[Date night in St. Freya]

Rex sighed as he looked on bitterly at his friends having fun. Dressed ina black tuxedo, he just sighed and looked as Kianad danced with Mei, Bronya with Seele and more.

Ren danced with Fu Hua with smiles on their faces, enjoying the night like the happy married couple they were.

Siegfried was dancing with Cecilia, Fenghuang with Theresa.

Off to the side, he spotted Reve leaving the area and beside them were Bianka and Rita.

On the other side, we have Otto and Amber while Kallen and Sakura were by themselves.

"Why are we here?"

"Just to suffer." Came the answer of a one-eyed man with black hair in a black 3-piece suit.

"Not gonna dance with the others?"

"No, I'm going on a patrol. You?"

"Might go home. Nothing better to do here anyways." Rex replied as he removed his bowtie and unbuttoned his collar.

"Not gonna dance?"

"Nah. I'd rather go home." Rex said as he turned around and exited the area.

"Might as well follow suit." Reinhardt said as he followed his descendant.

The Crozzo hunters found  themselves alone on their respective homes, with Rex on a simple dorm room with Reinhardt on a rundown apartment.

Back at the party, Kiana, who just finished her dance with Mei, looked around for some signs of her childhood friend. She felt her heart break when she found no sign of him.

Kallen, looked around, hoping to see her best friend but sighed as he found her gone. Typical Rein, leaving as soon as she needs him.

Bianka, meanwhile noticed Reve missing and went upstairs and smiled as she saw Reve on the rooftop, smoking 

"Hey, nice night. The moon looks beautiful tonight." She whispered as she approached him.

"I see. Need anything? I sent the reports to your PDA."

"No, come on. You can dance with me." Durandal offered with a smile.

"No thanks, I'd rather go back on the lab for work."

Bianka felt her heart break at his answer and just looked at him. Shyly, she tried to reach in and tug on his sleeve but stopped. Maybe, she had been annoying him too much.

"Reve..." She whisperred as she watched him exit the building. "Baka... I just want to spend time with you again." She choked out a sob, as a single tear fell from her eye.
