Continuing your walk up the cottage pathway, you see that it branches off to the
side. You follow this new path and it takes you to the back of the cottage where you find even more flower beds, as well as a flourishing herb garden and a vegetable patch. Even here there are still butterflies and bees flitting about. Wandering through the gardens you notice a little stone shed with a small window. It's probably a garden shed, the window is a bit cloudy so you can't see if anyone is in there.
Hoping to find the owner of the cottage, you enter inside. The walls are lined with shelves overflowing with skeins of yarn, in the corner there is a spinning wheel and carding tools along with unspun wool. You look around the shed but there's nobody there. There also happens to be a small desk scattered with papers and a book that is old and worn, it's green cover almost black from decades of use. Taking a quick glance out the window you catch someone enter the cottage. You hustle out of the shed and jog down the garden paths back to the front door of the cottage.
