We arrived at a radio station, and just in time as well, because Gemini Storm had already appeared. 

"We were looking for you, Aliea Gakuen!" Endou shouted while pointing at them.

"Looking for us?" Reize asked while raising an eyebrow. (I asked Otonashi what was the name of the captain a while earlier) He then smirked a little. "Have you come to surrender, knowing that you're no match for us?"

"Yeah right! As if we would surrender!" Kuroi shouted.

"You all should know the reality." Reize said. "Reality of our great power, that is." 

'Cocky alien.' I thought angrily.

"Fight us, Reize!" Endou shouted.

"We can't." Reize said.

"Eh?" Everyone looked at them.

"Why not? You lost you're nerve didn't you?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. Their goalkeeper gave me a glare, so I hid behind Kidou. I was embarrassed, but hey, it was an alien. A freaking alien, of course I have to hide behind a person who's near me!

"Hmph. Well, if you want to lose again, then that's alright with us." One of them said, smirking.

"Last time, we couldn't do anything because of their speed, but this is the second time! We'll show them our soccer this time!"

"Their weapon is their menacing speed. They'll likely cut off long passes."

"So you guys just have to use short passes. That way they won't cut it." 

Everyone was talking about the strategy for the match. I was listening, but I wasn't joining in on the conversation. I was thinking of an idea to get past the opposing team's speed, but I haven't seen their plays yet so it was a hard thing to do.

By the time they were done, everyone got on the pitch. Touko was on the field, so it made 11 players. Gina, Kuroi, and Kenjirou sat by me, next to the managers. "Well, you managed to get some hissatsus from the SP team, so I'm guessing you'll get some from that team." Gina said.

"You read my mind, Hernandez." I said. "Although I'm concerned. Gouenji feels tense." Kenjirou said.

I glanced at Shuuya, and it did look like he was tensed a little. I wonder what was wrong...?

The whistle blew, starting with our kickoff. Shuuya kicked the ball to Someoka and they both headed up, Kazemaru, Kidou, and Touko following behind. Using short passes, Someoka passed it to Kazemaru, Kazemaru passed it to Kidou, and Kidou passed it to Touko. When she was going to pass to Shuuya, a defender had caught it, and kicked it to a midfielder, and the midfielder kicked it to a forward. The forward kicked the ball with a tremendous amount of speed that Endou couldn't even see where the ball was, earning Gemini Storm their first point.

"I didn't see it." I muttered.

"None of us did!" Kuroi exclaimed.

"I have." Gina said. "I have hawk eyes, at least that's what my uncle tells me."

The match was getting reckless. The ball kept getting stolen and they kept making the shots. By only a minute they managed to get 10 to nothing. Soon after, Kidou had stolen the ball and passed it to Shuuya. Unfortunately, Fire Tornado had missed the goal by a mile. But how come he missed?

Soon Gemini Storm's passes were cut off thanks to Kidou's observation. They had an attack pattern, just like in every soccer formation. Most teams would have an attack pattern if their desperate, and if that pattern fails, they usually have another pattern. What can you expect from a genius?

When Kidou passed the ball to Kazemaru, he and Shuuya did Honoo No Kazamdori, unfortunately, that shot missed too. OK, what was going on with Shuuya? He never misses a goal before. 

The second half ended with 13 to nothing. 

When everyone was already back on the bench, Kidou gave me a look. And I just gave a shrug and stood up. 

"So, you noticed it when he noticed it, or did you notice it beforehand?" Kuroi asked.

"Noticed what?" Touko asked.

"They have attack patterns." I said. "Like in most teams, they usually have an attack pattern to ensure that the opposing team wouldn't see their movements, especially if their fast." 

"So you noticed it...?" Kenjirou looked at me.

"Beforehand." I smiled a little.

"That's amazing! You and Kidou really are game makers!" Endou exclaimed.

"Oh I uh..." I felt my face flush a little. 

And then... the killjoy shows up.

Kira had this crazy idea to bring up the defense and midfield so everyone can attack. When Kazemaru objected, all she just said was, "Then make sure they don't get past you". I mean, who does that?! 

The second half already begun, and from the start that formation failed. When we had the ball, it just got stolen again, and another point was taken. Each shoot was painful than the last one. Soon the second half ended with 32 to none, thanks to Reize's hissatsu, "Astro Break"

None of us said anything when we got back to the crash site. Everyone was too upset and too angry at Kira, and so was I.

I avoided everyone for the moment, and decided that I'd come back when it would be late. 

"Gouenji!"

I heard Endou. Shoot. He can't find me here. I hid behind the statue where I was hiding, and took a little peek. I saw Shuuya, who looked like he was leaving, and Endou was there to stop him.

"Gouenji, you... are you really leaving?"

Leaving? Wait, don't tell me Kira had taken him off because he missed two shoots?!

"Are you really going to leave like that?! After losing to them, aren't you upset?!"

Looking at Shuuya's expression, he did look upset, but he wasn't showing it. For a guy, he's good at hiding emotions like that. 

"After they tore apart our school and did that to our friends...!"

There was silence for a minute.

"Gouenji!"

Another silence.

"Sorry, Endou." Shuuya spoke up, and looked at Endou. "I can't fight with you."

"Gouenji..."

He looked away and started walking...

...although I noticed the small tears in his eyes...

I snuck away from them and headed back to the caravan... Shuuya.... how come you decided to leave?
