Narrator

Raina smiled as she stands at her room, balcony staring at the backyard She heard the splash and saw as Aazim and a little figure racing on the water. She wrapped her arms around herself when a sudden gust of wind hit her. 

She sits on the recliner that Aazim put in there for her and close her eyes, worrying about the upcoming weeks, but soon pushed it back before thinking about her trip with Aazim in Maldives a few months back and what he tell her.

Aazim groaned as he sleepily looks around the room when he didn't feel Raina beside him. He sighs and stand up leaving the warm bed when he saw Raina standing by the window. 

"Why are you standing here?" Aazim asked as he lazily wrapped his around her making her surprised. 

"I wasn't feeling sleepy." Raina says quietly but loud enough for him to hear. Aazim nodded and put his face on her shoulder looking at the view in front of them. 

The ocean looks dark, but the moonlight and winking stars make it look beautiful. They could hear the water splashings against the rocks as the waves get a little crazy. Aazim frown when he hears Raina heart beating a little faster in the silence around them. 

"Are you okay?" Aazim asked her and turned her around when she shake her head. 

"I am scared. You know what doctors told us last time. What if it happened again?" Raina look at him with tears in her eyes. Aazim give her a small smile and wipe her cheek as a tear rolled down her face. 

"I am here with you. Don't think too much about it, it wouldn't be good for you or her. Just relax because I know nothing will happen. You both will be good and healthy." Aazim says as he caressed the little bump. Raina takes a few deep breaths to calm herself and nodded at him. 

"Now, come and try to get some sleep because I have plans for tomorrow." Aazim winked making her blush and look away. 

It will be their 10 wedding Anniversary tomorrow and Aazim plan to take her to see dolphins in the morning and take her to the nearest Island for a special dinner. 

Aazim run his fingers through Raina hairs as they lay on the bed and think how things changed. In these 10 years, they moved into their new house and were blessed with a baby boy who is now 9 years. Raina still works as an interior designer to forget about her baby, which got miscarriage in her 5 months and she wasn't over it. Doctors told her that she wouldn't be able to convince again and if she did then she had to abort it because of the complications but Raina and Aazim didn't agree and want this baby. 

Aazim smile and leaned forward to kiss Raina forehead as she snore softly.

Raina slowly opens her eyes when she feels something against her cheeks and smile sleepily at Aazim. He smiles back and leaned forward to press a kiss to the side of her head. 

"Happy Anniversary, Love." Aazim says as he helps her sit up. Raina smiles softly as Aazim put a bunch of her favorite flower on her laps. 

"Thank you. I am blessed to have you as my husband." Raina says and a tear fall from her eyes, making him chuckle slightly before he wipes it away and put a tray full of breakfast in front of her. 

"I will get fresh first." Raina says and stood up from the bed. Aazim smile at his work of making her favorite breakfast. He asked the resort manager to let him make breakfast for her today and they let him because they know them for a long time as they come here alot.

"Aazim." He looked up when he heard Raina and frown slightly when she walk closer to him.

"Happy Anniversary to you too." Raina kissed his cheek, making him freeze and rush in the bathroom. 

It doesn't matter how much time passes of them being together, Aazim still haven't got used to of her this side as she barely shows it when she get pregnant. She is mostly moody and stress over little things happening around her.

Day passes slowly, Aazim do everything he planned for her. He takes her to see dolphins and take her around the city to discover the places that they never seen there before. 

At night, Raina step out of her room where Aazim is waiting for her after getting ready. She smile as he looked her up and down. She was wearing a purple evening dress. The blouse was light in color and is printed while the skirt was dark purple and was plain. She had taken the matching hijab and pin it with a silver brooch. 

"I can't understand how can someone looks so beautiful every time." His comment makes Raina blush deeply and look down. Aazim chuckle seeing her red cheeks and step closer, making her breath caught. She put her hands on his chest as he holds her arms and leaned forward to press a soft kiss on her cheek. 

Aazim and Raina leave their hotel early to get to the Island as it takes almost an hour and half to get there. Aazim drive the car he hire and look at his side only to see Raina looking out of the with a smile. Aazim planned a little different dinner that Raina once wished to do with him, which she confessed a few years back. 

When they reach the restaurant, Aazim get out of the car, tossing the keys to the valet before opening door for Raina. She smile and take his hand as she get out. Aazim nodded at the manager with a polite smile as he greets them and take them inthe back of the restaurant where all private reservations sits. 

Raina looks around before looking at Aazim with a surprised look. He smiled at her softly and saw as she looks down at the water while they walk on boardwalk to go on their table. Aazim pulled out the chair for Raina before taking his seat across her. Manager leaves after giving them their menu.

"So, do you like it?" Aazim asked as Raina look around again. She nodded and smiled at him. 

"Yeah, and this view are breathtaking." Aazim smile as they see the sun slowly started to set. Purplish and orange shade started to take over the blue sky. Aazim look back at her and saw her face glowing with the soft sunlight. 

"Raina." He called and put his hand on her that was resting on the table. 

"Thank you and sorry." Raina smile and turned her hand under his. She knows what he is going to say it again, but she didn't cut him off.

"Thank you for forgiving me and giving me a chance to prove myself as a better husband. Thank you for staying by my side through all the ups and downs." He says and slowly start moving his thumb in circles on her hand. He looks down as he feels ashamed to say what he had done to her before. 

"I am sorry for my rude behavior and for hurting you in the beginning. I am sorry for not trusting on your. I am sorry for..." Aazim swallow and look at Raina with regret in his eyes. She shakes her head telling him that he didn't have to say it but he will. 

"I am sorry for forcing myself on you." He whisper and his other hand reaches out to wipe a tear that falls from her eyes. Every single day, Aazim was thankful for having Raina in his life and sorry for whatever he had done earlier. He never really says it every day, but express it in other ways. He only confessed it when he takes her out on their anniversary. 

"You don't have to be sorry for anything. I will always love you no matter what." Aazim smile softly and bring her hand up to his lips and kiss it. 

"I love you too." Aazim says and Raina gives their hand a soft squeeze.

Raina opens her eyes when she feels little hands on her swollen belly and smile slightly at her son Zubair as he take to his baby sister. Raina runs her hand through his black hair that he got from Aazim before looking up when she feels his hands on her shoulder.

"Why are you sitting here?" Aazim asked as he massage her shoulder, making her sigh and close her eyes again. 

"I heard you both splashing in the pool and come out here to sit." She answer his question making him him. 

"Mommy, when are we going at grandma's house." Zubair asked her. Raina opens her eyes and smile softly at her son.

"Evening. We didn't want to miss your birthday party." Raina chuckles lightly at Zubair excited look and shake her head when he starts ranting about having fun with Sabih. They are a year and half apart, but are best of friends. 

In the evening, Raina was standing in front of the mirror getting ready, when she feel hands on her waist and smile at Aazim as he put his face on her shoulder. 

"How are you feeling?" He asked me to rub his hand on my belly and smile when he feels a kick. 

"Better than before." Raina tells him. About two hours ago, she felt a sudden pain in her stomach and it was un-bearable for her, but soon it went away.

"If you feel it again, then tell me immediately." She nodded and smiled as he kissed her cheek but didn't leave her. 

"Now leave me, I have to get ready." Raina says and tried to get out of his grip but he didn't let her. 

"But I didn't want to leave you." He whined making her sigh. Raina put her comb down before turning in his arms to face him.

"If you didn't leave me then we are going to be late." Raina says and pushed onto his chest, but he didn't move making her glare at him.

"Only if..." Aazim trailed off and his eyes trailed down to her face as well to her lips. Raina's eyes widened when she sees him leaning forward. 

"Mommy, I am ready." Raina laugh loudly seeing Aazim jumping away from her hearing his son's sudden loud voice from the hallway. As soon as Zubair enters in their room, he frowned seeing Aazim pressing his phone to his ear. 

"Dad, why are you holding your phone upside down?" He asked Aazim as he walks toward Raina. Aazim face turned red in embarrassment and shake his head putting it away saying it was a mistake. 

"So, are you ready for your birthday party?" Aazim asked and chuckle when Zubair nodded quickly. Raina went back to getting ready and soon they left their house to go at their grandparent house.

"Where have you been, Aazim?" Hadi asked after replying of Aazim Salam. He shrugged and put his hand on his jeans pocket. 

"I was just busy with some office work and taking care of Raina." Aazim says and smile at his elder brother. Hadi nodded and they talk about Hadi 5 year old son giving them a hard time when he gets sick. 

"Assalam-o-Alaikum, Aazim Uncle." Aazim turned and smile softly at his niece who is almost 12. 

"Walaikum Assalam, Anabia." Aazim give her a side hug and they talk about her study. Hadi stated about Anabia winning the debate competition in her class. Aazim saw a proud look on Hadi face as he talks about her upcoming competitions. 

Soon, it was time to cut the cake. Zubair look around and smile as everyone wish him and cut the cake. He let his parents take the bite first before he goes around giving it to everyone. Raina smiles and kissed Zubair forehead when he stand back to his place. 

After dinner, everyone gathered in the living room as Zubair open his gifts with Sabih beside him. He gets lots of cars and toys. He did get some paints, color pencils and sketch books as he love to do art and sketches.

Raina smiled seeing Zubair happy and pray that he always stay like that.

"Aazim please." Raina whined, but him shake his head as he continued to look down in his arms. 

"Mommy, don't be sad. I am here for you." Zubair says as he saw a Raina sad face. She smiles slightly and nodded hugging him. Aazim look at them and rolled his eyes. 

"And I am here for you, partner." Aazim whisper and kissed his daughter's forehead as she yawn sleepily. 

Aleeza Aazim Salman, born after a few weeks of her brother's birthday party. She is now 4 months old and Aazim is obsessedwith her. He didn't let her get away from his sight. He didn't let Raina hold her when they fight because this is what she used to do when Zubair was born and they fight. 

Now Aazim know that his little princess, his partner is with him, he can make a team with her against Mom and Son. They used to do that making him alone on one side. Even though they love their children equally they love doing this for fun. But at the end of the day they will be all together and happy. 

As the night comes, Aazim tugged Zubair in his bed while Raina makes Aleeza sleep in her nursery. Aazim came back in his room and went in the bathroom to change in his night clothes. He smile as he steps out and saw Raina standing by the dresser brushing her hairs.

Aazim wrapped his arms around her as she put the brush down. Raina smiles and put her hands on his and turned in his arms. He leaned down and kissed her forehead before hugging her. 

"Aazim." Raina calls him softly. He hummed bur didn't pull back. "Thank you." Aazim frowned and pulling back, but still keep his arms around her. 

"For what?" He asked her confused. Raina smile slightly and put her hands on his chest, looking in his eyes. 

"For accepting me after knowing everything. Thank you for being The Cure Of My Broken Heart." Aazim smile softly and rest his forehead against her's.

"I love you." Raina close her eyes and her hands run up and circled around his neck.

"I love you too." She says and sigh softly when she feel his lips on her forehead.
