

Making sure that no one was near , we settled there.

It was very awkward because being the nonsocial person I was , i couldn't strike a conversation with her.

Finnally it was astraea who broke the silence."You and will really make an adorable couple."

"Ugh!! People should really stop that, it's getting on my nerves" ,i slightly groaned while blushing.

"Alright geez I will stop teasing you", astraea chuckled a little.

This made me  remember about the time i met Will.

I knew I was smiling like an idiot thinking about will , but anyways he is my sunshine,my only pillar of happiness.

"You're thinking about will aren't you" , astraea teased me.

"Whatever" ,i rolled my eyes.She was giving me percy vibes.

We were again surrounded by silence now , but this one was more comfortable and less awkward.

"Will I ever get claimed?" ,she asked me , startling me.

I pondered for a moment before answering."I'm not sure , maybe you will , maybe you won't"

She had a sad look in her eyes , which made me remember my early years in camp.

All alone and sad.

"I'm sure you will get claimed" , I assured her .

She gave me a slight nod and went back to her thoughts.

We were disturbed by a commotion.

Guess the ares campers were coming this way.

Well i thought wrong.

It was not someone from the ares camp. It was someone worse.

It was drew from the Aphrodite camp.

"So it is true that a ugly duckling joined the camp today" ,she sneered at astraea.

"Watch what you're saying drew" ,i growled at her radiating darkness.

"You back off , Di Angelo, I was talking to the unclaimed girl" ,drew snapped at me.

"I'll handle this" , astraea gave me a small smile before coming forward.

"So she can speak" ,drew mocked astraea."I thought she was all mute after being rescued by Jackson and his friends".

"You're just jealous and bitter aren't you?" , Astraea chuckled mockingly.

" Quit buffing,You have  nothing that I should be jealous of".

" Darling you're just  jealous that I'm special and your not" , astraea smirked while i tried while best to hold back my laughter.

Drew's face was priceless.

She grumbled about something like makeup and ugly before going back to guard the fake illusion.

"I hope you don't be in my cabin" ,drew shouted before checking her reflection in a mirror.

"Ya sure , it's not like I'm dying to be in your cabin" , astraea rolled her eyes and yelled back.

After she yelled that I couldn't hold it anymore.

I burst into laughter, making my stomach hurt.

"Th-a-t was so much fun" ,i managed to say while laughing.

We heard a loud cheer coming from the lake side.

We rushed over and saw Jason waving a red flag while the others around him cheered.

Will quickly rushed over to our side and started to check up on me.

"Will , stop fussing over me I'm not a little kid" ,i mumbled while astraea snickered.

"Exactly,we weren't attacked if you count a ugly duckling insult so Nico didn't even use a bit of his power" , astraea tried to say while putting a straight face which quickly dissolved into laughter.

Percy then rushed over to hug astraea,which earned some looks.

As if she was remembering something, astraea untied the flag around her waist and handed it over to Annabeth.

"Capture the flag is so much fun" , Astraea said before dissolving into giggles.

Drew was passing by when astraea called her out."Hey ugly duckling".

Drew stomped away furiously, I just couldn't stand anymore me and astraea cracked up so hard that we fell to the group.

Will , percy and Annabeth were looking at us weirdly.

"Guess you found your bestfriend Nico" , Annabeth grinned.

"I sure did , astraea is so much fun" ,I agreed while fist bumping astraea.

"Neeks is my new bestfriend" , astraea high fived me.

We were all joking and having fun when an ear piercing scream came from the other side of the camp.
