Raven's finally out of my head. Finally. Cole and I start to yell at her, but the girl is fast. She puts a sleeping spell on us. I'm so tired all of a sudden...

I woke up with Cole's arm around me with my head on his shoulder with his head on mine. I can't remember anything, I remember walking towards Raven and Serena but they must have left. Ah, well, that's what they do. I'm not surprised. Cole is still waking up, so I help him up. I look at the time. We're late for vocal ensemble.

I drag Cole to vocal ensemble, where I see Raven, sitting in the back row. Serena is sitting in the front row. And the only other two empty seats are next to her. Crap. I drag Cole over and sit him down. Raven shoots us a dirty look. What?, I think. What did I do that you feel the need to give me that look? Well apparently she can read my expression because she says,

"You exist. That's my problem. The fact that you exist is a joke. A footnote in the history of failure. You live to be amusement for the rest of us." She seems to be smiling and shooting daggers at us. Never seen that before. She knows that we're upset. It's what she does. She tries to get a rise out of everyone.

I'm used to it but... wow. Neither Cole or I can come up with a good response to that. She gives us another glare and turns her attention back to the teacher. I just have a feeling of what she's thinking.

I focus in on what we're doing. The G Major scale. At least I don't have to worry about Raven in vocal ensemble. There are kids everywhere and a security camera. So she can't try anything. I look around the room. Hold up. Where'd she go? Where'd she go!?! Ok , so now I'm freaking out. I don't see Serena either. Crap! I wonder where they went. I ask the teacher to go to the bathroom. As soon as I step into the hallway, I've found them.

Raven is showing her a silver knife with a turquoise handle. Ok. I'll admit, I'm scared of my wits right now. Raven alone has the power to kill, but give her a knife... I hate to wonder. She seems to know I'm there because she points the knife in my direction.

I've hidden behind the corner so they didn't see me, but Raven seemed to know I was there. I look around because I don't hear them anymore. And next thing I know I have a knife at my throat and Raven giving me a death glare.

"Didn't your mom ever tell you not to eavesdrop on other people's conversations?", Serena asks. I nod. At this point, I'm hoping the class is going to dismiss soon.

"Don't hope that class is going to dismiss. We still have, oh I don't know, a half hour still.", Raven says, pretending to check a watch. She takes the knife away from my throat. Except she cuts my arm instead. Pain shoots down my right arm as she cuts it again. This'll be one to explain to mom. I think they're getting more violent. Class lets out and Cole and I are walking home. Together.

"Wow. She hit you good.", Cole says, looking at my arm. It stings as the cold air bites the raw, bloody, and red flesh lump that is my right arm. I smile at him while internally screaming. We reach my house and Cole hugs me goodbye, while making sure my arm is out of the way. As soon as I get inside, I close the door and start crying. My mom comes in and sees my arm, looks disgusted, but helps me clean it up. This just proves that Raven is a psychopath. She's only 14, how is she this dark?

I can't sleep. All I can think about is Raven. What made her like this? Who made her like this? I check my phone. 2:30 AM. I am going to be so tired... But my brain won't shut down.
