He also had a black hood which covered his head completely and had cat-like ears and a Suna forehead protector on his forehead. The other was a girl with teal eyes and sandy blonde hair, which is gathered into four consecutive pigtails. She wore a single light purple-colored, off-the-shoulders garment that extended to halfway down her thighs, with a scarlet sash tied around her waist. In addition to incorporating fishnet worn over her shoulders and legs, specifically on her right calf and her left thigh, she also wore a black Suna forehead protector around her neck. The boy leaned over as he picked up Konohamaru by the collar of his shirt and held him up in air "KONOHAMARU!" Naruto and Hisako shouted

Kankuro dropped Konohamaru as he crawled away behind Naruto as Hisako stuck out her tongue "Don't mess with my friends, you hear you big meanie?!" Hisako said as Kankuro's eye twitched in anger as he grabbed her by her shirt collar and now held her up in the air

"YOU LITTLE SHIT! THAT HURT!" Kankuro shouted as glared at her

"I-I'm no-not af-riad o-of you!" Hisako said as Kankuro was pulling back a fist

"KANKURO! THAT'S ENOUGH! SHE'S JUST A LITTLE KID!" the girl shouted

"YOU BETTER GET YOUR HANDS OFF HER BEFORE I KICK YOUR ASS!" Naruto threatened as Kankuro tightened his fist. Kankuro then locked his shoulder as he said: "We've got a few minutes before he gets here. Imma have some fun before he does," as Hisako was repeatedly kicking him in the chest

"Let go of me!" Hisako said as Kankuro smirked

"Feisty, aren't ya? Well lets see how long that'll last!" Kankuro said as he launched his fist

"HISAKO!" they all shouted as Kankuros fist was about to smack into her face. But it was stopped when a deep voice said: "My, my, my, picking on little girls, are ya?" as Kankuro dropped Hisako

"GAHH! MY ARM!" Kankuro shouted as a large hand grasped his said body part. Standing next to Kankuro was a brown skinned with short black hair and a thin black mustache. He wore a purple Hawaiian shirt with black pants and a purple cloth wrapped around his eyes. Everyone was in shock as the same had a smug look on his face while Kankuro was on his knees, all the while the man held him by the arm "H-holly crap, look at the size of him," Naruto muttered

"Y-yeah, look at the size of his biceps, i-it's the size of a barrel!" Sakura muttered 'URGH! He's too muscular for me! Sasuke's the only man right for me! CHA!'

"You alright, kid?" the man asked as Hisako was getting off the ground

"Y-yeah, thanks," Hisako replied

"That's good, now for you, young man,"

"LET GO OF KANKURO! NOW!" the girl screamed she placed a hand on the giant war fan on her back

"T-TEMARI! H-HELP!" Kankuro shouted as he could feel his arm breaking. The man seemed to cock his head as he clicked his tongue "Poor, poor, Suna Genin, have you grown so weak as to pick fights with school children? I outta have to break you in half for even laying a hand on a little girl, let alone try and punch her lights out," the man said as he slowly raised Kankuro into the air by his arm. Kankuro's jaw was quivering as the man was pulling back a large fist of his own "But I think I'll just settle for this instead," the man said as he brought his fist forward

"KANKURO!" Temari screamed as the man's fist was about to collide with Kankuro's face. A large thud was heard as everyone saw a wall of sand wedged between the man's giant fist and Kankuro's face "W-what the?" Kankuro asked as he heard

"Kankuro, you're a disgrace," said a bloodthirsty voice as everyone looked over to see a boy with red hair, pale skin, and the kanji for love '愛' on his forehead in red. He wore a black bodysuit with an open neck, t-shirt-like sleeves, and almost full-length leggings. With this, he had a white cloth over his right shoulder and the left side of his hips. Also, he has a wide leather band from his left shoulder to his right hip with which he carries a sand gourd and around which he wraps a Suna forehead protector. The man's smug face didn't change as he turned toward the boy "Awww, you just had to go and ruin the fun. I was only toying with him for a bit," the man said as he dropped Kankuro, who held his arm

"W-what? G-Gaara?!" Kankuro asked

"G-Gaara?! W-what are you doing here?!" Temari asked as Gaara walked up to them

"Get up before I kill you," Gaara ordered as the two quickly got up off the ground. Gaara turned to look at the man as he crossed his arms "What's your name?" Gaara asked

"My name is Mista Unchained, but call me Freeman," said the man as Gaara eyed him

"It's a shame. If you were in the exams... I would take pleasure in bathing in your blood," Gaara stated as Freeman started laughing

"HAHAHAHA! I would like to see you try, young man!" Freeman said as Gaara turned to look at Naruto and the rest of them

"I'm sorry for any trouble Kankuro has caused... I'll have a talk with him later," Gaara said as they nodded. Garra started to walk away when he stopped between Temari and Kankuro and said: "Let's go, we didn't come here to play games,"

"A-alright, s-sure," Kankuro said as he and Temari followed behind him. Sakura then shook her head as she rushed toward them, but was stopped by Freeman with a large arm. Sakura was met with a steel-cold feeling as he skin almost froze on contact "GAH! COLD! COLD!" Sakura screamed as Naruto and the Konohamaru Squad covered their ears

"You're loud, you know that?" Freeman asked

"And you're cold as ice! What the hell?!" Sakura asked

"I know that, Sakura," Freeman replied as Sakura was about to continue, but stopped

"H-how do you know my name?"

"Yeah, how do you know Sakura's name?" Naruto asked

"Hahaha! It's actually quite simple, Foxy," Freeman replied

"Cause he's one of mine," said a woman's voice from behind Naruto as a pair of arms wrapped around him. Looking up, he saw Luan with a smirk on her face as she hugged Naruto "Hey there, Foxy, how ya doing?" Luan asked as Hisako ran up and hugged her

"Auntie Luan!" Hisako said as Luan chuckled

"Hey, HEY! Calm down, it's only been a few hours and you act like I've been gone for a year!" Luan said as she looked at Freeman "Alright, back into the scroll you go!"

"Wait? What are you talking about?!" Naruto asked

"It's simple, Foxy," both Freeman and Luan said at the same time, "He's/I'm a puppet!"

"WHAT?! B-but he looks so real!" everyone said as Luan rolled out a scroll and Freeman vanished in a puff of smoke. Laun smirked as she attached the scroll back to her waist and looked at everyone "Hahaha! Surprised?" Luan asked

"VERY!"

"I thought so, that was my puppet Unchained, but I like calling him Freeman,"

"H-how?! How did you make him talk?!" Moegi asked as Luan winked

"Ever heard of a ventriloquist?"

"N-no, I don't think so," Moegi replied

"Well in simple terms, it's someone who can speak or utter sounds so that they seem to come from somewhere else," Luan explained

"Ohhh," Moegi stated as she understood

"Urgh, who do those guys think they are? What are Sand Ninja even doing here?" Sakura muttered

"Dang, even when you whisper you sound like you're talking through a microphone," Luan said as Sakura blushed

"W-well I-"

"Anywho, to answer you, they're here for the Chunin Exams!" Luan interrupted Sakura. Everyone was puzzled as Luan stated this "Chunin Exams? What's that?" Naruto asked

"The Chūnin Selection Exams are an opportunity for genin to be promoted to chūnin. At first, villages had their own exams, but following the Third Shinobi World War, exams that are open to all villages started being held bi-annually," Luan explained, "and with villages taking turns for hosting responsibilities. These shared exams improve relations between the villages, present up-and-coming ninja to clients, and create an opportunity for gambling,"

"Really? It just sounds like something for people to win money from," Konohamaru said

"Yeah, but it makes you get a higher rank!" Naruto said

"The only downside is you'll probably be facing them, good luck!" Luan said as she vanished
