Lincoln, Luna, and Luan bounded through the trees at high speeds. As they traveled, Luna asked: "Hey, bro, can you remind me again why we follow that pedo's orders again?"

"It's because he's our ticket back, if we play good dogs and follow his orders, I'm sure he'll let down his guard, find that seal he used to get us, and we can kill him in one fell swoop," Lincoln replied as they reached a road "and this is the road to Wave," he said as they stopped on it

"I still don't know how you can tell the difference between a dirt road and a path," Luan said

"I just know, and I believe that the team should be- there!" Lincoln said as he spotted a silver-haired man, a pink-haired girl, a brooding emo, a cheeky looking blond, and an old man. Lincoln looked at his sisters as they shrugged. Lincoln just smirked as he shouted "HEY! CAN YOU HELP US?!" at the group as they looked at them. They got closer as the silver-haired man said: "You three lost?"

"Yeah, we sorta lost our way, can you help us?" Lincoln asked

"Sure, now where do you need to go?" the silver-haired man asked

"Kakashi-sensei, are you sure about this?" the pink-haired girl asked

"Yeah, they look kind of sketchy to me," the blond said as Kakashi looked at the two

"Sakura, Naruto, these people are lost, I'm just doing my civic duty to point them in the right direction," Kakashi said with an eye-smile as he turned back to the trio in front of him "now where are you going?"

"We're trying to find our way to this Wave place, dude, can you point us in the right direction?" Luna asked

"Wave? We just so happen to be going that way too! How about you follow us?" Kakashi said happily

"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Sakura, Naruto, the emo, and the old man shouted

"What's wrong? I'm sure nothing bad could happen, plus they look like they can defend themselves, look at their village," Kakashi said as he pointed to the... Grass Village symbols? Naruto, Sakura, the emo, and the old man looked at their symbols with questionable faces "If you three are ninja, then how come you need to ask directions from us? Especially if it's from Konoha nin?" the emo asked

"The Grass Village is neutral, Sasuke, they are not allied with any of our enemies nor are they allied with us, but what happens to them is none of our business, now let's get going!" Kakashi explained as he smiled on the last part. The group then continued their way down the road as Luan said "Man, if we didn't do anything our asses would be 'grass', get it!" as Lincoln and Luna moaned

"So~~~~, what are your names anyway?" Naruto asked

"Name's Lincoln Loud, these are my sisters, Luna, and Luan," Lincoln replied

"Huh, strange names," Naruto commented

"Oh really 'fishcake'?" Luan teased

"HEY! IT MEANS MAELSTROM!" Naruto shouted

Undisclosed Time Later:

"Say, mister Tazuna," Sakura asked

"Yeah, what is it?" replied the old man

"Your country is the Land of Waves, right?"

"Yeah, what of it?" Tazuna asked

"Kakashi-sensei, there is ninja that country too, right?"

"Not exactly, kid," Luan said

"Was I asking you!" Sakura shouted

"Mah, mah, calm down, but she does have a point," Kakashi said

"What do you mean?" Sakura asked

"Basically it's a no. There are no ninja in the Land of Waves, but in other countries, there are hidden Villages with their own ninja and customs, like our friends here!" Kakashi said as he pointed at Lincoln, Luna, and Luan

"Huh, so what's it like over there in the Grass Village anyways?" Naruto asked

"Well it's like a normal ol'town, little dude, houses, tall buildings, an academy, normal stuff," Luna replied

"But those things are just givens, but it's not like we would tell you anything else." Luan said as she eyed Naruto looking at Luna's and Lincoln's curse marks "You wondering what those are?"

"W-what?" Naruto asked

"Thee marks, foxy," Luan said as Naruto shivered

"Y-yeah, those things are weird, does everybody there have them?" Naruto asked

"No, not everyone has them, these marks are something very few people get," Lincoln explained

"Oh? I thought you said you weren't going to reveal anything?" Kakashi said with a raised brow

"Hmph, not like you would be able to handle it, few people get these marks, and even less live through the process," Lincoln stated

"How so?" Sakura asked

"It's not like we wanted these things, they were forced on us," Luna said casually

"That so? Then mind telling us who gave you these marks?" Kakashi asked without a care in the world

"Orochimaru," the three said as Kakashi turned around with a wide-eye

"H-him?" Kakashi asked

"Sensei, who's Orochimaru?" Naruto asked

"Umm, y-you don't need to worry about something like that, how about we just get going?" Kakashi said as he continued walking while Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto questioned Lincoln and his sisters further but to no avail.

Hours Later:

As the large group continued on their journey, they walked past a small puddle of water. Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, and Tazuna paid no attention to it, but the rest of them did. Kakashi glanced at the puddle while Lincoln put his hands in his pockets and relaxed his shoulders. Luna and Luan say this as they went up ahead of him as they got ready for something to happen. As they got further, Lincoln started to straggle behind as suddenly we was wrapped in chains "Huh?!" the genin said in surprise

"DO IT!" someone shouted as the chained tightened and Lincoln was ripped to shreds

"LINCOLN!" Sakura and Naruto shouted as he remains fell to the ground. Standing on the right was a man with shoulder-length, wild dark-brown hair and dark eyes. He had a rebreather that covers the lower half of his face and a large, clawed, gauntlet on his right arm which had a chain coming out of it that had the other end attached to seconds persons gauntlet. He wore a camouflage suit with bandages around his waist, dark-coloured, knee-length sandals and a ragged black cape. A Kirigakure forehead protector had a single horn on it. On the left was a nearly identical man with the same equipment, except had a gauntlet on his left arm, a camouflage suit with bandages around his waist, dark-coloured, knee-length sandals and several pouches around his waist. A Kirigakure forehead protector had two horns on it was on his head. The two suddenly vanished as the appeared behind Luna and Luan. They sent the chain forward as suddenly the chain was nailed to a tree with a shuriken and a kunai. The one with a single horn said "Gah, I can't get this thing lose!" as Sasuke appeared between the two and kicked them in the head at the same time with a split-kick. The two men looked at each other as they grabbed their gauntlets and released the chain. Speeding off in different directions, the one with two horns sliced Naruto's hand and punched him in the gut, sending him to the ground, Kakashi went after the one with two horns as Sakura was left to guard Tazuna. Sakura held a kunai in front of her as the one with a single horn ran at her, she was scared as just before he could stab her, there was a sickening crunch. Sakura saw that a hand was crushing the man's arm with the gauntlet. She looked at who the hand belonged to and saw that it was Luna "My, my, attacking a little girl, have you no shame?" she said as her grip tightened

"GAH!" the man screamed as she was sent to his knees

"Luan, how's it going with you?" Luna asked as they turned to see Luan and Kakashi holding down the other

"We're fine, but I'm afraid he didn't suffer a 'crushing' defeat like the other, hahaha!" Luan replied as Luna groaned

"Urgh, alright, fun's over Lincoln!" Luna shouted

"What are you talking about? Lincoln's dead!" Sakura said as she pointed at... a pile of wood? There was suddenly a tap on her shoulder as someone said: "What are you pointing at?" as she turned around to see Lincoln fine and well

"B-but how?!" Sakura shouted

"Wow, and I thought Lola was loud, Substitution Sakura-san, I'm sure your sensei would have done the same thing," Lincoln said as he mumbled the first part

"See, I told you we didn't have to worry about them, now what to do with these two?" Kakashi said as Luna still had her captive whimpering

"God, I should just put you down like a rapid dog, dude, but I need answers. So mind telling us which of these people you and him intended to wack?" Luna asked as she continued to squeeze harder

"GAH! THE BRIDGE BUILDER! THE BRIDGE BUILDER!" he squealed

"*Sigh* Was that so hard? Now as Kakashi already said: what to do with you?" Lincoln said as he crouched down and looked at him in the eyes

"So, Naruto, how are you holding up?" Luan asked Naruto as he held his hand

"I-I'm fine, just a scratch, see!" Naruto said as he waved his hand in the air

"NARUTO! Stand still, these ninja used poison in their blades, you have to open the wound and remove it. It's in your blood, meaning if you move too much it'll spread faster," Kakashi stated as Naruto nervously looked at his hand

"Poison, really? I got this," Luan said as she handed the captive man to Kakashi "but first, what is the poison based off of?"

"W-what?" Naruto asked

"Sorry, I was talking to the other guys," Luan said

"You heard her, what's the poison based off of?" Luna questioned

"I-it's a planted based poison m-made of A-Aconitum!" the man said as Luan pulled one of her scrolls from her belt, unrolled it, bit her thumb, and slammed her hand on a seal. In a puff of smoke, a small needle appeared "Now hold still, this will get rid of the poison," she said as she injected the needle into Naruto

"Wow, how did you have an antidote?" Naruto asked in amazement

"Well, it helps when your a poison expert yourself, now let's wrap up this 'chain' of events and get going!" Luan said as she pulled the chain out of the tree, causing her siblings to moan

"God, why do you do this to us?" Luna asked

"This happen often?" Sakura asked

"You have no idea," Lincoln replied
