After the Reactron incident I spent most of my time with Max working on our projects. After awhile he asked me to build a drone and fly it near Kara, he wanted to test her speed so I had to use a red laser pointer to get her attention. After what felt like forever the train was finished and we made plans to open it to the people. I smiled as I listened to Max tell everyone about it. I walked to my station and started to work after it was over. After awhile I went to talk to Max only to see Alex inside the room.

"Alex what are you doing here?" I asked confused.

"We think Lord Technologies could be attacked again. So I'm here in case it is." She said smiling at me.

"You two know each other?" Max asked leaning back in his seat.

"She is my adoptive sister.....her parents adopted me and my cousin when I was a child." I said with a small smile.

"I never knew that." He said softly.

"Guess you don't know everything about me." I said with a small smile.

His phone rang and he told us to go to level 3. When we made it there was a bomb. He told everyone to leave, but I stayed behind with him and Alex. After Kara arrived and flew the bomb away I let out a sigh of repeat before going back to work.

"Why didn't you leave?" Max asked walking into the room.

"One my sister was in the building with my boyfriend." I said with a smile.

"What if it had went off? You could of died." He said staring at me.

"Then I would of died with you." I said going back to work.

When the train was ready I hoped on with Max and a little kid beside him.

"So do you see your parents?" Max asked with a smile.

"Not yet." He said softly.

I helped look for the kids parents and then I groaned as Kara showed up and had us all go to the end of the train and wait. When everything was over we all got off and learned that the man had killed himself. When I learned it was Ethan Knox I made my way to talk to Max. When I made it to his office I saw Kara talking to him. I listened in and frowned as I learned that Kara believed him responsible for the bombings.

"Tell me you didn't." I said crossing my arms over my chest.

"No one was to die alright. I thought she would go to the Airport. I was going to deactivate the bomb." He said softly.

"Ethan Knox is dead! His daughter now is fatherless! How could you do something like that?" I asked shocked.

"I needed to see who she would choose."

"Of course she would choose the train! No one else could get to it!" I yelled.

"Baby calm down. I have most of the stuff I need from her and only Knox was killed...... no one else was hurt." He said walking up to me.

"A little girl was hurt... a little girl is now fatherless..... a little girl now knows what I have to live with everyday......I need sometime off and some time away from you. Please don't contact me." I said as I left.

Before I could make it out the door he grabbed my hand and stopped me. I turned to slap him but he grabbed my hand and pressed his lips against mine. I kissed back for a split second before pulling away and running out of the room.

"Mia wait!" He yelled as I made my way down the stairs.

I made my way home and decided to go and see Kal-El. When I made it he showed me his work place and then he helped me bring my stuff inside his apartment.

"I'm happy you are here Mia." He said with a smile.

"I am also Kal. I needed some space and seems this is the perfect place." I said with a smile.

While I was gone I got many calls from Max asking for me to return back to work. After what felt like forever I blocked his number and had Kal call and tell him to give me some time. I learned a lot about how earth was for Kal and how it was different for the both of us. I told him all I know about his parents and then about our Aunt Alura and her husband.

After about a week and a half I heard about the earthquake and wondered why Kara wasn't helping anyone. When I called Alex I learned Kara's powers had disappeared for a little while because she had used them up, but they had came back. After awhile of being away I decided to go back and see how Kara was doing. When I made it to her apartment I knocked on the door and waited for it to open. After awhile I called out to her.

"Kara it's me! I came by to see you." I said knocking softly.

After awhile I pulled out my keys and unlocked the door. I walked in and looked around to see if she was home. I soon realized she wasn't home and got ready to leave, but before I could leave I noticed she left her TV on so I went to turn it off. I walk up to it and saw a figure of a woman flying over the city. I looked closely at the woman gasped in shock as I realized who it was.

"That can't be.... mother." I said shocked.
