Kaede

"Hold on then, I'll get you to him in no time flat then." I say before closing my eyes and transporting Wado to the kitchen were I also sense Luffy and Sanji as well. When I open my eyes Wado's gone and I let out a sigh. I hope what that girl said isn't true. I stand up and continue following the hallway which led to a huge room that appeared to be a living room of some sorts. I walked farther into the room observing everything and when my foot stepped into something wet I bent down to inspect it. I dipped m finger in the puddle and easily determined that it was blood. I take a closer look at the floor around me and noticed that wasn't the only blood puddle in the room. Some appeared newer than others due to the crusting of some puddles.

"Why hello there." A feminine voice says and I look up to see something descending from the rafters above. A young teen lands on the ground a couple feet ahead of me and I blink in surprise. I wasn't surprised by them appearing out of nowhere since I sensed them earlier, no I was surprised by their appearance. The young female in front of me was dressed in black from head to toe. She wore black closed toed wedges, black tights, a black halter top covered by a small black jacket and the black didn't stop there. Her hair and makeup was black as well, she perfectly fit into the image of a full blown goth.

"Hello," I say back as I stand up. I eye the girl up and down already using the curse to determine anything I can about her. It turns out her name is Emilia and she has a Devil Fruit that will prove to be troublesome to deal with.

"I was wondering if someone would wonder into my room. I was so looking forward to it. I have so many ways I could immobilize you. What way would you like me to kill you with?" Emilia asks with her head tilted sideways slightly and an insane smile on her face. I quickly pull out my bo staff and charge at her. I need to end this quick before she uses her fruit. I manage to close in on her and I go to slam the end of my staff into her side but she jumps out of the way.

"Doesn't Moria want us alive so he can steal our shadows? If so how are you going to explain killing me to him?" I ask and Emilia stops to think about it. I take this opportunity and slam my staff into her back but I get pushed back instead.

"I'll just tell him that there was no way to immobilize you without killing you." Emilia says with another insane psychopathic smile on her face and I feel the air start vibrating. I strap my bo staff onto my back and pull the swords from it. I charge again and swing my right blade towards her stomach. Emilia ducks under it and I whip my left sword forward managing to cut her check before jumping back to avoid any counterattack she may have prepared. Emilia touches her cheek with shaking fingers and when she pulls them away she just stares at the red covering her finger tips.

"Um are you okay?" I ask after what felt like a couple of minutes just standing there with Emilia staring at the blood. A chuckle escapes Emilia's lips before she burst into full blown laughter.

"You cut me, you managed to cut me. You're the first person ever to manage to cut me." Emilia says looking at me with even more of an insane look on her face. The bloodlust leaking from her could easily be felt and she charges at me while pulling a sword from behind her back. I go to block her blade but at the last second I change to parrying it when I see it slightly vibrating and I slam my fist into her stomach sending her to fly backwards but not very far. I look at my sword that I had parried with and notice that the blade's chipped.

"Smart choice not blocking it. If you did it would've just cut through your blade and you." Emilia says before she crouches down slightly and disappears from sight. I roll to the left and swing my right sword towards where she should be only to have the sound of metal hit metal fill the area. I curse and try to get my blade away from hers but it's too late. The resistance disappears against my swords as her sword cuts clean through mine and I leap back to get some distance.

"Damn I didn't want to have to do this." I mutter to myself as I slip my broken sword back into the bo staff and I start preparing to use the curse. The sensation of liquid metal coursing through my veins fills my body and I can feel my mind working on overdrive already. My senses all heighten even more and I settle into another fighting stance.

"What are you muttering about? There's nothing that could stop me. Nothing can stop sound and that's what I control. I ate a Devil Fruit that allows me to control sound anyway I like." Emilia says and to prove her point she starts playing dramatic fighting music in the background.

"I already knew that." I say and this causes Emilia to freeze for a second before she starts laughing.

"How is it possible for you to have already known that? No one who has ever seen my powers has left this island alive so it's impossible for you to have known that." She says laughing and I shake my head.

"That's not how I know." I say before rushing towards her having been preparing everything I need to fight back against her. Our swords slam together as I aim for her chest and she easily blocks it.

"Typical man, rushing in with no plan. All that's going to do is allow me to break your only sword left." Emilia says but a look of shock covers her face as I start pushing her back with my sword. Emilia disappears and reappears behind me aiming to slash the back of my knees but I back flip over her before she can strike. I slash her back pretty deeply and she jumps away from me.

"How? How is it possible for your sword not to have broken when it clashed with mine? How were you able to slash me even with my defense heightened to max now?" Emilia asks shock and confusion showing on her face.

"It's simply really. I just matched the pitch and vibration of you and your sword. If it had been anyone besides me this would've been impossible but since it's me I can easily do it." I say and Emilia tilts her head downwards allowing her hair to hide her eyes.

"So that means you can clash swords with me and that you can cut me?" She asks and I nod.

"Yes it does." I say and a shit-eating grin appears on her face.

"Perfect," Emilia yells appearing beside me and slicing a deep cut through my left side.

"Damn, she's bat shit crazy." I say jumping away from her but she appears in front of me again and this time I move quick enough to block her sword from doing damage. I kick her in the side sending her flying away from me and this time I go on the offense before she can. I appear behind her and slash the back of her knees triggering her to fall forward and onto her knees.

"What the hell are you?" I ask jumping away from her as she stands up again. That cut severed the tendons in her legs that allow her to use any muscles below the knees. Emilia turns around towards me and I notice that her eyes are void of everything except for the need to kill me. I jump to the side as she lunges at me and her sword manages to nock my right side. It looks like she's moving on instinct and only instinct now. I keep my pace above hers and attack from the sides but when she proves that she isn't going to be going down any time soon, or at not without taking me with her, I start thinking of other plans.

I let out a small curse when the only one I can think up that wouldn't kill her or deplete me of every last store of energy I have needs me to be up close to her. I move behind her as fast as I can and I place my fingers right next to her ear as I snap. I amplify the sound enough to knock her out but not enough to kill her and I fear it doesn't work when she does nothing but after a second she collapses to the ground knocked out cold. (If you get this reference double thumbs up to you)

I drop to my knees and let out a shaky breath. I quickly take account of my injuries and how I'm doing energy wise, which is not well. My energy is barely at a quarter of what it should be and my body was covered in wounds from her sword. I silently thank someone that she hadn't learnt how sound affects the body when it's at a certain pitch or else I'd have exploded organs to add to the list. The sounds of heels hitting the ground as someone runs grows louder and I quickly climb to my feet sword positioned in front of me ready to fight whoever it was. I blink in surprise when I see Nami run through the door in a wedding dress.

"Why are you wearing a wedding dress Nami?" I ask sheathing my sword and Nami blinks at me in surprise.

"Kaede perfect. You can help me carry the treasure this place has." Nami says grabbing my arm and dragging me with her before I can say anything.

"Wait Nami at least tell me what's going on here and I can run by myself." I say and Nami lets go of my arm so I can run beside her. She also fills me in while we make our way to the treasury.

"So basically Luffy got his shadow stolen and they put it in a huge ass zombie that could easily destroy the world?" I ask and Nami nods before skidding to a stop in front of the treasury door only to find it empty.

"It's empty." Nami whines. "What the hell? Where'd the treasure go? There's nothing left." Nami stomps into the room steaming mad and I spot two little zombie squirrels beside the door looking at Nami.

"Whoa check it out. Isn't that the woman we captured earlier?" One squirrel asks.

"It's her alright. Why's she here?" The other squirrel asks.

"Them again?" Nami asks and I walk up behind them.

"We'd better report this." The squirrels say and I pick them up before they can move.

"You're not going anywhere little guys." I say holding them off the ground and towards Nami. "What should we do with them Nami?" I ask and she gains a devious smile.

"I've got some questions and I bet you guys have some answers." Nami says and she starts drilling them with questions. The two squirrels answer in fear judging by how much they're sweating. After she finishes drilling them for information I knock the two squirrels' unconscious and we head towards where the Sunny was docked. We use the shortcut the squirrels mentioned and in no time we're out the front door and running across a narrow bridge.

"What's up with this weird bridge? It doesn't look like everything else around here. It's narrow but it's really well made." Nami says.

"I bet my money on Franky built it." I say just before the ground shakes and we look over to see two huge pink legs in the air.

"Holy crap." Nami says.

"I'm guessing that's Luffy's zombie." I say and Nami nods.

"Yeah but first off we have the treasure to get." Nami says continuing to run towards the Sunny with me following behind.

"Why did I end up with Nami?" I quietly question. "I have the least want of money than anyone on the crew."

"Stop right there." Nami yells once she reaches the edge of the wall that looks over the dock.

"I'm just going to go help the others." I say going to walk off but Nami catches me by the back of my shirt and successfully starts to choke me. As I slowly lose my air she keeps yelling down at the group that was at the Sunny and when she falls silent I break free from her hold before turning to look at why she had fallen silent.

"Kuma," I say narrowing my eyes at the bear man who was standing on the dock.

"Kaede, I did not expect to see you here." Kuma says looking at me before appearing beside me thanks to his Devil Fruit.

"Neither did I Kuma. What are you doing here?" I ask with my arms crossed and my foot starts tapping as Nami stands behind me trying to avoid the Warlord.

"I'm here on orders." Kuma says before lowering his voice so Nami can't hear him. "Fire Fist has been caught and is now in Impel Down. It was Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard who brought him in." Kuma answers me knowing what I was going to ask when I opened my mouth.

"Thanks for the information Kuma." I say frowning as I try to determine what to do about this information. "I need to get in touch with him." I say and Kuma nods knowing who I'm talking about.

"We shall do that on Shanbondy then." Kuma whispers as he talks off his glove.

"You're seriously going to fling me off?" I ask tapping my foot in annoyance.

"Just 'til I'm done my work here." Kuma says and I let out a sigh before turning to Nami.

"I'll be back in a few hours at most." I say and Nami looks at me confused.

I'm sorry I feel like an absolute bitch for not updating sooner (same with the last part)(Like seriously I've left you hanging for over a month) but I've been stuck. I've had the main ideas just no idea how to write or word it and then I started working on different parts of the story that come later. I also college now so fun (Note the huge amount of sarcasm there) but I've been somewhat lucky with college though cause I didn't have midterms. Whoop whoop. Anyway I'm sorry and I'm a bitch for not updating sooner. I'm also a bitch for starting different sections before finishing where I was at (Like seriously I'm almost done with the Marineford Arc and I just finished the Thriller Bark section today, luckily I had Spa Island all done so I can update multiple chapters today)
