A young man with dark hair groaned as he opened his eyes. This young man is Rex Crozzo and he was dressed in a pair of loose pants and a thin hoodie. It has been a month since he and the girls escaped Nagazora city and they were now students while he was still an analyst or something like that. He did have some very vivid dreams though.

"What happened last night...The young man asked as he pulled his warm pillow close to him. That was a very vivid dream.

"Hmm..." Wait... did his pillow just moan?

Groggily opening his eyes, dark eyes widened as he saw white hair. A familiar mop of white hair belonging to his friend dressed in cat-themed pajamas They were under a blanket with an orca print that was totally not his and they were both sitting on a couch.

"Mei-senpai..." Kiana drooled out on his shoulder.

'Typical Kaslanas, always so defenseless and adorable.' The young man thought before he shook his head, where did that come from?

Chuckling, Rex gently tried to pry the Kaslana off of him but was only met with strong resistance and was grabbed like a teddy bear by the white-haired teen.

The young man panicked as he looked around to find himself and their group on different couches with one of them having Mei and Bronya cuddling while sleeping and with Big sister, Himeko passed out with cans of beer on the table, probably empty. How about Aunt Teri? His youthful ageless aunt was passed out with... is that... Judah as a hammock?!

"Rein-Kun... thanks..." Looking at Mei, Rex was a bit surprised to see her hair turn to pink for a split second there before going back to normal. Who is Rein? If Kiana heard this then she will just break into his room and nag his ear off.

"I'm hungry..." Kiana moaned through her sleep and with the aid of the Kaslana family's well-known strength, pinned Rex down on the couch with her reaching in a biting his collar bone and nibbled on it.

'think unsexy thoughts!' The young man thought before biting his lip as Kiana moved and bit his neck this time.

"I know you are a hormonal teen but please do things like this inside your rooms." A feminine voice said as Rex's eyes widened. That voice was so familiar, land for him, it felt like it belonged to a good mother. Looking up, ignoring the fact that Kiana was probably trying to eat him, dark eyes met with teasing blue,

The newcomer was a female of around 17 years old dressed in Casual clothes. from the looks of it, she was going to go out, which was rare to see as he knew that this girl was always very strict yet he saw and knew she was excited.

"P-please help me..." The young man begged while the girl hummed and smiled teasingly as her blue eyes shone with mischief.

"I won't." Taking her phone out, the young teen took a photo of the two with a smile on her face. "Have fun, Rex."

"Wait!" The young man called out as he tried to move, only to wake up Kiana. The Kaslana opened her eyes groggily and like a cat, stretched on top of her friend.

Kiana's eyes widened as she recognized their position.

"Y-you..."

"Just make it quick..." The young man said as he prepared himself for what was to happen next.

In a cafe, a young man around 20 years old stirred a cup of coffee. He had dark hair, tanned skin, and a well-built body with a pair of glasses on top of his dark eyes. Dressed in a Green jacket with the buttons having Lion head as symbols/emblems, a white shirt under it, a pair of blue jeans with a belt and a dragon buckle on it, and a pair of military-style boots. As for accessories, he wore a necklace with a pair of dog tags on it, one having a lotus on it and the other having a phoenix. He wore a pair of rings in his right hand, one in his ring and the other on his index finger. He was listening to Sing in his headset as he waited.

Beside him, he could hear a seat pull up. Removing one of the earphones, he smiled as he felt a familiar weight on his shoulder. His earphone found their way on his companion's ear.

"Hey, I missed you." The man said as he rested his hand on the table. His companion smiled as blue eyes closed in satisfaction.

"Me too," Taking his hand, his companion hummed as she held his right with her left, showing a simple yet beautiful band around her finger. "Kept you waiting, huh?" She asked as she gave him a smile. dark eyes widened and a chuckle escaped the male.

"What took you so long, Phoenix? No, Fu Hua?" The young man asked as Fu Hua chuckled.

"I missed you, Ren." Fu Hua said with a smile as the young man rested his chin on his left knuckle while shaking his head. If one looked closely enough, you can see a similar band on his ring finger.

A young man with dark hair sighed as he rubbed an ice pack on his cheek to try and reduce the swelling and bruising. He was sitting on a chair quietly while a silver-grey-haired girl sat beside him, playing games on a handheld console.

"Stupid Kaslana Gorillas." The young man said as he ignored the glares sent to him by his white-haired friend and white-haired aunt/mother-figure. Reaching in his pocket, the young man bit into a white cigarette before sighing and putting it back in a case after he saw Judah slowly enlarging beside his aunt at the sight of the cancer sticks that he and his clan loved to use whenever they needed to calm down quickly.

"The Bronya finds it uneasy that subject Kiana Idiotka is now assaulting subject, Rex. security measures must be upgraded to make sure the safety of everyone from Subject Kiana Idiotka's perversion." The Russian drill-haired girl said as she glanced towards the Kaslana with a blank face. Yet, if one looked closely, one would be able to feel the smug aura around her.

"Why you..." Kiana Glared at her with a red face while Rex just sighed. There was a nice comfy apartment near the academy that he can move into but it will just be a hassle really.

"Well, before that. Rex, grandpa had something delivered to you." Teresa said as she came inside holding a box the same size as her without any problem. You know, it is very easy to forget that these girls are Valkyries and are stronger than regular humans.

"The overseer?" Mei asked as she sat a cup of hot coffee near Rex. Living with him has made her know what kinds of Beverages he likes and she was also curious about the package.

"Yeah, Grandfather said that it used to belong to one of Rex's ancestors and it was tradition for him to have it," Teresa said as she set down the box. It was a simple container containing a burning lotus over a circular shield with a cross on it. "He said that every Crozzo Executor used a set like this but this set was special as only a few Crozzos were chosen to use it." Teresa said

"Executor?" Rex, Kiana, and Mei asked in curiosity.

"Yes, Executor. A title belonging to the phantom house that was intertwined with the Kaslana knights. They were an independent external house that acted as advisors to the Bishops of the Apocalypse Family." Teresa explained while Rex felt his headache.

"More like Janitors." He whispered bitterly, only heard by Kiana and Mei. The girls looked at their friend with worry as he held his forehead.

"This set... it says here that... !" The principal of St. Freya gasped as she saw the previous owner of the set. "I-it belonged to the Oathbreaker." The young-looking girl said with a shiver. Hearing this, the group of girls shivered while Rex's eyes widened... that name.

"The Oathbreaker..." Kiana said with venom and a face one would not associate with a normally stupid (in a good way) tuna like her. She had heard of him from her father, the greatest traitor of both Schicksal and the Kaslana Lineage.

"Subject Reinhardt Crozzo, the second child of the Nth generation of Crozzo Family. He was mentored and squired by Sir Francis Kaslana at the age of ten and came to be known as Schicksal's greatest warrior ever produced." Bronya said as she looked at the package/box intently.

"He was also known as the man who made the impossible happen," Mei added, "When he was 19 years old, he destroyed a cult of people who worshipped the Honkai with near-instantaneous regeneration by destroying them faster than they can regenerate. He did that without a divine key and he was said to be in par, if not better than Kallen Kaslana, the same Kaslana he betrayed and took advantage of."

"Good Riddance! He was a bastard and a creep. He's a monster! He betrayed my family! I'm happy he's dead now. I know my ancestor can rest in peace now that he is rotting in hell.," Kiana said with a glare and rage-filled face as a tear fell from her and Mei's eyes.

"Are you two okay?" Rex asked his friends after seeing the tear, he was a bit heartbroken at Kiana. It seems like she forgot he was a Crozzo and possibly one of the Oathbreaker's descendants.

"I'm fine. It's just that I feel so sad that he betrayed and used people like that."

'Stupid ancestors, hurting my friends.' Rex thought as he opened the box only to see a rather beautiful single-edged greatsword with a purple-tinted black body and golden edge its guard looked like a pair of wings and it was as tall as him. it was around 170 cm tall and it was calling out to him.

"A greatsword? Oh boy, better get in shape little man because I will be handling your training." Himeko said with a grin that promised him pain and devastation.

"I prefer shorter swords," Rex said with a sigh as he let it down, looking closely, he can see a bunch of stuff. There was a case containing a pair of guns, one containing books, and the last one was filled with personal memorabilia that was locked with a blood lock that the Crozzo family developed. Seeing this, Rex hummed and bit his thumb hard enough to draw blood and wiped it in the box.

Seeing this, the girls were surprised, to say the least when their friend injured himself to open the lock. the small box opened up to show a petal-shaped pendant. One that Theresa and Rex immediately recognized. The Crozzo family heirloom, blood tear.

"The blood tear?" Rex asked
