Rules are very important! Except for the one saying: "Only have two Oreos." That one is nonsense. Never listen to that rule.

The Cozy Clan also has a few rules. Nothing too big, nothing too scary just some basic stuff.

IF ANY RULES ARE BROKEN YOU WILL BE GIVEN EITHER POLITE REMINDER, A WARNING, OR YOU SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLAN. IT DEPENDS ON THE SEVERITY OF THE RULE BEING BROKEN AND HOW MANY TIMES IT WAS BROKEN.

We have created a strike rule. Each rule may have different strikes. Example: Swearing has five strikes, each a warning before you will be asked to temporarily leave the clan. When you return, if you continue breaking the rules you will be permanently kicked out. These rules apply for ALL OUR CLAN PLATFORMS. Including discord and Wattpad.

At the bottom of each rule I'll add how many strikes each gets!

NO BULLYING, HARASSMENT, HATE

The clan is supposed to be fun and positive so I don't want ANYONE bullying, harassing, or hating on someone. People can have their own opinions, remember that comments come off as rude at times when people don't mean to be and if there is anything of concern that has happened please DM me. (LuckyBugBooks) and I will try to work things out.

We have a wide variety of different people from various backgrounds so we also won't be tolerating racism or hate towards the lgtbq+ community of any sort! We also won't tolerate disrespect to people's religions and their beliefs.

But that doesn't give you the excuse to say: "Well I don't like Jewish people and that's my own opinion so respect it!"

Nuh, nuh, nuh, no! This is going to be a safe environment for EVERYONE.

Respect other people's ships and fandom opinions as well! Debates can get pretty heated but please remember not everyone has to agree!

If there are any concerns come to me! And if I say or do anything that you find hurtful or disrespectful please let me know! I don't ever want to hurt someone by accident or say something racist or offensive! I won't be mad, I promise!

So, no hate or harassment to anyone in the clan OR outside of the clan! If you are apart of the clan and are bullying, harassing, or discriminating anywhere  then I will be forced to ask you to leave the clan.

ONE STRIKE - if you break this rule even once you will be asked to permanently leave the clan. We will look into it before we ask you to leave of course but we have zero tolerance for bullying and hate.

NO MATURE CONTENT

Our books aren't just on this account! Many of the members have created their own stories, art books, etc. for the clan outside of the group profile! But that does mean I need to cover our bases on what you can make.

You can create almost anything! We have contests, head-canons, stories, art, and much, much more! But all I ask is that you keep this account PG. We have some young WattPad users and some people who aren't comfortable with mature content. This is a kid-friendly account so I would love it if we stayed away from mature subject matter in the stories and works and maybe kept swearing to a minimum. 

Some examples of mature content: sexual content, sexual jokes, non-friendly and comedic explicit violence (if it's a ninja sort of thing it's a little different. Ask Lucky before you proceed if you want to do that sort of story) There is much more that is considered mature content. Look at guidelines or google and just think if this is something you can talk to a child about! If you are still unsure THEN you can come to me to ask but not before. I'm very busy.

The context of swearing matters of course. Such as someone telling you to go to 'H' 'E' double hockey sticks as opposed to someone using it by literally talking about the place.

It's gotten to the point where I think I made it confusing so please do not swear in general. Some people may consider some things swear words while others do not. If there is a problem where you can't have a friendly debate than please come to me.

As it was getting a little tighter as rules in the CC, we decided to loose it a bit. If you are writing a song with a curse word in it or a Meme with any swear words, we can allow it as long as it is either blacked out completely ( not just set as a spoiler ) or if its in a song, only he first letter of the word can be written and the rest of the word can go like this " S---".

I hope this makes sense. please try your best to follow the rules and enjoy here at the same time.

There are some activities you can get yourself engaged into and you won't even know that you are following the all the rules and still havin' fun.

SIGNING

Since this is a group account we need to keep track of what everyone is doing on the account. So, I ask that when people leave comments, announcements, and do things on books to please sign either their nickname, Beanie name, or their username.

Ex: Lucky, The Beanie Boss, or LucyBugBooks for me.

It just helps keep things organized and helps keep track of things.

Of course, you may forget and that's a-okay! I keep forgetting so if you see a message and then a few minutes later another comment saying: "- Lucky" that's because I forgot and just remembered 😂

I get less confused when I know who it is so I would appreciate it if you all tried to stick with this. Thank you!

NO STRIKES - I trust the council and I understand when you break it is an accident. BUT if I notice it happens too often and becomes purposeful than I may need to talk with you.

ACCOUNT PASSWORD

At the moment only the Cozy Council has the password. This is for safety reasons since the clan has become so huge. I'm sorry to anyone who wants the password but for now it's going to stay that way.

You can still add things to the books though! If it's art, post it in a book and tag our Head Artist, Mello-Walker .

If it's something else like correct quotes or head-canons feel free to DM the account or comment it!

You can also send stuff through Pinterest or Discord if you have it.

So, anyone with the password please don't share it with anyone else at the moment.

TAGGING

Please do not tag anyone without their permission that they would like to be tagged! There are a few members who would prefer not to be tagged for stuff so please refrain from tagging a million members of the clan!

In discord talk to the admins if it is important enough to tag everyone. Only the admins can tag everyone.

You may tag me for anything that concerns you. Broken rules, hate, news, etc.

Other members have roles that you can then tag them for what their role applies for.

ONLY TAG PEOPLE FOR IMPORTANT THINGS. Nothing random please. Do not tag me as a boss for non-clan matters.

I have decided to change this. If you have a new book or news you'd like to share with the clan talk to me and I will share it on the group account.

Ash (Mello-Walker ) and I are the only ones you can tag for concerns. TAG ME FIRST.

No plagiarizing any of the clans art work or stories and claiming them as your own.

They work hard to do everything so you shouldn't disrespect them by plagiarizing their work. If you wish to add the art to any clan books you must credit the artist.

Beanie lightning (Mello-Walker )  has also said you can message her as well and I'm sure some of the council won't mind if you need their advice.

Remember to handle everything responsibly! Be the bigger person, read over stuff before you post or comment, and apologize if you make a mistake. Comments and words online can often be miscommunicated by as long as we remain calm and understanding we can fix it!
