Wait for me to tell you to play the music.

I was sleeping peacefully when I heard a scream from (l/b/n)'s room. I jolted awake and ran as fast as I could to the room. I burst into the room to find (l/b/n) and Mikey huddled under the blankets on his bed. "Are you guys ok?" I asked making my way to the bed. (l/b/n) peeked his head from the blanket. "The storm is scary. I don't like the thunder and lightning." he said covering his head again. "Same here Dudette. Thunder and lightning scare me as much as squirrels do" Mikey said from under the blanket. Another crack of thunder sent the two squealing in fear and shaking like leaves.

I smiled as I sat on the bed. "Don't worry boys. You guys are safe here. Nothing bad is going to happen." And just after I said that, with a flash of lightning and a crack of thunder, the power went out. The boys screamed and hid under the blankets again. I sighed in frustration. Then an idea popped in my head. I went back to my room and grabbed some candles, a lighter, and my guitar.

I went back into the boys' room and placed the candles around the room and lit them so I could see around me. The boys peeked over the blankets. "Better?" I asked. The boys nodded. I sat on the bed with the guitar in my arms. "Alright. What song do you want me to sing?" I asked them. "Can you sing the nature song?" my brother asked meekly. I knew which song he was talking about. I adjusted the guitar and started strumming.

When I finished the song, I saw that the boys were fast asleep. I smiled as I kissed them on their heads before blowing out all but one candle. I took the candle and walked back to my room.

3rd person Pov

Leo and the others had woken up from the screaming down the hall. Everyone ran out of their rooms and were about to run to the boys' room when they saw you run in there first. Leo limped closer to the door to the room to hear better.

"Don't worry boys. You guys are safe here. Nothing bad is going to happen." Leo heard you say before the lights went out. Everyone watched silently as you went into your room and went back to the boys' room with candles and your guitar in your hands. You seemed too busy to notice everyone in the hallway. Leo continued to listen as you sang to the boys.

Her voice is so beautiful. He thought to himself. Everyone else seemed to be agreeing with what he was thinking. They watched as you finished the song and kissed the boys' heads and go back into your room. Donnie, April, and Casey went back to their rooms. Leaving Raph and Leo alone in the hallway. Raph grinned with mischief which Leo clearly saw. "Don't even start." Leo glared pointing at his brother. "I'm not sayin' nothin'." Raph said raising his hands in surrender. "I was just gonna tell ya to keep this one around." Raph patted Leo's shell and went back to his room.

Leo rolled his eyes at what his brother said and headed to his room. While passing by your room, he noticed that the blankets on your bed were on the ground and not on you. He saw you curled up in a ball and shivering in your sleep. He limped as quietly as he could and grabbed the blankets off the floor and pulled them over you. You smiled in your sleep as he tucked you in and he couldn't help but smile as well. Before he went back to his room, he have you a kiss on your forehead and whispered good night into your ear.
