That night we spent most of the time talking and eating popcorn until we went to bed at five in the morning. This morning I woke up to Max making breakfast. I let out a laugh as he looked for the pepper.

"In the second cabinet." I said with a laugh.

"I see your up. How do you want your eggs?" He asked with a laugh as he open the cabinet.

"Anyway is fine. You know if you keep making me breakfast I might sleep in every night." I said with a laugh.

"Cute, but I love your breakfast more." He said with a smile.

"You best be happy I love you." I said with a laugh.

"I am." He said with a smile.

"So does this mean I get to be late today?" I asked as I winked at him.

He laughed as he put everything on two plates and walked over to me. I smiled as he handed me one and we ate while talking about the Train. After we where done I drove him to his house and then to work. When we made it inside I started researching and testing somethings out. After awhile someone came from the ceiling. I turned to see the Reactron, I quickly called Kara.

"The Reactron is here. I need Supergirl." I whispered.

After awhile of talking he took Max and I let out a groan. After Kara made it there I sent her a glare and she walked over to me.

"Do you know why he wanted Lord?" Kara asked confused.

"No, I have no idea. I do know that the whole world knows your Superman's cousin. What where you thinking?" I asked annoyed.

"I wasn't.... I'm sorry." She said sadly.

"Okay what's wrong? I know that voice." I said crossing my arms.

"It's nothing. I have to go." She said as she speed away.

I let out a sigh as I told everyone to go home and come back tomorrow when they had a clear mind. After cleaning up I went around checking everyone's work, when I was done I went home to watch the news. I smiled as I saw that Max had been rescued and then I heard a knock on my door. I stood up and walked to the door to see Maxwell.

"You know you don't have to knock Mr. Lord?" I asked with a smile.

"I told you to call me Max. I came to ask you to be my date to Cat's party." He said with a smile.

"Really! Oh I must be in heaven. What's the catch?" I asked with a smile.

"No catch. I just want my girlfriend there with me." He said with a smile.

"Fine let me change." I said pecking his cheek and letting him in.

"Here wear this, and yes it is your size." He said with a smile as he gave me a bag and box.

I walked into my room and pulled it out of the bag to see a knee length blue dress and in the box a pair of black heels. I put a little bit of make up on and put my hair in a bun before I slipped the dress on and groaned as I realized I had to have it zipped.

"Hey Max can you zip me up?" I asked softly.

"Of course." He said walking into the room.

He pulled the zipper up and then I turned to face him. He bent down and pecked my lips before pulling away and smiling at me.

"You should leave your hair down." He said with a smile as he pulled it out of the bun.

He parted it and then smiled at me as he stepped back.

"You look beautiful." He said as he looked down at me.

"Alright let's go before we are late." I said with a laugh as I slipped the heels on.

He took my hand and we left the house. When we made it to the party I left his side so I could go talk to Kara.

"What's up?" I asked with a smile.

"Wow you look hot." She said in shock.

"Yea Max picked it out. So think Reactron will show?" I asked taking a sip of wine.

"I hope not, but I don't know." She said with a smile.

I turned to see Max dancing with Cat and I let it a sigh. Kara noticed and smiled as she pulled me behind her over to her friend.

"Winn dance with my cousin while I look around." Kara said happily as she pushed me into him.

I sent her a glare as she left.

"So wanna dance?" He asked holding out his hand.

"Sure." I said taking it.

We started to dance and then after a few seconds I  saw a hand tap Winn's shoulder.

"Mind if I steal her?" Maxwell asked with a smile.

"She is all yours." Winn said as he walked away.

Maxwell smiled as he took my hand and spun me around.

"I see your having fun." I said with a smile.

"I never really liked these. Always have to keep a smile on my face." He said with a chuckle.

"Poor thing must be so horrible being you." I said with a laugh.

"Oh it is. Always having to try and get information out of people, but never being able to."

I watched as Reactron showed up and Max put me behind his back. Reactron made a move to kill him, but Kara stopped him. I sighed as Max turned to look at me.

"Are you alright?" He asked checking me over.

"I'm fine. Are you alright?" I asked softly.

"As long as your fine I am." He said with a smile.

After we got the all clear to leave Maxwell drove me home. I smiled as we made it inside and changed into our pajamas. I set on the couch and smiled as he came out in his boxers and plopped down on the couch.

"Wanna watch Star Trek 2?" I asked with a smile.

"Always." He said as he kissed my cheek and pulled me close to him.
