Scene- 5

Eleven year old Ellie waited patiently for her father to arrive, secretly observing her surroundings trying to detect any sign of danger.

As a demigod,Ellie was always alert and cautious.

She sighed in relief when she saw her father's car pull up.

"I'm sorry,sweetie,the car broke down," Lyall explained, kissing the top of her head.

They climbed into the car and started the journey to home.
Ellie asked her father how her mother was doing.

"Oh she's fine," Lyall lied,not wanting to make his daughter sad. "The doctor told she'll recover soon."

Ellie kept silent, knowing that her father was lying to her.

Scene-6

Two months later

Lyall stared at the face of the women he had married.
She looked beautiful,even in death.Tears streamed silently down his cheeks as he gazed at her coffin.She had been his bestfriend,his partner who had promised to never leave him.

Bella and Ellie stood behind him, consoling each other.On the back of the crowd stood Apollo, devasted about the situation.

Apollo's eyes locked onto Lyall's broken face, filling him with an urge to envelope the man in a fierce embrace, protecting him from his own anguish.

The ceremony ended leaving Lyall, his children, and Apollo in a somber atmosphere.

Lyall pulled Apollo aside, away from his children.

"Lyall-" Apollo started, but before he could finish, Lyall punched him.

"The moment you stepped into my life, I've only faced hardships. So why do you keep coming back?!" Lyall shouted , his eyes filled with fury, as he pushed Apollo back.

Apollo kept quiet, his eyes wide with shock;He was speechless.

"The gods want to meet you" Apollo spoke, finding his voice and startling Lyall.

Lyall's eyes narrowed. "What!?" he snapped, feeling frustrated with the world.

"They want you to be their spy for the next war," Apollo answered, his face filled with disagreement.

Lyall's eyes widened in disbelief. " Why me? What have I done to deserve this?"

Apollo's face softened and he pulled the man into his arms, enveloping him in a warm embrace. "You don't deserve any of this love" he whispered. "You deserve so much better than this."

"Stay with me tonight, Apollo. Please" Lyall whispered.

Apollo hummed in reply, pressing a kiss on Lyall's forehead , "I'll stay, Lyall. I'll always stay."

Scene - 7

A year later

Ellie checked her watch for the fifth time. Her father was late again, but this time felt different.

She sighed to herself, thinking about the last time Apollo met them.

The sound of footsteps startled her out of her thoughts.

She looked up to see a tall, blond-haired guy walking towards her. His bright blue eyes sparkled with curiousity as he approached her.

"Hey what's wrong? why are you sitting here all alone?" Luke asked, offering a gentle smile.

"Nothing's wrong, my father's late that's all" Ellie replied, putting a fake smile on her face.

"Doesn't he know leaving demigods alone is dangerous?" Luke asked again, in a tone completely opposite to the one before.

"What do you mean?" She asked,her body rigid and tensed.

At that moment, Lyall ran towards them, pulling Ellie behind him.

"How did you find her?" Lyall asked Luke,his tone threatening.

"You and Apollo weren't that discreet, sending her to a school for ADHD kids" Luke answered, a cold sneer forming on his face."You decided to send her to a school filled with demigods and thought i wouldn't find out"

Lyall's body stilled, tightening the hold on his daughter.

"What do you want?" Lyall asked, trying to keep his voice steady.

"Nothing much, just your assistance in creating a camp filled with demigods working for Kronos" Luke stated, looking at Lyall with a cool face.

"If I do that, will you leave my family alone?" Lyall asked, his face showing doubts.

"Yes I will" Luke agreed, smiling apologetically.

Scene - 8

A year later

The now thirteen-year-old Ellie walked back home with her friend Jake.

"So..do you have any plans for the weekend?" Jake asked, trying to sound nonchalant.

"No, why did you ask?" Ellie replied, trying not to feel excited.

"No reason..do you wanna hang out together perhaps?" Jake asked, rubbing the back of his head.

"Oh? Yeah sure" Ellie replied back, the tips of her ear turning pink.

"Cool" Jake said, grinning widely.

Ellie hummed in response as they reached her house.

An expensive yet foreign car was packed in front of it.

"Someone you know?" Jake asked, nodding his head towards the direction of the car.

"Yeah, probably one of my father's friends." Ellie replied back, absent minded.

Jake didn't question it anymore and said his goodbye, leaving her in a state of confusion. Who's the owner of this car?, She thought.

She hesitantly opened the door, giving the sleek and shining car one last look.

In the living room sat her father and Luke discussing something important.

"Oh you're back?" Lyall asked, his eyes going wide in surprise.

"Yes dad, Jake dropped me off" Ellie replied, removing her shoes.

"That's my cue to leave, I'll see you soon Mr.Flynn" Luke said, getting up and walking towards the door.

He ruffled Ellie's hair as he opened the door. "Bye Ellie"

"How's the camp, dad?" Ellie asked, walking towards the kitchen.

"It's alright, just a bit busy training them" Lyall replied, sighing.

"Come here, dad," Ellie called, pulling her dad into a hug.

Lyall melted into her, easing half of his worries off his mind.

"Soo... Jake huh?" Lyall asked playfully, pulling away from the hug and winking at her.

"Oh shut up dad, it's not like that" Ellie replied back, trying her best not to give in and tell the truth.

Lyall chuckled, listening to his daughter lie so adorably; it was so obvious to him that she liked Jake.

A month later

"Hey Ellie, would you like to be my girlfriend?" Jake asked, his cheeks heating up.

"I would love to," Ellie replied, kissing his cheeks.

"Oh I love you, why are you so pretty?" Jake sighed, laying his head on her lap.

"You're such a flirt" Ellie replied, trying not to smile." It's sad that i love you too".

Scene- 9

"Happy birthday Ellie" Luke said, surprising Ellie.

"Luke! I thought you said you were busy," Ellie exclaimed, rushing over to hug Luke.

"I was, but i couldn't miss your special day," Luke replied, smiling as he handed her a small gift box." I got you a present.Open it!"

Ellie opened the box to find a beautiful bracelet.It was elegantly crafted with a delicate sun design at its center.

Ellie's eyes shone in gratitude."Click on the sun," Luke whispered softly, nudging her.

She clicked on it, and the bracelet transformed into a beautiful bow with arrows.

"This will come in handy for the future" Luke said with a smile.Eliie hugged him tightly. "Thank you, Luke"

Scene - 10

"Happy birthday Ellie!" Jake sang, walking towards her with a big smile and a cake in his hand.

"You didn't have to do this," Ellie said, as tears welled up in her eyes.

"Are you kidding me?" Jake asked, setting the cake down and pulling her into a gentle hug. "I'd never leave my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday alone."

Ellie smiled and hugged him back, feeling cherished."I love you Jake"

"I love you too, my love , now it's time to cut the cake!" Jake said, bringing the cake closer to her.

The cake had a hand-painted design of apollo's lyre, hade's helmet and hecate's torches,and a simple yet elegant 'Happy 14th Birthday' message on the top.

She cut the cake and shared it with Jake, Grateful to have him in her life.

Scene - 11

"Ellie, we're leaving for new york," Lyall informed, with a somber face.

Ellie's eyes widened in shock, "What? Why?" she asked, her voice trembling.

Lyall's somber expression deepened, "The war has started, Ellie. The camp is mobilizing for battle, and we're needed in New York."

Ellie's eyes widened as she processed the news. "The war? But I thought...I thought we had more time."

"But...what about Jake?" Ellie asked,her voice trembling.

Lyall's eyes filled with sadness, "You need to end things with him, Ellie. For his own protection."

Jake and Ellie walked side by side through the tall grass of the field, the warm sun shining down on them. They had always loved this spot.

Jake turned to Ellie, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Hey, I've been thinking...maybe we can take a road trip together this summer?"

Ellie's gaze drifted away, her eyes fixed on some point in the distance. She didn't respond.

Jake's smile faltered, and he reached out to gently turn her face back towards him. "Ellie, are you alright? You seem a million miles away."

Ellie's eyes locked onto his, and for a moment, they just stared at each other. Then, she spoke the words that would change everything. "Jake, I think we should break up."

Jake's gaze drifted away, and he stood there for a moment, silent. Finally, he sighed. "If that's what you want, then I'm alright with it."

"I know I've been away a lot lately, and I haven't been the best boyfriend. If you're unhappy, I don't blame you. You deserve better than someone who's never there for you."

Ellie called out, her voice shaking. "That's not what I meant..." But Jake was already gone.

Scene - 12

"Ellie, our camp will be playing a crucial role in the war against Kronos. We'll be ading the demigods secretly ." Lyall informed, talking softly.

Ellie nodded, before asking,"And what about Percy Jackson, Dad? I've heard he's leading the charge against Kronos."

"Percy's a brave demigod, but he doesn't know about our camp... yet. We'll be working behind the scenes to support his efforts and help turn the tide of the war." Lyall replied, sighing.

Without their knowledge, Bella pondered thinking who this Percy Jackson was and what was going on.

Scene - 13

Ellie fought bravely alongside her father, Lyall. Monsters swarmed the streets, their roars and screeches echoing off the skyscrapers.

"Ellie, get down!" Lyall yelled, shoving his daughter to the ground as a hellhound lunged at her.

Ellie scrambled to her feet, watching in horror as her father stood up to face the monster, his sword flashing in the dim light. The hellhound's jaws snapped shut mere inches from Lyall's face, but he dodged just in time.

The hellhound's claws swiped across Lyall's chest, and he crumpled to the ground. Ellie screamed, rushing to her father's side.

"Dad! No, please!" Ellie begged, tears streaming down her face as she held her father's hand.

Lyall's eyes locked onto Ellie's, and he smiled weakly. "I'm proud of you, popcorn... Promise me that you'll continue our legacy..." He said,his voice trembling.

"I promise you dad" Ellie whispered softly, tears streaming down her cheeks.

She saw her dad smile once last time before his body went limp.

The funeral was a blur of tears and condolences. Bella stood beside Ellie, her eyes fixed on the coffin as they said their final goodbyes.

As the service ended, Bella turned to Ellie, her voice a whisper. "I keep thinking it's all just a terrible dream. That Dad's going to walk through the door and smile at us."

Ellie's eyes welled up with tears, but she nodded, trying to offer some comfort. "Me too, Bella. Me too."

Bella's gaze searched Ellie's face, as if looking for answers. "What happened that day, Ellie? You were with Dad when...when the accident happened. What did you see?"

Ellie's expression remained neutral, but her eyes betrayed a flicker of pain. "I've told you, Bella. I don't remember much. It all happened so fast."

Bella's eyes narrowed slightly, but she said nothing more.

"That's enough" Ellie said, snapping them out of the memory.

It was nico who moved first, he hugged Ellie tightly as Will joined him.

A loud sob startled them as everyone turned to see a very sad looking leo.

"What!?, oh come on it was sad" Leo said, sniffling.

"I know right!" Jason shouted, before going to hug Leo.

"There, There it's alright" Percy consoled them,patting their backs and fighting back a grin.

"You're not helping Percy " Annabeth said, clearly amused by the turn of events." And I'm sorry Ellie for pushing you for answers"

"It's alright, I knew you were just being careful" Ellie smiled.

"Now,If the drama queens could stop crying, I know where we have to go next" Ellie announced, smirking at Jason and Leo.
