Kaede

"The captain said it and orders are orders." Brook says.

"Looks like you're catching on fast." Franky says and Luffy assigns Franky to handle the Sunny.

"Alright destroy the ship." Luffy yells and we get to work. I stretch my muscles and move right to the center of the island. I close my eyes and concentrate before punching the ground with my fist. A huge crater appears that's about twenty meters wide and in the center it's about five meters deep. I dust off my pants and quickly get out of the hole. A couple seconds later the hole grows another ten meters deep and a couple seconds later the hole's a shit ton deeper. (I'm making to many references to other anime's in this)

"Seriously this is your ship and you did the most damage to it." Nami yells at me when she spots the twenty by twenty meter hole. "Wow how deep does that go down?" She asks while carefully peaking over the edge.

"I'm not actually sure." I say picking up a stone and dropping it down the hole only not to hear it not hit the bottom. "It's deep." I say turning back to Nami.

"No shit." Nami says.

"Give Sayo back already." Luffy yells smashing his fist into another vendor stand and steam starts rising out of the center building.

"You damn lunatics." Doran yells appearing in the seat of a massive cannon and the other girl, Sayo, appears tied up in the direction the cannon's pointing. "I'm not going to let you destroy my Spa Island. Do you know how much time and resources it took to build this place?" Doran yells from the cockpit, I guess, of the cannon.

"Yes I do asshole and is this where that missing million went to?" I yell just as Doran fires a warning shot.

"Yes now shut up." Doran says and I let out a growl as the others act quickly. Before anyone can even blink I'm over with Nami and Chopper who were by the post Sayo was tied to when I notice the lock.

"Shit it's locked." Nami says and I pull out a bobby pin from my hair. I easily pick the lock and Zoro jumps over.

"Let's get out of here." Zoro says throwing me over his shoulder while Chopper took Nami and Sayo.

"I can get down myself Zoro." I say but he ignores me and jumps to where the Sunny was waiting. When we reach the Sunny he sets me down and I go down to the guest room before anyone else can see me. I change back into my usual wardrobe before heading back to the deck just in time to watch my master piece sink to the bottom of the sea.

"Sooo," Usopp starts dragging it out really long and when everyone's looking at him he finishes his sentence. "Where's Kaede?"

"Right there." Zoro says pointing to where I was walking over to them.

"Hey guys." I say and everyone looks at me as I stop beside Zoro.

"Where were you Kaede? You should've joined us in having fun." Usopp says and I shake my head.

"Sorry I had a couple of things I needed to do so I couldn't really relax with you guys." I say and Robin lets out a small chuckle.

"They sure hunted you down like wolves." Robin says and I let out a huge sigh.

"That's the worst they've ever done but then again I hadn't been there in over a year so there was a huge pile up of paperwork for me to do." I say letting out a sigh before looking back at the rubble. "Goodbye horrible paperwork. I hope to never see you again."

"Huh? Didn't your sister own it?" Usopp asks looking between Luffy and I.

"Yeah my sister owns it." Luffy says laughing.

"Well owned it. It was a joint ownership." I say and I see Zoro, Nami, and Robin hiding their chuckles behind there hands.

"Where did your sister go Luffy?" Sanji asks looking at Luffy.

"She probably went to go cause trouble for someone. That's the reason she's got a bounty after all." Luffy says shrugging.

"What's with your family? Are all of you well known? Except Kaede." Usopp says looking at me with a somewhat happy expression probably since he thinks I don't have a bounty.

"Pretty much. We got Fire Fist Ace, Garp the Fist, Sabo Chief of the Revolutionaries, Straw hat Luffy, Dragon the Revolutionary, and then there's Dancing Sword Kin." I say listing off everyone with their nicknames if they have one otherwise I just stated their position.

"Wow, that's quite a few well-known people there." Nami says surprised.

"Kaede... Why did you mention Sabo? He's dead not part of those revo-guys." Luffy says with his head tilted in confusion while everyone stares at him in surprise.

"Umm, screw it. He's going to kill me after he finds out but whatever. Sabo's actually alive he's just got amnesia after he got shot down and your dad saved him." I say and Luffy stares at me with wide eyes.

"Sabo's alive?" Luffy asks and I nod. "SABO'S ALIVE." Luffy yells throwing his hands into the air with his eyes tearing up in happiness. He runs around the deck continuing to scream in happiness and everyone watches him in confusion.

"Who's Sabo?" Chopper finally asks looking at me.

"One of our brothers who we thought was dead for... Hey Luffy how long's it been since the day Sabo got blown up?" I ask the boy just as he runs past and he skids to a stop.

"That was ten years ago." Luffy says.

"Okay so for ten years. I found him two years back when I came across him doing a mission with some of his coworkers." I say nodding and Luffy smiles again.

"Wait, ten years ago means you were seven Luffy. What caused your brother to get blown up?" Nami asks shocked.

"He wanted to be free." Luffy says and everyone stares in confusion.

"Sabo was running away from his parents and he had to set sail early to do that. Unfortunately, the day he set sail a World Noble was paying a visit and he blew Sabo's ship up for sailing at the same time he was, probably didn't help that he was flying a pirate flag either." I say shaking my head.

"Don't you mean your parents not his?" Sanji asks and I shake my head.

"No, none of us are blood related except for Luffy, Dragon, and Garp." I say shocking everyone.

"You mean Ace and Luffy aren't blood related?" Usopp asks and I nod. "They act so alike though."

"We all act alike but that's probably because we grew up together pretty much." I say shrugging before heading towards the deck that leads below deck. "I'm going to take a nap."

"Should've known you weren't related to Luffy. All you do is sleep pretty much." Nami mutters but I still hear it. I head below deck and down to the guest room. I belly flop onto the bed and drift off asleep. I blink my eyes open what feels like minutes later due to the sound of a violin being played as well as Brook's laughing. Zoro grumbles and I blink in surprise before looking over to see the Swordsman sleeping beside me with his arms around my waist. I smile before kissing him lightly and a couple seconds later I pull back. I smile as I go to stand up only to find Zoro's arms holding me in place.

"Going to kiss and run?" Zoro asks and I look at him to see his eyes open.

"Shush you." I say and Zoro laughs before pulling me in for a deeper kiss which I have no problem returning.

"Let's stay here for a while longer." Zoro says after he pulls back and rests his forehead against mine.

"If we do that Luffy's going to eat all the food." I say and Zoro groans before letting me up. I help him up as well before heading to the deck with him right behind me. We enter the kitchen to see everyone else there already and we take our seats.

"Everyone's here now that the napping duo's here." Nami says and I can see Robin smirking at us but I just shrug it off as Sanji serves breakfast.

"We're not getting anywhere with these calm waters so if you'd like Miss Navigator I can switch over to paddles instead." Franky says.

"I don't think that's necessary. Based on the weather I believe we'll have wind tomorrow." Nami says.

"That works. No need to waste my precious cola." Franky says and I notice that Brook seems to be acting different today, if the excess Yohoho's were anything to go by.

"What's wrong Brook?" Usopp asks.

"You've been acting all creepy since you woke all us up." Zoro says.

"Did you see something cool while you were on watch? What was it?" Luffy asks.

"He says when he was looking around and keeping an eye on things he found our voyage log." Chopper says and I stop eating for a second.

"You guys have a voyage log?" I ask and they all look at me confused.

"Of course, we do. Why wouldn't we?" Nami says.

"Not all of us have phosomething memories." Luffy says.

"Photographic memory Luffy." I say.

"People with photographic memory are supposed to remember anything they see, is that true?" Robin asks and I nod.

"I actually don't have a normal photographic memory. I can recall anything that I've seen and heard. Some times it takes longer if it's an older memory though. That's why it took me as long as it did to remember Thriller Bark. I hadn't heard of that in about ten years so I had to go into the backlogs of my memories to find it. Most people who have photographic memories can recall anything they've seen off the top of their head while I have to dive into my memories to find certain ones but there are some I can call off the top of my head." I say.

"You probably have a book this big with all your adventures in it." Luffy says holding his hands about four feet apart.

"I actually have about six books that are this wide." I say making a two feet gap in between my hands.

"Sorry but why are you saying books?" Robin asks.

"The way my memory works is kind of like a library. Everything I know is placed inside of books that are sorted by what's in them." I say and Robin nods.

"It would be interesting to get inside that head of yours." Robin says and I shrug.

"Maybe a devil fruit could make that happen but we might never know." I say.

"Going back to what we were originally talking about. What made you so energetic about seeing our voyage log?" Nami asks Brook who laughs again.

"I couldn't help myself but to take a peak. To be honest I was shocked and amazed. The excitement after Thriller Bark has yet to subside but for you that was merely the tip of the ice berg. You were responsible for stopping a civil war in Alabasta, you're adventure on Skypiea a place that by many would be no more than a legend, you made yourselves enemies of the World Government at Water Seven and Enies Lobby. I get so excited reading about it I thought my heart would pop, well, that is if I actually had a heart." Brook says laughing.

"I see but now that we're headed to the New World I wonder what we'll right about next." Nami says leaning against her hand.

"Everything that's happened since we met Brook will be added to the log too." Chopper says and Brook slams his hands against the table.

"Precisely my concern. Since you helped me and I've become your comrade I don't feel like I've done anything useful in return." Brook says.

"Ah, I understand why you're so worked up but take it easy. Now that you're a part of our crew let me give you a little piece of advice." Nami says.

Author's Note

Hey guys sorry I haven't updated in a while. I also apologize since I was planning on updating when I got back to residence (I finished my exams the week before Christmas and I was at home, with no WiFi or good internet, until last week Monday when my second semester started) but I never got around too it. A couple things have happened since then. I passed all my classes with A's (Yay). My truck broke down the day I was supposed to go home so my dad had to leave work early and drive an hour and a half to come get me and my truck. Then my truck went into a garage since my dad didn't have time to fix it himself and it cost me 185 dollars to have them replace two, I repeat two wires. I lost my job at the end of December and then I got the first eight seasons of NCIS while my mom got the first ten seasons of Criminal Minds (which I've been marathoning at the moment).

Then this weekend that just passed I had to go home to get a tool that I couldn't find anywhere around where I'm at school and on the way home my truck broke down again. So right now I'm borrowing my dad's personal truck because my parents don't want to deal with driving me to school and coming back this upcoming weekend for my appointment. Another thing that's gone wrong is I found out that while I was at home the weekend that just passed someone stole two wallets plus someone's car from my residence neighbor. Luckily they did find her car but they haven't found the wallets yet and the scariest thing to me is that our front door was unlocked as well as the door to my room so they could've stolen all of my dvd's (which are in the living room) or my tv, xbox, or other important things in my room.

Sorry I vented but hey there's five more chapters after this one and I found a picture that describes me perfectly.
