"Let's find us a Russian," Cipher says as she takes over God's eye. "I spy with my little eye, a Minister of Defense." God's eye locates the Minister of Defense. "Upload those coordinates to Moni's nav."
"Copy that," The man says before doing as told.
"He's in the third car, it's a guard class limousine," Cipher tells Makenzie after God's eye catches the license plate of the car that the Minister of Defense is in.
"Where's our team?" Makenzie asks as she starts heading where the navigation system tells her to go, knowing that Hobbs is probably doing everything in his power to find her. Whether it be out of love or for justice, she did not know.
"Where's her team?" Cipher asks her people.
"There's no sign of 'em yet," A woman answers after using God's eye.
"They are off the grid, probably just bunkered down somewhere," Cipher explains to Makenzie as she watches her screens.
"Closing in on him. Are you guys ready?" Makenzie asks as she and Dom start following the Minister of Defense.
"One thing I can guarantee you Mak, no one's ready for this," Cipher says with a smirk before giving orders to her team. "I want every chip with a zero-day exploit in a two-mile radius around that motorcade now."
"There's over a thousand of them," The man tells her.
"Hack 'em all," Cipher tells him with a nod before the man does as told. "It's zombie time. I'd buckle up if I were you." Cipher hits a button before cars begin to drive themselves. Majority of the cars in the Manhattan area all start driving themselves in the direction that the man programed the to go. "Target the motorcade." The man does as told while Makenzie and Dom continue to follow the Minister of Defense. "And here they come." The officers on bikes, who are escorting the Minister of Defense, are taken out by a taxi. The next four cars are taken out by several cars, leaving the Minister of Defense's limo as the lead car. The police cars that head to help them are taken out by cars coming out of dealerships. One of the cars in the back takes the lead as a guard stands through the sunroof with a gun before trying to shoot all of the cars heading towards them.
"The motorcade just turned on 7th," Cipher's man says as the limo turns a corner.
"Perfect. Make it rain," Cipher orders as they watch the screens. The man types on his computer before cars start driving out of a parking garage, through the windows.
"Target immobilized," Another man says after the cars quit falling, causing them to see the limo trapped in the middle of all of the cars.
"You are up, Mak," Cipher orders before Makenzie and Dom start climbing over the cars to reach the limo. Dom holds up a shield while Makenzie stands behind him as the passenger guard starts shooting at him and Makenzie until the gun is empty. 
"Give me the case," Makenzie orders the Minister of Defense and his assistant after Dom had jumped onto the trunk of the limo.
"Give her the case," The Minister of Defense tells his assistant in Russian.
"These are nuclear launch codes. We cannot give it to her," The assistant argues in Russian with the Minister. Dom turns his saw before cutting into the limo close to the gas tank.
"What is he doing now?" The Minister of Defense asks in Russian as he panics.
"He just cut a hole in our gas tank," The passenger guard tells the Minister in Russian. Makenzie uses the trunk to light a flare before tapping on the assistant's window. Makenzie holds the flare above the gas tank before the assistant's window is opened and the case held up out of the window. Makenzie takes the case before walking away as she takes her mask off.
"Good work. Meet you both at the pick-up," Cipher says as Makenzie gets back in her car before taking off.
"I think I know where our team's at," Makenzie says as she and Dom come to a quick stop since Roman, Tej, Hobbs, Letty, and Little Nobody are blocking the road in front of them.
"Where?" Cipher asks her confused.
"Right in front of us," Dom answers her as he looks at all of the vehicles before Deckard pulls up behind them.
"This is on you both. Get that case out of there, Mak," Cipher orders them as she watches her screen.

"Guys, I know why Mak and Dom are here," Ramsey says over her walkie from Tej's passenger seat, while on her computer.  "Police scanners are saying they've stolen a Nuclear Football."
"It's over, Toretto's," Hobbs says through his car's speaker. "Get your asses out of the cars now." Makenzie simply starts revving her engine, herring that she is having to betray him like this. "That's how you wanna play this, Mak? Let's play."
"Don't do this, Dom," Letty says to herself with a shake of her head as they all start to rev their engines.
"She's going for it," Little Nobody says as Makenzie takes off towards them before Little Nobody drives towards Makenzie.
"What're you doing?" Letty asks Little Nobody as Hobbs tells him, "It's a trap!" Makenzie drives towards Roman with Dom behind her before quickly turning to drive through the flower shop that Little Nobody's car had been in front of. Each member of the team quickly turns around before chasing after Makenzie and Dom.
"Now I know what it feels like to be every cop ever chasing us," Tej says over the walkie as they chase after Makenzie while Dom takes a different street, getting away from the team.
"I'm gonna get a little closer and I'm gonna PIT her," Little Nobody says as he catches up to Makenzie.
"Oh, so you just gonna PIT Mak?" Roman asks him with an eye roll. "Little Nobody has clearly lost his little mind."
"I'm on her," Little Nobody says as they follow Makenzie around a corner.
"Easy, work together," Hobbs tells him before Makenzie starts taking out some construction work. "Wait, wait, wait!"
"Oh shit," Little Nobody says as the pipes from the construction work fall on his car, trapping it.
"I will take the shortcut," Hobbs says as Letty, Roman, Tej, and Deckard drive around the pipe before Hobbs drives through it with his truck.
"Lookout! Watch those people," Ramsey yells at Tej as he and Roman drive through a little park area.
"Big Sexy coming through!" Roman cheers as he drives past the people, causing them to run. Letty drives half her car up a cement wall to avoid people, causing her to end up driving on two wheels as she runs out of wall to drive on. Letty drops back onto four wheels as she gets behind Makenzie. Letty gets beside Makenzie as she gets her NOS ready. Makenzie looks at Letty with a frown before hitting her NOS button, causing her car to speed ahead Letty's.
"Not this time, Kenzie," Hobbs says as he takes a side street to try to get ahead of Makenzie. Letty hits a button, causing a harpoon to shoot out of her car before attaching to Makenzie's car, keeping it connected to her's. Letty hits her brakes in an attempt to slow Makenzie down some. Tej catches up to them before hitting a button which releases a harpoon from his car that connects to Makenzie's car. Tej hits his brakes as well, causing Makenzie to switch gears so she doesn't lose speed. "Watch the drag or the line will snap!" Letty and Tej let off of their brakes which allows Makenzie to drag their cars around. Makenzie hits her brakes as she sees Roman in front of her. Deckard attaches a harpoon to Makenzie's passenger side before Hobbs attaches one to her driver side. Lastly, Roman attaches a harpoon to the front of Makenzie's car.
"Stretch her out. Hold her," Hobbs orders before they all start reversing causing their lines to pull tight. Makenzie's back tires begin to smoke as she tries to drive away. "She's gotta have about 2000 HorsePower in that thing."
"Try 3000," Tej quickly corrects him.
"Try Five," Deckard corrects them both as some of their tires begin to catch on fire.

"Get out of there," Cipher orders Makenzie as she watches the whole thing on her screen.
"I'm working on it," Makenzie tells her as she tries to think of what to do.
"Stop working on it, and do it," Cipher orders her before Makenzie switches gears to reverse and turns on more of her NOS. Makenzie backs up a little which causes Roman to roll forward a little.

"No, no-no... It's my Bentley. No!" Roman yells as Makenzie starts to drive towards him before Makenzie rams into the front of Roman's car. Roman quickly reverses as Makenzie begins to reverse again as well, causing Roman's line to pull tight again which causes Roman's car to flip and the line to snap.
"I'm sorry, babe," Makenzie says as she uses her shoulder to ram into her door, which causes the door to fly off. This causes Hobbs' truck to back up into a light pole before flipping on its side. Makenzie reverses between Letty's and Tej's cars, causing their cars to slam together with Tej's slightly on top of Letty's. Deckard's car is pulled into and on top of Letty's hood while Makenzie's car flips upside down and the back axle comes off.

"Get that case and run!" Cipher orders since the case had fallen out of the car during the flip. Makenzie starts crawling out of her car as Deckard sees the case. Makenzie quickly grabs the case as Deckard slides across his and Letty's car before chasing after Makenzie, who runs around a corner. Halfway down the street, Makenzie turns to face Deckard as she points a gun at him.
"They thought this was gonna be a street fight," Makenzie says as Deckard quickly stops while looking at Makenzie in shock for a second.
"What are you waiting for, Toretto?" Deckard asks her confused before Hobbs runs around the corner.
"No!" Hobbs yells as Makenzie shoots Deckard twice before looking at Hobbs with sad eyes. Makenzie starts to walk towards Hobbs with the case before Dom grabs the case.
"I'm sorry," Dom says as he shoots Makenzie twice while Hobbs yells, "NO!" Cops start heading their way, causing Hobbs to take off running in the other direction even though he wanted to run to Makenzie. While Dom is distracted by his fake tears as he looks down at his sister, Letty sneaks up behind him before grabbing the case and running.
"Letty, stop!" Dom yells as he runs after Letty.

"What are you gonna do?" Cipher asks herself as she watches as Letty and Dom run into an empty alley. Dom quickly stops before shooting his gun into the sky, causing Letty to come to a stop.
"I don't know why you're doing this. I mean you just shot your sister. But I know one thing," Letty says as she turns to face Dom. "You love me." Dom frowns as actual tears come to his eyes. "And you are not going to shoot me." Dom looks up at the camera in the alley as Letty walks around the corner. Rhodes shoves Letty up against the wall as he takes her gun away from her.
"You should've given him the case, cause I won't chase you," Rhodes says as he tries to take the case from Letty, who doesn't let go of it. "Okay. I will just take it from a dead girl." Rhodes points his gun at Letty's head as she glares at him.
"You willing to die for it?" Dom asks as he points his gun at Rhodes' head. "I just shot my sister, so do you really think I will hesitate on shooting you?" Rhodes tries to jerk the case away from Letty but she doesn't let it go. Dom looks at Letty, which causes Letty to look at him before she lets go of the case in defeat.
"Let's go then," Rhodes tells Dom before walking away from them. Dom and Letty stare at each other before Dom follows after Rhodes. Letty holds back tears as she leans against the wall.

Two police officers make their way over to Makenzie and Deckard before loading them into an ambulance. The two police officers take off their masks to reveal Tego and Santos.
"You're driving," Santos says in Spanish as he holds the keys up to Tego. 
"No way," Tego argues back in Spanish.

As the ambulance takes off, a needle is inserted into Deckard's chest, causing him to gasp and sit up.
"Jesus Mum. You're supposed to avoid the nerves," Deckard says as he looks over at Magdalene Shaw, or better known as Queenie.
"Oh, shut up, don't be such a baby," Queenie tells her son with a smirk before handing him a needle. Deckard takes the needle before inserting it into Makenzie's chest, more carefully than his mother had done. Makenzie sits up with a gasp before quickly looking around, realizing she is in an ambulance.
"Did Torretto hold up his end of the deal?" Deckard asks her as he remembers the deal that his mother had called him about.
"They gave us this little thing here," Queenie says as she holds up the device that Dom and Makenzie had given her. Deckard goes to take the device from her but she pulls it away from him. "No, don't touch. You can track Cipher with this, but you can't do this on your own. There's gotta be two of ya."
"Fine, I got contacts," Deckard tells her as he reaches for the device again.
"No," Queenie says as she keeps the device out of his reach again. "You're gonna take your brother."
"Oh, dear," Deckard says as he rolls his eyes.
"Yes," Queenie says as she gives Deckard a stern look. "She knows where he is." Deckard looks over at Makenzie, who nods. "Toretto's got this thing. It can see everything. It's like... it's called the devil's bumhole or something?"
"It's called God's eye," Deckard corrects her with another eye roll as he fights back a smile at what she had called it while Makenzie let's out a chuckle.
"Yeah, well. Whatever," Queenis says as she waves it off.
"There's no way I'm using Owen, all right?" Deckard says as he tries to reason with his mother.  "He's a lost cause."
"He's your brother, Decks. He's my son," Queenie says after slapping Deckard across the face, causing Makenzie to smirk. "He's our family. And our family don't die in bloody cages." Queenie starts to cry, causing Deckard to frown. "How can you talk like that about Owen? I can't believe you. You've gone and upset me. You've really upset your mother." Queenie starts to sniffle as she cries, causing Deckard to rub his head as he realizes that he messed up. "Call yourself a brother? You're..."
"Look, I'm in, mum. Okay," Deckard says in an attempt to calm her down before she looks up at Deckard with a smirk, since she had only been pretending to cry. "Every time!" Deckard shakes his head as Queenie smirks at him.
"I think I found my favorite Shaw," Makenzie says with an impressed look before she and Queenie share a smile.

BACK AT THE TOY SHOP

"Anything?" Hobbs asks as Little Nobody walks over to the team.
"They're gone," Little Nobody answers him as he leans against the table. "And D.O.D confirmed it was a nuclear football. She's got an EMP and nuclear launch codes. I don't know what it is, but they're building towards something."
"Kenzie and Deckard?" Hobbs asks because he couldn't stay mad at Makenzie when there is a chance of losing her. The team hangs their heads in defeat and confusion about Dom.
"They didn't make it," Little Nobody answers him, causing Ramsey to look at him in shock. Hobbs gets up before punching a metal wall as he walks away, leaving a fist imprint.
"Can you pull up the footage from the guy in the alley?" Letty asks as she thinks about how familiar Rhodes looks.
"Traffic cams," Ramsey says as she looks over at Tej.
"I got you," Tej says with a nod before typing on his computer.
"I knew it," Letty says as Tej pulls the picture up on the main screen, causing Letty to stand up off of the stairs she was sitting on. "I recognize that guy. That's Connor Rhodes. I met him when I was working with Shaw's brother. He wanted us to get the Nightshade device for him."
"Connor Rhodes," Ramsey says with a nod as she pulls up his profile. "He's also linked to somebody who I'd quite like to forget." Ramsey puts a profile up on the main screen.
"It's Mose Jakande," Hobbs says as he walks over to the team while looking at the screen. "Warlord who tried to get God's eye."
"Which means that's twice that Dom and Mak have messed up Cipher's business," Tej explains as he looks between Letty and Hobbs.
"The problem we've had with tracking Cipher is there's nothing to trace," Ramsey explains as she types on her computer. "But now we have Rhodes information."
"And we're getting snapshots of his data before it's scrubbed off the net," Tej explains as well as he also types on his computer.
"That looks like somebody's bank accounts? Why don't we just..." Roman says as he watches Tej's computer screen before he is interrupted by Hobbs.
"It's a Longitude," Hobbs says as he walks over to the team again. "Given the fact that Dom hit the Russian Motorcade safe to say it's Russia. Go ahead, bring up the map." Ramsey brings the map up on the main screen. "Good, let's start here and run the possibilities."
"Yalta, Poltava..." Tej lists as he looks at some of the places. "Looks like they just threw letters together. Konyert."
"It's Vladovin," Mr. Nobody says as he walks down the stairs.
"What are you doing here?" Little Nobody asks him confused as to why Mr. Nobody is there.
"What? Told you I was gonna check in on you from time to time, to see you how you were doing," Mr. Nobody answers him as he reaches the bottom of the stairs. "By the way, not so hot."
"But there's nothing in Vladovin. It's just ice.." Ramsey says as she searches it on her computer.
"That funny," Mr. Nobody says with a confused look. "Could've sworn there was a secret Russian naval base with the retrofitted Cold War Submarines." Ramsey starts typing on her computer to see if she can find what he is talking about. "Well, technically, it's not Russian anymore. The base was taken by a terror group of military separatists about a month ago, and the Russians haven't taken it back yet. So there is a little window of opportunity here."
"Russian submarine. Nuclear football. It sounds like everything we do, our legs are gonna be blown off," Roman says as he looks over at Tej.
"It sounds like you still number 11 on the list," Tej says with a chuckle, causing Ramsey to shake her head.
"It sounds like you've changed since you little punk-ass facial hairs done came in," Roman retorts before Tej rubs his face.
"Guys, guys. Hey," Little Nobody says to get their attention before he looks at Mr. Nobody. "We gotta call this in all the way up the chain."
"That's good thinking, champ," Mr. Nobody says with a slight nod as he walks over to Little Nobody. "Except unfortunately, the Russian Minister of Defense got himself involved in a little incident on US territory and the two governments aren't talking to each other for a while. By the time they do it will be too late. So, any other suggestions?"
"Yeah, I got one," Hobbs says with a nod as he looks at everyone. "How about we just stop them ourselves?"
"You're talking about a Russian Military Base," Little Nobody says while shaking his head.
"Separatists," Mr. Nobody corrects him.
"Whatever. It's suicide," Little Nobody says as he looks at Mr. Nobody.
"It's stopping World War III," Hobbs argues with him, causing Little Nobody to look at Hobbs.  "What's it gonna be, rook? You're gonna close your eyes on this one, too?  Pray that the apocalypse doesn't come knocking on your mama's front door? Or, are you gonna saddle up, be a man and save the entire goddamn world." Little Nobody looks around before picking up a crowbar.
"You know, I think I figured it out," Little Nobody says as he turns to face Mr. Nobody.
"What's that?" Mr. Nobody asks him with a smirk.
"Rule number three," Little Nobody answers him.
"Which is?" Mr. Nobody asks him with a raised eyebrow.
"There are no rules," Little Nobody answers him before using the crowbar to smash the glass of the key box that has all of the keys to the cars in the toy shop.
"What did I tell you, Luke?" Mr. Nobody says with a laugh and a proud smile. "I knew he'd get in three."
"Aerial transport leaves in an hour. Take whatever vehicle you want, all bets are off," Little Nobody says as he looks around at the team.
"All bets are off?" Tej and Roman ask at the same time as they both quickly stand up.
"See you later," Mr. Nobody says in Russian before the team quickly goes to find them each a car.

VLADOVIN, RUSSIA

"Letty, I don't like telling you this one bit," Hobbs says as he looks away from the base, over at Letty. "But the game's changed. Before, we were trying just to catch Dom, but now after all of this. I mean he killed Kenzie, his own sister. I just want you to know if I have to, I'm gonna put him down."
"Then you might have to take us both down," Letty says with a nod of understandment.
"I'm freezing, man," Roman says as he shakes his head. "This ain't for me. I come from a different kind of lifestyle, brah. Ladies know me, they know where I'm at with. I tried to take a piss, I didn't even recognize myself."
"Man, that's entirely too much information," Tej tells him as Ramsey looks at Roman in disgust.
"Well, one thing is for sure," Little Nobody says as he glances over at Letty. "Dom's gotta be either working with them or making a trade, cause no one will be this insane to hit this place without a damn army."
"I wouldn't be so sure about that," Letty says with a smirk.
"Speak of the Devil," Hobbs says as Dom's charger comes into view, heading for the base before causing some damage once inside the base.

"Damn!" Tej says as he looks on his tablet to see the submarine's systems coming online. "I think Cipher just rebooted that Sub's to slave its command system."
"What the hell is he talking about?" Roman asks as he looks at Ramsey in confusion.
"In Layman's terms, she just carjacked a submarine," Ramsey explains to him before looking from the submarine to the control room that is behind it. "We can't let it get away, there's the control room. If you can get me into that warehouse I can tap with network and counter hack Cipher. Keep it from flowing into water."
"No, what we need to do is get me on that sub," Tej argues with her as he points at the submarine. "I find the weapon's room and I can pull the lunch chip before she can fire any of those nukes."
"That is too crazy," Ramsey says while shaking her head.
"What you're saying it's too dangerous," Tej argues with her again.
"We'll do both," Hobbs finalizes before they each rush to their vehicle.

"Knock, knock!" Hobbs says as he uses his truck to plow through a cement wall before they all pull to a stop near the submarine and the control room. "All right. Let's haul ass, team. Double time, double time." Soldiers start shooting at them as they make a run for it. Letty and Hobbs stay back shooting at the soldiers while Ramsey hides behind them. "Letty, let's roll."
