Thomas POV

Edward and Bella came back from Allison, they came in a rush to Carlisle and us. They look worry.

"What is it Edward?" Carlisle asked him.

"It's Allison. Somethings wrong with her?" He said.

I stood up, "Like what? Is she okay?"

"Her and Bella were in the woods, when Allison was close to hitting Bella with an arrow. Luckily I got there on time." Edward tells us. Everyone looked at one and other. "Edward are you sure?" Esme ask him.

"Yes. She looked scared." He said.

"She came to school like if someone was chasing her." Bella said.

"And in class. She wake up terrified, as if someone was yelling at her." Jasper said.

"She's been acting weird ever since...her mom died." Bella said. Bella looks at Carlisle since he's a doctor, maybe he can help.

"Is there anything you can, Carlisle? I'm worry about her." Bella asked him.

He sighs, "I can talk to her, maybe she can open up about it." He suggested. Carlisle goes to his office, I follow him there.

"Carlisle, you don't think it's something serious?" I ask him as I shut the door behind.

"Allison is a strong girl. She's gonna get through this." He tells me. I nodded.

Allison POV

I put away my glove, my bow and arrow. I sat on my bed, rubbing my head. I couldn't believe I lost hit Bella. Thank god Edward was there in time. I fear the worst, I feel the wind as if someone came in my room. I quickly turn to see Thomas.

"Oh, you scared the hell out of me." I tell him.

He looks worry. "Are you okay." He ask.

"Once my heart starts beating again." I sarcastically said. He chuckles, we stare at each other for what felt like hours. "Um, I know we haven't spoken since...um." He was trying to find the words, "you wanna sit?" I ask him. He watch him slowly sit next to me, he's so beautiful, just like I remember. I smile at him, "i just wanna say I'm sorry, for everything. For not telling you what I am, for leaving. Leaving you was the hardest thing. Everyday, every month that went by was so hard. I never should've left you. I'm so sorry, Allison." He apologize. I look away from him, i wipe my tears away. "You don't have to..." I tell him.

"I know...but it's okay." He said.

"How is that okay?" I tell him.

"Because I can wait." He tell him.

"I can't make you wait for me. I'm not going to do that." I tell him.

"You don't have to. Because I know we're gonna be together." I tell me, which made me smile.

"There's no such thing as fate." I said

"There's no such thing as vampires." He smiles. I smile back, we pull in for a hug. As we pull apart, I stared at his beautiful golden eyes. I miss does eyes, I miss him.

"I'll see you tomorrow. Good night." He kiss my forehead one last time. I watch him leave my room, I look out the window, but before I could see him speed out, he was already gone.

"Night." I whisper.

The next day, I got ready for school. But I sat there for a bit. I don't why I felt nervous. I hear a knock at my door, it's dad.

"Look, i know this coupled of days have been hard. If your not to go back, you stay. School can wait." He said.

I smile, "dad it's senior year. I wanna finish in time with my friends. I'm okay." I said. He nodded, "okay. But take it easy today." He tells me.

I drove to school, I'm feeling okay, just wait to finish school. As I walk into school, head to my locker. I see Thomas at he's locker, he waves at me. I wave back, oh god I miss him. The bell rang, i finish getting my things a needed then head to class. Classes went by fast, it was lunch time. I walk into the cafeteria, I nervously looked around. I see, Bella, Edward, Alice, Thomas and Jasper sitting with Jessica and the others. "Allison!" I hear Alice yell my name. She waves at me to come over.

"Hey, guys" I awkwardly said. I see that only seat open is next to Thomas. "Is anyone sitting here..." I pointed to the chair.

"No...it's all yours." He awkwardly said. I chuckle, I sat next to him. As Alice tells us something, I put away my book, but something caught my eye from the window of a person. I try to see if I see the person again. It looked my someone I know.

"Allison?" A voice echo

"Allison." I turn to see the others, their faces look concern. "Are you okay? You like zone out." Jessica tells me. "Yeah. I just...I thought I saw someone I knew." I smile.

"Did you hear what I said? I'm going to throw a party." Alice said super excited.

"Party?" I remember what happened last time she throw a party. "Everyone is invite." She said. "Yeah, I think I won't come. Rain check." I tell them. Alice look sad from my response. "Allison...please?" She begged. "I just want to be alone." I get up from the table.

School is finally over, when I got home. I see dad packing up a bag with weapons. "What's going on?" I asked him.

"Carlisle gave me a call. Victoria she's coming." He said.

"When?" I said.

"Soon. In the mean time, you'll be going with Bella to visit her mom." He said. I sarcastically laugh. "You can't be serious? No, I'm going with you." I tell him. "Allison. It's too dangerous." He said.

"You train me for this. I'm going." I tell him.

I heard to my room, took out my bow and arrow. I look at them. What if aim is not good? What if I miss? I took a deep breath. I heard I knock at my door. I went to open, to see Bella.

"Bella?" I said. She smiles, "hey. Can we talk." She asked. She sat on my bed.

"Look, I'm not mad about the other day. I just want to see if your okay. You got everyone worried." She tells me.

"Thanks for being concern but I'm fine." I tell her.

"No, you're not. I can see it, you still love Thomas. It's okay to admit it." She tells me. I roll my eyes. "Bella, please! It's over between us." I tell her.

"You guys are supposed to be together. I mean don't you miss it?" She asked me.

"Miss what?" I look at her.

"When your in class and you can't stop looking at the clock because you know he's standing right out there waiting for you. Or when you see him standing at your locking, waiting for you. And when your with him, it's like your world just...stops. You don't miss that." She tells me. I wipe my tear away before she could see.

"I know how much you love Thomas...you can be with him forever." She said.

Forever. It's means I have to be change.

"You mean become one? A vampire." I tell her.

"Well...yeah." She said. "You want to be one, not me. That's your family now." I told her.

"Their your family too!" She stand up. I scoff, "Give Thomas of other chance." She tells me. I cross my arms not looking at her, her phone goes off. "I have to go. I'm guessing your going out of town? I nodded. "While I'm going to Jacksonville to see my mom. Edward is coming with me." I look at her confuse. "It's going to be sunny out there." I tell her.

"Yeah well...he doesn't want to leave me alone. Is your dad not going to take you somewhere." I try to think of something, "yeah, we're going to Paris for a while. We have a house there, we can stay." I lied. But I know Alice would see I'm not going. Bella nodded, "okay. Be safe." She hugs me. I watch her leave, as soon as she was gone. My dad and I got ready.

The next day, we wanted for night to fall. My dad and I hid up hill between the border of the pack, we knew she would pass through her. So we waited. We soon heard running and the pack howling, I got my bow and arrow ready. I see them, and Victoria. I use a flash bolts, I see Victoria cross over to the others side, the Cullens stop, since she was on the pack side. Sam and others chase her. I release my arrow, hitting on the trees, to distance her. She falls but manage to get up, she jump to the other side, I release other arrow but I was careful not to hit them.

My dad, use his crossbow to throw, i throw arrow faster arrow. I then see Emmett jumping to the other side of the pack. "Emmett no!" I said in a low voice. But Paul got in his way the two were about to fight so I release a flash bolts, so the can both calm down. I see them looking at us, I see embry. I mouth "I'm sorry." We glance at Carlisle, he gave us a nod. I see Thomas with a angry or worry face, I just stared at him. "We need to go Allison." My dad tells me. I look around but Victoria is long gone, but we'll see her again.

On our way back, my dad chuckles. "What?" I said. "Your aim was perfect." He said. I gasp, oh my god he's right! I chuckle. "It was!" I was happy my aim is back, when we got home. I thought about our code, we particularly protected the others. I'm tired of using that same old code time for a change.

"Dad, I've been thinking about our code." I tell him. He narrow his eyes at me.

"What about it?" He said.

"Well...after everything that happened, with the Cullens....mom. The code is nothing, so I say we need a new code. Nous protégeon ceux qui ne peuvent pas se protéger eux mêmes." I tell me.

He chuckles. "We protect those who cannot protect themselves." He translated in English. "I like it." He said. We hug, celebrating our new code. I'll protect those I love.

The next day, I wake up to a call. It's Bella, oh no. I thought.

"Hey bella..."

"Hey! How's Paris?"

"Great! How's the sun?"

"I missed the heat. Probably will miss the heat."

We laugh.

"How's your mom?"

She pause for a bit, knowing I lost my mom she feels bad for talking about hers.

"She's great. She's-she's really sorry about yours."

"Thanks. Listen I have to go, we have some things to do here."

"Okay. Have fun."

"I will. Enjoy the sun there." I tell her. After hanging up. I decided to visit embry at la push. I drove to the beach. I see him with the others. I could tell he was mad.

"You could've gotten hurt. You got me worried." He said. I roll my eyes, "I'm okay.I tell him.

"She could've attacked you and your dad. You should've left it to us." He said. I stopped walking, cross my arms. "Excuse me?" I said.

"I didn't mean that..." he stuttered.

"Because I'm a girl, I can't fight. In my family the women are leaders, which makes us the damn good fighters. So don't ever forget that." I point my finger at him. He raise his hands to surrender.

We continue walking, down the beach. I see the others with their girlfriend I think. We sat on a log. "They look happy. Girlfriends?" I ask him.

"Imprinting." He said. I look at him confuse

"Imprinting. What's that?" I asked him.

"It's when a wolf finds he's or hers...mate. Like a soulmate." He said, I look back to others. Soulmate. They remind me how I was with Thomas, so happy. I smile, "how you ever imprinted on someone?" I ask me. He shakes his head. "Not yet." He turn to me. "But you will soon." Making him feel better. I spend the day with him, I missed him. I went back home, my dad was still out. He always is out at still time. I close the door behind, when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I quickly pull my knife out hold it into the persons throat.

"It's me! Thomas." He said. I turn the lights one. "What the hell are you going!" I shout at him.

"What are you doing going after Victoria?!" He yells back.

"She killed my mother!" I shout at him. When he realizes way I went after her, he rubs he's faces. "Don't ever do that again. You could get yourself hurt." He said. I scoff, "I can protect myself." I said back.

"What if you can't. Allison don't want to lose you again, I can't..." he stopped.

"You won't." I tell him.

"I'm serious, Allison. If you can't...yell, shout, scream whatever you can. I'll hear you, I'll hear you and I'll come to save you." He looks me dead in the eye. He gets closer to the point we're about to kiss. "Thomas..." I whisper to him. "Allison...I miss you." He gentle touches my cheek.

He pulls away from me, walks behind me. "Please be careful." He said before walking out. I sightly smile, "I will."
