• You can fill out the form that is published in the next part and request for the cover you want.

• Please make sure your payment is completed by the time you submit your form.
(There's no money payment involved. The payment method will be mentioned in the next part)

• I will try my best to make your cover within a couple of days and will sure tag you when I post it.

• For each request that I accept, I might make more than one cover. That depends though.

• I also have the right to deny a request.

• If I had accepted your request, I will reply to your form as "accepted".

• If I hadn't accepted your request within two weeks of submitting your form, you are free to take back your payment.
