From far beyond the galaxies from different Multiple dimensions and Alternate realities there is one place that was filled with Ricks and Mortys and that is called The Citadel but it's originally known as The Citadel of Ricks, it is the secret society where Ricks and Mortys have formed a society built by their counterparts from an infinite amount of realities, and was formerly controlled by the Council of Ricks. It's also serves as a permanent residence for an untold number of Ricks and Mortys that have decided to settle at the Citadel and make it their home. Although they may have Ricks and Mortys however there aren't any (Y/Ns) in Citadel until one day a couple of Street Loco Mortys where caught vandalising in an ally way, Rookie Rick and Morty Cop was able to arrest those ruffians after and that work Rookie Rick had noticed one of them checking out the small box then taunting it for some reasons earlier. In his curiosity which made him think while picking up the box that the Loco Morty was messing with he glanced over but in his surprise of his thought of a mutant or beast would have at least bit his fucking face off but a toddler.. a female toddler weeping in fear, he wondered if she could be a female Morty or a Mortica he wasn't so sure therefore he had to take her for now but Morty Cop disagrees with his decision though he'll just blame Rookie Rick for this he doesn't want to be a part of his ridiculous ideas turning into a shit hole. After some time he decided he have to show the toddler to the Council for he did a few research on the child and a little help from Lab Rick and Surgeon Rick... she doesn't resemble of a female Morty or a Mortica in his concerns why was she in the ally in the first place? Why would a Rick or a Morty abandon a child? Or maybe she doesn't belong to any one? On that day Rookie Rick surrendered her to the the Security Ricks which they needed to make sure if she might not be a huge threat before taking her to Council to judge the girl... Rookie Rick feared that she might get in trouble or worse... he hope some day he might meet her again...

Some time Later....

Riq IV P.O.V

It has been 3 hours dealing with this child accusing Bullshit I'm starting to get a little tired of this as I listened and more likely uninterested either if that thing should be spared and hand over to a Rick or perish without notice I was disturbed hearing Rickimus and Quantum's little conversation it wasn't clearly though, It isn't just I should be deciding so in advance I stood up disrupting the one speaking as well as Rickimus and Quantum focusing on me "We will be having a 1 hour recess, you are dismissed" I stated "And leave the child here" They obeyed my orders putting the box which the child was still in down on the ground before leaving the courtroom.

I went down walking over to this child not long as the others followed but Rickimus passed me and headed over before me he inspect the child within the box looking over to him noticing his pitiful expression "Rickimus th-the hell are you doing?" I exclaimed yet he didn't reply the others are confused Rickimus crouched down taking the child out from the box "R-Rickimus-!" Zeta Alpha Rick was going to stop him but was 'shushed' by him I did nothing but watch folding my arms as I did.

Maximums Rickimus P.O.V

I didn't bother listening to their concern about what I'm doing I held her closely to me gazing into her bright (E/C) eyes she then started to babble and giggle she's so fucking adorable! A tint of blush appeared on both cheek as well a small smile formed on on my face I reached out my hand right in front of her she took hold onto my index finger "Wow didn't ex-expect you to be attached with a girl in that age" Riq IV teased giving a smirk I could feel my face heat up glaring at him, If I yell at him I might make her cry taking a deep breathe before replying "No Riq IV... It's just... we couldn't let her p-perish even if she's different! Also I-I feared that If we handed her over to a Rick I'm sure she couldn't handle herself and might... get hurt!" sounding more defensive and caring for her own sake.

Quantum Rick sighed he couldn't help but agree "He's Right Riq IV, she's just a toddler! How can she even do something menacing to Citadel? We all know some Ricks can be careless and could easily get her killed in any dimensions they take her, so the only option is to keep her here" He suggested the other councils some of them astound except Rickimus and Riq IV. "Fine..  So.. What should we call her?" All of them started thinking of a name for her then again...

Most of them sounded ridiculous, weird, awkward, and they even try to name a girl with a guys name.. Sheesh... most of them are frustrated on choosing a good name for her they even argue about it... The child would just giggle all about when they argue. "What about.. (Y/N)? (Y/N) (L/N)?" Rick Prime propose "Pfft-! (Y/N)? (Y/N) (L/N)? That's the most foolish name I have ever-" "Actually I found out that her name was on the paper inside the box she was in and I'm guessing that's her real name Riq IV..." Silence was suddenly filled the whole room except the (Y/N) soft giggles and it was clear enough for all of us to hear him say 'Fuck...'

No Ones P.O.V

Once their break had completely ended the Council already made their final decision by keeping '(Y/N)' here in Citadel as long as she lives, and by that she'll be taken care of by the hands of the Council and it does sounded like they adoption at this point which makes they'll be ones responsible for it. Nonetheless mostly Rickimus does some of the work with (Y/N) but he had fun sometimes some of them took over his place for Riq IV? He rarely does it...

"And that's the very beginning on how she became the daughter of the Council! Welp! Off you go! I'm going to be very busy later on!"

"What? You are THAT serious? Dude I ain't like a fucking dramatic Movie bullshit where you could move the whole shit way ahead!"

"*Sigh* Fine! You may come back tomorrow at 4 Pm... Plus! Could you bring me a drink once you come back?"

......

"Why? WHY?! My throat is all dried up from all the story telling! Can't you FUCKING tell?! ..... Sorry...Sorry... Sorry for yelling I often get irritated a lot. Haha..."

"You'll really buy a drink just for me?"

......

"Hmpt! Fine! I promise I won't kill anyone or you as long as you don't tell anyone and I'll keep my promise on telling you all her stories as long as there are drinks involve! Deal?"

"hehehe! I'm glad we both agreed on this, I'll see you tomorrow!"
